上記実施の形態1~3においては、計測データの表示に関しては言及しなかった。本実施の形態4においては、計測データを画面表示する構成について説明する。図15と図16は実施の形態4にかかる被覆欠陥検出装置の構成、および動作について説明するためのものであり、図15は被覆欠陥検出装置の構成について、検査対象であるマグネットワイヤーの走行路との関連性を示す模式図、図16は各放電検知電極での計測結果である放電信号波形のサンプリング結果を表示する画面表示例を示す図である。なお、画面表示以外の構成と動作については、上記実施の形態1~3で説明したのと同様であり、同様部分の説明を省略するとともに、実施の形態1で用いた図2~図10を援用する。
上記実施の形態4においては、放電検知電極に印加される交流電圧の波形そのものについては言及しなかった。本実施の形態5においては、交流電源からの信号を取り込み、交流電圧の波形を表示する構成について説明する。図17と図18は実施の形態5にかかる被覆欠陥検出装置の構成、および動作について説明するためのものであり、図17は被覆欠陥検出装置の構成について、検査対象であるマグネットワイヤーの走行路との関連性を示す模式図、図18は各放電検知電極での計測結果である放電信号波形のサンプリング結果を表示する画面表示例を示す図である。
本実施の形態6では、上記実施の形態1~5で説明した被覆欠陥検出装置あるいは検出方法を用い、被覆欠陥のないマグネットワイヤーで回転電機を製造する方法について説明する。図19~図21は実施の形態6にかかる回転電機の製造方法について説明するためのものであり、図19は被覆欠陥検出方法と固定子鉄心の巻線工程との組み合わせを説明するための図として、実施の形態5の図17に対応する被覆欠陥検出装置において、巻き取り機よりも上流側の部分を示す模式図(図19A)と、図19AのJ部分の下流側に連なり、図17における巻き取り機部分に対応する固定子鉄心(単位鉄心)の巻線部を示す模式図(図19B)である。
Claims (16)
- 被覆導線を走行させて走行路を形成する走行路形成機構、
前記被覆導線に対向配置されるとともに交流電圧を印加する交流電源に接続され、前記走行路に沿った長さが、前記被覆導線の走行速度に前記交流電圧の1周期分の期間を乗じた値以上に設定された放電検知電極、
前記放電検知電極と前記被覆導線の間に生じた放電を検知する放電検知器、
前記放電検知器が検知した放電信号の検知間隔を計測する計測装置、および
前記検知間隔と印加された交流周波数から算出された時間との関係に基づき、前記被覆導線に被覆欠陥があるか否かの判定を行う判定部、
を備えたことを特徴とする被覆欠陥検出装置。 - 前記放電検知電極は、前記走行路に沿った離れた位置に分かれて配置された複数個で構成され、
前記判定部は、前記複数個の放電検知電極それぞれに対して計測された前記検知間隔の比が、前記複数個の放電検知電極それぞれに印加された交流周波数の比と逆数の関係にあるか否かで、前記判定を行うことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の被覆欠陥検出装置。 - 前記判定部は、前記検知間隔が前記交流電圧の半周期分に相当するか否かで、前記判定を行うことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の被覆欠陥検出装置。
- 前記放電検知電極の前記走行路における上流側に前記被覆導線の帯電を除去する除電電極が設けられたことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の被覆欠陥検出装置。
- 前記判定部は、前記検知間隔の計測対象となった放電信号の正負が逆転している場合に、前記判定の対象とすることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の被覆欠陥検出装置。
- 前記判定部は、前記放電信号の絶対値を閾値と比較し、前記閾値以上の場合を第一の値、前記閾値未満の場合を第二の値に変換する信号処理を行い、前記信号処理を行った信号に基づいて、前記検知間隔を計算することを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の被覆欠陥検出装置。
- 前記判定部は、前記放電信号を平滑する信号処理を行い、前記信号処理を行った信号に基づいて、前記検知間隔を計算することを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の被覆欠陥検出装置。
- 前記判定部は、前記放電信号にノイズフィルタをかけた信号に基づいて、前記検知間隔を計算することを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の被覆欠陥検出装置。
- 被覆導線を走行させて走行路を形成する走行路形成ステップ、
前記被覆導線に対向配置された放電検知電極に、1周期の長さが前記放電検知電極の前記走行路に沿った長さを前記被覆導線の走行速度で除した値よりも短い周波数の交流電圧を印加し、前記放電検知電極と前記被覆導線の間に生じた放電を検知する放電検知ステップ、
前記検知した放電信号の検知間隔を計測する計測ステップ、および
前記検知間隔と印加された前記周波数から算出された時間との関係に基づき、前記被覆導線に被覆欠陥があるか否かの判定を行う判定ステップ、
を含むことを特徴とする被覆欠陥検出方法。 - 前記放電検知ステップでは、前記走行路に沿った離れた位置に分かれた複数個で構成された放電検知電極それぞれに対して、個別に設定された周波数の交流電圧を印加し、
前記判定ステップでは、前記複数個の放電検知電極それぞれに対して計測された前記検知間隔の比が、前記複数個の放電検知電極それぞれに印加された交流周波数の比と逆数の関係にあるか否かで、前記判定を行うことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の被覆欠陥検出方法。 - 前記判定ステップでは、前記検知間隔が前記交流電圧の半周期分に相当するか否かで、前記判定を行うことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の被覆欠陥検出方法。
- 前記判定ステップでは、前記検知間隔の計測対象となった放電信号の正負が逆転している場合に、前記判定の対象とすることを特徴とする請求項9から11のいずれか1項に記載の被覆欠陥検出方法。
- 前記判定ステップでは、前記放電信号の絶対値を閾値と比較し、前記閾値以上の場合を第一の値、前記閾値未満の場合を第二の値に変換する信号処理を行い、前記信号処理を行った信号に基づいて、前記検知間隔を計算することを特徴とする請求項9から12のいずれか1項に記載の被覆欠陥検出方法。
- 前記判定ステップでは、前記放電信号を平滑する信号処理を行い、前記信号処理を行った信号に基づいて、前記検知間隔を計算することを特徴とする請求項9から12のいずれか1項に記載の被覆欠陥検出方法。
- 前記判定ステップでは、前記放電信号にノイズフィルタをかけた信号に基づいて、前記検知間隔を計算することを特徴とする請求項9から14のいずれか1項に記載の被覆欠陥検出方法。
- 固定子を組み立てる固定子組立ステップ、
回転子を組み立てる回転子組立ステップ、および
前記固定子と回転子を同軸上に配置して回転電機を組み立てる総組立ステップを含み、
前記固定子組立ステップおよび前記回転子組立ステップのうちのいずれかでは、前記被覆導線を鉄心に巻き回すコイルの形成工程において請求項9から15のいずれか1項に記載の被覆欠陥検出方法を用いて被覆欠陥の有無を判定し、前記コイルが形成された鉄心のうち、前記判定ステップにて被覆欠陥があると判定した鉄心を除外処理することを特徴とする回転電機の製造方法。
