以下の手順で実施例1~4及び比較例1~5のCAトウバンド及びプラグを製造した。セルロースジアセテートのCAフレーク29重量%を有機溶剤(アセトン及び水混合物)で溶解し、酸化チタン濃度が0重量%である紡糸原液60を調製した。一辺の辺長が118μmである三角形の周縁形状の複数の紡糸孔15aが形成された複数の紡糸口金15を用い、実施例1のCA繊維61(Y型断面形状)を紡糸した。ここでは合計15個の紡糸口金15を用いた。この紡糸口金15は、1つ当たり145個の紡糸孔15aを有する。

Claims (9)
- 捲縮されたセルロースアセテート繊維を含み、
酸化チタンの含有量が、0重量%以上0.01重量%以下の範囲の値に設定され、
式1により算出される捲縮比I(%)が、式2の関係を満たす、喫煙物品用トウバンド。

捲縮比I(%)=[(L1-L0)/L0]×100
但し、L0は、長さ250mmの前記トウバンドに前記セルロースアセテート繊維の捲縮を伸ばす方向に250gの荷重を負荷したときの前記トウバンドの長さである。L1は、長さ250mmの前記トウバンドに前記方向に2500gの荷重を負荷したときの前記トウバンドの長さである。

TDが10000以上50000以下の範囲の値である、請求項1に記載の喫煙物品用トウバンド。 - 表面の10インチ長さ当たり捲縮数が、250以上350以下の範囲の値である、請求項1又は2に記載の喫煙物品用トウバンド。
- 請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の前記トウバンドを含み且つ円柱状に成形されたフィルター材と、
前記フィルター材の外周を巻回する巻紙と、を備え、
前記フィルター材の軸方向における前記巻紙の端からの前記フィルター材の陥入が、1mm以下の範囲の値である、喫煙物品用フィルター。 - 周長が15mm以上18mm以下の範囲の値であり、TDが15000以上20000以下の範囲の値である、請求項4に記載の喫煙物品用フィルター。
- 周長が21mm以上23mm未満の範囲の値であり、TDが25000以上30000以下の範囲の値である、請求項4に記載の喫煙物品用フィルター。
- 周長が23.5mm以上25.5mm以下の範囲の値であり、TDが30000以上40000以下の範囲の値である、請求項4に記載の喫煙物品用フィルター。
- 請求項4~7のいずれか1項に記載の前記喫煙物品用フィルターと、
円柱状に成形されて前記喫煙物品用フィルターの軸方向一端側に配置され、タバコ葉を含む基材と、を備える、喫煙物品。 - タバコ葉を含む基材と、
前記基材を加熱することにより発生した成分を内部に通過させる中空材と、
前記中空材を通過した前記成分を冷却する冷却材と、
前記冷却材を通過した前記成分の一部を濾過するフィルター材と、を備え、
前記中空材、前記冷却材、及び前記フィルター材のうちの少なくともいずれかが、請求項1~3のいずれかに記載の前記トウバンドを含む、喫煙物品用のカートリッジ。
