Definitions
- the present invention relates to a dental implant fixture, and more particularly, it is possible to prevent deformation or damage at the inlet side as in the past when the tool is used frequently, as well as to prevent the contact area with the abutment from being reduced By doing so, it is possible to absorb the load applied from the abutment as it is, and this relates to a dental implant fixture that can prevent a decrease in mastication function.
- An implant originally refers to a replacement that restores human tissue when it is lost, but in dentistry, it refers to a series of procedures that implant artificially made teeth.
- a fixture made of titanium, etc. which does not have a negative reaction to the human body, is implanted in the alveolar bone from which the tooth has escaped, and then the function of the tooth is restored by fixing the artificial tooth. It is a procedure to do.
- Artificial teeth treatment also called implant or implant procedure
- Implants enhance the function of dentures for partially and completely edentulous patients as well as single-missing tooth restorations, improve the aesthetics of dental prosthetic restorations, and further dissipate excessive stress on the surrounding supporting bone tissue. It also helps in stabilizing the teeth.
- These implants generally include a fixture placed as an artificial tooth root, an abutment coupled to the fixture, and an abutment screw for fixing the abutment to the fixture, It includes an artificial tooth that engages the abutment.
- the healing abutment (not shown) is coupled to the fixture to maintain the coupled state.
- a fixture which is one component of an implant, is a structure that is placed in the alveolar bone during an implant procedure, and actually plays the role of an artificial tooth root. Therefore, the fixture must be firmly implanted in the alveolar bone. As such, in order to implant the fixture in the alveolar bone, and to adjust the position by lifting a part of the implanted fixture from the alveolar bone, a tool suitable for it, for example, a tool such as a screwdriver, must be connected to the fixture to work.
- a part to which the tool is selectively connected to the inner wall of the fixture for example, a tool connection groove, etc., must be machined, and it can be easily considered to process this part at the entrance of the fixture. .
- the flesh thickness of the inlet side is relatively thinner than other places, so if the part where the tool is connected here is machined, there is a high possibility that the fixture may be deformed or damaged at the inlet side when the tool is used frequently.
- the fixture is coupled to the fixture while being supported in contact with the inclined portion of the inner wall at the entrance. As this is reduced, the load applied from the abutment to the fixture can be reduced, which can lead to a problem of lowering of the masticatory function. There is a need for technological development.
- the technical problem to be achieved by the present invention is that it is possible to prevent deformation or damage at the inlet side as in the past when the tool is frequently used, as well as the load applied from the abutment by preventing the contact area with the abutment from being reduced It is to provide a dental implant fixture that can be absorbed as it is, thereby preventing a decrease in mastication function.
- the present invention it is possible to prevent deformation or damage at the inlet side as in the past when the tool is used frequently, as well as to absorb the load applied from the abutment as it is by preventing the contact area with the abutment from being reduced. And, this can prevent a decrease in the mastication function.
