1、本发明通过滑杆、浮球、浮板、清理板和清理块的配合使用,当该装置工作时,浮球和浮板会在水的浮力作用下沿滑杆向上移动,这会使得清理板也向上移动,使得清理板对箱体内侧壁的污垢进行清理,清理下来的污垢会经过排污口排出,当清理板反复工作多次后,清理板再次向上清理箱体内侧壁时,会使得清理块对清理板外表面的污垢进行清理,防止清理板长时间工作外表面粘附大量污垢影响对箱体内侧壁的清理,大大的提高了清理板的工作效率,使得该装置能长期稳定工作。
2、本发明通过叶片、转动轴、刷板、刷毛和滤网的配合使用,当使用该装置时,水会经过该装置底部进水口进水,在进水时,水的流动会带动叶片转动,叶片的转动将会带动转动轴转动,进而带动刷 板和刷毛的转动,滤网由于长时间使用,其外表面将会粘附大量污垢,由于滤网和刷毛的紧密贴合,所以刷毛的转动将会达到清理滤网表面污垢的效果,防止装置长时间工作滤网堵塞造成的该装置内部无法进水,以致于无法及时对洪涝进行监测报警,保护了人民群众的生命财产健康安全。
3、本发明通过圆形槽、复位弹簧、挡板和排污口的配合使用,当该装置工作一定时间后,由于清理块对清理板上污垢进行清理后会堆积在排污口处,当污垢堆积到一定程度时,会使得污垢的重量挤压挡板,使得挡板打开,将排污口内的污垢排出,当污垢排出后,挡板会在圆形槽内侧壁固定连接的复位弹簧的作用下重新紧密贴合箱体的外侧壁,防止装置内部堆积大量污垢影响装置的工作效果,防止外部的水经过排污口进入,影响浮板和浮球的上升,造成的无法及时对洪涝进行监测报警。
4、本发明通过开关按钮、报警器、浮球、浮板、滑杆、指示杆和刻度线的配合使用,当浮板和浮球在水的浮力作用下沿滑杆向上移动时会带动固定连接在浮板顶部的指示杆向上移动,外部人员可通过观察固定连接在指示杆外侧壁的刻度线观察水位情况,可做到及时的防洪,当浮球在水的作用下持续上升到开关按钮处并触动开关时,可使得报警器工作提醒人员做到防洪,通过这种方式及时的监测的水位,并且能及时提醒人员做到防洪,节约的资源。
综上所述:本发明通过水的作用力实现对洪涝的及时监测和报警,并且通过水的浮力作用实现了对装置内侧壁的清理防止装置内侧 壁污垢过多影响装置对洪涝的及时监测监控,通过水的流动实现了对滤网外侧壁的清理,防止了滤网长期工作水内的污垢对滤网造成的堵塞,造成的监测报警不及时对人民群众造成的威胁,大大的节约了资源,提高了装置的工作效率和及时性。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
参照图1-7,一种应用于城市的洪涝在线监测报警***,包括箱体1,报警器2,箱体1的内侧壁顶部固定连接有开关按钮3,箱体1的内侧壁固定连接有滑杆4,滑杆4的外侧壁滑动连接有浮球7,浮球7的外侧壁固定连接有浮板8,浮球7的材质为聚丙烯塑料,浮板8的材质为聚丙烯塑料,浮板8的外侧壁固定连接有清理板9,浮板8的顶部固定连接有指示杆5,指示杆5的外侧壁固定连接有刻度线22,箱体1的侧壁贯穿固定连接有进水口11,进水口11的内侧壁固定连接有滤网17,通过上述步骤实现了对箱体1内侧壁的清理,并且当浮球7和浮板8上升时能够触动开关按钮3使得报警器2报警,还能使得指示杆5上升便于人员观察水内液体高度,做出相对应的防洪措施;
滤网17的外侧壁转动连接有清理机构,清理机构包括与固定杆12外侧壁一侧转动连接的转动轴14,转动轴14的外侧壁固定连接有叶片13,叶片13为对称设置,叶片13的数量为多个,转动轴14的外侧壁固定连接有刷板15,刷板15的外侧壁固定连接有刷毛16,刷毛16的一侧与滤网17的外侧壁一侧紧密贴合,转动轴14的一端与滤网17的外侧壁一侧转动连接,通过上述步骤实现了对滤网17外侧 壁的清理,防止滤网17长时间工作污垢堵塞滤网17造成水无法对浮板8和浮球7产生作用,使得装置能持续稳定工作;
进水口11的内侧壁顶部固定连接有固定杆12,箱体1的外侧壁贯穿固定连接有排污口10,排污口10为对称阵列设置,排污口10的数量为多个,排污口10的内侧壁顶部固定连接有清理块21,箱体1的外侧壁紧密贴合有单向机构,单向机构包括箱体1外侧壁开设的圆形槽20,圆形槽20的内侧壁固定连接有复位弹簧19,复位弹簧19为黄铜材质,复位弹簧19处于拉伸状态,复位弹簧19的一端固定连接有挡板18,挡板18的外侧壁一侧与箱体1的外侧壁紧密贴合,箱体1的外侧壁贯穿固定连接有出水口6,箱体1的顶部与报警器2的底部固定连接,指示杆5的外侧壁与箱体1的顶部贯穿滑动连接,箱体1的底部固定连接有支杆23,支杆23为对称设置,支杆23的数量为多个,经过上述步骤实现了对污垢的排出,防止装置内部污垢大量堆积造成装置出现故障,无法对洪涝做出及时监测报警,保护了人民群众的生命健康财产安全。
本发明中,当使用该装置进行洪涝在线监测报警时,将箱体1底部对称固定连接的多个支杆23***需要监控的区域,当水面上升时,水会经过贯穿固定连接在箱体1外侧壁的进水口11进入箱体1的内部,当水面持续上升时,水的浮力会推动箱体1内部的浮球7沿与浮球7贯穿滑动连接的滑杆4向上滑动,浮球7的向上滑动,带动固定连接在浮球7外侧壁的浮板8向上滑动,浮板8的向上滑动带动固定连接在浮板8外侧壁的清理板9沿箱体1内侧壁向上滑动,实现对箱 体1内侧壁的清理,防止箱体1内侧壁长时间工作产生的污垢对浮球7和浮板8的上升造成一定的阻碍,浮板8的上升会带动固定连接在浮板8顶部的指示杆5沿箱体1的侧壁向上滑动,由于指示杆5外侧壁固定连接的刻度线22的设置,所以人员可通过观察刻度线22的长度知道该处的水位情况,也可通过信号发射器远程观察水位(信号发射器为现有技术图中未画出,在这里就不再做详细赘述),以便于做出提前预警,当水位上升到一定程度时,会使得浮球7的顶部触发固定连接在箱体1内侧壁顶部的开关按钮3,使得固定连接在箱体1顶部的报警器2工作报警,提醒人员需要防洪,做到及时的报警,箱体1外侧壁贯穿固定连接的出水口6的设置防止在装置报警时水位上升过高对装置内部电气元器件造成的损害,提高了该装置的使用寿命,当清理板9上升时,会由固定连接在排污口10顶部的锥形设置的清理块21对清理板9的外侧壁进行清理,防止清理板9外表面因为长时间工作粘附大量污垢对洪涝监测报警产生的影响,由清理块21清理下来的污垢会落入排污口10内,当清理板9下降时,会由倾斜设置的排污口10的底部对清理板9进行清理,由排污口10底部清理的污垢会沿排污口10的底部向下滑落堆积在排污口10的靠近挡板18的一侧,当排污口10内部堆积污垢到达一定程度时,污垢会推动紧密贴合在箱体1外侧壁紧密贴合的挡板18打开,使得排污口10内部的污垢能够排出,当污垢排出后,挡板18会在箱体1外侧壁开设的圆形槽20内侧壁固定连接的复位弹簧19的复位效果下重新紧密贴合箱体1的外侧壁,在进水口11进水时,水会经过固定连接在进水口 11内侧壁的滤网17进行过滤,水的流动会带动叶片13转动,叶片13的转动带动固定连接在叶片13内侧壁的转动轴14转动,转动轴14的转动会带动固定连接在转动轴14外侧壁的刷板15的转动,刷板15的转动会带动固定连接在刷板15外侧壁一侧的刷毛16的转动,由于刷毛16的一端与滤网17的外侧壁一侧紧密贴合,所以刷毛16的转动会对滤网17的外侧壁一侧进行清理,防止滤网17长时间工作大量污垢粘附在外表面,造成箱体1内部无法进行,以致于无法做到及时对洪涝做到监测报警,清理下来的污垢将会经过底部倾斜设置的进水口11排到外界,防止污垢对进水口11的堵塞,影响该装置对洪涝的进行监测报警,使该装置能长期平稳工作。

  1. 一种应用于城市的洪涝在线监测报警***,包括箱体(1),报警器(2),其特征在于,所述箱体(1)的内侧壁顶部固定连接有开关按钮(3),所述箱体(1)的内侧壁固定连接有滑杆(4),所述滑杆(4)的外侧壁滑动连接有浮球(7),所述浮球(7)的外侧壁固定连接有浮板(8),所述浮板(8)的外侧壁固定连接有清理板(9),所述浮板(8)的顶部固定连接有指示杆(5),所述指示杆(5)的外侧壁固定连接有刻度线(22),所述箱体(1)的侧壁贯穿固定连接有进水口(11),所述进水口(11)的内侧壁固定连接有滤网(17),所述滤网(17)的外侧壁转动连接有清理机构,所述进水口(11)的内侧壁顶部固定连接有固定杆(12),所述箱体(1)的外侧壁贯穿固定连接有排污口(10),所述排污口(10)的内侧壁顶部固定连接有清理块(21),所述箱体(1)的外侧壁紧密贴合有单向机构,所述箱体(1)的外侧壁贯穿固定连接有出水口(6),所述箱体(1)的顶部与报警器(2)的底部固定连接,所述指示杆(5)的外侧壁与箱体(1)的顶部贯穿滑动连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种应用于城市的洪涝在线监测报警***,其特征在于,所述清理机构包括与固定杆(12)外侧壁一侧转动连接的转动轴(14),所述转动轴(14)的外侧壁固定连接有叶片(13),所述转动轴(14)的外侧壁固定连接有刷板(15),所述刷板(15)的外侧壁固定连接有刷毛(16),所述刷毛(16)的一侧与滤网(17)的外侧壁一侧紧密贴合,所述转动轴(14)的一端与滤网(17)的外侧壁一侧转动连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种应用于城市的洪涝在线监测报警***,其特征在于,所述单向机构包括箱体(1)外侧壁开设的圆形槽(20),所述圆形槽(20)的内侧壁固定连接有复位弹簧(19),所述复位弹簧(19)的一端固定连接有挡板(18),所述挡板(18)的外侧壁一侧与箱体(1)的外侧壁紧密贴合。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种应用于城市的洪涝在线监测报警***,其特征在于,所述浮球(7)的材质为聚丙烯塑料,所述浮板(8)的材质为聚丙烯塑料。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种应用于城市的洪涝在线监测报警***,其特征在于,所述排污口(10)为对称阵列设置,所述排污口(10)的数量为多个。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种应用于城市的洪涝在线监测报警***,其特征在于,所述箱体(1)的底部固定连接有支杆(23),所述支杆(23)为对称设置,所述支杆(23)的数量为多个。
