Abstract
La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une lentille personnalisée selon une conception de préforme et une conception bi-asphérique d'une surface convexe (CC)/d'une surface concave (CV). La conception de la préforme est une conception de lentille selon des paramètres pour chaque individu, au moins l'un des paramètres suivants pour chaque individu pouvant être utilisé : (1) distance verre-œil (DVO), la distance entre le verre de lunettes et l'œil ; (2) distance de lecture (DL), la distance entre un livre et les yeux ; (3) PD monoculaire (MONO PD), la distance entre les pupilles ; (4) longueur axiale, la longueur depuis l'avant vers l'arrière du globe oculaire ; (5) angle de galbe, l'angle formé entre la ligne droite tracée à partir du sourcil humain vers la mâchoire supérieure et la ligne horizontale tracée à partir du foramen auditif externe ; (6) angle pantoscopique, l'angle de la monture de lunettes qui change en fonction de la position du nez et des oreilles ; (7) INSET, la quantité de convergence (la mise au point des lignes de regard des deux yeux sur un point situé devant les yeux) en fonction de la distance de regard de la partie distante à la partie proche ; et (8) hauteur de centrage optique, la distance du bord inférieur de la monture de lunettes au centre de la pupille dans la direction verticale. La conception bi-asphérique conçoit à la fois des surfaces myopes et astigmates en tant que surfaces asphériques afin de minimiser la distorsion et de réduire l'astigmatisme et la mauvaise adaptation du porteur et applique séparément la puissance d'addition (dioptries, Di) à la CC avant et à la CV arrière au niveau de la partie proche respectivement.
