具体实施方式
以下,参照附图来对实施方式进行说明。
图1是表示实施方式所涉及的接收设备的结构例的功能框图。
接收设备10是收看数字内容的设备,例如是接收2K或者4K/8K这种地面广播、卫星广播等数字广播的广播信号,从广播信号获取广播节目,并能够收看的电视接收设备(也被称为电视设备、电视机接收机、广播信号接收设备)。接收设备10也可以具备具有CPU、存储器等的计算机。
接收设备10具备用于与例如因特网等网络30连接的外部接口,能够对网络30上的内容服务器设备等提供的内容进行收看。此外,接收设备10例如也可以从DVD、硬盘等存储介质等获取数字电视广播的广播节目数据等。
另外,也有时将数字内容简称为节目。此外,也有时将从广播信号获取的数字内容称为广播节目,将从网络上的设备获取的数字内容简称为内容。
此外,接收设备10也可以具有录像播放功能,通过录像播放功能能够在硬盘等中录像广播节目,或者将录像的广播节目可收看地输出。此外,也可以将接收设备10与未图示的录像播放设备连接,在未图示的录像播放设备中录像广播节目,并使其能够收看。
此外,接收设备10若是能够接收数字内容的设备,则也可以是不具有能够收看的显示器(显示单元)仅能够进行录像的录像机、能够接收广播信号的Set Top Box(STB)等。此外,接收设备10作为具有同样的接收功能的接 收设备,也可以是个人计算机、智能手机等移动设备。
接收设备10通过使用附属的遥控器100从而用户能够远程控制。此外,接收设备10也可以具备能够远程控制的智能扬声器等未图示的声音识别单元。
接收设备10能够获取数字广播的广播节目所涉及的属性信息(称为广播节目信息),能够显示于显示部141,或者输出给声音输出部142。进一步地,接收设备10能够将录像的广播节目所涉及的属性信息、内容服务器设备提供的内容所涉及的信息(称为内容节目信息)等显示于显示部141,或者输出给声音输出部142。所谓广播节目所涉及的属性信息,可以是广播节目的节目名、出演者、广播时刻等广播节目所涉及的任意的信息。
此外,本实施方式中的接收设备10也可以具备多个调谐器,也可以同时录像多个频道的节目。例如,也可以同时长时间地录像与调谐器数量相应的频道的节目(将这样的录像的方式称为全节目录像)。另外,在全节目录像的情况下,能够录像的时间量取决于能够保存录像数据的硬盘等的容量。
另外,通常,网络30不仅与1台接收设备10连接,而且与多个接收设备10连接。以下,在表示多个接收设备10时,也可能称为接收设备10。
解析服务器20是网络30上的服务器,也可以通过具有CPU、存储器等的计算机(包含云)来构建。解析服务器20对从与网络30连接的多个接收设备10收集的收看历史数据等解析对象数据、针对解析对象数据的解析条件等的解析条件数据进行接收,基于解析条件来对解析对象数据进行解析,得到解析结果。接收设备10根据需要来从解析服务器20得到解析结果。
内容服务器设备21是提供内容、其相关信息的网络上的内容服务器,也可以通过具有CPU、存储器等的计算机(包含云)来构建。内容服务器设备21例如由内容服务提供商(CSP)、通信运营商、除此以外的被称为Over The Top(OTT)的内容的服务运营商等(以下,总称为CSP提供者)而被提供。Video On Demand这一提供服务的服务器也包含于内容服务器设备21。内容服务器设备21根据来自外部的请求来提供内容、相关信息。另外,图1中仅表示了一个内容服务器设备21,但也可以是多个。
网络30是接收设备10、内容服务器设备21等连接并且各设备能够通信的网络,例如是因特网。此外,网络30并不仅局限于因特网,若各设备能够通信则也可以是包含多个不同网络的网络。
以下,对接收设备10的结构的详细进行说明。
广播信号接收处理部11具备调谐器功能、解复用处理功能等。调谐器功能根据数字广播的标准来对从未图示的天线、电缆受波的广播波进行处理并获取广播信号,解复用处理功能输出将广播信号分离等而得到的各种数字数据流。数字广播的标准例如也可以是2K数字广播中采用的MPEG2TS方式、4K/8K数字广播中采用的MPEG Media Transport方式(MMT方式)等。另外,在存在多个调谐器的情况下,也可以根据调谐器对应不同的标准。此外,广播信号接收处理部11作为与数字广播的标准相应的处理,也可以具备纠错编码解码处理、将被加密的数据解码的密码解码化处理等的功能。
数据处理部12对广播信号接收处理部11、网络数据处理部101、记录播放部15等输出的编码数据(影像编码数据、声音编码数据、文字编码数据等)实施解码化处理等,输出影像、声音、文字等数字内容数据。
输出控制部13对数据处理部12、网络数据处理部101等输出的数字内容数据调整输出定时、显示方法等,并输出给显示部141、声音输出部142。此外,输出控制部13在从控制部18接收到使显示部141显示节目信息的指令的情况下,也能够将解析部19从广播信号提取的Electric Program Guide(EPG)等的节目信息输出给显示部141。输出控制部13也可以经由控制部18来接收来自遥控器100等的控制信号,根据接收的控制信号来向显示部141、声音输出部142输出数据。此外,输出控制部13也可以从显示列表制作部16接收显示列表的数据,实施与需要相应的加工并向显示部141输出数据。
显示部141是显示影像、文字的例如显示器。显示部141将输出控制部13输出的数字内容数据输出为用户能够识别的影像、文字等的数字内容。
声音输出部142是输出声音的例如扬声器。声音输出部142将输出控制部13输出的声音的数字内容数据输出为用户能够识别的声音等的数字内容。 用户通过收看显示部141、声音输出部142输出的影像、文字、声音,来收看由广播信号或内容服务器设备21、记录播放部15等提供的数字内容。在向用户提示数字内容的意思上,也可以将显示部141、声音输出部142总称为提示部。
网络数据处理部101经由接口部17而与网络30上的设备收发各种数据。网络数据处理部101也可以具备用于进行与浏览器、内容服务器设备的数据的收发的应用等。例如,若用户在希望收看网络上的内容的情况下从遥控器进行操作,则网络数据处理部101经由控制部18,接收对内容服务器设备21的内容进行接收的指令,针对内容服务器设备21制作用于发送内容的请求,经由接口部17来进行发送。网络数据处理部101接收内容服务器设备21输出的内容所涉及的数据,进行与需要相应的处理,输出影像、声音、文字等的内容数据或者其编码数据等。具体来讲,网络数据处理部101对接收的内容所涉及的数据,作为解码化处理,例如也可以实施解复用处理(分离处理)、纠错编码解码处理、针对被编码的内容数据(影像、文字、声音等)的解码化处理等。网络数据处理部101输出的内容的数据也可以直接或者经由数据处理部12等而输入到输出控制部13,作为内容而从显示部141、声音输出部142等输出。
记录播放部15例如具备HDD(硬盘驱动器)等的数据保存部192,是能够进行节目的录像的磁盘播放器、HDD录像机等,将广播信号接收处理部11、网络数据处理部101等输出的数字内容的数据存储于数据保存部152。记录播放部15根据来自用户等的播放请求来播放输出数字内容。更具体来讲,记录播放部15的控制部151若接受播放请求,则根据存储的数字内容的数据(广播信号数据、内容所涉及的数据、编码数据等)输出给数据处理部12。在进行了数据处理部12中所需的处理后,获取的广播节目数据、内容数据被输出到输出控制部13。记录播放部15输出的数据最终作为影像、文字、声音而从显示部141、声音输出部142输出。用户通过收看显示部141、声音输出部142输出的影像、文字、声音,从而收看存储于记录播放部15的数字内容。另外, 在本实施方式中,记录播放部15设为接收设备10的一个功能,但也可以是外置的设备。
此外,本实施方式的数据保存部152保存录像预约信息、与录像的节目有关的信息(录像节目信息)等。录像预约信息是预定将来录像的节目所涉及的信息,例如,包含节目被广播的频道、广播时刻等。录像节目信息是已经录像的广播节目所涉及的信息,包含录像节目的节目名、录像日期时间、广播日期时间等。录像节目信息可以是在接收设备10的内部独自制作的信息,也可以从网络30上的各种设备、广播信号接收处理部11接收的广播信号获取。此外,在录像的操作等与个人信息能够建立链接的情况下,录像节目信息中也可以包含录像的用户的个人信息等。此外,若节目的录像结束,则控制部151从录像预约信息删除录像了的节目的信息,在录像节目信息中写入录像了的节目的信息等,更新管理数据。录像节目信息、录像预约信息通常被数据库化,能够使用各种关键词来提取节目或者相关信息。
显示列表制作部16获取为了生成显示列表所需的各种信息,根据获取的各种信息生成显示列表的数据,输出到输出控制部13等,或者保存于数据保存部165等的存储器。所谓显示列表,包含过滤条件提示列表、节目列表(播放列表)。
过滤条件提示列表是用于基于用户当前收看中的节目(收看中节目),提取用户收看的节目(相关节目)的过滤条件的列表(一个以上的过滤条件的集合)。将基于过滤条件提示列表的各过滤条件而确定的节目的列表称为节目列表。此外,将节目列表之中实际播放的节目的列表称为播放列表,在接收设备10的控制部18中,网络数据处理部181进行管理。即在连续播放节目列表的全部节目的情况下,播放列表与节目列表为相同的列表。也可以在显示的节目列表中在实际播放的节目的横向设置单选按钮(radio button)等,通过单选按钮的选择或者非选择(ON/OFF)来表示被播放或者不被播放。
为了得到过滤条件提示列表,接收设备10将当前的时间等的时间信息、收看中节目的节目名等能够识别收看中节目的节目识别信息、人口统计属性 等的个人信息等作为解析条件而发送给解析服务器20。解析服务器20例如针对过去收集的收看历史数据等,基于从接收设备10发送来的解析条件来进行解析,得到1个以上的过滤条件。接收设备10从解析服务器20,作为解析结果而得到过滤条件,生成过滤条件提示列表。接收设备10也可以具备解析服务器20的功能。此外,接收设备10也可以使得用户能够从遥控器等设定过滤条件。该情况下,例如,接收设备10也可以在存储器(例如数据保存部165)中保存过滤条件提示列表的文件,用户从遥控器编辑该文件。
所谓“人口统计属性”,是指年龄、性别、年龄与性别的组合、此外“地域整体”、“家族整体”、“M3”、“M2”、“M1”、“T”、“F1”、“F2”、“F3”等接收设备10的用户的个人信息。
图2是实施方式所涉及的接收设备生成的过滤条件的例子,按照每行而显示过滤条件。
过滤条件No.1是对观看了收看中节目的用户其他观看的节目、或者处于观看了收看中节目的用户经常观看的倾向的节目进行提取的条件。根据过滤条件No.1而提取的节目例如能够从解析服务器20的解析结果获取。在从录像的节目提取基于过滤条件No.1的节目的情况下,能够通过对解析服务器20的解析结果与录像节目信息进行比较并选择一致的节目来进行提取。
过滤条件No.2是对作为属性信息而具有与被设定为收看中节目的属性信息的种类信息相同的种类信息的节目进行提取的条件。种类信息能够从广播节目信息获取,特别是针对录像了的节目能够从录像节目信息获取。在从录像了的节目提取基于过滤条件No.2的节目的情况下,能够以种类信息为关键词来从录像节目信息提取。

过滤条件No.5是对收看中节目的系列节目进行提取的条件。所谓系列节目,是指电视剧、动画片等持续地或者夹着中断期间并多期地断续地广播的节目,例如,包含在短期间内集中广播多次的系列节目、长期广播多次的系列节目、此外以多个系列节目为组的季播节目等。系列节目中,将每一次的广播称为广播故事。在从已录像的节目提取基于过滤条件No.5的节目的情况下,能够以系列编号的识别编号等为关键词来从录像节目信息提取。
过滤条件No.6是对基于各种算法而对与收看中节目相关的节目进行选择的节目进行提取的条件。所谓各种算法,也可以是基于人工智能(AI)、机器学习等的算法。根据过滤条件No.6而提取的节目例如能够从基于解析服务器20提供的各种算法的解析结果获取。在从已录像的节目提取基于过滤条件No.1的节目的情况下,能够通过对解析服务器20的解析结果与录像节目信息进行比较并选择一致的节目来进行提取。
过滤条件No.7是将预先用户等决定的节目提取为与收看中节目相关的节目的条件。例如,通过用户从遥控器100等进行设定条件的编辑,进行收看中节目与录像节目信息的其他节目的建立关联(建立链接),从而能够进行基于过滤条件No.7的节目的提取。
另外,过滤条件并不局限于上述的条件。过滤条件中也可以节目的属性信息等作为关键词而被包含。此外,过滤条件提示列表可以用户编辑并设定各过滤条件,也可以解析服务器20等基于算法而生成的过滤条件,还可以是从网络30上的内容服务器设备21等提供的过滤条件。
数据获取部161从外部获取过滤条件提示列表、节目列表的制作所需的 各种信息。此外,数据获取部161也可以从解析服务器20得到解析结果,或者接受用户从遥控器100输入的设定条件。
节目列表制作部162根据与收看中节目有关的信息(收看中节目信息)、过滤条件提示列表制作部163获取的过滤条件、保存于数据保存部152的录像节目信息,从录像节目信息提取与过滤条件一致的节目,将提取出的节目排列来制作列表(节目列表),将列表的数据输出到显示数据制作部164。节目列表中的节目的排列顺序可以是节目列表制作部162在列表制作中生成的顺序,也可以按照人气高的顺序等排列。在得到人气高的顺序的情况下,例如也可以基于从解析服务器20等得到的各节目的播放次数来确定节目的排列顺序。此外,在基于上述过滤条件7的情况下,也可以设为预先保存于保存部165等的相关节目的建立链接信息中指定的排列顺序。
过滤条件提示列表制作部163基于各种信息,获取或者制作过滤条件提示列表。各种信息例如可以是当前的时间等的时间信息、收看中节目的节目名等能够识别收看中节目的节目识别信息、人口统计属性等的个人信息等,也可以是这些的结合。时间信息例如在基于过滤条件提示列表而制作的节目列表被自动地连续播放的情况下,也可以是各节目开始播放的时间等。过滤条件提示列表制作部163根据需要,向基于各种信息而能够解析的解析服务器20输出各种信息,请求过滤条件。包含从解析服务器20得到的过滤条件而生成文件条件提示列表。此外,过滤条件提示列表制作部163也可以将用户从遥控器100输入编辑的文件条件包含于文件条件提示列表。
显示数据制作部164将从过滤条件提示列表制作部163、节目列表制作部162输入的列表的数据转换为用于使显示部141显示的数据并进行输出。

接口部17包含各种接口。
通信部171是用于与内容服务器设备21等网络30上的设备等进行数据通信的接口,例如具备TCP/IP、UDP/IP这种协议。
遥控器I/F部172是用于从遥控器100接收控制信号的接口。遥控器I/F部172将接收的控制信号输出到控制部18。也可以取代遥控器100而具有利用未图示的智能手机等的终端来接收控制信号的接口。
控制部18对接收设备10的各功能进行控制。具体来讲,控制部18从遥控器I/F部172接收各种控制信号,对接收设备10的各功能进行控制。例如,接收设备10的电源的接入断开(ON/OFF)、广播节目的录像播放等,控制部18经由遥控器I/F部172而接收来自遥控器100的控制信号,对接收设备10的各种功能进行控制,使其进行用户指定的动作。另外,在图2中,在与控制部18之间未特别连结的功能块之间也可以进行数据的交互。
解析部19也可以包含解析处理部191、数据保存部192。解析处理部191通过对从广播信号接收处理部11输入的传送控制信号、SI信号等的各种控制信息(以数字广播的标准被规定的控制信息等)进行解析,来提取广播中的广播节目信息等,并保存于数据保存部192等。广播节目信息例如包含数字广播中被广播的全部频带的每个广播时间的广播节目名等。解析部19也可以每当从广播信号接收广播节目信息,则更新所保存的广播节目信息。数据保存部192例如是HDD(硬盘驱动器)等的存储器。另外,数据保存部152、165、192也可以处于物理上相同的HDD,数据保存部152、165、192也可以处于接收设备10的外部(所谓的外置硬盘)。
遥控器100是用于控制接收设备10的远程控制器。
以下,表示实施方式所涉及的接收设备的动作例。
第1实施方式
在本实施方式中,表示如下接收设备10的动作例,即:用户通过接收设备来收看任意的节目,在该收看中节目结束后,自动连续播放与收看中节目相关的录像节目。更具体来讲,若用户通过接收设备收看节目,则接收设备10制作用于自动连续播放与该收看节目相关的录像节目的过滤条件提示列表、 节目列表,并连续播放基于节目列表的播放列表的节目。
图3是表示第1实施方式所涉及的接收设备在节目播放开始时将列表显示于显示部时的处理动作的流程图。
设为用户开始收看记录播放部15中录像的节目(步骤S11)。更具体来讲,若经由遥控器I/F部172接收来自遥控器100的播放开始指令,则控制部18向记录播放部15输出播放开始指令,并且向显示列表制作部16输出显示列表的制作指令。记录播放部15开始被选择的录像节目的播放。显示列表制作部16开始显示列表的制作(步骤S12)。
图4是表示该第1实施方式所涉及的接收设备制作用于使显示部显示的列表时的处理动作的流程图。
显示列表制作部16获取用于制作过滤的各种信息。作为各种信息,从解析部19获取收看中节目的节目名(步骤S31)。也可以将用户的人口统计属性作为各种信息而从数据保存部165获取。显示列表制作部16基于收看中节目的节目名和用户的人口统计属性来生成过滤条件提示列表(步骤S32)。更详细进行说明。
在步骤S32中,过滤条件提示列表制作部163若与显示列表制作指令一起将收看中节目的节目名、用户的人口统计属性接收到解析条件,则向解析服务器20发送解析条件以及过滤条件的获取请求。解析服务器20基于接收到的解析条件,生成1个以上的过滤条件,发送给接收设备10。过滤条件提示列表制作部163包含接收到的1个以上的过滤条件的全部或者一部分来设为过滤条件提示列表(步骤S32)。
节目列表制作部162基于过滤条件提示列表制作部163制作的过滤条件提示列表的各过滤条件来提取节目,制作节目列表(步骤S33至S36)。将图2所示的列表作为过滤条件提示列表,以过滤条件No.1为例,更具体地进行说明。节目列表制作部162从保存于数据保存部152的录像节目信息检索提取与过滤条件No.1一致的节目,将提取出的节目包含于节目列表(步骤S34)。若对全部录像节目信息进行检索,则包含提取出的全部节目,设为针对过滤 条件No.1的节目列表(步骤S35)。节目列表制作部162若针对过滤条件提示列表的全部过滤条件制作节目列表,则将过滤条件提示列表的过滤条件与节目列表建立链接的数据输出给显示数据制作部164。显示数据制作部164将接收到的数据转换为能够由显示部141显示的数据并输出给输出控制部13(步骤S37)。
返回到图3,输出控制部13使过滤条件提示列表显示于显示部141(步骤S13)。
图5是表示该第1实施方式所涉及的接收设备使显示部显示的列表的例子的图。
图5的(a)是图3的步骤S11中,节目的播放刚刚开始后仅节目的影像显示于显示部141的情况的显示例。

图5的(c)是用户从过滤条件提示列表1411选择了过滤条件F1的情况的节目列表1412的显示例。节目列表1412包含针对过滤条件F1提取并建立链接的节目P11至P14。各节目P11至P14的框内也可以包含例如各个节目名。另外,在过滤条件提示列表1411的各过滤条件的框内,例如也可以表示与该过滤条件建立链接的节目的节目名。例如,在过滤条件F1的框内,表示建立链接的节目的第一个播放的P11的节目名。通过这样,用户能够在图5的(b)的显示状态下,若观看过滤条件F1的框内的P11,则能够某种程度上预测以过滤条件F1提取的节目。
返回到图3,若用户从遥控器等选择步骤S13中显示的过滤条件提示列表之中的一个过滤条件,则显示与选择的过滤条件建立链接的节目列表(步骤S14的是,S15)。例如图5的(c)表示步骤S15中用户选择了过滤条件F1 的情况的节目列表1412的显示例。另外,节目列表1412向显示部141的显示可以显示为用户从遥控器等将指针指向过滤条件提示列表1411的各过滤器,也可以仅显示从遥控器指示指针并按下选择按钮等来确定了选择的情况。若节目列表被显示,则接收设备10移至“连续模式”。(步骤S17)。
在“连续模式”中,若当前收看中的节目结束,则可以接着自动播放节目列表中显示的节目,也可以接着从节目列表的前端的节目连续地自动播放。由此,用户仅通过选择过滤条件提示列表,就能够在不从录像的节目中检索接下来希望观看的节目的情况下自动播放,特别是在录像节目庞大的情况下用户的便利性提高。
另一方面,若从过滤条件提示列表不选择任何过滤条件,则一定时间后过滤条件提示列表消失,在“通常模式”下继续播放当前收看中的节目(步骤S14的是,S18)。所谓“通常模式”,是指“不连续模式”这一程度的含义,表示通常时收看节目的情况。因此在“通常模式”下,当前收看中的节目结束后,可以什么都不播放而切断接收设备10的电源,也可以切换显示广播节目。
另外,为了使“连续模式”解除,也可以为遥控器分配按钮。此外,从步骤S13到显示列表的期间,可以暂时停止收看中的节目的播放,也可以继续播放。此外,过滤条件提示列表、节目列表可以在显示之后一定时间后自动消失,也可以为遥控器分配用于使其消失的按钮。
此外,在上述的步骤中,表示了若选择过滤条件提示列表的过滤条件则移至连续模式的情况,但也可能在观看过滤条件提示列表中的节目列表后希望设为连续模式。这种情况下,暂时使节目列表显示(步骤S15),在节目列表中的某个节目被选择时,也可以设为连续播放包含被选择的节目的其以后的节目的连续模式。更具体来讲,例如图5的(c)中,若从遥控器等,从选择了过滤条件提示列表的F1的情况下显示的节目列表P11、P12、P13、P14之中选择P11,则也可以连续播放P11以后的节目。此外,不是必须选择节目列表的前端,例如在选择了P13的情况下,也可以连续播放P13、P14。
此外,在不以连续模式连续播放节目列表的节目而仅希望收看一个节目的情况下,例如在仅希望收看P13的节目的情况下,将指针置于P13上并例如选择2次则也可以仅播放P13。
通过上述的步骤,接收设备能够在节目播放开始时使显示部显示过滤条件提示列表、节目列表,能够移至“连续模式”。
另外,在上述步骤的步骤S11中,表示了用户对记录播放部15中录像的节目进行收看中的情况,但即使是对广播信号、网络30上的内容服务器设备21等发送的节目进行收看中也同样能够适用。
图6是表示该第1实施方式所涉及的接收设备基于显示的列表播放节目时的处理动作的流程图,是连续模式下的节目播放时的处理流程。
设为用户在连续模式下收看节目(步骤S51)。用于移至连续模式的处理也可以基于图3的流程图。在连续模式的情况下,控制部18对当前收看中节目之后播放的预定的节目的列表即播放列表进行管理。播放列表与图3的步骤S14中选择的节目列表基本同样。此外,例如在通过单选按钮等而从节目列表选择了播放的节目的情况下,该被选择的节目被包含于播放列表。若收看中节目结束,则控制部18确认管理的播放列表,在播放列表中存在应播放的节目的情况下,播放该节目(步骤S52的是、步骤S53的是、步骤S51)。所谓播放列表的应播放的节目,也可以是播放列表之中的未播放的节目。例如,在按照播放列表的排列顺序连续播放的情况下,在刚刚移至连续模式之后播放列表的前端的节目设为应播放的节目,其之后按照播放列表顺序播放节目。节目控制部18在确认了播放列表中不存在应播放的节目的情况下,结束基于播放列表的播放,结束连续模式(步骤S53的否,步骤S54)。例如,在按照播放列表的排列顺序连续播放的情况下,若播放列表的最后的节目的收看结束,则结束基于播放列表的播放,结束连续模式。若结束连续模式,则接收设备10可以返回到通常模式并显示广播节目,也可以切断自身的电源。
通过以上的步骤,在用户通过接收设备10收看节目并在该收看中节目结束后,能够自动连续播放与收看中节目相关的1个以上的录像节目。由此, 用户能够从录像的大量的节目容易地收看希望观看的节目。
第2实施方式
在第1实施方式中,通过图3的流程图的例子,表示了刚刚播放了录像的节目之后,使与该节目相关的过滤条件提示列表、节目列表显示的例子,但在该第2实施方式中,表示用户操作遥控器来使显示部显示过滤条件提示列表、节目列表的情况的例子。
图7是表示第2实施方式所涉及的接收设备从遥控器接收了信号时的处理动作例的流程图。
在用户对任意的节目进行收看中,为了使显示部141显示过滤条件提示列表、节目列表,从遥控器100进行操作。在遥控器100也可以存在用于使过滤条件提示列表、节目列表显示的专用的按钮。此外,也可以用于使列表显示的显示按钮被显示在显示部141上,该情况下,用户也可以从遥控器100按下该显示按钮。通过用户的操作,若遥控器100输出用于使过滤条件提示列表、节目列表显示的信号(设为列表显示指令信号),则列表显示指令信号被接收设备10的遥控器I/F172接收,通过控制部18,列表显示指令被取出(步骤S101的是)。控制部18将列表显示指令输出给显示列表制作部16。显示列表制作部16若接收列表显示指令,则确认与当前收看中的节目相关的过滤条件提示列表、节目列表是否处于数据保存部165(步骤S102)。显示列表制作部16若确认不存在列表,则制作列表(步骤S102的否,步骤S103)。步骤S103中的列表制作处理与基于图4的流程图的处理同样,因此省略说明。显示列表制作部16在确认了数据保存部165中存在列表的情况下,将确认的列表的数据输出给输出控制部13,在数据保存部165中不存在列表的情况下,将步骤S103中制作的列表的数据输出给输出控制部13,从显示部141显示过滤条件提示列表(步骤S104)。步骤S104的处理与图3的步骤13同样,因此省略详细的说明。
图8是表示该第2实施方式所涉及的接收设备使显示部显示的列表的例子的图,图8的(a)是步骤S104的处理结果即过滤条件提示列表1411的显 示例。
在用户通过遥控器100从显示的过滤条件提示列表选择了任一列表的情况下,显示控制部13使显示部141显示与该选择的列表建立链接的节目列表(步骤S105的是,步骤S106)。图8的(b)是步骤S106的处理结果的显示例,是在图8的(a)的显示状态下选择了过滤条件F1的情况下的节目列表1412的显示例。在图8的(a)的显示状态下,在某一定时间未从过滤条件提示列表1411选择任何列表的情况下,显示控制部13也可以使过滤条件提示列表1411向显示部141的显示消失(步骤S105的否)。
在通过步骤S106而显示的节目列表1412中,也能够删除节目。例如在从图8的(b)的显示状态的节目列表1412删除节目P12的情况下,例如也可以用户操作遥控器100并选择节目框P12,若为了从节目列表对选择的节目进行删除处理而按下分配给遥控器100的按钮,则从遥控器100输出节目删除指令信号。节目删除指令信号经由遥控器I/F172、控制部18,作为节目删除指令而被输入到显示数据制作部164。显示数据制作部164根据输出给输出控制部13的显示数据,制作从节目列表删除了节目删除指令的对象即P12的显示数据(步骤S107的是,步骤S108)。显示数据制作部164若将显示数据再次输出给输出控制部13,则显示部141显示P13被删除的节目列表(步骤S109)。图8的(c)是通过步骤S109而显示的节目列表1412的例子。基于步骤S109的显示后,若经过一定时间,则节目列表1412消失,基于更新后的节目列表1412的连续模式的节目的播放继续(步骤S110)。
通过以上的步骤,用户操作遥控器100,使显示部141显示过滤条件提示列表、节目列表,进一步能够从节目列表进行节目的删除。
图9是表示该第2实施方式所涉及的接收设备通过用户进行了过滤条件提示列表以及节目列表的编辑时的处理动作例的流程图。
用户操作遥控器100来使显示部141显示过滤条件提示列表(步骤S301、S302)。此时的显示部141的显示状态设为图8的(a)。用户为了删除显示的过滤条件提示列表1411之中的任一过滤条件列表,通过遥控器100的操作 来选择删除的过滤条件列表,按下用于进行删除处理的按钮。用于进行删除处理的按钮可以专门设置于遥控器100,也可以通过多次按下确定按钮等任意的形式而分配给遥控器的现有的按钮。通过用户按下按钮而从遥控器100输出的过滤条件删除指令信号被接收设备10的遥控器I/F172接收,通过控制部18,过滤条件删除指令(条件列表变更指令)被取出(步骤S303的是)。控制部18将过滤条件删除指令输出给显示列表制作部16。显示列表制作部16若接收过滤条件删除指令,则再次制作从在显示部141显示中的过滤条件提示列表删除被选择的过滤条件的过滤条件提示列表,并输出给输出控制部13。输出控制部13使显示部141显示被更新的过滤条件提示列表(步骤S304)。通过该步骤,能够进行过滤条件提示列表的更新。
图10是表示该第2实施方式所涉及的接收设备使显示部显示的列表的例子的图,图10的(a)表示通过步骤S304而更新的过滤条件提示列表141的显示例。图10的(a)是从图8的(a)的过滤条件提示列表删除了F3的情况的显示例。
用户若通过遥控器100的操作,从更新后的过滤条件提示列表选择一个过滤条件,则被选择的过滤条件的节目列表被显示于显示部141(步骤S305的是,步骤S306)。图10的(b)是通过步骤S306而选择条件列表F1并显示的节目列表1412的一个例子。
用户进一步对显示于节目列表的节目的顺序进行变更。具体来讲,在图10的(b)中假定将P13的顺序变更为P12之上的情况。用户通过遥控器100的操作,从节目列表1412选择希望移动的节目,将选择的节目移动至希望的位置。移动的操作例如可以在选择了节目的基础上,若进一步按下遥控器100上的另一按钮,则显示“上”、“下”等,从遥控器100选择该显示从而执行,也可以是任意的操作。例如,在选择了“上”的显示的情况下,被选择的节目向上移动一个,在选择了“下”的显示的情况下,被选择的节目向下移动一个。若用户从遥控器100选择了“上”,则遥控器100输出表示向“上”的移动指令的上移指令信号。上移指令信号经由遥控器I/F172、控制部18, 作为上移指令而被输入到显示数据制作部164(步骤S307的是)。显示数据制作部164针对输出给输出控制部13的显示数据,使上移指令的对象即节目P13在节目列表中向上移动一个,再次制作显示数据。显示数据制作部164若将显示数据再次输出到输出控制部13,则显示部141显示P13的顺序移动了的节目列表(步骤S308)。图10的(c)是通过步骤S308而显示的节目列表1412的例子。输出控制部13在使显示部141显示通过步骤S308而显示的更新后的节目列表1412之后一定时间后,使显示消失,接收设备10也可以移至基于更新后的节目列表的连续模式,播放节目(步骤S309)。
通过以上的步骤,用户操作遥控器100来使显示部141显示过滤条件提示列表、节目列表,能够从过滤条件提示列表删除过滤条件,或者进一步编辑节目列表的节目的显示顺序(连续播放中为播放顺序)等。
第3实施方式
在第1实施方式中,表示了接收设备10为了使与收看中节目相关的录像节目播放,以节目为单位制作过滤条件提示列表、节目列表的例子,但表示以“场景”为单位制作列表的例子。
所谓“场景”,是指根据内容等来分割节目数据(内容数据)的时间框。例如,在同一音乐节目中,在按每个演奏者来分割出演时间框的情况下,将各出演时间框分别分割为称为“场景”的时间框。用户通过使用遥控器100等来选择“场景”,能够立刻观看希望收看的演奏者的影像。另外,“场景”预先针对任意的节目,通过编辑等而制作,例如保存于网络30上的服务器等,接收设备10能够获取“场景”的信息。接收设备10能够基于包含“场景”的节目的节目名、“场景”的时刻等“场景”信息,根据录像节目信息等来检索场景。此外,用户能够独自设定“场景”并制作“场景”的信息。
图11是第3实施方式所涉及的接收设备生成的列表的例子,作为场景列表数据库1651,显示列表制作部16制作,例如保存于数据保存部165。在数据库1651的各列,以场景列表名而定义的场景列表表示于各列,作为按照每个场景列表而提取场景的对象的节目的信息(节目信息1653)与以场景列表 名为过滤条件而提取的场景的信息(场景内容1654)被建立链接。场景列表名组1652相当于第1实施方式中定义的过滤条件提示列表。例如,在数据库1651中的No.3的场景列表即场景列表1655的情况下,场景列表名是“电影BJD的整体”,节目列表制作部162以“电影BJD的整体”为关键词而提取场景的对象节目的节目名为“BJD”,提取的场景被广播的日期时间为“D3T3”,“BJD”的种类为电影。以“电影BJD的整体”为关键词而从“BJD”提取的场景是场景列表组1654的“Opening”、“主体部分1”“告知”、“CM1”、“主体部分2”、“CM2”。
图12是表示该第3实施方式所涉及的接收设备制作用于使显示部显示的列表时的处理动作的流程图,从图3的步骤S12继续。
在用户通过数字广播而收看广播节目时,可能希望集中观看该节目的出演者A所涉及的其他场景。用户从遥控器100按下场景列表显示指令的按钮。列表控制部18经由遥控器I/F部172而接收遥控器100输出的场景列表显示指令。控制部18确定接收到场景列表显示指令时显示于显示部141的场景(将确定的场景称为确定场景),向显示列表制作部16输出确定场景的信息和场景列表的显示列表的制作指令。显示列表制作部16开始显示列表的制作(相当于图3的步骤S12)。
移至图12的流程图,显示列表制作部16接收确定场景的信息和场景列表显示指令。显示列表制作部16也可以进一步作为确定场景所涉及的各种信息,从解析部19或网络30上的内容服务器21、解析服务器20等获取收看中节目的节目名、确定场景的广播时间、确定场景的属性信息(出演者、音乐、场所等)(步骤S501)。此外,显示列表制作部16也可以作为确定场景所涉及的各种信息而从数据保存部165获取选择了确定场景的用户的人口统计属性。此外,显示列表制作部16也可以在作为确定场景所涉及的各种信息而基于当前的时间、过滤条件提示列表来制作的场景列表被自动连续播放的情况下,获取各场景被播放的时间等的时间信息。显示列表制作部16基于确定场景所涉及的各种信息来生成过滤条件提示列表(步骤S502)。更详细地说明。
在步骤S502中,过滤条件提示列表制作部163若与显示列表制作指令一起将确定场景所涉及的各种信息作为解析条件而接收,则向解析服务器20发送解析条件以及过滤条件(在本实施方式中为场景列表名)的获取请求。解析服务器20基于接收到的解析条件,生成1个以上的过滤条件,向接收设备10发送。解析服务器20除了过滤条件,也将与过滤条件一致的节目信息、场景内容同时发送给接收设备10。即,解析服务器20将图11的数据库1651的内容发送给接收设备10。过滤条件提示列表制作部163将接收的数据库1651的场景列表名组1652的全部或者一部分设为过滤条件提示列表(步骤S502)。节目列表制作部162对过滤条件提示列表制作部163制作的过滤条件提示列表的全部的过滤条件,实施步骤S504至S506的步骤(步骤S503至S507)。使用图11的过滤条件No.3来更加详细地进行说明。节目列表制作部162使用过滤条件提示列表的过滤条件(图11的过滤条件No.3)的关键词等,从数据保存部152的录像节目信息检索与场景相关的节目(步骤S504)。节目列表制作部162在从录像节目信息找到与过滤条件一致的节目的情况下,制作用于显示于显示部141的场景列表(称为显示场景列表)(步骤S505的是,步骤S506)。以图11的场景列表1655为例,更具体地进行说明。节目列表制作部162从保存于数据保存部152的录像节目信息,检索场景列表1655的节目信息1653即种类与“电影”一致、节目名与“BJD”一致、日期时间与“D3T3”一致的节目(步骤S504)。节目列表制作部162在找到与录像节目信息一致的节目的情况下,将场景列表1655包含于显示场景列表(步骤S506)。针对过滤条件提示列表的全部过滤条件(场景列表名)执行步骤S504至步骤S506,制作显示场景列表之后,将显示场景列表的数据输出给显示数据制作部164。显示数据制作部164将接收到的数据转换为能够由显示部141显示的数据并输出给输出控制部13(步骤S507至S508)。
输出控制部13使显示部141显示场景列表组(相当于过滤条件提示列表)(相当于图3的步骤S13)。若由用户从场景列表组选择场景列表(相当于节目列表),则选择出的场景列表中包含的内容被显示于显示部141(图3的步 骤S14的是,相当于步骤S15)。
图13是表示该第3实施方式所涉及的接收设备使显示部显示的列表的例子的图。图13中,表示在显示部141显示从图11的数据库1651选择4个场景列表来制作的过滤条件提示列表1411(相当于场景列表组)、进一步显示被选择的场景列表No.3的节目列表1412(相当于场景列表)的情况的例子。
关于以下的节目列表1412的播放,由于与第1实施方式中的图3的步骤S16以后的说明同样,因此省略说明。另外,场景列表1655与记录播放部15中录像的对象节目的对应关系例如能够按照场景列表1655的每个场景(场景1、2、3、4、5、6)预先赋予广播时刻等属性信息,与赋予给录像节目信息的广播时刻等属性信息进行比较从而得到对应关系。由此,若用户选择场景列表1655的场景4,则能够播放记录播放部15中录像的场景4。
通过上述的步骤,接收设备能够以场景为单位制作过滤条件提示列表(相当于场景列表组)、节目列表(场景列表),并显示于显示部。由此,用户若从过滤条件提示列表选择希望收看的场景列表,则能够自动并且连续地收看希望收看的场景。例如在对音乐节目进行收看中,能够集中连续地收看出演中的演奏者在其他节目中出演的场景。另外,在本实施方式中,基于收看中节目的场景来获取过滤条件提示列表,但有时对收看中节目的场景附加出演者、节目名、被显示的场所、被显示的食物等各种属性信息。在这样的情况下,也可以通过未图示的声音识别等来进一步将出演者名追加为关键词等,进一步追加到列表(过滤条件提示列表、节目列表)。
通过以上所述的至少一个实施方式,能够提供基于用户正在收看的节目来生成节目的列表的接收设备以及生成方法。
另外,附图所示的解析画面等中显示的条件参数、针对其的选项、数值、评价指标等的名称、定义、种类等在本实施方式表示为一个例子,并不限定于本实施方式所示的方式。
说明了本公开的几个实施方式,但这些实施方式作为例子而提示,并不意图限定发明的范围。这些新的实施方式能够以其他各种方式而实施,在不 脱离发明的主旨的范围内,能够进行各种省略、置换、变更。这些实施方式、其变形包含于发明的范围、主旨,并且包含于权利要求书所述的发明及其等同的范围。进一步地,在权利要求的各结构要素中,将结构要素分割表述的情况、或者将多个合并表述的情况、或者将这些组合表述的情况也是本公开的范畴。此外,即使将多个实施方式组合,通过该组合构成的实施例也是发明的范畴。
此外,附图为了使说明更加明确,与实际的方式相比,针对各部的宽度、厚度、形状等可能示意性地表示。在框图中,针对未连线的框之间或者即使连线也未表示箭头的方向也可能进行数据、信号的交互。流程图所示的处理也可以通过硬件(IC芯片等)或软件(程序等)或硬件与软件的组合来实现。此外,将权利要求表述为控制逻辑的情况、表述为使计算机执行的包含指示的程序的情况、以及表述为记载了所述指示的计算机可读记录介质的情况也应用了本公开的设备。此外,针对使用的名称、用语也并不限定,即使是其他表现若实质为相同内容、相同主旨,则也包含于本公开。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种接收设备,其中,所述接收设备具备:
    节目接收单元,接收数字内容的节目;
    节目输出单元,用于将所述节目输出到显示单元;
    记录播放控制单元,将所述节目录像到存储单元,或者将所述存储单元中录像的节目从所述节目输出单元向所述显示单元播放输出;
    过滤条件提示列表制作单元,基于所述显示单元中输出中的第1节目,制作过滤条件提示列表,所述过滤条件提示列表包含用于从所述存储单元提取第2节目的过滤条件;和
    过滤条件提示列表输出单元,向所述显示单元输出所述过滤条件提示列表。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的接收设备,其中,
    所述过滤条件提示列表制作单元在所述第1节目刚刚向所述显示单元开始输出后,制作所述过滤条件提示列表。
  3. 根据权利要求1或者2所述的接收设备,其中,
    能够从遥控器控制是否制作所述过滤条件提示列表。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3中的任一项所述的接收设备,其中,
    所述接收设备具备:
    节目列表制作单元,制作基于所述过滤条件而从所述存储单元提取的所述第2节目的列表即节目列表;和
    节目列表输出单元,向所述显示单元输出所述节目列表。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的接收设备,其中,
    若从显示于所述显示单元的所述过滤条件提示列表选择过滤条件,则针对所述过滤条件而制作的节目列表被显示于所述显示单元,在所述显示单元中输出中的所述第1节目结束后,所述节目列表中包含的所述第2节目按所述节目列表的排列顺序被连续播放。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5中的任一项所述的接收设备,其中,
    所述过滤条件提示列表包含从外部服务器获取的过滤条件。
  7. 根据权利要求1至6中的任一项所述的接收设备,其中,
    所述过滤条件提示列表包含用户编辑了的过滤条件。
  8. 一种列表的生成方法,其中,所述列表的生成方法包括:
    接收数字内容的节目;
    将所述节目输出到显示单元;
    将所述节目录像到存储单元,或者将所述存储单元中录像的节目向所述显示单元播放输出;
    基于所述显示单元中输出中的第1节目,制作包含用于从所述存储单元提取第2节目的过滤条件的过滤条件提示列表;和
    向所述显示单元输出所述过滤条件提示列表。
