Abstract

一种具有蒸馏水功能的热水壶,包括电热壶壶体(1),电热壶壶体(1)内设有储蒸馏水外胆(11)与加热内胆(12),加热内胆(12)设于储蒸馏水外胆(11)内,加热内胆(12)上设有进水口(121)与蒸汽出口(120),电热壶壶体(1)上设有防烫壶柄(14),防烫壶柄(14)内设有冷凝通道(140),冷凝通道(140)的进口与蒸汽出口(120)相连通,冷凝通道(140)的出口与储蒸馏水外胆(11)相连通。通过加热内胆(12)上的进水口(121)可将自来水加入到加热内胆(12)内,加热内胆(12)加热工作时,产生蒸汽,蒸汽会从蒸汽出口(120)进入到冷凝通道(140)内进行冷凝,从而获得蒸馏水,蒸馏水再从冷凝通道(140)的出口流至储蒸馏水外胆(11)内,结构简单,成本低,能够方便居民获得饮用蒸馏水,进而改善居民的饮用水质量。

Description

一种具有蒸馏水功能的热水壶 技术领域
本发明涉及热水壶技术领域,特指一种具有蒸馏水功能的热水壶。
背景技术
现如今城市自来水运用较为广泛,但是自来水中含有许多对人体有害的物质,并且随着水污染的不断增加,水质越来越差,长期饮用未经过处理的自来水会对人体造成危害。大部分人的家中饮用水一般都是桶装水或者经过***过滤的自来水。桶装水的价格比较高,并且更换桶装水需要耗费人力;***价格昂贵,并且如果不及时更换滤芯,就会失去净水的意义。如果用一种廉价的水壶就可以实现蒸馏水的获得,对改善居民的饮用水质量是很有意义的。
技术解决方案
针对以上问题,本发明提供了一种具有蒸馏水功能的热水壶,有效解决现有技术的不足。
为了实现上述目的,本发明应用的技术方案如下:
一种具有蒸馏水功能的热水壶,包括电热壶壶体,电热壶壶体内设有储蒸馏水外胆与加热内胆,加热内胆设于储蒸馏水外胆内,加热内胆上设有进水口与蒸汽出口,电热壶壶体上设有防烫壶柄,防烫壶柄内设有冷凝通道,冷凝通道的进口与蒸汽出口相连通,冷凝通道的出口与储蒸馏水外胆相连通。
根据上述方案,所述加热内胆上的进水口采用漏斗结构设置。
根据上述方案,所述加热内胆内设有低水位感应器与温度感应器,电热壶壶体的底部设有壶底座,壶底座内设有与加热内胆对应设置的加热控制电路组件,低水位感应器与温度感应器分别电路连接于壶底座内的加热控制电路组件。
根据上述方案,所述壶底座上设有电输入连接端口与启动开关,电输入连接端口与启动开关分别电路连接于加热控制电路组件。
根据上述方案,所述电热壶壶体上设有壶嘴,壶嘴与防烫壶柄分别设于电热壶壶体的两侧,壶嘴与储蒸馏水外胆相连通。
根据上述方案,所述电热壶壶体上铰接有上盖,防烫壶柄上设有控制上盖闭合或打开的上盖按钮。
根据上述方案,所述上盖上设有可与电热壶壶体密封设置的密封垫圈。
根据上述方案,还包括外接于电源的基座,基座上设有与电热壶壶体的壶底座上的电输入连接端口配合连接的电输出连接端口。
有益效果
本发明有益效果:
本发明采用这样的结构设置,通过加热内胆上的进水口可将自来水加入到加热内胆内,加热内胆加热工作时,产生蒸汽,其蒸汽会从蒸汽出口进入到冷凝通道内进行冷凝,从而获得蒸馏水,蒸馏水再从冷凝通道的出口流至储蒸馏水外胆内,其结构简单,成本低,能够方便居民获得饮用蒸馏水,进而改善居民的饮用水质量。

本发明的最佳实施方式
下面结合附图与实施例对本发明的技术方案进行说明。
如图1所示,本发明所述一种具有蒸馏水功能的热水壶,包括电热壶壶体1,电热壶壶体1内设有储蒸馏水外胆11与加热内胆12,加热内胆12设于储蒸馏水外胆11内,加热内胆12上设有进水口121与蒸汽出口120,电热壶壶体1上设有防烫壶柄14,防烫壶柄14内设有冷凝通道140,冷凝通道140的进口与蒸汽出口120相连通,冷凝通道140的出口与储蒸馏水外胆11相连通。以上所述构成本发明基本结构。
本发明采用这样的结构设置,通过加热内胆12上的进水口121可将自来水加入到加热内胆12内,加热内胆12加热工作时,产生蒸汽,其蒸汽会从蒸汽出口120进入到冷凝通道140内进行冷凝,从而获得蒸馏水,蒸馏水再从冷凝通道140的出口流至储蒸馏水外胆11内,其结构简单,成本低,能够方便居民获得饮用蒸馏水,进而改善居民的饮用水质量。
在本实施例中,所述加热内胆12上的进水口121采用漏斗结构设置。采用这样的结构设置,可方便加水到加热内胆12内,同时可防止加水时水贱出到储蒸馏水外胆11内。
在本实施例中,所述加热内胆12内设有低水位感应器16与温度感应器19,电热壶壶体1的底部设有壶底座18,壶底座18内设有与加热内胆12对应设置的加热控制电路组件,低水位感应器16与温度感应器19分别电路连接于壶底座18内的加热控制电路组件。采用这样的结构设置,通过低水位感应器16用于感应加热内胆12内的水量,防止其干烧的情况发生,当水位低于预设低水位时,低水位感应器16可以感应,可反馈至加热控制电路组件,使其停止加热工作,通过温度感应器19可用于感应加热内胆12内的水温,当其达到预设温度值时,可反馈至加热控制电路组件,使其停止加热,进而可提高加热内胆12的使用寿命。
需要说明的是,当其达到预设温度值时,即使停止加热后,仍然会有一段时间的蒸汽会进入到冷凝通道140内进行冷凝,不会影响蒸馏水的获取,温度降下后用户可重新加水至加热内胆12内并重新启动加热,使其循环工作。
在本实施例中,所述壶底座18上设有电输入连接端口10与启动开关17,电输入连接端口10与启动开关17分别电路连接于加热控制电路组件。采用这样的结构设置,通过启动开关17控制加热控制电路组件工作,操作非常方便。
在本实施例中,所述电热壶壶体1上设有壶嘴13,壶嘴13与防烫壶柄14分别设于电热壶壶体1的两侧,壶嘴13与储蒸馏水外胆11相连通。采用这样的结构设置,可从壶嘴13里倒出储蒸馏水外胆11内的蒸馏水。
需要说明的是,加热内胆12除了进水口121与蒸汽出口120可与储蒸馏水外胆11连通,其余侧壁及顶壁均与储蒸馏水外胆11不连通。因此在从壶嘴13里倒出储蒸馏水外胆11内的蒸馏水时,不会将加热内胆12内的水倒出。
在本实施例中,所述电热壶壶体1上铰接有上盖3,防烫壶柄14上设有控制上盖3闭合或打开的上盖按钮15。采用这样的结构设置,方便上盖3的闭合与打开,操作非常简单。
在本实施例中,所述上盖3上设有可与电热壶壶体1密封设置的密封垫圈31。采用这样的结构设置,便于加强电热壶壶体1的密封性,防止热量散出。
在本实施例中,还包括外接于电源的基座2,基座2上设有与电热壶壶体1的壶底座18上的电输入连接端口10配合连接的电输出连接端口20。采用这样的结构设置,当电热壶壶体1置于基座2上时,通过壶底座18上的电输入连接端口10与电输出连接端口20配合连接实现电路连通。
以上对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行了描述,但本发明并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的启示下,在不脱离本发明宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,这些均属于本发明的保护范围之内。

  1. 一种具有蒸馏水功能的热水壶,包括电热壶壶体(1),其特征在于:
    所述电热壶壶体(1)内设有储蒸馏水外胆(11)与加热内胆(12),所述加热内胆(12)设于储蒸馏水外胆(11)内,所述加热内胆(12)上设有进水口(121)与蒸汽出口(120),所述电热壶壶体(1)上设有防烫壶柄(14),所述防烫壶柄(14)内设有冷凝通道(140),所述冷凝通道(140)的进口与蒸汽出口(120)相连通,所述冷凝通道(140)的出口与储蒸馏水外胆(11)相连通。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有蒸馏水功能的热水壶,其特征在于:所述加热内胆(12)上的进水口(121)采用漏斗结构设置。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种具有蒸馏水功能的热水壶,其特征在于:所述加热内胆(12)内设有低水位感应器(16)与温度感应器(19),所述电热壶壶体(1)的底部设有壶底座(18),所述壶底座(18)内设有与加热内胆(12)对应设置的加热控制电路组件,所述低水位感应器(16)与温度感应器(19)分别电路连接于壶底座(18)内的加热控制电路组件。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种具有蒸馏水功能的热水壶,其特征在于:所述壶底座(18)上设有电输入连接端口(10)与启动开关(17),所述电输入连接端口(10)与启动开关(17)分别电路连接于加热控制电路组件。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有蒸馏水功能的热水壶,其特征在于:所述电热壶壶体(1)上设有壶嘴(13),所述壶嘴(13)与防烫壶柄(14)分别设于电热壶壶体(1)的两侧,所述壶嘴(13)与储蒸馏水外胆(11)相连通。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有蒸馏水功能的热水壶,其特征在于:所述电热壶壶体(1)上铰接有上盖(3),所述防烫壶柄(14)上设有控制上盖(3)闭合或打开的上盖按钮(15)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种具有蒸馏水功能的热水壶,其特征在于:所述上盖(3)上设有可与电热壶壶体(1)密封设置的密封垫圈(31)。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有蒸馏水功能的热水壶,其特征在于:还包括外接于电源的基座(2),所述基座(2)上设有与电热壶壶体(1)的壶底座(18)上的电输入连接端口(10)配合连接的电输出连接端口(20)。
