所述安装座20包括有底板21、安装架22和支撑件23,所述底板21朝向床垫10底部延伸设置以使得床垫10压持于底板21上定位,所述安装区形成于底板的上端,所述安装架22设置于床垫10的上方,所述支撑件23衔接于底板21、安装架22之间并位于床垫10的一侧;所述透明罩体30可拆卸式组装于安装架22上。
如图1、图2所示,所述底板21设置于床垫10的下端前段位置,所述安装架22设置于床垫10的上方前段位置,所述底板21为前后水平延伸设置,所述支撑件23位于床垫10的前端;
所述安装架22包括有两个侧架221及连接杆222,两个侧架221为左右间距式布置,所述连接杆222的左、右端分别连接于两个侧架221上,所述透明罩体30安装于两个侧架221上。
还有,所述底板21具有向上延伸设置的连接部211,所述支撑件23连接于连接部211上;所述支撑件23的上端朝向床垫10方向设置有两个延伸部231,两个延伸部231左右间距式布置于支撑件23上,两个延伸部231的下端均定位于床垫10的上端,所述延伸部231的上端设置有支撑部232,两个侧架221的前端均连接于相应的支撑部232上,以形成安装架22与床垫10之间的定位;
此处,两个侧架221均具有两个竖向延伸设置的立杆,前侧的立杆分别连接于相应的支撑部232上;且,所述支撑件23的延伸部231抵设于床垫10的上方;或者,所述支撑件23的延伸部231与床垫10之间保持距离。
如图2所示,本实施例一中,所述连接杆222为固定式连接于两个侧架221的上端;此处,所述连接杆222设置有两个,两个连接杆222为前后间距式布置。
如图6、图7所示,本实施例二中,其主要结构与实施例一所示的结构相同,不同之处在于,所述侧架221可翻折式连接于连接杆222上,所述侧架221和连接杆222均设置有轴孔224,还设置有转轴225,所述转轴225依次连接于侧架221、连接杆222的轴孔224内,所述侧架221可选择性地向外展开或向内收折。
如图8至图17所示,其显示了本发明之实施例三的具体结构:
所述安装座20包括有两个左右间距式布置的侧架21’及连接于两个侧架21’之间的连接件22’,所述连接件22’具有两个活动杆221’,两个活动杆221’的一端通过枢接结构23’相枢接,其另一端分别枢接于两个侧架21’上,两个活动杆221’彼此可选择性地收折或展开以实现两个侧架21’之间的收折或展开,且,安装区211位于两个侧架21’之间;所述透明罩体30可拆卸式组装于两个侧架21’上。
如图13至图17所示,所述枢接结构23’包括有铰链231’,两个活动杆221’之间的相对侧均设置有凹位225’,所述铰链231’的两端分别枢接于相应活动杆221’的凹位225’内,所述铰链231’随两个活动杆221’的操作可选择性地藏于凹位225’内或露于活动杆221’的外侧。
如图9、图12、图13、图14所示,还包括有定位套筒24’,所述定位套筒24’可活动式设置于任一活动杆221’上;展开时,两个活动杆221’之间保持展开状态,定位套筒位24’位移至两个活动杆221’之间的连接处;收折时,定位套筒221’远离两个活动杆221’之间的连接处,两个活动杆221’之间彼此进行收折操作。
此处,所述定位套筒24’为卡扣式定位于活动杆221’上,所述定位套筒24’上开设有两个定位孔241’,两个定位孔241’左右间距式布置于定位套筒24’上,所述活动杆221’的内部设置有弹性复位件222’,所述弹性复位件222’具有卡凸223’,所述活动杆221’的外侧开设有让位孔226’,所述卡凸223’于让位孔226’外露,所述卡凸223’适配定位于任一定位孔241’内以实现定位套筒24’与活动杆221’之间的定位连接。
还有,所述定位套筒24’上还设置有导向槽242’,所述导向槽242’为左右延伸设置,所述活动杆221’的外侧设置有导向件224’,所述导向件224’位于导向槽242’内,所述导向槽242’随定位套筒24’的位移,以使导向件224’抵设于导向槽242’的任一端,实现了定位套筒24’在活动杆221’上位移的导引定位;且,所述导向槽242’与定位孔241’位于同一侧设置;如此,定位套筒的设置,避免了两个活动杆展开时受到外力的作用下进行收折操作,同时,卡凸和定位孔的设置,方便了定位套筒收折或展开时的定位,且,导向槽和导向件的设置,实现了定位套筒在活动杆上的位移的导引,操作简单,使用方便,定位准确。
如图9、图15、图16所示,两个侧架21’之间的相对侧均设置有安装部212’,所述活动杆221’的另一端分别枢接于相应的安装部212’上;收折时,两个侧架21’的安装部212’之间保持间距;且,所述连接件22’设置有三个,其中一个连接件22’设置于两个侧架21’的后侧上端位置,另外两个连接件22’分别上下间距式布置于两个侧架21’的前侧下段位置。
所述透明罩体30包括有顶膜31、前侧膜32、后侧膜33、左侧膜34和右侧膜35,所述顶膜31、前侧膜32和后侧膜33为一体式连接设置,所述顶膜31、前侧膜32和后侧膜33的左、右侧分别密封式连接于左侧膜34、右侧膜35的边缘上并形成有连接边301;所述连接边301上设置有连接机构37,所述透明罩体30通过连接机构37可拆卸式组装于安装座上;所述窗口36分别置于前侧膜32、后侧膜33、左侧膜34、右侧膜35上;优选地,所述顶膜31、前侧膜32、后侧膜33与左侧膜34、右侧膜35通过车缝或电压边的方式密封连接。
如图2至图5所示,本实施例一中,所述后侧膜33与左侧膜34、右侧膜35之间设置有连接膜331;且,所述后侧膜33的窗口36内设置有两个第一薄膜片332,两个第一薄膜片332前后依次布置,两个第一薄膜片332均开设有开口334,其一第一薄膜片332的开口334位于另一第一薄膜片334的开口332的侧旁。
所述前侧膜32、左侧膜34和右侧膜35的窗口36内均设置有四个第二薄膜片302,四个第二薄膜片302沿窗口36的周缘依次布置;还设置有封闭膜333,所述封闭膜333位于后侧膜33的窗口36上端,所述封闭膜333可翻折式设置于后侧膜33上以实现后侧膜33的窗口36打开或关闭。
如图8至图11所示,本实施例三中,所述前侧膜32、后侧膜33、左侧膜34、右侧膜35的窗口36内均设置有四个薄膜片302’,所述四个薄膜片302’沿窗口36的周缘依次布置;且,所述前侧膜32设置有用于放置医疗设备的放置区321’,所述放置区321’位于前侧膜32的窗口36下方;如此,有利于医护人员放置医疗设备并对隔离空间内的病人进行治疗或检查。
优选地,所述左侧膜34、右侧膜35还设置有用于放置工具的口袋38,所述口袋38位于左侧膜34、右侧膜35的窗口36下方;还有,所述第一薄膜片332、第二薄膜片302、薄膜片302’均通过车缝或电压边的方式密封连接于相应的窗口36内;且,所述第一薄膜片332、第二薄膜片302、封闭膜333、薄膜片302’均为TPU薄膜。
以及,所述连接机构37为魔术贴,所述魔术贴包括有公贴和母贴,所述公贴和母贴两者中其一设置于安装座20上,另一设置于连接边301上,所述公贴和母贴相互配合以形成透明罩体30和安装座20的组装定位;
或者,所述连接机构37为缝纫布,所述缝纫布沿连接边301的方向延伸设置,所述缝纫布卷绕在安装座20上并通过车缝的方式固定以形成透明罩体30和安装座20的组装定位。
如图8、图9、图15、图16所示,还设置有万向轮25’,所述万向轮25’设置有四个,四个万向轮25’分别设置于两个侧架21’下端的前、后侧;如此,有利于隔离罩整体的移动,同时,有利于收折后的安装座的存放,占用空间小,可用性佳。
接下来介绍一下本发明中的组装过程:
本实施例一中,先将床垫压持于底板上并使连接部外露,再将支撑件连接于连接部上;然后,将透明罩体组装于安装架上,再将安装架的两个侧架的立杆分别组装于相应的支撑部上;或者,先把侧架的立杆组装于支撑部上,再把透明罩体组装于安装架内;
本实施例三中,先将两个侧架彼此向外位移,进而联动两个活动杆之间进行向外展开操作,再将定位套筒位移至两个活动杆221之间的连接处;然后,把床垫放置在安装区内,再把透明罩体组装于两个侧架上。
本发明的设计重点在于,其主要是通过安装座和透明罩体的设计,将床垫设置于安装区内,利用透明罩体与安装座连接以使透明罩体与床垫形成隔离空间,相比传统的固定式结构,操作简单,使用方便,同时,透明罩体方便医护人员观察患者的情况,且,窗口的设置,有利于医护人员伸入隔离空间对患者进行检查,结构设计巧妙合理,实用性强,适用范围广。
以上所述,仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明的技术范围作任何限制,故凡是依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何细微修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明技术方案的范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种使用方便的隔离罩,其特征在于:包括有安装座和透明罩体;其中:
    所述安装座内设置有用于放置床垫的安装区;所述透明罩体可拆卸式组装于安装座上,且,所述透明罩体罩于安装区上,以形成位于床垫上方的隔离空间;所述透明罩体的外周设置有若干可开合式连通隔离空间的窗口。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种使用方便的隔离罩,其特征在于:所述安装座包括有底板、安装架和支撑件,所述底板用于朝向床垫底部延伸设置以使得床垫压持于底板上定位,所述安装区形成于底板的上端,所述安装架设置于床垫的上方,所述支撑件衔接于底板、安装架之间并位于床垫的一侧;所述透明罩体可拆卸式组装于安装架上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种使用方便的隔离罩,其特征在于:所述底板设置于床垫的下端前段位置,所述安装架设置于床垫的上方前段位置,所述底板为前后水平延伸设置,所述支撑件位于床垫的前端;
    所述安装架包括有两个侧架及连接杆,两个侧架为左右间距式布置,所述连接杆的左、右端分别连接于两个侧架上,所述透明罩体安装于两个侧架上。
  4. 根据权利要求2 所述的一种使用方便的隔离罩,其特征在于:所述底板具有向上延伸设置的连接部,所述支撑件连接于连接部上;所述支撑件的上端朝向床垫方向设置有两个延伸部,两个延伸部左右间距式布置于支撑件上,两个延伸部的下端均定位于床垫的上端,所述延伸部的上端设置有支撑部,两个侧架的前端均连接于相应的支撑部上,以形成安装架与床垫之间的定位
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种使用方便的隔离罩,其特征在于:所述安装座包括有两个左右间距式布置的侧架及连接于两个侧架之间的连接件,所述连接件具有两个活动杆,两个活动杆的一端通过枢接结构相枢接,其另一端分别枢接于两个侧架上,两个活动杆彼此可选择性地收折或展开以实现两个侧架之间的收折或展开,且,安装区位于两个侧架之间;所述透明罩体可拆卸式组装于两个侧架上。
  6. 根据权利要求5 所述的一种使用方便的隔离罩,其特征在于:所述枢接结构包括有铰链,两个活动杆之间的相对侧均设置有凹位,所述铰链的两端分别枢接于相应活动杆的凹位内,所述铰链随两个活动杆的操作可选择性地藏于凹位内或露于活动杆的外侧
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的一种使用方便的隔离罩,其特征在于:还包括有定位套筒,所述定位套筒可活动式设置于任一活动杆上;展开时,两个活动杆之间保持展开状态,定位套筒位位移至两个活动杆之间的连接处;收折时,定位套筒远离两个活动杆之间的连接处,两个活动杆之间彼此进行收折操作。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的一种使用方便的隔离罩,其特征在于:两个侧架之间的相对侧均设置有安装部,所述活动杆的另一端分别枢接于相应的安装部上;收折时,两个侧架的安装部之间保持间距。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述的一种使用方便的隔离罩,其特征在于:所述连接件设置有三个,其中一个连接件设置于两个侧架的后侧上端位置,另外两个连接件分别上下间距式布置于两个侧架的前侧下段位置。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种使用方便的隔离罩,其特征在于:所述透明罩体包括有顶膜、前侧膜、后侧膜、左侧膜和右侧膜,所述顶膜、前侧膜和后侧膜为一体式连接设置,所述顶膜、前侧膜和后侧膜的左、右侧分别密封式连接于左侧膜、右侧膜的边缘上并形成有连接边;所述连接边上设置有连接机构,所述透明罩体通过连接机构可拆卸式组装于两个侧架上;所述窗口分别置于前侧膜、后侧膜、左侧膜、右侧膜上。
