一种皮革用水性漆及其制备方法 技术领域
本发明涉及一种水性漆及其制备方法,具体涉及一种皮革用水性漆及其制备方法,属于涂料领域。
背景技术
进入21世纪以来环境保护越来越受到世人的关注,在涂料工业领域,溶剂型涂料含有大量的挥发性有机溶剂(VOC),在使用过程中排入大气,不仅破坏大气环境,危害人们健康,同时也浪费资源,浪费能源。目前,一般将水性涂料、粉末涂料、高固分涂料以及辐射固化涂料称为环保涂料。
以水溶性树脂或水分散性树脂,包括合成聚合物乳液为基料的涂料均称为水性涂料。因此水性涂料也常称为水基涂料。合成聚合物乳液为基料的涂料均称为水性涂料。
皮革漆目前用于电子类外观部件加饰,增加其目视感观和手感的舒适性,预计未来会广泛用于日常生活用品表面处理,增加使用者的舒适度。现有技术中,皮革漆喷涂中经常添加有机填料,气味难闻,对员工身体不好,不够环保,而发展环保涂料是目前国内涂料行业发展的方向之一,主要是减少有机溶剂的排放、减少环境污染。
技术问题
现在皮革上一直应用传统的油漆产品,主要成分为二甲苯、丁醇、石油树脂等,属于易燃易爆品,VOC严重超标,环保形势下属于禁用产品,现在大力倡导环保安全,全部改换成环保水性漆产品是必然趋势。水性漆在皮革上易爆皮脱落,附着力达不到、防腐性能达不到等弊病。
技术解决方案
有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种皮革用水性漆及其制备方法,具体采用如下技术方案:
一种皮革用水性漆,包括以下重量份数的原料:
水性鞣酸聚氨酯树脂45-60份,水性柔性丙烯酸乳液20-30份,色浆15-20份,消泡剂3-5份,流平剂2-5份,润湿剂2-10份,分散剂8-15份,防腐剂2-8份,附着力促进剂3-10份。
优选的,包括以下重量份数的原料:水性鞣酸聚氨酯树脂45-58份,水性柔性丙烯酸乳液20-28份,色浆15-20份,消泡剂3-5份,流平剂2-5份,润湿剂2-8份,分散剂8-13份,防腐剂2-6份,附着力促进剂3-8份。
优选的,包括以下重量份数的原料:水性鞣酸聚氨酯树脂45-55份,水性柔性丙烯酸乳液20-25份,色浆15-18份,消泡剂3-4.5份,流平剂2-4.5份,润湿剂2-5份,分散剂8-10份,防腐剂2-5份,附着力促进剂3-6份。

1)按上述重量份数称取原料;
2)将水性鞣酸聚氨酯树脂、水性柔性丙烯酸乳液进行混合,搅拌均匀;
3)向混合物中加入色浆,继续搅拌;
4)向搅拌后的混合物中依次加入消泡剂、流平剂、润湿剂、分散剂、防腐剂、附着力促进剂,搅拌均匀即得皮革用水性漆。
 
进一步,步骤2)中所述搅拌的转速为800-1000转/分钟,搅拌时间为20-30分钟。
进一步,步骤3)中所述继续搅拌的转速为200-500转/分钟,搅拌时间为5-10分钟。
进一步,步骤4)还包括加入消泡剂、流平剂、润湿剂、分散剂、防腐剂、附着力促进剂的同时进行搅拌的操作。
有益效果
本发明的有益效果在于,本发明以水作溶剂,节省大量资源,不含苯、二甲苯、乙烷、甲醛等VOC有害物质,防腐性能优良,复涂性能良好,抗辐射,不经过任何研磨程序,直接搅拌即可,制备方法简单可靠,消除了施工、储存时火灾隐患,降低了对大气污染,在密闭环境中也可照常施工。本发明在皮革表面附着力强,耐候性强,操作性能简单,涂装工具可用水直接清洗,大大有效减少对施工人员的伤害,可以在皮革上运用广泛,可在室外大面积施工,方法简单易施工(喷涂、刷涂、滚涂、静电喷涂等)。

分散剂,型号为XN3800,生产商为上海中基行化工有限公司;
防腐剂,型号为MKB3,生厂商为托尔专用化学品(上海)有限公司;

实施例1
皮革用水性漆的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按水性鞣酸聚氨酯树脂60g,水性柔性丙烯酸乳液30g,色浆20g,消泡剂5g,流平剂5g,润湿剂10g,分散剂15g,防腐剂8g,附着力促进剂10g称取原料;
2)将水性鞣酸聚氨酯树脂、水性柔性丙烯酸乳液进行混合,搅拌20分钟,转速为800转/分钟;
3)向混合物中加入色浆,继续搅拌8分钟,转速为200转/分钟;
4)向搅拌后的混合物中边搅拌边依次加入消泡剂、流平剂、润湿剂、分散剂、防腐剂、附着力促进剂,搅拌均匀即得皮革用水性漆。
实施例2
皮革用水性漆的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按水性鞣酸聚氨酯树脂45g,水性柔性丙烯酸乳液20g,色浆15g,消泡剂3g,流平剂2g,润湿剂2g,分散剂8,防腐剂2g,附着力促进剂3g称取原料;

2)将水性鞣酸聚氨酯树脂、水性柔性丙烯酸乳液进行混合,搅拌20分钟,转速为800转/分钟;
3)向混合物中加入色浆,继续搅拌8分钟,转速为200转/分钟;
4)向搅拌后的混合物中边搅拌边依次加入消泡剂、流平剂、润湿剂、分散剂、防腐剂、附着力促进剂,搅拌均匀即得皮革用水性漆。
实施例4
皮革用水性漆的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按水性鞣酸聚氨酯树脂45g,水性柔性丙烯酸乳液20g,色浆20g,消泡剂5g,流平剂5g,润湿剂7g,分散剂12g,防腐剂2g,附着力促进剂3g称取原料;
2)将水性鞣酸聚氨酯树脂、水性柔性丙烯酸乳液进行混合,搅拌20分钟,转速为800转/分钟;
3)向混合物中加入色浆,继续搅拌8分钟,转速为200转/分钟;
4)向搅拌后的混合物中边搅拌边依次加入消泡剂、流平剂、润湿剂、分散剂、防腐剂、附着力促进剂,搅拌均匀即得皮革用水性漆。
实施例5
皮革用水性漆的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按水性鞣酸聚氨酯树脂55g,水性柔性丙烯酸乳液26g,色浆15g,消泡剂3g,流平剂5g,润湿剂2g,分散剂11g,防腐剂5g,附着力促进剂3g称取原料;
2)将水性鞣酸聚氨酯树脂、水性柔性丙烯酸乳液进行混合,搅拌20分钟,转速为800转/分钟;
3)向混合物中加入色浆,继续搅拌8分钟,转速为200转/分钟;
4)向搅拌后的混合物中边搅拌边依次加入消泡剂、流平剂、润湿剂、分散剂、防腐剂、附着力促进剂,搅拌均匀即得皮革用水性漆。
实施例6
皮革用水性漆的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按水性鞣酸聚氨酯树脂55g,水性柔性丙烯酸乳液25g,色浆18g,消泡剂4.5g,流平剂4.5g,润湿剂5g,分散剂10g,防腐剂5g,附着力促进剂6g称取原料;
2)将水性鞣酸聚氨酯树脂、水性柔性丙烯酸乳液进行混合,搅拌20分钟,转速为800转/分钟;
3)向混合物中加入色浆,继续搅拌8分钟,转速为200转/分钟;
4)向搅拌后的混合物中边搅拌边依次加入消泡剂、流平剂、润湿剂、分散剂、防腐剂、附着力促进剂,搅拌均匀即得皮革用水性漆。
性能检测
对上述实施例所制备的皮革用水性漆进行性能检测,检测项目及结果如下:

通过表1可以看出,本发明水性漆为均匀无硬块水性液体产品,细度低,光泽度和硬度高,抗粘连性、耐划伤性、耐水性、耐碱性、耐溶剂性能优异。
按照GB/T 23986-2009《色漆和清漆化发行有机化合物(V0C)含量的测定气相色谱法》标准,对本发明各实施例所得水性漆中的挥发性有机化合物(V0C)含量进行检测,所得结果如表2:

通过表2可以看出,本发明水性漆中的挥发性有机化合物(VOC)含量远低于GB/T 23986-2009要求的标准,本发明水性漆具有优异的绿色、环保效果。
按照美国材料与试验协会-ASTM F 963-11-基材/油墨或涂层中的可溶性重金属 含量标准,对本发明各实施例所得水性漆中的可溶性重金属含量进行检测,可溶性重金属含量(目录4.3.5)-根据ASTM F 963-11(i录8.3)样品用稀盐酸萃取,采用ICP-OES进行分析,所得结果如表3所示:

注:MDL表示检测限,ND表示未检出。
通过表3可以看出,本发明水性漆中不含铅、砷、钯、镉、铬和汞等可溶性重金属元素,也不含硒等可溶性污染元素,本发明水性漆安全环保,无污染。

    2)将水性鞣酸聚氨酯树脂、水性柔性丙烯酸乳液进行混合,搅拌均匀;
    3)向混合物中加入色浆,继续搅拌;
    4)向搅拌后的混合物中依次加入消泡剂、流平剂、润湿剂、分散剂、防腐剂、附着力促进剂,搅拌均匀即得皮革用水性漆。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的皮革用水性漆的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤2)中所述搅拌的转速为800-1000转/分钟,搅拌时间为20-30分钟。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的皮革用水性漆的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤3)中所述继续搅拌的转速为200-500转/分钟,搅拌时间为5-10分钟。
