Description

一种无缝线边缘翻边结构的文胸 技术领域
本实用新型涉及服装领域，具体涉及一种无缝线边缘翻边结构的文胸。
背景技术
文胸是女性的贴身衣物，具有保护和承托***的功能，又能增添女性胸部的美感，并增强女性自信，保证乳腺血液循环而有利于***健康。因此，自上世纪初文胸诞生以来，就成了女性必不可缺的用品。
众所周知，文胸一般是由罩杯、鸡心、后肶、上捆、下捆、挂钩和拍挂圈构成(如图1)，后肶：帮助罩杯承托胸部并固定文胸位置，一般用弹性强度大的材料；上捆：将腋下部脂肪收束于文胸中，用弹性材料制成，起到固定作用；下捆：支撑***，可固定文胸的位置，根据下胸围的尺寸确定。由于文胸各组成部分功能不同，所使用的材料也不同，因此，目前市面上的文胸罩杯、后肶、上捆、下捆多为不同性质的材料通过缝合而成，由于缝制形成缝制边，缝制边为两块布料接头及其缝线结构，一方面会出现缝制接头磨蹭皮肤，从而影响穿戴的舒适度；另一方面，由于长时间使用过程中的皮肤磨蹭、汗水浸泡和洗涤次数的增加，会出现缝制接头边缘脱线、破洞。再次，产品的质量依赖于车缝工人的技术水平和熟练程度，因此，产品质量不稳定。虽然，专利CN201810657890公开了一种具有防磨效果的文胸，但其将文胸两侧翼(后肶)的前页和后页上下两边分别采用车缝结构，缝合之后，将整体由内向外反过来，使得缝制边转向内侧，从而形成的侧翼上边缘和下边缘均为无缝合线结构，然后将两侧翼与罩杯进行缝合，形成整体的文胸，舒适防磨。而本实用新型文胸全部采用胶压贴合的工艺，而不是传统的车缝式方法制作了一种全新的舒适、防磨、耐用效果的文胸。
实用新型内容
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型提供了一种无缝线边缘翻边结构的文胸，本发明为实现上述目的所采用的技术方案是：
一种无缝线边缘翻边结构的文胸，包括外层面料，内层面料，第一弹力胶膜，第二弹力胶膜，第三弹力胶膜，挂钩和拍挂圈，外层面料和内层面料均为整块面料，外层面料和内层面料均经过模压形成罩杯轮廓，外层面料和内层面料整体相互重叠，内层面料的鸡心位设置有开口，外层面料和内层面料的翻边前内边缘区域设置有第一弹力胶膜，经过第一次胶压贴合后，将文胸整体从鸡心位的开口处由内向外翻边，形成无缝线边缘翻边结构，所述无缝线边缘翻边结构的翻边后内轮廓区域设置有第二弹力胶膜，所述罩杯内下边缘设置有第三弹力胶膜，经第二次胶压贴合后形成成品文胸轮廓结构和成品文胸罩杯结构，所述成品文胸后肶的两端部分别设有挂钩和拍挂圈，所述挂钩和拍挂圈可以胶压贴合于外层面料和内层面料之间，也可以缝制或胶压贴合于成品文胸后肶的两端部。所述的成品文胸罩杯结构的外层面料和内层面料之间设置有2个垫片，所述垫片的弯曲弧度可根据穿着者的胸部对所述垫片施加的作用力而改变，当取下文胸时，所述垫片的弯曲弧度恢复至初始状态，例如海绵。该成品文胸的外层面料和内层面料可采用高弹棉或者直立棉，透气性好且不易发生形变。该文胸还可以包括两条肩带，所述的肩带其中一条肩带的一端与成品文胸左后肶链接，另一端与成品文胸的左罩杯链接，另一条肩带的一端与成品文胸右后肶链接，另一端与成品文胸的右罩杯链接。
本文使用的例如“内”、“外”、“左”、“右”等表示空间相对位置的术语是出于便于说明的目的来描述如附图中所示的一个特征相对于另一个特征的关系。可以理解，根据产品摆放位置的不同，空间相对位置的术语可以旨在包括除了图中所示方位以外的不同方位，并不应当理解为对权利要求的限制。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型具有以下有益效果：
(1)由于该文胸采用无缝线边缘翻边结构，整个文胸通过胶压而不是传统的车缝式方法制作，因此产品的质量不依赖于车缝工人的技术水平和熟练程度，产品质量稳定。另一方面没有缝合线和缝制接头，因此，也不存在缝制接头磨蹭皮肤，从而影响穿戴的舒适度问题；也不存在，由于长时间使用过程中的皮肤磨 蹭、汗水浸泡和洗涤次数的增加，出现缝制接头边缘脱线、破洞问题。
(2)由于该文胸的鸡心位置设置有开口，该开口一方面在文胸制作过程中用于将文胸整体从鸡心位开口处由内向外翻转，使得胶压贴合边转向内侧，形成无缝线边缘翻边结构。另一方面该开口设置于文胸鸡心位置，可以既向左罩杯***和取出垫片，又向右罩杯***和取出垫片，而不用在左右罩杯上侧各开设一个开口，用于***和取出垫片，减少工序，方便使用。同时，将开口设置于文胸的鸡心位置，而不是杯罩上侧，当使用时汗水不容易通过开口流入罩杯内部，长时间使用时使垫片发臭。

如图2、3、4所示的无缝线边缘翻边结构的文胸，包括外层面料1，内层面料2，第一弹力胶膜31，第二弹力胶膜32，第三弹力胶膜41，挂钩5和拍挂圈6，外层面料1和内层面料2均为整块面料，外层面料1和内层面料2均经过模压形成罩杯轮廓42，外层面料1和内层面料2整体相互重叠，内层面料2的鸡心位设置有开口7，外层面料1和内层面料2的翻边前内边缘区域设置有第一弹力胶膜31，经过第一次胶压贴合后，将文胸整体从鸡心位的开口7处由内向外翻边，形成无缝线边缘翻边结构，所述无缝线边缘翻边结构的翻边后内轮廓区域设置有第二弹力胶膜32，所述罩杯内下边缘设置有第三弹力胶膜41，经第二次胶压贴合后形成成品文胸轮廓结构3和成品文胸罩杯结构4，所述成品文胸后肶的两端部分别 设有挂钩5和拍挂圈6，所述挂钩5和拍挂圈6可胶压贴合于外层面料1和内层面料2之间，也可以缝制或胶压贴合于成品文胸后肶的两端部。所述的成品文胸罩杯结构4的外层面料1和内层面料2之间设置有2个垫片，所述垫片的弯曲弧度可根据穿着者的胸部对所述垫片施加的作用力而改变，当取下文胸时，所述垫片的弯曲弧度恢复至初始状态，例如海绵。该成品文胸的外层面料1和内层面料2可采用高弹棉或者直立棉，透气性好且不易发生形变。该文胸还可以包括两条肩带，所述的肩带其中一条肩带的一端与成品文胸左后肶链接，另一端与成品文胸的左罩杯链接，另一条肩带的一端与成品文胸右后肶链接，另一端与成品文胸的右罩杯链接。

容易理解的是，上述第一弹力胶膜31，第二弹力胶膜32，第三弹力胶膜41，也可以设置在内层面料2的相应位置，或者在外层面料1和内层面料2的相应位置上同时设置，均可以实现本发明的目的。
