背景技术
随着互联网时代的到来,移动终端设备的数量不断上升。而在移动设备中,手机无疑是最常见且最便携的移动终端设备。用于播放音乐等声音的发声器件被大量的运用到手机等移动终端设备中,而发声器件中的振动***尤为重要,整个发声器件通过所述振动***振动发声。
相关技术发声器件包括用于振动发声的振动***和驱动所述振动***振动发声的磁路***,所述振动***包括振膜,所述发声器件还包括盖设于所述振膜远离所述磁路***一侧的前盖,所述前盖设有贯穿其上的发声口,所述振膜包括振动部、由所述振动部外周缘弯折延伸的折环部以及由所述折环部远离所述振动部的一侧延伸的固定部,所述前盖盖设于所述固定部。
然而,采用此种结构,当发声器件受压后,振膜易变形,导致发声器件有杂音,声学性能较差。
因此,有必要提供一种新的发声器件解决上述问题。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种声学性能更好的发声器件。

为达到上述目的,本实用新型提供一种发声器件,其包括用于振动发声的振动***和驱动所述振动***振动发声的磁路***,所述振动***包括振膜和驱动所述振膜振动的音圈,所述发声器件还包括盖设于所述振膜远离所述磁路***一侧的前盖,所述前盖设有贯穿其上的发声口,
所述振膜包括振动部、由所述振动部外周缘弯折延伸的折环部、由所述折环部远离所述振动部的一侧延伸的固定部以及由所述固定部远离所述磁路***一侧凸出的加强部,所述前盖盖设于所述加强部远离所述固定部的一侧。
优选的,所述振动部包括贯穿其上的第一通孔,所述振动***还包括贴设于所述振动部靠近所述磁路***一侧的第一球顶部,所述第一球顶部完全覆盖所述第一通孔。
优选的,所述第一球顶部暴露于所述第一通孔的部分设有贯穿其上且相互间隔的第二通孔,所有所述第二通孔的孔径总和小于所述第一通孔的孔径;所述振动***还包括贴设于所述第一球顶部远离所述磁路***的第二球顶部,所述第二球顶部完全覆盖所有的所述第二通孔且位于所述第一通孔内。
优选的,所述振动***还包括夹设于所述第二球顶部和所述第一球顶部之间的双面胶,所述双面胶环绕所述第二通孔设置并将所述第一球顶部和所述第二球顶部粘接固定。

请参考图1-4所示,本实用新型提供一种发声器件100,该发声器件100包括盆架1、分别固定于所述盆架1且用于振动发声的振动***2和驱动所述振动***2振动发声的磁路***3、前盖4以及导电端子5,所述磁路***3具有磁间隙30。
具体的,所述振动***2包括固定于所述盆架1的振膜21、插设于所述磁间隙30以驱动所述振膜21振动的音圈25、第一球顶22、第二球顶23、双面胶24、辅助振膜26以及弹性导电件27。当然发声器件100也可以不设置盆架1,此时的振膜21固定于磁路***3,这也是可行的。
所述振膜21由橡胶材料制成,其包括振动部211、由所述振动部211外周缘弯折延伸的折环部212、由所述折环部212远离所述振动部211的一侧延伸的固定部213以及由所述固定部213远离所述磁路***3一侧凸出的加强部214,所述固定部213固定于所述盆架1远离所述磁路***3的一侧。
具体的,所述振动部211包括贯穿其上的第一通孔2110,所述振动***2还包括贴设于所述振动211部靠近所述磁路***3一侧的第一球顶部22、与所述第一球顶部22相对设置的第二球顶部23以及双面胶24。所述第一球顶部22完全覆盖所述第一通孔2110。所述第一球顶部22暴露于所述第一通孔2110的部分设有贯穿其上且相互间隔的第二通孔220,所有所述第二通孔220的孔径总和小于所述第一通孔2110的孔径。双面胶24夹设于所述第二球顶部23和所述第一球顶部22之间,其环绕所有所述第二通孔220设置,并将所述第一球顶部22和所述第二球顶部23粘接固定;所述第二球顶部23通过所述双面胶24贴设于所述第一球顶部22远离所述磁路***3,所述第二球顶部23完全覆盖所有的所述第二通孔220且位于所述第一通孔2110内。
通过上述结构的设置,增强了第一球顶部22和第二球顶部23的强度,进一步振动部211的振动强度,提升整个振动***22的振动强度,进一步提升声学性能;同时通过第一球顶部22、第二球顶部23以及振动部211的配合设置,占据空间较小,空间利用率较高。
前盖4盖设于所述振膜21远离所述磁路***3一侧且其设有贯穿其上的发声口41;具体的,所述前盖4盖设于所述加强部214远离所述固定部213的一侧,其包括与所述振膜21间隔设置且设有所述发声口41的前盖板42以及由所述前盖板42的周缘向所述振膜21方向弯折延伸的侧壁43,所述侧壁43远离所述前盖板42的一端抵接于所述加强部214。
所述音圈25插设于所述磁间隙30内且呈跑道形。
辅助振膜26固定于所述盆架1远离所述振膜21一侧,弹性导电件27贴设于所述辅助振膜26远离所述盆架1一侧,所述弹性导电件27支撑于所述音圈25远离所述振膜21的一侧并与所述音圈25电连接。

  9. 根据权利要求7中所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述磁路***包括固定于所述盆架远离所述振膜一侧的磁轭、固定设置于所述磁轭上的主磁钢组件以及与所述主磁钢组件间隔形成磁间隙的副磁钢组件,所述音圈悬置于所述磁间隙内。
