Description

扬声器箱 技术领域
本申请涉及电声转换领域,尤其涉及一种扬声器箱。
背景技术
近年来随着移动通信技术的快速发展,消费者越来越多地使用带有语音功能的移动通讯设备,例如:便携式电话、掌上游戏机及手提电脑等。扬声器箱作为语音的播放装置,其设计好坏直接影响移动通讯设备产品的语音性能。为了满足市场对于薄型化及高音质的需求,对扬声器箱的设计提出了更高的要求。
目前一些发声单体采用大泄漏设计,将该大泄露设计的发声单体装配到扬声器箱时,由于扬声器箱没有设计相应的特征来应对大泄漏的发声单体,导致发声单体泄漏过大和扬声器箱的整体环境设置不匹配,使发声单体振幅过大而产生杂音。
因此,有必要提供一种新的扬声器箱以解决上述缺陷。
技术问题
本申请的目的是克服上述技术问题,提供一种能够提供相应的特征来应对大泄漏的发声单体扬声器箱。
技术解决方案
为了实现上述目的,本申请提供一种扬声器箱,包括上壳、与所述上壳配合形成收容空间的下壳及收容于所述收容空间内的发声单体,所述发声单体将所述收容空间分隔成前腔与后腔,所述上壳包括与所述发声单体正对的顶壁、自所述顶壁向所述下壳方向延伸形成的支撑壁,所述发声单体固持于所述支撑壁并与所述顶壁间隔设置,其特征在于,所述发声单体包括盆架、以及固定于所述盆架的振动***和具有磁间隙的磁路***,所述振动***包括固设于所述盆架的用于振动发声的振膜、以及固定于所述振膜靠近所述磁路***的一侧的音圈,所述音圈延伸至所述磁间隙内,所述磁路***包括固设于所述盆架远离所述振膜一侧的磁轭、以及固定于所述磁轭的磁体部,所述磁间隙形成于所述磁体部内,所述盆架包括固定所述振膜的环状的本体部、以及自所述本体部朝所述磁轭延伸的支撑部,所述磁轭与所述支撑部固定并与所述本体部间隔形成泄露口,所述泄露口与所述磁间隙连通,所述扬声器箱还包括阻尼网布,所述阻尼网布盖设于所述支撑壁上方并覆盖所述发声单体,所述阻尼网布将所述发声单体与所述后腔隔开。
在本申请提供的扬声器箱的一种较佳实施例中,所述磁体部包括主磁体部以及位于所述主磁体部相对两侧的副磁体部,所述副磁体部夹设于所述磁轭与所述本体部之间,所述支撑部位于所述副磁体部两侧。
在本申请提供的扬声器箱的一种较佳实施例中,所述阻尼网布包括覆盖于所述磁轭的主体部、自所述主体部边缘向所述振膜方向延伸以覆盖所述泄露口的延伸部及连接于所述延伸部并与所述支撑部固接的固定部,所述泄露口通过所述延伸部与所述后腔隔开。
在本申请提供的扬声器箱的一种较佳实施例中,所述主体部呈矩形,所述发声单体沿其振动***方向的正投影完全落入所述主体部。
在本申请提供的扬声器箱的一种较佳实施例中,所述阻尼网布为一体成型的立体网布。
有益效果
与相关技术相比,本申请提供的扬声器箱通过设置网布将所述发声单体包住,具体的,所述网布将所述间隙隔离于外界空气,利用所述网布本身自带阻尼的特点,减少所述间隙的泄露,降低所述发声单体的振幅,避免产生杂音,改善所述扬声器箱的声学性能。

请同时参阅图1至图5,图1为本申请提供的扬声器箱的立体结构示意图;图2为图1所示的扬声器箱的分解结构示意图;图3为图1中沿III-III线的剖视图;图4为图1中沿IV-IV线的剖视图;图5为本申请提供的振膜、盆架及磁轭的组配图。本申请提供一种扬声器箱100,所述扬声器箱100包括上壳1、下壳2、发声单体3、阻尼网布4、前腔40及后腔50。
所述上壳1配合所述下壳2形成收容空间,所述发声单体3收容于所述收容空间内且所述发声单体将所述收容空间分割成所述前腔40和所述后腔50。
所述上壳1包括与所述发声单体3正对的顶壁11、自所述顶壁11向所述下壳2方向延伸形成的支撑壁12,所述发声单体3固持于所述支撑壁12并与所述顶壁11间隔设置。所述支撑壁12用于固接所述发声单体3且所述发声单体3和所支撑壁12通过胶水粘接固定,这样可以使所述发声单体3和所述支撑壁12形成牢固的连接结构。
所述发声单体3包括盆架31、以及固定于所述盆架31的振动***32和具有磁间隙B的磁路***33,所述振动***32包括固设于所述盆架31的用于振动发声的振膜321、固定于所述振膜321靠近所述磁路***33的一侧的音圈322及支持所述音圈322的弹性支撑组件323,所述音圈322延伸至所述磁间隙B内,所述磁路***33包括固设于所述盆架31远离所述振膜321一侧的磁轭332以及固定于所述磁轭332的磁体部331,所述磁间隙B形成于所述磁体部331内。
所述盆架31包括固定所述振膜321的环状的本体部311、以及自所述本体部311朝所述磁轭332延伸的支撑部312,所述磁轭332与所述支撑部312固定并与所述本体部311间隔形成泄露口A。
所述磁体部331包括主磁体部3311以及位于所述主磁体部3311相对两侧的副磁体部3312,所述副磁体3312部夹设于所述磁轭332与所述本体部311之间,所述支撑部312位于所述副磁体部3312两侧,所述磁间隙B形成于所述主磁体部3311和所述副磁体部3312之间。更优的,所述磁间隙B与所述泄露口A连通。
所述阻尼网布4为一体成型的立体网布,所述阻尼网布4盖设于所述支撑壁12上方并覆盖所述发声单体3,所述阻尼网布4将所述发声单体3与所述后腔50隔开。具体的,所述阻尼网布4包括覆盖于所述磁轭332的主体部41、自所述主体部41边缘向所述振膜321方向延伸以覆盖所述泄露口A的延伸部42及连接于所述延伸部42并与所述支撑部12固接的固定部43,所述泄露口A通过所述延伸部42与所述后腔50隔开。
更优的,所述主体部41呈矩形,所述发声单体3沿其振动方向的正投影完全落入所述主体部41内,这样的结构保证了所述泄露口A可以被所述阻尼网布4完全包裹,利用所述阻尼网布4本身的阻尼,降低所述发声单体3通过所述间隙4的泄露量,从而降低所述发声单体3的振幅,避免所述扬声器箱100产生杂音。
与相关技术相比,本申请提供的扬声器箱通过设置网布将所述发声单体包住,具体的,所述网布将所述间隙隔离于外界空气,利用所述网布本身自带阻尼的特点,减少所述间隙的泄露,降低所述发声单体的振幅,避免产生杂音,改善所述扬声器箱的声学性能。

  1. 一种扬声器箱,包括上壳、与所述上壳配合形成收容空间的下壳及收容于所述收容空间内的发声单体,所述发声单体将所述收容空间分隔成前腔与后腔,所述上壳包括与所述发声单体正对的顶壁、自所述顶壁向所述下壳方向延伸形成的支撑壁,所述发声单体固持于所述支撑壁并与所述顶壁间隔设置,其特征在于,所述发声单体包括盆架、以及固定于所述盆架的振动***和具有磁间隙的磁路***,所述振动***包括固设于所述盆架的用于振动发声的振膜、以及固定于所述振膜靠近所述磁路***的一侧的音圈,所述音圈延伸至所述磁间隙内,所述磁路***包括固设于所述盆架远离所述振膜一侧的磁轭、以及固定于所述磁轭的磁体部,所述磁间隙形成于所述磁体部内,所述盆架包括固定所述振膜的环状的本体部、以及自所述本体部朝所述磁轭延伸的支撑部,所述磁轭与所述支撑部固定并与所述本体部间隔形成泄露口,所述泄露口与所述磁间隙连通,所述扬声器箱还包括阻尼网布,所述阻尼网布盖设于所述支撑壁上方并覆盖所述发声单体,所述阻尼网布将所述发声单体与所述后腔隔开。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述磁体部包括主磁体部以及位于所述主磁体部相对两侧的副磁体部,所述副磁体部夹设于所述磁轭与所述本体部之间,所述支撑部位于所述副磁体部两侧。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述阻尼网布包括覆盖于所述磁轭的主体部、自所述主体部边缘向所述振膜方向延伸以覆盖所述泄露口的延伸部及连接于所述延伸部并与所述支撑部固接的固定部,所述泄露口通过所述延伸部与所述后腔隔开。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述主体部呈矩形,所述发声单体沿其振动***方向的正投影完全落入所述主体部。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述阻尼网布为一体成型的立体网布。
