为了实现第一运动副32和第二运动副33带动按摩组件2运动,所述第一运动副32和第二运动副33与同一个转轴34连接,具体来说第一运动副32通过套设在转轴34上的第三齿轮341与转轴连接,第二运动副通过皮带与套色在转轴34上的皮带轮342连接;所述转轴34通过运动组件35与按摩组件2连动连接。这样无论两个运动副中的哪一个转动,转轴34和运动组件35都可以将转动传递至按摩组件2从而带动按摩组件2运动。
本实施例中按摩组件2的运动方式为沿着自身的轴向往复运动,从而对皮肤实现拍打按摩的效果,因此所述运动组件35为换向运动组件35,用于将转轴34的转动换向为按摩组件2沿着自身轴向上的往复运动。如果按摩组件2为转动按摩,那么运动组件35就只需要将转动传递给按摩组件2即可,无需进行换向。
具体来说:所述换向运动组件35包括与转轴34连动设置的凸轮351,以及活动连杆352;所述活动连杆352具有一空腔;凸轮351上的连动块置于所述空腔内;所述凸轮351转动时,连动块在所述空 腔内转动,带动活动连杆352沿着自身的轴向往复运动。活动连杆352的另一端与按摩组件2连接,因此活动连杆352往复运动时就可以带动按摩组件2往复运动,对皮肤进行拍打。
本实施例中为了让电子提拉美容仪具备微电流功能,所述按摩组件2为2组,每一组按摩组件2分别与不同的运动组件35连接。由于第一运动副32或者第二运动副33转动时,转轴34都会转动,因此两个运动组件35也都会驱动两组按摩组件2运动。
要实现微电流功能,两组所述按摩组件2分别通过导电件21与主控电路板4上的正极和负极连接;所述导电件21与按摩头导电连接。当按摩组件2与人体皮肤接触时,正极、导电件21、第一按摩组件、皮肤、第二按摩组件、导电件21、负极就形成闭合回路,从而对皮肤形成微电流刺激。
所述本体1上设置有模式按键11、开关按键12及霍尔电路板5;为了实现微电流强弱的调节,所述模式按键11用于切换微电流的强弱。为了实现按摩组件2拍打速度的调节,所述开关按键12用于开关机、以及切换第一运动副32或第二运动副33随着驱动件31转动。所述开关按键12具有自动复位功能,通过灌包在第二皮带轮342中的磁铁与霍尔电路板5配合实现。
本发明电子提拉美容仪使用时,长按开关按键2的开关健启动,进入模式一:微电流启动,短按模式按键11可切换微电流的强弱;
短按开关按键2可以切换进入模式二:电机310正转开启,驱动 第一齿轮311转动,第一齿轮311再通过轴杆312和第一单向轴承322带动第二齿轮321转动,从而带动第三齿轮341以第一速度转动;套设在转轴34上的第三齿轮341与转轴连接,通过换向运动组件35,将转轴34的转动换向为按摩组件2沿着自身轴向上的往复运动,按摩头做直线往复的拍打运动,此时为拍打速度为快档,微电流保留;快速拍打皮肤刺激皮肤细胞使皮肤更有弹性;
短按开关按键2切换进入模式三:电机310反转,驱动第一齿轮311转动,第一齿轮311再通过轴杆312和第二单向轴承332转动,从而驱动第一皮带轮331转动,带动第二皮带轮342以第二速度转动;套设在转轴34上的第二皮带轮342连接与转轴连接,通过换向运动组件35,将转轴34的转动换向为按摩组件2沿着自身轴向上的往复运动;按摩头做直线往复的拍打运动,此时为拍打速度为慢档,按摩头慢慢挤压皮肤,可以使皮肤血液循环更好,营养更容易吸收;
再次长按开关按键2关机,并自动复位。
上述的变速驱动装置3除了应用在电子提拉美容仪上,还可以应用在其它领域上,不应以本实施例限定变速驱动装置3的应用领域。

参考图9,本实施例与实施例1的区别在于:本实施例中两个运动副都是齿轮运动副。

工业实用性
本发明变速驱动装置,通过电机正转和反转时带动不同的运动副转动,从而实现不改变电机运行功率的情况下改变输出转速。本发明应用范围广,可用于电子提拉美容仪,其快档快速拍打皮肤刺激皮肤细胞使皮肤更有弹性,慢档按摩头慢慢挤压皮肤,可以使皮肤血液循环更好,营养更容易吸收。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种变速驱动装置,其特征在于包括:驱动件、第一运动副和第二运动副;所述驱动件正转时,驱动所述第一运动副以第一速度运动;所述驱动件反转时,驱动所述第二运动副以第二速度运动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种变速驱动装置,其特征在于:所述驱动件分别与第一运动副和第二运动副单向传动连接;所述第一速度与第二速度不同;所述第一运动副、第二运动副分别为皮带轮运动副或者分别为齿轮运动副或者一个为皮带轮运动副、另一个为齿轮运动副。
  3. 一种电子提拉美容仪,其特征在于包括:本体、按摩组件和权利要求1或2所述的变速驱动装置。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种电子提拉美容仪,其特征在于:所述第一运动副和第二运动副与同一个转轴连接;所述转轴通过运动组件与按摩组件连动连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种电子提拉美容仪,其特征在于:所述运动组件为换向运动组件,用于将转轴的转动换向为按摩组件沿着自身轴向上的往复运动。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的一种电子提拉美容仪,其特征在于:所述换向运动组件包括与转轴连动设置的凸轮,以及活动连杆;
    所述活动连杆具有一空腔;凸轮上的连动块置于所述空腔内;所述凸轮转动时,连动块在所述空腔内转动,带动活动连杆沿着自身的轴向往复运动。
  7. 根据权利要求4-6中任一项所述的一种电子提拉美容仪,其特征在于:按摩组件为两组,每一组按摩组件分别与不同的运动组件连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种电子提拉美容仪,其特征在于:两组所述按摩组件分别通过导电件与主控电路板上的正极和负极连接;所述导电件与按摩头导电连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种电子提拉美容仪,其特征在于:所述本体上设置有模式按键、开关按键和霍尔电路板;所述模式按键用于切换微电流的强弱。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种电子提拉美容仪,其特征在于:所述开关按键用于开关机、以及切换第一运动副或第二运动副随着驱动件转动。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的一种电子提拉美容仪,其特征在于:还包括一磁铁,所述第二运动副为皮带轮运动副;所述磁铁灌包在皮带轮中;
    所述磁铁与霍尔电路板配合,开关按键具有自动复位功能。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的一种电子提拉美容仪,其特征在于:
    长按开关按键的开关健启动,进入模式一:微电流启动,短按模式按键可切换微电流的强弱;
    短按开关按,键切换进入模式二:电机正转开启,驱动第一运动副以第一速度运动,所述第一运动副与转轴连接,通过换向运动组件,将转轴的转动换向为按摩组件沿着自身轴向上的往复运动,按摩头做 直线往复的拍打运动,此时为拍打速度为快档,微电流保留;
    短按开关按键,切换进入模式三:电机反转,驱动第二运动副以第二速度运动,所述第二运动副与转轴连接,通过换向运动组件,将转轴的转动换向为按摩组件沿着自身轴向上的往复运动,按摩头做直线往复的拍打运动,此时为拍打速度为慢档;
    再次长按开关按键关机,并自动复位。
