Description
本发明涉及化纤领域,具体涉及一种化纤长丝及其染色工艺。
织行业是我国的支柱行业,每年都有大量的布匹销往全世界各地,随着人们对布匹的款式、性能以及使用场所的不断变化。近来年,随着人们生活水平的提高,人们户外运动、休闲旅游的次数逐渐增多,人们对衣物的防水、防潮以及防滑性的要求越来越高。其染色时化纤处理中的一个重要工序,现有染色工艺以及后期的亲肤度在现有的化纤染色工艺中还存在许多缺陷,比如亲肤度不高,纤维折皱受损、弹力降低,同时染色的稳定性、重现性和均匀性不好。因此为了解决上述缺陷研制出一种能够解决上述缺陷的化纤丝染色工艺。
发明内容
本技术方案为了克服上述缺陷,研制出一种化纤长丝,包括纤维布a和纤维布b,其特征在于,在所述纤维布a和纤维布b之间设有亲肤纤维层,所述亲肤纤维层为小麦纤维层,其所述纤维布a和纤维布b由化纤丝制成,并小麦纤维层通过化纤长丝线固定在所述纤维布a和纤维布b之间。
进一步改进在于,所述一纤维布a和纤维布b的外侧分别涂有一 层聚氯乙烯层。
进一步改进在于,所述聚氯乙烯层的厚度设置为500‐700um,其小麦纤维层的厚度设为600‐900um。
一种化纤长丝的染色工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:预处理,将纤维布a、纤维布b以及小麦纤维层放入到纯碱20‐30份,双氧水15‐20份,双氧水稳定剂30‐50份的混合溶液中浸泡20‐40min,浸泡后用流动清洗冲洗10‐15min;
步骤二:染色,用染色剂进行染色,保持染色机的温度为120‐130℃时,染色时间25‐35min;当染色机温度降至50‐60℃时,将染料水排出,注入清水,并用清水浸泡10‐20min;
步骤三:烘干定型,通过烘干机烘干,并烘干温度保持70‐90℃,烘干时间为8‐10min,然后使用熨烫机进行定型;
步骤四:收卷打包,将定型后的织物进行收卷,并使用固定规格的打包装置进行分批打包。
进一步改进在于,在步骤三染色的染色剂中可加入柔软剂,对织物进行浸泡,其柔软剂与染色剂的比例为1:30

本发明所述的一种化纤长丝及其染色工艺,其有益效果在于,本发明工艺较平稳,使得织物的最终性能比较稳定,并染色工艺高效、简单,操作便捷,可推广使用;且小麦纤维层的设计,后期手感柔软,保暖性和良好的亲肤性优良,提高了穿着的舒适度,结合度高,提高了化纤布的穿着舒适度。
以上仅为本发明的较佳实施例,但并不限制本发明的专利范围,尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,对于本领域的技术人员来而言,其依然可以对前述各具体实施方式所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等效替换。凡是利用本发明说明书内容所做的等效结构,直接或间接运用在其他相关的技术领域,均同理在本发明专利保护范围之内。
Claims (5)
- 一种化纤长丝,包括纤维布a和纤维布b,其特征在于,在所述纤维布a和纤维布b之间设有亲肤纤维层,所述亲肤纤维层为小麦纤维层,其所述纤维布a和纤维布b由化纤丝制成,并小麦纤维层通过化纤长丝线固定在所述纤维布a和纤维布b之间。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种化纤长丝,其特征在于,所述一纤维布a和纤维布b的外侧分别涂有一层聚氯乙烯层。
- 如权利要求2所述的一种化纤长丝,其特征在于,所述聚氯乙烯层的厚度设置为500‐700um,其小麦纤维层的厚度设为600‐900um。
- 一种化纤长丝的染色工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:步骤一:预处理,将纤维布a、纤维布b以及小麦纤维层放入到纯碱20‐30份,双氧水15‐20份,双氧水稳定剂30‐50份的混合溶液中浸泡20‐40min,浸泡后用流动清洗冲洗10‐15min;步骤二:染色,用染色剂进行染色,保持染色机的温度为120‐130℃时,染色时间25‐35min;当染色机温度降至50‐60℃时,将染料水排出,注入清水,并用清水浸泡10‐20min;步骤三:烘干定型,通过烘干机烘干,并烘干温度保持70‐90℃,烘干时间为8‐10min,然后使用熨烫机进行定型;步骤四:收卷打包,将定型后的织物进行收卷,并使用固定规格的打包装置进行分批打包。
- 如权利要求4所述的一种化纤长丝的染色工艺,其特征在于,步骤三染色的染色剂中可加入柔软剂,对织物进行浸泡,其柔软剂与染色剂的比例为1:30。
