Description

Description
Title of Invention:
Forest fire prevention and fighting system with water
Technical Field
A related invention is mentioned as "Effective Forest Fire Prevention And Fighting System With Water", which is used to prevent and fight fires in forests around the world that are now facing an increasingly widespread forest fire, causing very heavy damage to people and personal property, as well as precious human property, these are natural forests endowed with the task of protecting the lungs of mankind.
Therefore, the forest fire prevention and fighting system with water has the main task of prevention, but when a fire occurs, the fire fighting system must extinguish the fires quickly to avoid spreading on a large scale, thanks to isolating and extinguishing the fires in the fastest time possible.
Background of the Invention
We all understand that the planet we live on is gifted by nature with three-fourths water, one- quarter rocky forest, but in the face of human conditions growing every day while the land is increasingly narrowed, to have enough land for cultivation, people destroy and encroach on forests for cultivation, human is the agent to destroy forests in the fastest way, destroying the environment and Natural ecosystems, contributing to climate change of the earth. In order to prevent forest fires, people have also tried to create means to fight forest fires, but in general, with the development of science until today, there is not any method to fight forest fires which is highly effective, so for forests when they are on fire, firefighting teams and means of fire fighting are often maximized, but it also takes days or even months to control them. The fire was costly both manpower and assets and lose of a large amount of destroyed forest. For example, the California forest of the United States every year occurs fires, although the US is the most civilized and most modern country in the world, but there are no effective measures to prevent and fight forest fires, so each time California forest fires, it takes many months to fully contain those fires. The most recent Amazon forest in Brazil has happened such catastrophic large-scale forest fire caused by humans burning forests for arable land that the United Nations had to speak up and send firefighters to Brazil to assist it with the fight of fire.
Current fire-fighting facilities include:
1/ Fire truck: Including fountains and water tank trucks, when there is a fire, the fire truck is the fastest possible means of getting to the scene to spray water to extinguish the fires, but the fire truck has the disadvantage of low water carry, sprinklers are limited in a narrow range so fire trucks are only suitable for house fires, or small fires, but for large and rapidly spreading fires like forest fires, use of fire trucks is inefficient and not highly feasible.
2/ Fire extinguisher.
Firefighting means that depending on each type of fire extinguisher, it is possible to extinguish the newly arising fires of solid, liquid, flammable gases, electrical fires and electrical equipment. Fire extinguishing powder is non-toxic, non-conductive, highly effective, simple operation, easy to check, used to extinguish small, newly arising fires, so it is not effective in forest fire fighting.
3/ Firefighting aircraft:
As the fastest mobile vehicle currently widely used in advanced countries, the advantage of firefighting aircraft can suck 7 to 12 tons of water for each drop on the place where a forest fire occurs. It is possible to extinguish fires within the radius of the dropped water, but the downside is that after the water is released, the aircraft has to fly to nearby rivers to get water, and the fire can quickly recover in this time so the firefighting aircraft is not very effective.
Summary of the Invention
The aim of the useful solution is to propose a forest fire prevention and fighting system with water, which is a system that is designed in an integrated and closed stage from start to finish, in order to replace existing forest fire fighting methods being used in a discrete, asynchronous way, often not achieving the desired results. Therefore, a useful solution of the forest fire prevention and fighting system with water is proposed with the main measure of prevention, but once a forest fire incident occurs, the fire must be extinguished quickly, avoiding the spread of fire causing heavy damage to people and property, turned into catastrophes for mankind, contributing to global warming.
We all know "water" is the means used to extinguish forest fires in the most effective way, but currently there is no chemical, or any fire fighting plan that brings faster efficiency when using water as a means to fight forest fires.
But where does the water come from when forest fires happen suddenly? To solve the problem of where does the water come from when it is needed to be used in forest fire fighting, once the fire breaks out and spreads quickly due to strong winds, it makes the fire more dangerous and more violent. Solving the conundrum "where does water come from?" has made headaches all the leading scientists in the world, although they have spent a lot of effort and money to research to create "artificial rains", but until today the artificial rains is both costly and not feasible. Facing the problem of where does water comes from, I would like to propose a solution by implementing: Forest fire prevention and fighting system with water
The system consists of negative-designed underground water reservoirs Figure 1 and overhead water tanks Figure 2, combined with a plumbing system designed to connect underground water reservoirs with overhead water tanks and from overhead water tanks, pipes will be responsible for leading water to the forests that need fire prevention and fighting. So how is an effective forest fire prevention and fighting system with water designed and installed so that the optimal solution for prevention is key, and once a forest fire occurs, firefighting must be achieved the optimal effect, to extinguish forest fires in the shortest time and fastest possible. An effective forest fire prevention and fighting system with water addresses the following means:
1/ Underground water reservoir.
First, the reservoirs will be built underground Figure 1 , the reservoirs are designed to dig underground as close to the overhead water tanks as possible, in order to achieve optimum efficiency when pumping water from underground reservoirs to overhead water tanks. Also, the underground water reservoir and the overhead water tanks Figure 2, which are designed as close to the forests that require fire prevention and fighting, are less expensive. Underground water reservoirs can be designed to be large enough, as large as possible, to hold the amount of water needed to pump up high water tanks, so that water from the overhead tanks through pipes, which may lead to forests requiring fire prevention and fighting when necessary, in order to have enough water stored in the underground lake, the following two options can be used:
1.1 Water in nearby rivers can be obtained by using pipes that carry water from the rivers into the reservoir, if the river water level is higher than the reservoir water level, or by pumping water from the rivers into the reservoir stored underground. Water when pumped from rivers should be passed through a pre-filtration system so that the water is relatively clean and does not contain dirt, then when pumped up, the overhead tanks are not dirty and pipes are not clogged.
1.2 Rainwater during the rainy season can be used to lead to underground reservoirs, that rainwater should be passed through a pre-filtration system so that the water is relatively clean and does not contain dirt, then when pumped up, the overhead tanks are not dirty and pipes are not clogged. (FIGURE 1)
2/ Waterpumps:
Water pumps are means used to pump water from underground reservoirs to overhead water tanks, through pipes. (FIGURE 1.1)
2.1 Overhead Water Tanks: The overhead water tanks should be placed on the rooftop of high-rise buildings. FIGURE 2, to take advantage of the height of high-rise buildings, water tanks will be built on the rooftop which is the top floor of the buildings. The overhead water tanks should be designed in such a way that the water is sufficiently sufficient for use in the event of a wildfire incident. Usually overhead water tanks do not need to be designed too large, as they are used to transfer water from underground reservoirs through water pumps, and from overhead water tanks through Pipe leading to the forests in need of fire prevention and fighting. (FIGURE 2)
In the case of forests located far from residential areas that do not have high-rise buildings to take advantage of their elevation, overhead water tanks will be built near the forests to take advantage of the height of the water tanks, from the overhead tanks the water is transported to the forests through pipes without the use of pumps. FIGURE 2.1 )
3/ Water pipes:
The water pipes in a forest fire prevention and fighting system consist of pipes that carry water from underground reservoirs pumped to overhead water tanks, from overhead water tanks the pipes are installed to lead water to the plumbing, arranged throughout forests 3.1 , in the form of a self-contained checkerboard-style system 3.3, each square with a distance of one to two km2, or possibly far more depending on need, for each vertex of each square a 3.2 emergency valve will be arranged.
Often water pipes can be made of plastic in places that are safe from fire and explosion, and plumbing systems placed underground (or on the ground) in forests should use cast iron pipes or steel pipes with 2 or 3 decimetres in diameter depending on demand. (FIGURE 3)
4/ Automatic fire lock valves (emergency fire lock valve):
The automatic fire lock valves (emergency valves) are designed like normal fire fighting water valves that the fire protection systems still use when there is a fire incident FIGURE 3.1 , the emergency valves are responsible for spraying the drought forests to prevent forest fires caused by nature or man. At the same time, the emergency valves are also used in case of connecting to water pipes from an aircraft when a forest fire occurs to spray water from the aircraft into the burning forests. (FIGURE 3.1)
5/ Means used for fire fighting:
The means used to fight forest fires are specialized airplanes built to fight forest fires, often we can build mobile helicopters 4.1 used to fight forest fires, because helicopters have the advantage of being able to move back and forth, up and down, or stand still in place, and the rotors of the helicopters 4.6 create the wind that can push the water from the spray fans 4.4 on the aircraft down to the forests due to the wind-driven pinwheels lifting the aircraft.
At the same time, water from pumps designed as fans on aircraft 4.4, can suck and release water from the pipes brought up by emergency valves, sprayed out by fans in the aircraft. 4.7, the water will be bounced off the ground by the main propellers of the aircraft 4.6, forming small local rainfall 4.5 within five hundred square meters, with those small rains helicopters can move back and forth within a few kilometers to spray water over burning forests.
When detecting forest fires, the dedicated helicopter 4.1 was quickly dispatched, dropping the firefighters and the water pipes on the ground where the emergency fire valves were located 4.2. Firefighters quickly hooked up a 4.3 from aircraft 4.3 to the 4.2 emergency valves located under the forest. (FIGURE 4)

Detailed description of the Preferred Embodiments 1/ Forest fire prevention measures:
Once the forest fire prevention and fighting system with water has been designed and implemented, forest fire prevention measures should be implemented effectively to avoid forest fires during the dry season.
Often in the dry season, the dry branches and the leaves in the forests falling to the ground create clusters of dry leaves that if not cleaned regularly, can cause a fire. Faced with the risk of forest fire, the shower type emergency valves 3.2 can be designed to be used as a fire valve with automatic shut-off feature, when the weather is dry the automaticity of the emergency valve is activated to open in places prone to frequent fires, the water will automatically spray out in the shower-style directions, wet the surrounding trees while wetting the dry leaves of the ground, avoid being easily ignited by the forest.
If the emergency valves with automatic sprinklers are not used, the 5.4 firefighters helicopter can be used to bring firefighters to places where forest is prone to fire, and aircraft to release firefighters with water hose 5.4a connected to ground emergency valves 5.3a, connected to water sprinkler 5.4b, placed on aircraft to spray water in places prone to ignition causing fires. In case of forest fire prevention, only water tank systems designed near rivers are used, to prevent water shortages in the dry season, water from the rivers can be pumped directly into underground water reservoirs. 5.1 , then from the underground water reservoir, the water is pumped by the pumps 5.1b to the overhead water tanks 5.2 placed on the high-rise buildings, through the water pipes 5.2b, water is delivered to the forests for fire fighting. Other water reservoirs away from the river can only be used when a forest fire occurs, to avoid shortage of fire fighting water.
2. Forest fire fighting measures:
In the event of a forest fire, the fire aircrafts 5.4 rushed to the field to drop the firefighters and the water pipes 5.4a on the field, connecting the water pipes to the 5.3a emergency valve predesigned in the forest, water is automatically sucked up to the sprinkler system 5.4b located on aircrafts, because water is supplied from the overhead water tanks 5.2, so the water pressure is very strong, to the plumbing system 5.3 pre-designed in the forest, so the water-jet propellers 5.4b, placed on aircrafts 5.4, are only responsible for sucking and spraying water from the aircrafts down like rain, thanks to the main propellers of the aircrafts 5.4d, bouncing water under the burning forests creating rain 5.4c, quickly extinguishing the fires.
But be aware that aircrafts sent to the fire scene must not spray water directly on the fires, because if doing so, the fire will quickly spread to the surrounding areas, and at the same time be easy to cause danger to themselves as well as directly affect the lives of the pilots and firefighters. The mission of the firefighting aircraft is to encircle the fires in neighboring areas, spray water td prevent the fires from spreading over a large area, in order to weaken the fires quickly. With about ten firefighting aircrafts or more depending on the needs of each place to arrange the number of firefighting aircrafts.
By isolating the fires before the aircrafts approach the fire to directly fight the fire, approximately ten 5.4 firefighting aircrafts will localize and isolate the fire from spreading rapidly, at the same time weaken fires before aircrafts can spray water directly to extinguish the fire.
When the water in the overhead tanks 5.2 is lacking, it is possible to pump water from the underground water reservoirs 5.1 to replenish in order to provide water for the firefighting aircrafts to operate, so the aircrafts do not waste time flying to take water as the current firefighting aircrafts. (FIGURE 5)
With a forest fire prevention and fighting system with water designed and positioned in the forest, it is only costly once but can be used for a long time, with the main task of prevention. In the event of a fire, the pre-designed water system combined with the firefighting aircrafts will quickly extinguish the fires in the shortest time, which up to now has not been achieved by any means or methods of fire fighting.

Claims

Claims
The invention that proposes a water forest fire prevention and fighting system is a closed system consisting of a water reservoir designed under the ground 5.1 , connected to 5.2 water tanks placed on the rooftops of buildings 5.2a high-rise with 5.1b pumps, water pumped to 5.1 a pipeline, water being piped 5.2b from overhead water tanks 5.2, to 5.3 plumbing designed underground in the forest with emergency fire-lock valves 5.3a, combined with fire aircrafts 5.4. In the event of a forest fire, the planes quickly arrive at the scene, drop firefighters and water pipes 5.4a into the burning forest, connect the 5.4a water pipe to the 5.3a emergency valves available in Forests, water is automatically sucked up to the 5.4b sprinkler systems located on aircrafts, because water is supplied from the 5.2 high water tanks, so the water pressure is very strong, so the 5.4b waterjet propeller placed on the aircraft is only responsible for sucking and spraying water from the plane, thanks to the main propellers of the aircraft 5.4d that create the wind that bounces the water down under the burning forests produce 5.4c rains that quickly extinguish the fires.
