図1・2・3・4・5・6・7・8・9は本発明実施の一例を示している。図1・3に示すように、押圧弁式小型高圧ガス容器(1)と、吹鳴部(2)と、これらを格納し、内部で円滑にスライド圧合させる為の、ケース(3)と、ケース(3)の格納物を常時押圧させておく、常態押圧具(4)、を備え、警報器を構成している。更に、格納物のスライド圧合を阻止する為に、ケース(3)の開口部に差し込んで、警報器を連結する、ストッパー(7)と、連結した警報器を、使用者自身や周辺物に装着しておく為の、装着部(8)を備えている。ケース(3)は、2分割して係合させた、中空円筒状のものを用いている。常態押圧具(4)は、バネ(4a)を用いている。常態押圧具(4)は、2分割してネジで係合させたケース(3)の、両側の筒口を封じ、片側の内部にバネ(4a)を配置するようにしている。ストッパー(7)は、押圧弁式小型高圧ガス容器(1)の押圧弁(1a)と吹鳴部(2)の隙間に位置する、ケース(3)壁部を一部開口し、外部からストッパー(7)を差し込んでおくようにしている。図2に示す例では、常態押圧具(4)と格納物の間に位置する、ケース(3)壁部を一部開口し、外部からストッパー(7)を差し込んでおくようにしている。図4・5・8に示すように、災害時の当事者が、装着部(8)に一体化させたストッパー(7)から、警報器自体を引き抜くことにより、ストッパー(7)によるスライド圧合の阻止を解除し、ケース(3)に格納した押圧弁式小型高圧ガス容器(1)や吹鳴部(2)を、ケース(3)の内壁に沿ってスライド圧合させて、警報器を起動させ、自己継続吹鳴させるようにしている。なお、引き抜いた警報器自体を、ストッパー(7)に差し戻せば、作動停止するようになる。更に、図6に示すように、警報器が水面に浮くよう、押圧弁式小型高圧ガス容器(1)と、吹鳴部(2)と、ケース(3)と、常態押圧具(4)で構成される警報器が、包括的に浮力を有するようにしておく。吹鳴部(2)の吹出口(2a)が水面上に露出するように、吹出口(2a)の反対側や、押圧弁式小型高圧ガス容器(1)の底側に、警報器の重心を寄せておく。警報器を連結した、ストッパー(7)と一体化した装着部(8)を、入水者自身や周辺物に装着しておいて、溺水時の入水者が、ストッパー(7)から警報器自体を抜き放すことにより、警報器を起動させ、有した浮力により、警報器を水面に浮上させ、水面上に露出させた吹出口(2a)から、自己継続吹鳴させるようにする。図7に示す例では、警報器を連結した、ストッパー(7)と一体化した装着部(8)を、例えばゴーグルのような、入水者の装着用具と一体化させておいて、溺水時の入水者が、装着用具と一体化したストッパー(7)から、警報器自体を抜き放すことにより、警報器を起動させ、水面に浮上させるようにしている。図9に示す例では、警報器を連結した、ストッパー(7)と一体化した装着部(8)を、巻き付け式のものとし、その一端をストッパー(7)と一体化し、もう一端を警報器に固定しておき、溺水時の入水者が、ストッパー(7)から警報器自体を抜き放すことにより、あるいは、装着部(8)を強く引いて、警報器からストッパー(7)を抜き放すことにより、警報器を起動させ、装着部(8)を伴う警報器を、水面に浮上させるようにしている。
