受限于传统技术方案中导电膜层的整面性设计,导致现有的显示面板难以进行分区显示即既可以进行低灰阶显示,又可以进行高灰阶显示。

如图2所示,在其中一个实施例中,像素电路100包括写入单元30、存储单元40、驱动单元20以及发光单元10;写入单元30与扫描信号SS、数据信号DS、存储单元40的一端以及驱动单元20的控制端连接;存储单元40的一端与驱动单元20的控制端连接;零电位与存储单元40的另一端和驱动单元20的输出端连接;驱动单元20的输入端与发光单元10的输出端连接;发光单元10的输入端与直流电位VDD连接;直流电位VDD与对应的供电区块110电性连接。
如图2所示,在其中一个实施例中,写入单元30包括第一薄膜晶体管T1;第一薄膜晶体管T1的漏极与数据信号DS连接;第一薄膜晶体管T1的栅极与扫描信号SS连接;第一薄膜晶体管T1的源极与存储单元40的一端以及驱动单元20的控制端连接。
如图2所示,在其中一个实施例中,存储单元40包括存储电容CS;存储电容CS的第一端与第一薄膜晶体管T1的源极和驱动单元20的控制端连接;存储电容CS的第二端与零电位连接。
如图2所示,在其中一个实施例中,驱动单元20包括第二薄膜晶体管T2;第二薄膜晶体管T2的栅极与存储电容CS的第一端连接;第二薄膜晶体管T2的源极与零电位连接;第二薄膜晶体管T2的漏极与发光单元10的输出端连接。
如图2所示,在其中一个实施例中,发光单元10包括发光器件LED;发光器件LED的负极与第二薄膜晶体管T2的漏极连接;发光器件LED的正极与对应的供电区块110连接。
可以理解的是,发光器件LED可以为各种二极管型发光器件LED,可以但不限于为mini型、或者micro型、或者有机电致发光型等LED。
在其中一个实施例中,第一薄膜晶体管T1、第二薄膜晶体管T2均为N型薄膜晶体管。
在其中一个实施例中,供电区块110的形状可以但不限于为矩形,也可以为椭圆形状,或者其他不规则形状。
在其中一个实施例中,供电区块110与对应的四个像素电路100连接,可以理解的是,本实施例并不局限于一个供电区块110与对应的四个像素电路100连接,也可以与对应的两个像素电路100连接,或者更多数量的。
如图1所示,在其中一个实施例中,本申请提供了一种自发光型显示面板120,其包括一供电性膜层(未图示);供电性膜层被划分为若干个相互绝缘的供电区块110;每个供电区块110电性连接位于供电区块110且不同数量的像素电路100;其中,一部分供电区块110被通入第一电位V1;另一部分供电区块110被通入第二电位V2,且第二电位V2高于第一电位V1。
可以理解的是,通过将该供电性膜层划分为供电区块110,可以独立地为对应的像素电路100提供更高的电位作为发光电源,可以实现高灰阶显示,同时较为容易地实现了自发光型显示面板120的分区显示,高灰阶可以显示出更细腻的画面,低灰阶显示用于对比度较高的特殊画面显示。
综上所述,如图3所示,第一电位V1通过供电区块110给对应的像素电路100中的直流电位VDD进行供电时,对应的像素电路100可以实现低灰阶显示;第二电位V2通过供电区块110给对应的像素电路100中的直流电位VDD进行供电时,对应的像素电路100可以实现高灰阶显示。
可以理解的是,对本领域普通技术人员来说,可以根据本申请的技术方案及其发明构思加以等同替换或改变,而所有这些改变或替换都应属于本申请所附的权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种自发光型显示面板,其中,所述自发光型显示面板包括一供电性膜层;所述供电性膜层被划分为若干个相互绝缘的供电区块;每个所述供电区块电性连接多个位于所述供电区块中的像素电路;
    其中,一部分所述供电区块被通入第一电位;另一部分所述供电区块被通入第二电位,且所述第二电位高于所述第一电位。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的自发光型显示面板,其中,所述像素电路包括写入单元、存储单元、驱动单元以及发光单元;
    所述写入单元与扫描信号、数据信号、所述存储单元的一端以及所述驱动单元的控制端连接;所述存储单元的一端与所述驱动单元的控制端连接;零电位与所述存储单元的另一端和所述驱动单元的输出端连接;所述驱动单元的输入端与所述发光单元的输出端连接;所述发光单元的输入端与对应的所述供电区块电性连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的自发光型显示面板,其中,所述写入单元包括第一薄膜晶体管;
    所述第一薄膜晶体管的漏极与所述数据信号连接;所述第一薄膜晶体管的栅极与所述扫描信号连接;所述第一薄膜晶体管的源极与所述存储单元的一端以及所述驱动单元的控制端连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的自发光型显示面板,其中,所述存储单元包括存储电容;
    所述存储电容的第一端与所述第一薄膜晶体管的源极和所述驱动单元的控制端连接;所述存储电容的第二端与零电位连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的自发光型显示面板,其中,所述驱动单元包括第二薄膜晶体管;
    所述第二薄膜晶体管的栅极与所述存储电容的第一端连接;所述第二薄膜晶体管的源极与零电位连接;所述第二薄膜晶体管的漏极与所述发光单元的输出端连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的自发光型显示面板,其中,所述发光单元包括发光器件;
    所述发光器件的负极与所述第二薄膜晶体管的漏极连接;所述发光器件的正极与对应的所述供电区块连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的自发光型显示面板,其中,所述第一薄膜晶体管、所述第二薄膜晶体管均为N型薄膜晶体管。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的自发光型显示面板,其中,所述供电区块的形状为矩形。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的自发光型显示面板,其中,所述供电区块与对应的四个所述像素电路连接。
  10. 一种自发光型显示面板,其中,所述自发光型显示面板包括一供电性膜层;所述供电性膜层被划分为若干个相互绝缘的供电区块;每个所述供电区块电性连接位于所述供电区块且不同数量的像素电路;
    其中,一部分所述供电区块被通入第一电位;另一部分所述供电区块被通入第二电位,且所述第二电位高于所述第一电位。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的自发光型显示面板,其中,所述像素电路包括写入单元、存储单元、驱动单元以及发光单元;
    所述写入单元与扫描信号、数据信号、所述存储单元的一端以及所述驱动单元的控制端连接;所述存储单元的一端与所述驱动单元的控制端连接;零电位与所述存储单元的另一端和所述驱动单元的输出端连接;所述驱动单元的输入端与所述发光单元的输出端连接;所述发光单元的输入端与对应的所述供电区块电性连接。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的自发光型显示面板,其中,所述写入单元包括第一薄膜晶体管;
    所述第一薄膜晶体管的漏极与所述数据信号连接;所述第一薄膜晶体管的栅极与所述扫描信号连接;所述第一薄膜晶体管的源极与所述存储单元的一端以及所述驱动单元的控制端连接。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的自发光型显示面板,其中,所述存储单元包括存储电容;
    所述存储电容的第一端与所述第一薄膜晶体管的源极和所述驱动单元的控制端连接;所述存储电容的第二端与零电位连接。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的自发光型显示面板,其中,所述驱动单元包括第二薄膜晶体管;
    所述第二薄膜晶体管的栅极与所述存储电容的第一端连接;所述第二薄膜晶体管的源极与零电位连接;所述第二薄膜晶体管的漏极与所述发光单元的输出端连接。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的自发光型显示面板,其中,所述发光单元包括发光器件;
    所述发光器件的负极与所述第二薄膜晶体管的漏极连接;所述发光器件的正极与对应的所述供电区块连接。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的自发光型显示面板,其中,所述第一薄膜晶体管、所述第二薄膜晶体管均为N型薄膜晶体管。
  17. 根据权利要求10所述的自发光型显示面板,其中,所述供电区块的形状为矩形。
  18. 根据权利要求10所述的自发光型显示面板,其中,所述供电区块与对应的四个所述像素电路连接。
