本发明涉及注浆领域,特别是一种用于高凝结性注浆材料的注浆装置。
背景技术
随着注浆技术的发展,新型高凝结性注浆材料不断应用于锚索施工,而新型材料具有粘度大、流动差稍差、凝结速度快的问题,注浆后若不及时清理,很容易堵塞管路,影响注浆效果。采用一段式注浆管路,很难保证清洗效果,因此建议采用分段式管路,每段长度为4-5m。分段式管路的接头位置目前常用两种连接方式,一种为套管连接,铁丝绑扎,在注浆压力大时很难保证效果;另一种为商用连接头连接,能有效保证连接效果,但安装费时、费力,容易造成注浆管变径、损坏。在锚索预留注浆管的端头为保证管路畅通,防止安设锚索时杂质堵塞注浆管,管头一般利用胶带封口,在注浆时依靠注浆压力冲开胶带,不能重复利用,另外,在利用注浆管注浆时,浆液面为球状,且在浆液流动过程中存在压力损失,造成注浆效果有限。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的上述缺陷,提出了一种用于高凝结性注浆材料的注浆装置,其安装方便,注浆管与连接头、自封式管头连接可靠,能够重复使用;由于连接头的内径与注浆管内径保持一致且自封管头端帽上的出浆口为圆形出浆口,有效地减少了注浆过程中的压力损失,注浆效果好。

本发明中,所述测量段上设有流量计和压力传感器,流量计、压力传感器分别通过传感器接头与测量段连接。流量计用于测量连接段内流过的高凝结性注浆材料的流量,压力传感器用于测量连接段内流过的高凝结性注浆材料的压力。通过流量计和压力传感器,检测每个连接段处的注浆压力和浆液流量的变化,为优选注浆参数提供数据支持。

所述连接限位杆的一端设有旋紧螺纹,旋紧螺纹与端帽内的螺孔之间通过螺纹固定连接,连接限位杆的另一端设有限位翅,限位翅与预留限位环上的限位凹槽对应设置,连接弹簧套在连接限位杆的外侧。
所述为保证旋转锁定角度,环向滑动槽的开设角度为90°,占据1/4圆截面,环形滑动槽的旋向与压紧内螺纹的旋向相反。
本发明的有益效果是:
(1)通过设置注浆管卡箍,注浆管卡箍可以在连接段内滑动、旋转、固定,实现了连接头与注浆管的牢固连接,同时保证注浆压力的传递;
(2)通过设置注浆管套头,实现了自封式管头与注浆管的牢固连接,同时保证注浆压力的传递;
(3)通过将自封式管头端帽上的注浆口设置为圆形注浆口,且接口的内径与注浆管的内径保持一致,减少了浆液在流动过程中的压力损失;
(4)管头具有自封闭功能,一方面能防止在下放锚索过程中杂质进入注浆管内部;另一方面能在注浆时自动开启,注浆完成后自动封闭,既可以重复利用,又可以保证注浆压力;适用于高凝结性注浆材料的注浆。

如图1所示,本发明所述的用于高凝结性注浆材料的注浆装置包括注浆管8、连接头和自封式管头,连接头的一端通过注浆管8与注浆泵连接,连接头的另一端通过注浆管与自封式管头连接。注浆管8与连接头、自封式管头之间均为固定密封连接。注浆泵抽出的高凝结性注浆材料通过注浆管流入连接头内,再通过注浆管流入自封式管头内,高凝结性材料从自封式管头注入钻孔内,实现锚索施工。由于该注浆装置用于高凝结性注浆材料,也就是说该注浆材料凝结性较强,凝结很快,为了方便清洗,本发明采用分段式注浆管,本实施例中,采用直径为32mm,长度为3-5m的硬质PVC管。
连接头包括测量段1、连接段2、压紧螺栓6和注浆管卡箍7,测量段1固定位于连接段2的中部,即测量段1的左、右两侧面分别固定连接有连接段2,测量段1和连接段2内均设有直径相同的内孔,且内孔呈贯通状态,以便于高凝结性注浆材料的通过,本实施例中测量段1与连接段2之间通过焊接方式固定连接。测量段1上设有流量计4和压力传感器5,流量计4、压力传感器5分别通过传感器接头3与测量段1连接,其中流量计4用于测量连接段2内流过的高凝结性注浆材料的流量,压力传感器5用于测量连接段2内流过的高凝结性 注浆材料的压力。通过流量计4和压力传感器5,检测每个连接段处的注浆压力和浆液流量的变化,为优选注浆参数提供数据支持。
连接段2内设有阶梯孔,阶梯孔包括大孔和小孔,其中,朝向测量段1的孔为小孔,其孔径与测量段1的内孔孔径相同,朝向连接段2自由端的孔为大孔,即朝向测量段1的孔径小于朝向连接段2自由端的孔径,注浆管卡箍7可以在大孔内沿其轴向往复运动。在设有大孔的连接段2管壁上对称设置两条轴向的横向滑动槽Ⅰ2-1,横向滑动槽Ⅰ2-1从大孔的一端延伸至大孔的另一端,贯穿大孔的轴向。大孔内壁朝向连接段自由端的一端设有压紧内螺纹2-2,压紧内螺纹2-2与压紧螺栓的外螺纹相配合。大孔内壁朝向小孔的一端设有对接段2-3,对接段2-3与注浆管卡箍7接触,在对接段2-3上设有环向滑动槽2-4,为保证旋转锁定角度,环向滑动槽2-4的开设角度为90°,占据1/4圆截面,环向滑动槽2-4的旋向与压紧内螺纹2-2的旋向相反,从而实现了注浆管卡箍7在连接段2内的反向旋转。
连接段2的大孔内由外至内依次设有压紧螺栓6和注浆管卡箍7,如图3所示,压紧螺栓6包括螺栓头部6-4和与螺栓头部固定连接的螺杆6-5,螺杆6-5和螺栓头部6-4内设有相互连通的中心孔,注浆管卡箍7设置在压紧螺栓6的中心孔内。螺杆6-5的外表面设有压紧外螺纹6-1,压紧外螺纹6-1与连接段2内的压紧内螺纹2-2配合,实现压紧螺栓在连接段内的旋紧。螺杆6-5上沿其轴向对称设置两条滑动缝6-3,滑动缝6-3与横向滑动槽Ⅰ2-1对应设置且上下相互连通。对应的在螺栓头部6-4内对称设置两个横向滑动槽Ⅱ6-2,横向滑动槽Ⅱ6-2与滑动缝6-3连接,为注浆管卡箍7提供轴向滑动的空间。
注浆管卡箍7设置在压紧螺栓6内,采用双层结构,如图4所示,注浆管卡箍7包括外壁7-1和内管7-2,外壁7-1呈圆筒状,外壁7-1可以在压紧螺栓6的中心孔内沿其轴向滑动,内管7-2设置在外壁7-1内,内管7-2的管径与小孔的孔径相同,从而保证注浆压力的传递,内管7-2与外壁7-1固定连接,且内管7-2与外壁7-1之间存在径向间隙,注浆管8的管壁设置在外壁7-1与内管7-2之间,内管7-2的外径略大于注浆管的内径,当注浆管***外壁7-1与内管7-2之间,内管7-2对注浆管8的端部起到了膨大作用,从而便于将注浆管固定套在内管7-2上。外壁7-1朝向小孔的一端固定有挤压海绵7-3,对应的在外壁7-1的另一端固定有锁紧带7-6。通过挤压海绵7-3缓冲注浆管卡箍7与对接段的接触,同时挤压海绵7-3有助于堵塞注浆管卡箍7与对接段之间的缝隙,防止浆液流出。锁紧带7-6的两端之间通过锁紧螺栓7-7连接,并通过锁紧螺栓7-7实现锁紧带7-6的锁紧和放松,锁紧螺栓7-7锁紧时,实现了将注浆管8的端部锁紧固定在内管7-2上。防止注浆压力过大时,注浆管8从注浆管卡箍7内脱出。

同时外壁7-1上设有压紧凸起7-5,压紧凸起7-5位于滑动凸起7-4朝向连接段自由端的一侧,沿外壁7-1的环形外表面上间隔设置数个压紧凸起7-5,本实施例中,外壁7-1的环形外表面上对称设置两个压紧凸起7-5,压紧凸起7-5与压紧螺栓6的端部接触,压紧凸起7-5为压紧螺栓作用于注浆管卡箍的主要着力点,注浆管卡箍7在连接段2内旋转锁定过程中,压紧螺栓6与压紧凸起7-5接触,并通过压紧螺栓6施加的作用力压紧注浆管卡箍7,使其能够承受注浆压力。
在对连接头进行组装时,首先进行注浆管卡箍7的安装。如图10所示,将注浆8的端部用热水浇烫软化,然后套入7-1外壁与7-2内管之间的间隙中,由于7-2内管的外径大于注浆管的内径,因此注浆管套入内管7-2后形成膨大段;冷却后调整锁紧螺栓7-7,缩小缩紧带7-6的同时将注浆管8压紧,防止注浆管8脱出。本发明中,连接段2的两端均与注浆管8连接,在所有的与注浆管连接的接头处均按照以上步骤安装注浆管卡箍7和注浆管8,实现了注浆管卡箍7和注浆管8的多次重复利用。
安装好注浆管卡箍7后,进行注浆管和连接段2的连接。如图11所示,首先将压紧螺栓6旋入连接段2,调整压紧螺栓6的位置,使压紧螺栓6上的横向滑动槽Ⅱ6-2和滑动缝6-3与连接段2上的横向滑动槽Ⅰ2-1相贯通。将注浆管卡箍7上的限位滑动凸起7-4沿横向滑动槽Ⅱ6-2和滑动缝6-3滑入对接段2-3,如图12所示,在到达指定位置后逆时针转动注浆管8或顺时针转动连接段2,使限位滑动凸起7-4滑入环向滑动槽2-4内部,从而锁定注浆管8,防止注浆管8脱出。最后旋紧压紧螺栓6,使压紧螺栓6的端部紧压限位突出7-5,使注浆管卡箍7端部的挤压海绵7-3与连接段2之间保持密封接触,至此单侧注浆管连接完成,重复以上步骤,直至连接段的两端分别与注浆管连接,拆卸时,仅需要将以上步骤反向实施即可。
如图13所示,注浆管8与连接段2连接完毕后,将流量计4、压力传感器5安装至测量段1的传感器接头3上。在实际生产中可减少仪器安装密度,一条注浆管路安装3个传感器组即可,连接头处也可以采用未设传感器接头3的连接形式。
如图5所示,自封式管头包括注浆管套头9、端帽10、连接限位杆11和连接弹簧12,注浆管套头9通过注浆管8与连接头连接,注浆管8固定套接在注浆管套头9的一端,注浆 管套头9的另一端套设在端帽10内,注浆管套头9与端帽10之间通过连接弹簧12连接,连接限位杆11的一端穿过注浆管套头9,并旋入端帽10内,实现了连接限位杆11与端帽10的固定连接,连接限位杆11的另一端设有限位机构,防止端帽10脱出,连接弹簧12套在连接限位杆11的外侧。
如图6所示,注浆管套头9包括套头外壁和套头内壁,套头内壁设置在套头外壁的内侧,套头内壁的底部与套头外壁固定连接,套头内壁与套头外壁之间存在径向间隙,从而形成注浆口安装槽9-1,注浆口安装槽9-1的一端呈开口状,另一端呈封闭状,注浆管8的管壁从开口端***注浆口安装槽9-1内。本发明中,套头内壁的外径大于注浆管8的内径,因此当注浆管***套头内壁的外侧时,使注浆管8的端部形成膨大段,便于将注浆管固定套在注浆管套头9上。套头外壁上设有数个变形槽9-2,变形槽9-2处设有紧固螺栓,注浆管套入注浆口安装槽9-1内后,旋紧紧固螺栓,使套头外壁的内径尺寸变小,从而将注浆管压紧在套头内壁上,防止在较大注浆压力下,注浆管从注浆管套头内脱出。本实施例中,套头外壁设有四个变形槽9-2,其中两个变形槽9-2处设有紧固螺栓。
注浆管套头9内的中心位置处设有预留限位环9-4,预留限位环9-4与套头内壁的内表面之间通过数个间隔设置的连接杆连接,连接杆将预留限位环9-4与套头内壁之间的间隙分为数个浆液流动口9-5,高凝结性注浆材料沿着浆液流动口9-5流入注浆管套头9和端帽10之间。连接限位杆11穿过预留限位环9-4的中心孔。预留限位环9-4朝向注浆管的一侧设有限位凹槽9-6,限位凹槽9-6与限位杆11上的限位机构对应设置,防止注浆过程中限位杆11转动。预留限位环9-4朝向端帽10的一侧面设有连接弹簧基座9-7,连接弹簧12的一端通过焊接与连接弹簧基座9-7固定连接,连接弹簧12的另一端与端帽10固定连接。
如图7所示,端帽10包括锥形导向帽10-1和中空管10-2,锥形导向帽10-1固定在中空管10-2的底部,注浆管套头9设置在中空管10-2内,注浆管套头9可以在中空管10-2内轴向滑动。锥形导向帽10-1的端部设有螺孔10-4,对应的在连接限位杆11的端部设有外螺纹,从而实现端帽10与连接限位杆11的固定连接。同时锥形导向帽10-1的端部还固定有堵头10-5,堵头10-5的外部直径与注浆管套头9内壁的内径相同,在未注浆的情况下,堵头10-5将注浆管套头9的端部堵住,防止杂物进入。中空管10-2上设有数个圆形出浆口10-3,浆料沿圆形出浆口10-3排出,从而实现了注浆。圆形的出浆口注浆面整体呈现柱形,提高注浆效果。
如图8所示,连接限位杆11的一端设有旋紧螺纹11-2,旋紧螺纹11-2与端帽10内的螺孔10-4之间通过螺纹固定连接,连接限位杆11的另一端设有限位翅11-1,限位翅11-1与预留限位环9-4上的限位凹槽9-6对应设置。
在锚索组装过程中,预留注浆管底部采用自封式管头。自封式管头组装时,如图14所示,首先将连接弹簧12的一端焊接于端帽10内部,再将注浆管套头9设置在端帽10内部,连接弹簧12的另一端与连接弹簧基座9-7焊接。将连接限位杆11穿过预留限位环9-4,连接限位杆11一端的旋紧螺纹11-2旋入端帽10内部,初始状态下,注浆管套头9的一端与锥形导向帽的端部接触,此时自封式管头为闭合封闭状态。如图15所示,按照上述注浆管卡箍7与注浆管8之间的连接方式,将注浆管8套入注浆口安装槽9-1内,并旋紧紧固螺栓9-3,锁紧管壁,防止自封式管头脱出。注浆过程中,如图16和图17所示,浆液沿着浆液流动口9-5流入注浆管套头9和端帽10内,端帽10在注浆压力的冲击下,克服连接弹簧12的拉力而向下滑动,注浆管套头9和端帽10之间产生相对滑动,端帽10上的圆形出浆口10-3显露出来,浆液沿着圆形出浆口10-3漏出,从而使浆液呈现柱状注入,提高注浆效果。当端帽10下降至连接限位杆11顶部的限位翅11-1与注浆管套头9上的限位凹槽9-6接触时,圆形出浆口10-3全部显露出来,同时在限位翅11-1的限位作用下,端帽10停止向下滑动。浆液停止流动后,在连接弹簧12的弹力作用下,端帽10自动复位,自封式管头恢复至初始状态。
利用该注浆装置实现高凝结性注浆材料的注浆过程如下所述:首先,完成连接头和自封式管头的组装。然后,将一段注浆管8与注浆管卡箍7连接,使注浆泵与连接段2之间通过该段注浆管8连接;将另一段注浆管8与注浆管套头9连接,先下放锚索,接下来,使连接段2与注浆管套头9之间通过该段注浆管8连接,此时整个注浆管路安装完成。之后,进行注浆动作,高凝结性注浆材料经注浆泵通过注浆管8抽入连接头内,在连接头内对浆料的流量和压力进行测量,浆料随着注浆管8继续流入注浆管套头9内,端帽10在注浆压力冲击下,克服连接弹簧的拉力而向下滑动,并从圆形出浆口10-3漏出,从而使浆液呈现柱状注入,提高注浆效果。注浆结束后,进行洗管处理,若施工间隔较长,应拆分注浆管路,并清洗干净,密封保存,等待下一次注浆施工。
以上对本发明所提供的用于高凝结性注浆材料的注浆装置进行了详细介绍。本文中应用了具体个例对本发明的原理及实施方式进行了阐述,以上实施例的说明只是用于帮助理解本发明的方法及其核心思想。应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以对本发明进行若干改进和修饰,这些改进和修饰也落入本发明权利要求的保护范围内。对所公开的实施例的上述说明,使本领域专业技术人员能够实现或使用本发明。对这些实施例的多种修改对本领域的专业技术人员来说将是显而易见的,本文中所定义的一般原理可以在不脱离本发明的精神或范围的情况下,在其它实施例中实现。因此,本发明将不会被限制于本文所示的这些实施例,而是要符合与本文所公开的原理和新颖特点相一致的最宽的范围。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种用于高凝结性注浆材料的注浆装置,其特征在于:包括注浆管(8)、连接头和自封式管头,连接头的一端通过注浆管(8)与注浆泵连接,连接头的另一端通过注浆管与自封式管头连接,注浆管(8)与连接头、自封式管头之间均为固定密封连接;
    所述连接头包括测量段(1)、连接段(2)、压紧螺栓(6)和注浆管卡箍(7),测量段(1)固定位于连接段(2)的中部,测量段(1)的左、右两侧面分别固定连接有连接段(2),测量段(1)和连接段(2)内均设有内孔,且内孔呈贯通状态,连接段(2)内设有阶梯孔,阶梯孔包括大孔和小孔,朝向测量段(1)的孔为小孔,其孔径与测量段(1)的内孔孔径相同,朝向连接段(2)自由端的孔为大孔,注浆管卡箍(7)在大孔内沿其轴向往复运动,在设有大孔的连接段(2)管壁上对称设置两条轴向的横向滑动槽Ⅰ(2-1),横向滑动槽Ⅰ(2-1)贯穿大孔的轴向,大孔内壁朝向连接段自由端的一端设有压紧内螺纹(2-2),压紧内螺纹(2-2)与压紧螺栓的外螺纹相配合,大孔内壁朝向小孔的一端设有对接段(2-3),对接段(2-3)与注浆管卡箍(7)接触,在对接段(2-3)上设有环向滑动槽(2-4);
    所述连接段(2)的大孔内由外至内依次设有压紧螺栓(6)和注浆管卡箍(7),压紧螺栓(6)包括螺栓头部(6-4)和与螺栓头部固定连接的螺杆(6-5),螺杆(6-5)和螺栓头部(6-4)内设有相互连通的中心孔,注浆管卡箍(7)设置在压紧螺栓(6)的中心孔内,螺杆(6-5)的外表面设有压紧外螺纹(6-1),压紧外螺纹(6-1)与连接段(2)内的压紧内螺纹(2-2)配合,螺杆(6-5)上沿其轴向对称设置两条滑动缝(6-3),滑动缝(6-3)与横向滑动槽Ⅰ(2-1)对应设置且上下相互连通,对应的在螺栓头部(6-4)内对称设置两个横向滑动槽Ⅱ(6-2),横向滑动槽Ⅱ(6-2)与滑动缝(6-3)连通;
    所述注浆管卡箍(7)包括外壁(7-1)和内管(7-2),外壁(7-1)呈圆筒状,外壁(7-1)在压紧螺栓(6)的中心孔内沿其轴向滑动,内管(7-2)设置在外壁(7-1)内,内管(7-2)的管径与小孔孔径相同,内管(7-2)与外壁(7-1)固定连接,且内管(7-2)与外壁(7-1)之间存在径向间隙,注浆管(8)的管壁设置在外壁(7-1)与内管(7-2)之间,外壁(7-1)朝向小孔的一侧对称设置两限位滑动凸起(7-4),限位滑动凸起(7-4)分别设置在横向滑动槽Ⅱ(6-2)和横向滑动槽Ⅰ(2-1)内,且限位滑动凸起(7-4)在横向滑动槽Ⅱ(6-2)和横向滑动槽Ⅰ(2-1)内往复滑动,限位滑动凸起(7-4)沿环向滑动槽(2-4)转动,外壁(7-1)上朝向连接段自由端的一侧设有数个压紧凸起(7-5),压紧凸起(7-5)与压紧螺栓(6)的端部接触,外壁(7-1)的端部固定有锁紧带(7-6),锁紧带(7-6)的两端之间通过锁紧螺栓(7-7)连接;
    所述自封式管头包括注浆管套头(9)、端帽(10)、连接限位杆(11)和连接弹簧(12),注浆管套头(9)通过注浆管(8)与连接头连接,注浆管(8)固定套接在注浆管套头(9) 的一端,注浆管套头(9)的另一端套设在端帽(10)内,注浆管套头(9)在端帽(10)内滑动,注浆管套头(9)与端帽(10)之间通过连接弹簧(12)连接,连接限位杆(11)的一端穿过注浆管套头(9)旋入端帽(10)内,连接限位杆(11)与端帽(10)固定连接,连接限位杆(11)的另一端设有限位机构,注浆管套头(9)的外表面设有数个变形槽(9-2),变形槽(9-2)处设有紧固螺栓。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的用于高凝结性注浆材料的注浆装置,其特征在于:所述测量段(1)上设有流量计(4)和压力传感器(5),流量计(4)、压力传感器(5)分别通过传感器接头(3)与测量段(1)连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的用于高凝结性注浆材料的注浆装置,其特征在于:所述内管(7-2)的外径大于注浆管的内径,外壁(7-1)朝向小孔的一端固定有挤压海绵(7-3),对应的在外壁(7-1)的另一端固定有锁紧带(7-6)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的用于高凝结性注浆材料的注浆装置,其特征在于:所述注浆管套头(9)包括套头外壁和套头内壁,套头内壁设置在套头外壁的内侧,套头内壁的底部与套头外壁固定连接,套头内壁与套头外壁之间存在径向间隙,形成注浆口安装槽(9-1),注浆口安装槽(9-1)的一端呈开口状,另一端呈封闭状,注浆管(8)的管壁从开口端***注浆口安装槽(9-1)内,套头内壁的外径大于注浆管(8)的内径,注浆管套头(9)内的中心位置处设有预留限位环(9-4),预留限位环(9-4)与套头内壁的内表面之间通过数个间隔设置的连接杆连接,连接杆将预留限位环(9-4)与套头内壁之间的间隙分为数个浆液流动口(9-5),连接限位杆(11)穿过预留限位环(9-4)的中心孔,预留限位环(9-4)朝向注浆管的一侧设有限位凹槽(9-6),预留限位环(9-4)朝向端帽(10)的一侧面设有连接弹簧基座(9-7),连接弹簧(12)的一端与连接弹簧基座(9-7)固定连接,连接弹簧(12)的另一端与端帽(10)固定连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的用于高凝结性注浆材料的注浆装置,其特征在于:所述端帽(10)包括锥形导向帽(10-1)和中空管(10-2),锥形导向帽(10-1)固定在中空管(10-2)的底部,注浆管套头(9)设置在中空管(10-2)内,注浆管套头(9)在中空管(10-2)内轴向滑动,锥形导向帽(10-1)的端部设有螺孔(10-4),对应的在连接限位杆(11)的端部设有外螺纹,锥形导向帽(10-1)的端部还固定有堵头(10-5),堵头(10-5)的外部直径与注浆管套头(9)内壁的内径相同,中空管(10-2)的管壁上设有数个圆形出浆口(10-3)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的用于高凝结性注浆材料的注浆装置,其特征在于:所述连接限位杆(11)的一端设有旋紧螺纹(11-2),旋紧螺纹(11-2)与端帽(10)内的螺孔(10-4)之间通过螺纹固定连接,连接限位杆(11)的另一端设有限位翅(11-1),限位翅(11-1)与 预留限位环(9-4)上的限位凹槽(9-6)对应设置,连接弹簧(12)套在连接限位杆(11)的外侧。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的用于高凝结性注浆材料的注浆装置,其特征在于:所述环向滑动槽(2-4)的开设角度为90°,占据1/4圆截面,环向滑动槽(2-4)的旋向与压紧内螺纹(2-2)的旋向相反。
