进一步,以实施方式一为例,参见附图15所示,位于第一抵靠部33顶端位置的抵靠面横向延伸突出至副翼32的顶端位置,从而达到增大抵靠面的效果,以便于抵靠面与第一扭簧4的第一支脚相抵靠配合时,不易发生错位的情况。
在本实施例中,第一扭簧4的两支脚均是朝向铰臂1的尾端方向,第一扭簧4的第一支脚与第一抵靠部33相抵靠配合,第一扭簧4的第二支脚与铰臂1的内顶壁相抵靠配合。其次,本实施例的阻尼器22的缸体尾端抵靠在第一扭簧4上,而阻尼器22的伸缩端位于阻尼套21的内腔中且朝向阻尼套21的尾端方向,从而使其伸缩端与阻尼套21的内腔尾部相顶触。
在本实施例中,阻尼套21顶面设有调节片,即,在阻尼套21顶面上成型有供调节片两端预成型有的卡槽相卡接配合的卡条。采用阻尼套21和调节片相独立的方式,更便于两者的加工。
在本实施例中,在铰臂1的内顶壁上开有向上延伸的调节圆孔11,调节单元5的上端部呈柱状并竖向贯穿调节圆孔11后部分外露至铰臂1顶面外,此时的调节单元5的外露部分作为旋拧部位。另外,调节单元5的下端部一体成型有一偏心部51,其中,偏心部51的轮廓大于调节圆孔11,偏心部51介于阻尼套21的顶面与铰臂1的内顶壁之间,偏心部51可随调节单元5绕调节圆孔11轴向旋转动作。偏心部51的外轮廓与调节片尾端面相止挡抵触,由此,通过旋拧偏心部51以改变调节片与偏心部51接触位置的偏心距,从而达到改变阻尼套21的滑动行程,实现了调节阻尼器22伸缩端的工作行程的功能。
在本实施例中,在铰臂1的内顶壁上成型有一个供偏心部51的外轮廓相限位止挡的限位部13,利用限位部13的限位止挡作用以起到限制偏心部51的旋转角度范围,相对应限制调节阻尼器22的最大工作行程和最小工作行程,具体地,限位部13相对位于调节圆孔11的尾端方向。在偏心部51的外轮廓上成型有可与限位部13相抵触配合的第一止挡位511和第二止挡位512,此处定义第一止挡位511对应作为最小工作行程的情况,第二止挡位512对应作为最大工作行程的情况,其中,当旋拧偏心部51以使偏心部51的第一止挡位511与限位部13顶触,此时的偏心部51外轮廓与调节片相接触的位置为偏心距最大的位置,从而令此时的阻尼器22为最小工作行程;反之,当旋拧偏心部51以使偏心部51的第二止挡位512与限位部13顶触,此时的偏心部51外轮廓与调节片相接触的位置为偏心距最小的位置,从而令此时的阻尼器22为最大工作行程。
进一步,在调节圆孔11***的铰臂1顶面上设有环形布置的刻度线,刻度线与阻尼器22的工作行程相对应设置。
在本实施例中,还包括铰链杯6、外摇臂7、安装底板9和保持卡件10,其中,外摇臂7的前端和内摇臂的前端通过转轴分别枢接于铰链杯6上,外摇臂7的尾端通过第一转轴81枢接于铰臂1的前端;保持卡件10嵌设在铰臂1上且保持卡件10前端成型有的卡爪扣接于安装底板9的前端位置,保持卡件10的尾端通过转轴枢接有闩锁件101,在该转轴上套设有第二扭簧102,第二扭簧102的两支脚分别与保持卡件10和旋转卡件相抵触,闩锁件101前端成型有的勾爪与安装底板9尾端相卡接配合。
参见附图6和附图7所示,以下对上述的二段力铰链的工作原理作出进一步解释说明。
铰链关闭动作:铰链杯6向关闭方向旋转时,扭簧的扭力通过其第一支脚传递至第一抵靠部33,从而带动内摇杆3和外摇臂7分别绕第二转轴82和第一转轴81旋转,此时的弯钩部31顶触带动阻尼套21朝铰臂1前端方向移动,在此过程中,阻尼器22以抵靠在扭簧上的缸体尾端端面为支撑,使阻尼器22的伸缩杆对阻尼套21施加阻尼减缓效果,进而起到减缓铰链杯6的转动速度,同时,阻尼套21与调节单元5的偏心部51相脱离,最终完成了铰链的完全关闭,使铰链在安装于带门板的柜体时,能够缓慢柔和的闭合,消除撞击声。
铰链开启动作:铰链杯6向开启方向旋转,内摇杆3绕第二转轴82槽远离铰臂1方向旋转动作,其弯钩部31随之朝远离阻尼套21方向摆动,此时的阻尼器22因其自身伸缩作用以抵靠在扭簧上的缸体尾端端面为支撑,使伸缩端顶触阻尼套21朝铰臂1尾端方向移动,通过预先设置好的调节单元5的偏心部51对调节片的止挡抵触,从而限制达到限制阻尼套21的滑动距离和阻尼器22的工作行程,最终铰链杯6完全打开。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种新式二段力铰链,包括铰臂(1)、阻尼组件(2)、枢接于铰臂(1)前端的内摇杆(3)以及套设于铰臂(1)前端设有的第一转轴(81)上的第一扭簧(4),其特征在于:所述阻尼组件(2)包括定向滑动设置于铰臂(1)上的阻尼套(21)、以及滑动嵌装于阻尼套(21)上的阻尼器(22),其中,所述阻尼器(22)的缸体尾端抵靠在第一扭簧(4),所述阻尼器(22)的伸缩端朝向阻尼套(21)且该伸缩端与阻尼套(21)的内腔尾部相顶触。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新式二段力铰链,其特征在于:所述阻尼套(21)顶面设有调节片,所述铰臂(1)上枢接有调节单元(5)且所述调节单元(5)成型有可与调节片尾端面相止挡抵触的偏心部(51),通过旋拧调节单元(5)以改变阻尼组件(2)的伸缩工作行程。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新式二段力铰链,其特征在于:所述铰臂(1)的两内侧壁对称成型有至少一个导向凸台(12),所述导向凸台(12)与铰臂(1)的内顶壁之间形成供阻尼套(21)滑动嵌装的滑动槽位,并且所述导向凸台(12)可与阻尼套(21)的前端相止挡抵触。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新式二段力铰链,其特征在于:所述内摇杆(3)的尾端设有供第一扭簧(4)的第一支脚相抵靠的第一抵靠部(33),所述第一扭簧(4)的第二支脚抵靠于铰臂(1)的内顶壁上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种新式二段力铰链,其特征在于:所述第一抵靠部(33)外侧壁成型有第一安装部,所述内摇杆(3)的副翼(32)开有供安装部嵌装配合的第一安装孔。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的一种新式二段力铰链,其特征在于:所述第一抵靠部(33)外侧壁成型有第二安装孔,所述内摇杆(3)的副翼(32)成型有与第二安装孔相嵌装配合的第二安装部。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的一种新式二段力铰链,其特征在于:所述第一抵靠部(33)的外侧壁和内摇杆(3)的副翼(32)均开有相对齐的第三安装孔,并且通过预设有的连接销与两个第三安装孔相配合以令第一抵靠部(33)安装至内摇杆(3)的副翼(32)上。
  8. 根据权利要求5或6或7所述的一种新式二段力铰链,其特征在于:所述第一抵靠部(33)与第一扭簧(4)的第一支脚相抵靠配合的抵靠面横向延伸突出至副翼(32)的顶端位置。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新式二段力铰链,其特征在于:还包括保持卡件(10),所述保持卡件(10)嵌设在铰臂(1)上,所述保持卡件(10)的尾端枢接有闩锁件(101)且在保持卡件(10)与闩锁件(101)之间设有第二扭簧(102)。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新式二段力铰链,其特征在于:所述闩锁件(101)尾端的外侧面成型有至少两个凸点。
