Description

一种消毒照明灯具 技术领域
本实用新型涉及照明设施技术领域,具体涉及一种消毒照明灯具。
背景技术
照明灯具已普遍应用于人们的日常生活中,照明灯具的品种很多,有吊灯、吸顶灯、台灯、落地灯、壁灯、射灯等,照明灯具的颜色也有很多,无色、纯白、粉红、浅蓝、淡绿、金黄、奶白。照明灯具的作用已经不仅仅局限于照明,也是家居的眼睛,更多的时候它起到的是装饰作用。
现如今,无论是工作还是休息,人们大多数时间都是待在室内的,而室内的环境质量自然成为关注的焦点。随着人们对空气质量越来越关心,紫外杀菌灯也越来越多的运用于人们生活中,但通常是,杀菌灯与照明灯具分开使用,极易造成使用不便。因此,一种既能够消毒杀菌、又能够照明的灯具亟待发掘。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供一种消毒照明灯具,在有人时,能够关闭杀菌消毒单元、打开照明单元,实现照明功能;在无人时,能够打开杀菌消毒单元打开、关闭照明单元,实现杀菌消毒功能,具有杀菌消毒效果好,安全性高,使用方便,控制便捷的优势。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种消毒照明灯具,包括:灯具本体;以及,设置于所述灯具本体上的、用于照明或杀菌消毒的光源组件。
所述光源组件包括:设置于所述灯具本体上并位于所述灯具本体边缘处的照明单元;以及,设置于所述灯具本体上并位于所述灯具本体的中部位置、在通电时用于产生紫外光线以对照射范围内进行杀菌消毒的杀菌消毒单元;和/或,设置于所述灯具本体上并位于所述灯具本体边缘处的,在通电时用于产生紫外光线以对照射范围内进行杀菌消毒的杀菌消毒单元;以及,设置于所述灯具本体上并位于所述灯具本体的中部位置的照明单元。
所述杀菌消毒单元与所述照明单元之间设置有高度差,且所述杀菌消毒单元距所述灯具本体的距离大于所述照明单元距所述灯具本体的距离。
所述照明单元为用于产生照明光线的LED灯珠,所述杀菌消毒单元为紫外灯珠。
所述灯具本体包括:中框;设置于所述中框上远离发光侧的、与所述中框装配的底壳;设置于所述中框上靠近发光侧的、与所述中框装配的面壳;设置于所述中框上远离所述底壳一侧的、用于装饰所述中框的装饰片;设置于所述底壳上远离所述中框一侧并与所述底壳可拆卸式装配的、用于将所述灯具本体固定安装在外部安装面上的固定板;以及,固定安装于所述底壳上靠近所述中框一侧的、用于加速对所述灯具本体散热的散热风扇。
所述中框的中部位置设置有圆盘状安装腔,所述中框的边缘位置处设置有圆环状安装腔,且所述圆盘状安装腔内固定安装有第一基板,所述圆环状安装墙内固定安装有第二基板,所述第一基板和所述第二基板均用于安装光源组件。
所述照明单元全部安装于所述第一基板上,所述杀菌消毒单元全部安装于所述第二基板上;或,所述照明单元全部安装于所述第二基板上,所述杀菌消毒单元全部安装于所述第一基板上;或,所述照明单元一部分安装于所 述第一基板上、另一部分安装于所述第二基板上,所述杀菌消毒单元一部分安装于所述第一基板上、另一部分安装于所述第二基板上。
采用上述技术方案后,本实用新型有益效果为:
1、在使用该消毒照明灯具时,当该灯具照射范围内有人时,光源组件中的杀菌消毒单元关闭、照明单元打开,使得该灯具起到照明的作用;当该灯具照射范围内没有人时,光源组件中的杀菌消毒单元打开、照明单元关闭,此时杀菌消毒单元发出的紫外光线对照射范围内的环境和物品进行杀菌消毒操作,从而保证人员下次进入该照射范围内时的环境安全。这样设置的消毒照明灯具,在照射范围内有人体活动时,提供照明作用,在人体离开后进行能够及时进行杀菌消毒,具有杀菌消毒效果好,安全性高,使用方便,控制便捷的优势。
2、在杀菌消毒单元与照明单元之间设置有高度差,并保证杀菌消毒单元相距灯具本体的距离大于照明单元相距灯具本体的距离,使得杀菌消毒单元的光线发出面始终凸出照明单元和灯具本体,这样设置不仅能够增大杀菌消毒单元所发出的紫外光线的照射面积,提升消毒面积,而且能够避免紫外光线照射在照明单元或灯具本体上,造成照明单元或灯具本体的提前老化,从而降低该消毒照明灯具的使用寿命,具有消毒面积广、使用寿命长的优势。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本实用新型作进一步详细说明。
本具体实施例仅仅是对本实用新型的解释,其并不是对本实用新型的限制,本领域技术人员在阅读完本说明书后可以根据需要对本实施例做出没有创造贡献的修改,但只要在本实用新型的权利要求范围内都受到专利法的保护。
本实施例涉及一种消毒照明灯具,如图1-6所示,包括:灯具本体1以及光源组件2。
具体地,灯具本体1用于供光源组件2安装,且灯具本体1用于安装在外部安装体或安装面上。光源组件2设置于灯具本体1上,光源组件2用于照明或杀菌消毒。
需要说明的是,当该灯具照射范围内有人时,光源组件中的杀菌消毒单元关闭、照明单元打开,使得该灯具起到照明的作用;当该灯具照射范围内没有人时,光源组件中的杀菌消毒单元打开、照明单元关闭,此时杀菌消毒单元发出的紫外光线对照射范围内的环境和物品进行杀菌消毒操作,从而保证人员下次进入该照射范围内时的环境安全。
具体地,如图1、2所示,灯具本体1用于供光源组件2和检测控制组件3安装。光源组件2设置于灯具本体1上,光源组件2用于照明或杀菌消毒。检测控制组件3设置于灯具本体1上。检测控制组件3用于在检测到光源组件2的照射范围内存在人体时,控制光源组件2进行照明;在检测到光源组件2的照射范围内未存在人体时,控制光源组件2进行杀菌消毒。
进一步地,如图6所示,光源组件2包括:照明单元21以及杀菌消毒单元22。照明单元21设置于灯具本体1上、并位于灯具本体1边缘处。杀菌消毒单元22设置于灯具本体1上、并位于灯具本体1的中部位置。在通电时,杀菌消毒单元22用于产生紫外光线以对照射范围内进行杀菌消毒。或者,杀菌消毒单元22设置于灯具本体1上、并位于灯具本体1边缘处。在通电时,杀菌消毒单元22用于产生紫外光线以对照射范围内进行杀菌消毒的杀菌消毒单元22。照明单元21设置于灯具本体1上、并位于灯具本体1的中部位置。或者,照明单元21一部分位于灯具本体1的边缘处、另一部分位于灯具本体1的中部位置处。杀菌消毒单元22一部分位于灯具本体1的边缘处、另一部分位于灯具本体1的中部位置处。
优选地,杀菌消毒单元22与照明单元21之间设置有高度差,且杀菌消毒单元22相距灯具本体1的距离大于照明单元21相距灯具本体1的距离。这样设置的光源组件2,使得杀菌消毒单元22的光线发出面始终凸出照明单元21和灯具本体1。不仅能够增大杀菌消毒单元22所发出的紫外光线的照射面积,提升消毒面积,而且能够避免紫外光线照射在照明单元21或灯具本体1上,造成照明单元21或灯具本体1的提前老化,从而降低该消毒照明灯具的使用寿命,具有消毒面积广、使用寿命长的优势。
优选地,在本实施例中,照明单元21设置于灯具本体1上、并位于灯具本体1边缘处。杀菌消毒单元22设置于灯具本体1上、并位于灯具本体1的中部位置。
优选地,照明单元21为用于产生照明光线的LED灯珠,杀菌消毒单元22为紫外灯珠。
进一步地,如图5、6所示,灯具本体1包括:中框11、底壳12、面壳13、装饰片14、固定板15以及散热风扇16。
中框11为灯具本体1的主体。底壳12设置于中框11上远离发光侧,底壳12与中框11通过紧固螺钉装配。面壳13设置于中框11上靠近发光侧,面壳13与中框11卡接装配。装饰片14设置于中框11上远离底壳12一侧,装饰片14用于装饰灯具本体1,进而保证灯具本体1的整体美观性。固定板15设置于底壳12上远离中框11一侧,且固定板15与底壳12可拆卸式装配。固定板15用于将灯具本体1固定安装在外部安装面(例如:墙面、天花板面等)上。散热风扇16固定安装于底壳12上靠近中框11一侧。散热风扇16用于加速灯具本体1的散热。
优选地,如图5、6所示,中框11一侧的中部位置设置有圆盘状安装腔 111,中框11另一侧的边缘位置处设置有圆环状安装腔112。圆盘状安装腔111内固定安装有第一基板113,圆环状安装腔112内固定安装有第二基板114,且第一基板113和第二基板114均用于安装光源组件2。
具体地,如图5、6所示,照明单元21全部安装于第一基板113上,杀菌消毒单元22全部安装于第二基板114上。或,照明单元21全部安装于第二基板114上,杀菌消毒单元22全部安装于第一基板113上。或,照明单元21一部分安装于第一基板113上、另一部分安装于第二基板114上。杀菌消毒单元22一部分安装于第一基板113上、另一部分安装于第二基板114上。
需要说明的是,圆盘装安装腔111的底部凸出于圆环状安装腔112,使得安装在圆盘状安装腔111内的第一基板113,进而使得安装在第一基板113上的紫外灯珠的安装位置高于圆环状安装腔112。或者,第一基板113的安装位置不高于第二基板114,而安装在第一基板113上的紫外灯珠凸出于第一基板113。上述两种方式均可以使得紫外灯珠的发光位置高于照明单元21的发光位置,这样设置的紫外灯珠,不仅能够使得杀菌消毒单元22产生的紫外光线覆盖的范围更广,从而提升杀杀菌消毒范围;而且能够缩减紫外灯珠与待杀菌物体之间的距离,从而提升杀菌效果。
进一步地,如图5、6所示,消毒照明灯具还包括检测控制组件3,该检测控制组件3用于在检测到光源组件2的照射范围内有人体进入时,发出报警信号并控制光源组件2中的杀菌消毒单元22关闭;在检测到光源组件2的照射范围内未有人体时,控制光源组件2中的杀菌消毒单元打开,进行杀菌消毒。
具体地,如图5、6所示,检测控制组件3包括:感应器31、控制电路板32、报警器以及控制开关33。感应器31的固定端安装于灯具本体1上,感应 器31位于光源组件2所在侧。感应器31的检测端伸出灯具本体1。感应器31用于检测光源组件2照射范围内的人体信息,并将感应信息以电信号的形式发送给控制电路板32。控制电路板32固定安装于灯具本体1内。控制电路板32与感应器31、报警器和光源组件2均电连接。控制电路板32用于根据感应器31发出的电信号控制报警器发出报警信号和杀菌消毒单元22打开或关闭。此外,控制电路板32还用于通过电源线34与外部电源连接,从而为消毒照明灯具内各元器件供电。报警器设置于灯具本体1上、并与控制电路板32电连接。在感应器31检测有人员进入光源组件2的照明范围时,报警器受控制电路板32控制发出报警信号。控制开关33安装于灯具本体1内侧壁上、并与控制电路板32连接。控制开关33用于供用户按压,从而控制消毒照明灯具打开或关闭。
优选地,感应器31为红外线传感器或摄像头。在本实施例中,感应器31为红外感应器31,且感应器31在选取时根据用户的需求选择不同感应距离的感应器31。报警器为警铃、报警灯或声光报警器中的任意一种。
在本实施例中,报警器为声光报警器。照明单元21全部安装在第一基板113上,杀菌消毒单元22全部安装在第二基板114上。第一基板113与第二基板114均与控制电路板32电连接。
优选地,如图2、5、6所示,圆盘状安装腔111的中心位置上设置有第一安装孔115,装饰片14上设置有与第一安装孔115对应的第二安装孔141。感应器31的固定端通过紧固螺钉安装于圆盘状安装腔111的中心位置上,且感应器31的检测端穿过第一安装孔115和第二安装孔141伸出灯具本体1。
需要说明的是,将感应器31的检测端伸出灯具本体1,不仅方便了感应器31感应人体的进入与离开,而且能够有效提升感应器31感应的精准度与 感应范围,进而有效保证使用者的安全性,避免了感应器31安装在灯具本体内部时,由于灯具中杀菌消毒单元22工作发热导致感应器31感应错误,进而影响杀菌消毒效果的问题。
优选地,控制电路板32固定安装在底壳12上靠近中框11的一侧,且电源线34穿过底壳12向灯具本体1外延伸。
进一步地如图5所示,中框11上位于圆环状安装腔112的内壁上设置有卡槽116,面壳13上设置有与卡槽116对应的卡块131。该卡块131用于与卡槽116配合,从而实现面壳13与中框11之间的可拆卸式装配。具体地,卡槽116设置有四个,对应的面壳13上设置有四个卡块131。
进一步地,如图3、4所示,底壳12上凸出设置有三根卡接柱121,且每个卡接柱121上远离底壳12的一侧设置有卡接台122。具体地,卡接台122沿底壳12的径向向底壳12的边缘一侧延伸。且卡接柱121上与卡接台122背对的一侧设置有第一弧形凸起123。固定板15上对应卡接柱121的位置上设置有卡接槽151,且卡接槽151内设置有卡板152,卡板152在卡接槽151内形成的空间整体呈钥匙形状,即、一端为圆形口153,另一端为条形口154。卡板152上位于条形口154的侧壁出设置有第二弧形凸起155,第二弧形凸起155用于与第一弧形凸起123卡接,以安装固定板15。卡板152用于与卡接台122卡接,以安装固定板15。
需要说明的是,卡接柱121与底壳12一体成型,卡板152与固定板15一体成型。当固定板15与底壳12安装时,先将固定板15上的卡接槽151与底壳12上的卡接柱121对齐,然后控制卡接槽151与卡接柱121相互靠拢,保证卡接台122从圆形口153穿过,待卡接台122完全穿过圆形口153后,转动固定板15,使得卡接台122相对于卡板152运动,卡接柱121熊圆形口 153进入到条形口154内。此时,第一弧形凸起123与第二弧形凸起155相互配合,且卡接台122与卡板152相互卡接,完成固定板15与底壳12之间的安装。
本实施例的工作原理大致如下述:在使用该消毒照明灯具时,当感应器31感应到该灯具照射范围内未有人体进入时,控制电路板32控制杀菌消毒单元22打开,此时杀菌消毒单元22发出的紫外光线对照射范围内的环境和物品进行杀菌消毒操作,从而保证人员下次进入该照射范围内时的环境安全;当感应器31感应该灯具照射范围内有人体即将进入时,报警器先发出报警信号,然后由控制电路板32控制杀菌消毒单元22关闭,从而能够避免进入人员受到紫外线的灼伤,保证了该灯具使用的安全性。这样设置的消毒照明灯具,在照射范围内有人体活动时,提供照明作用,在人体离开后进行能够及时进行杀菌消毒,具有杀菌消毒效果好,杀菌消毒及时,安全性高,使用方便,控制便捷的优势。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种消毒照明灯具,其特征在于,包括:
    灯具本体(1);以及,
    设置于所述灯具本体(1)上的、用于照明或杀菌消毒的光源组件(2)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的消毒照明灯具,其特征在于,所述光源组件(2)包括:设置于所述灯具本体(1)上并位于所述灯具本体(1)边缘处的照明单元(21);以及,设置于所述灯具本体(1)上并位于所述灯具本体(1)的中部位置的、在通电时用于产生紫外光线以对照射范围内进行杀菌消毒的杀菌消毒单元(22);和/或,
    设置于所述灯具本体(1)上并位于所述灯具本体(1)边缘处的,在通电时用于产生紫外光线以对照射范围内进行杀菌消毒的杀菌消毒单元(22);以及,设置于所述灯具本体(1)上并位于所述灯具本体(1)的中部位置的照明单元(21)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的消毒照明灯具,其特征在于,所述杀菌消毒单元(22)与所述照明单元(21)之间设置有高度差,且所述杀菌消毒单元(22)距所述灯具本体(1)的距离大于所述照明单元(21)距所述灯具本体(1)的距离。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的消毒照明灯具,其特征在于,所述照明单元(21)为用于产生照明光线的LED灯珠,所述杀菌消毒单元(22)为紫外灯珠。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的消毒照明灯具,其特征在于,所述灯具本体(1)包括:中框(11);
    设置于所述中框(11)上远离发光侧的、与所述中框(11)装配的底壳(12);
    设置于所述中框(11)上靠近发光侧的、与所述中框(11)装配的面壳(13); 设置于所述中框(11)上远离所述底壳(12)一侧的、用于装饰所述中框(11)的装饰片(14);
    设置于所述底壳(12)上远离所述中框(11)一侧并与所述底壳(12)可拆卸式装配的、用于将所述灯具本体(1)固定安装在外部安装面上的固定板(15);以及,固定安装于所述底壳(12)上靠近所述中框(11)一侧的、用于加速对所述灯具本体(1)散热的散热风扇(16)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的消毒照明灯具,其特征在于,所述中框(11)的中部位置设置有圆盘状安装腔(111),所述中框(11)的边缘位置处设置有圆环状安装腔(112),且所述圆盘状安装腔(111)内固定安装有第一基板(113),所述圆环状安装墙内固定安装有第二基板(114),所述第一基板(113)和所述第二基板(114)均用于安装光源组件(2)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的消毒照明灯具,其特征在于,所述照明单元(21)全部安装于所述第一基板(113)上,所述杀菌消毒单元(22)全部安装于所述第二基板(114)上;或,
    所述照明单元(21)全部安装于所述第二基板(114)上,所述杀菌消毒单元(22)全部安装于所述第一基板(113)上;或,
    所述照明单元(21)一部分安装于所述第一基板(113)上、另一部分安装于所述第二基板(114)上,所述杀菌消毒单元(22)一部分安装于所述第一基板(113)上、另一部分安装于所述第二基板(114)上。
