通过本申请实施例,可以在通过视频的方式介绍商品对象信息的过程中,提供交互内容,这种交互内容不同于现有技术中的点赞、评论、与主播对话等,是根据商品对象关联的素材生成的,而这种素材是用于对商品对象具体的属性进行描述的,具体可以包括商品对象的三维模型、图片、视频等。这样,用户在观看商品对象的视频内容的过程中,还可以通过与具体的交互内容进行交互,在交互过程中,用户可以输入具体的交互操作,相应的,交互内容可以跟随这种交互操作发送对应的变化,以便对商品对象在多种维度、状态下的属性信息进行展示。通过这种方式,使得商品对象的视频内容与交互内容相互补充,为用户提供更全面更丰富的商品对象详情信息,从而更好地帮助用户进行购物决策。
在可选的实施方式中,还可以为用户提供多种具体的交互通道,使得用户可以通过多种方式输入具体的交互操作信息,包括语音交互,触屏交互等。其中,通过为具体的交互主题定制具体的交互通道,定制的依据可以是交互主题关联的素材在展示过程中的特点,这样,可以为具体的交互主题选择更合适的交互通道,使得方便用户输入交互操作的同时,也使得用户获得更接近于线下实际面对商品对象实物时的体验。
其中,还可以为用户提供隔空手势的交互通道,使得用户可以通过隔空手势输入具体的交互操作信息,这样,在交互过程中,用户不必接触具体终端设备的屏幕。另外,可以根据实际操作对应商品对象实物过程中的操作方式来设计具体的隔空手势,从而使得用户在交互过程中获得更接近于线下对实物进行操作时的体验。

下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
在本申请实施例中,为了能够使得用户获得关于商品对象的更全面更直观的信息,提供了相应的解决方案。在该方案中,首先可以将在商品对象关联的视频内容(例如,直播等)的基础上,为用户提供交互内容,这种交互内容与现有技术中的评论、点赞等营销形式的互动不同,是根据具体商品对象关联的素材生成具体的交互内容,这种素材是可以用来对商品对象的属性信息进行描述。例如,具体可以包括商品对象的三维模型等,可以用来对商品对象的外观属性进行描述,同时,可以根据用户输入的交互操作指令,提供交互内容的实时变化。例如,用户输入旋转等指令,交互内容中商品对象的三维模型可以随着交互指令的方向旋转,使得用户可以从其他视角查看商品对象的外观详情,等等。通过这种方式,由于是在播放视频内容的过程中提供上述交互过程,也即,视频内容在介绍商品对象的信息的同时,用户可以通过交互的方式获得关于商品对象的更细节的信息,这样,在视频内容与交互内容之间可以相互补充,使得用户可以获得关于商品对象的更全面更直观的信息。
其中,交互内容具体可以时根据从某个维度上对商品对象的属性信息进行描述的素材生成的,并且同一商品对象可以对应多个维度上的素材,也即,用户可以获得多个维度上的交互体验。例如,可以包括对外观进行多视角或多尺寸展示的交互,或者,从外观到内部结构或细节的多种状态进行展示的交互,或者,还可以包括对使用状态 下的安装、操控过程和/或使用效果进行展示的交互,性能属性变化过程的交互,等等。
具体实现时,还可以为用户提供多种交互通道,使得用户可以通过多种方式进行交互操作信息的输入,包括语音输入通道,触屏输入通道,另外,本申请还可以提供隔空手势输入通道,也即,用户可以在不必接触屏幕的情况下,通过隔空做出某种手势的方式进行交互操作信息的输入,等等。
具体从***架构角度而言,参见图1,本申请实施例可以涉及到商品对象信息服务***的服务端以及第一客户端,其中,第一客户端主要是指提供给消费者用户、买家用户等用户的客户端,这种用户主要作为观众用户,通过第一客户端播放具体的视频内容(例如,由主播用户提供的直播内容等)。在本申请实施例中,服务端可以在视频播放过程中,向具体的视频内容中投放交互内容,使得观众用户可以通过第一客户端观看视频内容的过程中,查看到这种交互内容,并通过第一客户端实现具体的交互过程。另外,在具体实现时,具体视频内容中投放的交互内容可以由服务端按照预先设定的规则等进行投放,或者,在另一种方式下,对于直播的场景,还可以由主播方或者具体的后台管理方在直播过程中进行投放。例如,对于商家或者卖家用户作为主播发起的日常直播场景,例如,主播用户在自己的实体店铺等场所中进行直播,对店铺中的商品对象进行介绍,等等。此时,可以由主播用户在直播过程中确定是否投放交互内容,何时投放,投放何种交互内容,等等。另一种情况下,具体的直播还可能是对新品商品对象的发布会现场的直播,在这种情况下,还可以提供后台的管理客户端,该管理客户端中可以提供用于向具体直播中投放交互内容的操作选项,使得管理人员可以根据直播的进度等,在一些关键的时间节点等处向直播中投放具体的交互内容。
下面对本申请实施例提供的具体实现方案进行详细介绍。
实施例一
首先,该实施例一从第一客户端的角度,提供了一种提供商品对象信息的方法,参见图2,该方法具体可以包括:
S201:在对商品对象关联的视频内容进行播放的过程中提供交互内容,所述交互内容是根据商品对象关联的素材生成的,所述素材用于描述所述商品对象的属性;
其中,具体的视频内容可以包括直播内容,或者,还可以是其他预先录制好的视频内容,等等。具体的直播内容还可以包括实时直播的内容,或者也可以在实时直播结束后回访的直播内容,等等。
具体在视频内容播放过程中提供交互内容时,可以有多种方式。例如,以直播过程为例,其中一种方式下,参见图3-1,首先可以在直播界面的右上角等位置提供用 于启动交互的操作选项31,例如具体可以显示为“3D互动体验”,等等。之后,通过所述操作选项接收到启动交互的操作请求后,可以创建交互界面,然后,在所述交互界面中提供所述交互内容。另外,为了使得用户在交互的过程中,仍然能够查看到直播的内容,还可以在创建所述交互界面后,将直播界面所属的窗口缩小,并以画中画的形式在所述交互界面的上层进行展示。例如,如图3-2所示,其示出了在一种具体实现方式下,接收到互动请求后界面的变化过程。首先,用户在点击交互体验的入口之后,直播的整体画面窗口可以首先缩小至左上角。并出现加载过渡的页面。在实时交互内容加载完成后,直播画面窗口可以从左上角往右下角呈对角线移动,移动过程中直播画面缩小。之后,直播画面可以默认缩小至右下角位置,当然,用户还可以根据观看舒适度,拖动直播窗口放置在适合的位置,等等。
之后,用户可在一边观看直播的情况下,结合具体的交互操作对交互界面中的三维商品信息进行实时交互体验。用户进入三维商品信息实时交互空间后,在一边观看直播的情况下,结合具体的三维商品对象模型等交互内容获得交互体验,交互内容可以与主播讲述的内容实时联动,从而使两者之间形成相互补充,用户可以从中获取到更加全面、丰富的信息。
下面以一个具体实现时的例子,对上述交互方式下的交互过程进行介绍。如图3-3所示,假设当前直播关联的商品对象是某款手机,则具体交互内容也是与该手机相关,例如,可以是预先提供的该手机的三维模型等。在开始进入到交互界面后,三维商品信息在用户没有点击时可以默认呈现360匀速旋转的效果。之后,用户可以结合直播中主播的引导,通过触摸显示屏等交互方式,自由360度旋转商品对象的三维模型。触屏交互手势如图3-3所示,例如,手指在显示屏上触摸的两端距离从长到短的收缩手势变化,可实现对三维模型的缩小。手指在显示屏上触摸的两端距离从短到长的张开手势变化,可实现对三维模型的放大。三维模型的呈现角度可根据手指在显示屏上触摸的不同方向,实时发生变化。另外,在交互过程中,三维模型的呈现角度也可根据手指在显示屏上触摸的不同方向,实时发生变化,包括商品底部和顶部。
另一种提供交互内容的方式可以是直接在视频播放界面中提供第一区域以及第二区域,其中第一区域用于播放视频内容,第二区域用于展示所述交互内容。也就是说,在实际应用中,尤其是与新品发布会现场直播相关的直播内容,直播界面中通常会存在面积比较大的空白区域,例如,在竖屏显示的情况下,直播内容可能仅在屏幕上半部分显示,等等。因此,在具体实现时,还可以直接在当前的视频播放界面中的一个特定区域提供具体的交互内容。这样,在直播的场景下,当直播间的主播讲述商品时,观看直播的用户可以直接在直播间当前的页面内直接对直播讲述的商品信息进行实时的交互。例如,如图3-4所示,直播讲述到手机外观时,观看的用户可以看到 直播间的页面中出现当前讲述的手机三维模型,用户可以对该手机的三维模型进行交互。三维模型在用户没有点击时同样可以默认呈现360匀速旋转的效果,在交互的过程中,用户可以结合直播中主播的描述和引导,通过触摸显示屏的交互方式,自由旋转三维商品,或者,手指在显示屏上触摸的两端距离的收缩手势变化,可实现对三维商品的缩小或放大,等等。
其中,无论是在另外创建的交互界面中提供交互内容的第一种方式,还是直接在视频播放界面的特定区域中提供交互内容的第二种方式,都可以实现交互内容与直播内容同步变化。具体的,可以在直播内容播放的不同时刻涉及到商品对象在不同维度上的信息时,提供与对应维度上的属性信息相关的交互内容。也即,三维商品信息实时交互体验的内容与直播节奏保持同步。例如,如图3-5所示,在前述第一种方式下,可以在直播中讲述的内容与用户可体验的三维商品信息保持实时同步:直播中讲“冰岛幻境”机身颜色,则用户可参与交互体验的也是为该商品的该款颜色。直播中介绍完“冰岛幻境”颜色,开始讲第二个配色“曙光之橙”时,则互动内容中将该商品对应的信息透出。直播中讲到具体机身参数时,用户可以直观的在交互内容中体验到机身的相关参数。直播中讲到手机屏幕,则用户可在交互内容中体验到屏幕的详细卖点特征及相关效果,等等。
又如,如图3-6所示,在前述第二种方式下,也可以实现直播中讲述的商品内容与用户可体验的三维商品信息内容保持实时同步。如,直播中手机机身厚度参数,则用户可参与交互体验的也是该商品对象的机身参数属性信息。直播中讲到手机屏幕,则用户可在交互内容中体验到屏幕的详细卖点特征及相关效果。
另外,直播内容中除了可能针对同一商品对象在不同维度上的属性信息进行介绍,还可能会涉及到多种不同商品对象。针对这种情况,在直播内容播放的不同时刻涉及到不同商品对象时,也可以提供与对应商品对象相关的交互内容。例如,如图3-7所示,在直播中讲手机时,交互内容也是与该款手机相关,而当直播内容切换到讲电脑或者手表时,则用户可参与交互体验的交互内容也是与对应的电脑或手表相关的内容,等等。
其中,具体向直播会话中投放交互内容的方式可以有多种。例如,在一种方式下,假设直播的过程严格按照预先设定的时间线进行,也即,在具体时间点分别介绍哪方面的内容是确定的,则可以在直播开始之前,根据直播的流程编排向服务端提交具体的交互内容展示顺序。这样,直播开始之后,服务端便可以直接根据预先接收到的信息向具体的观众用户客户端提供交互内容。
或者,更可能出现的情况是,直播过程中可能并不是严格按照预先规定的时间线进行,例如原计划关于颜色属性介绍5分钟,接下来介绍屏幕属性,但是实际直播过 程中由于需要与观众进行互动等,使得实际的颜色介绍时间被延长为8分钟,等等。在这种情况下,如果预先确定交互内容的展示时间,则可能会出现交互内容无法与直播内容同步的情况。
针对上述情况,本申请实施例还提供了在直播过程中进行交互内容投放的实现方案。具体的,商品对象关联的直播具体可以包括多种情况,根据不同的情况,具体的投放方案也可以有所不同。例如,如前文所述,一种情况可以是商家或者卖家用户等作为主播发起的日常直播,例如,某商家在自己的实体店铺中发起直播。在这种情况下,主播用户通常可以通过手机等移动终端设备中的第二客户端等提供的直播功能开启具体的直播活动,在直播的过程中,直播用户一边对具体商品对象的详情进行介绍,一边通过终端设备的前置摄像头等进行直播图像的采集。这样,直播用户还可以在直播的过程中与观众用户进行互动,包括回答观众用户提出的问题等。同时,该实体店铺通常关联有线上的虚拟店铺,消费者用户可以通过虚拟店铺首页等页面中提供的入口进入到直播界面。在这种情况下,可以在主播用户关联的第二客户端中提供用于投放交互内容的操作选项,使得主播用户可以在直播过程中确定是否投放交互内容,何时投放,投放何种交互内容,等等。其中,具体的投放内容关联的素材等可以预先提交到服务端中进行保存,在选择投放时,直接将当前直播会话的ID、投放内容的标识等信息提供给服务端,服务端即可向具体观看直播的第一客户端提供具体的投放内容,使得第一客户端中可以进行展示。
另一种情况可以是针对新品商品对象的发布会现场进行的直播,在这种情况下,发布会现场可能存在主持人等,但这种情况下,主持人可能会与现场观众进行互动,而不会直接观看到直播画面,而是由相对专业的摄像机等设备进行直播信号的采集并提交到服务端。因此,主持人可能无暇也无法进行交互内容的投放等操作。在这种情况下,还可以提供后台的管理客户端,该管理客户端中可以提供用于向具体直播中投放交互内容的操作选项,使得管理人员可以根据直播的进度等,在一些关键的时间节点等处向直播中投放具体的交互内容。这样,可以随着直播内容的播放,逐步提供商品对象在多种维度上的属性关联的交互内容。其中,具体的交互内容关联的素材等同样可以是预先已经提交到服务端进行保存。
需要说明的是,由于具体的直播通常是在某时间段内实时进行,但客户端中通常也会提供对直播内容进行回放的入口,使得错过实时直播的用户也可以通过回放的方式观看到直播内容。在这种情况下,本申请实施例同样可以在播放这种回放的直播内容的过程中提供交互内容,以使得用户在观看回放的直播内容的过程中能够通过交互内容获得关于商品对象的更详细的信息。其中,对于回放的场景,由于具体在哪些时间点投放哪些具体的交互内容已经是已知的状态,因此,在播放的过程中,还可以对 所述交互内容涉及到的多个交互主题进行展示,这样,在目标交互主题被选中后,还可以将播放进度跳转到所述直播内容中与该目标交互主题对应的时间点进行播放。也就是说,用户可能只对其中部分交互主题感兴趣,则在回放的状态下,可以通过具体的交互主题作为锚点,使得用户在观看回放的过程中,可以通过点击具体交互主题的方式,将播放进度直接跳转到该交互主题对应的时间点进行播放,等等。例如,某直播是关于某款手机的介绍,其中的交互主题包括外观,屏幕参数,相机性能,等等。某用户至对相机性能比较感兴趣,对于外观、屏幕参数等并不关心,则用户可以直接通过点击“相机性能”这一主题,将回放的直播视频内容中关于介绍外观、屏幕参数等信息的内容跳过,直接跳转到介绍该“相机性能”维度上的信息的时刻,并从该时刻开始进行播放,用户可以在播放过程中进行具体的交互操作,等等。
其中,商品对象的各种交互内容关联的素材可以是由商家用户或者卖家用户等预先制作好并提交到服务端进行保存,或者,还可以将商品对象的实物提供给服务端的后台工作人员,由后台工作人员进行素材的制作以及提交。其中,服务端在进行信息保存时,可以以商品对象为单位进行保存,例如,具体可以保存为商品对象ID与各种素材之间的对应关系。或者,还可以为同一商品对象提供多种交互主题(例如,可以与具体展示的信息维度相关,包括外观,性能,参数,等等),每种交互主题可能对应一个素材集合。具体的,服务端保存的信息可以如以下表1所示:

具体的主播用户或者管理员用户在需要向直播会话中投放交互内容时,可以通过相关的操作选项发起投放请求,然后可以在相关的请求界面中输入具体的直播ID、关联的商品对象ID,并且可以选择具体的交互主题。在向服务端提交投放请求后,服务端便可以确定出对应的素材,并提供给观众用户对应的第一客户端,以用于展示交互内容。例如,以管理客户端为例,具体的请求界面可以如图4所示,管理员用户可以在根据目标直播会话的实际进度,选择具体需要交互的商品对象、交互主题等,并向服务端提交投放请求。在向具体的直播会话投放了交互内容后,第一客户端的直播界面中可以展示出交互入口,用户可以通过该入口打开具体的交互界面(独立的交 互界面,或者直播界面内的交互区域)。
需要说明的是,除了商品对象的三维模型之外,涉及商品对象的二维信息(图片、视频、音频、文字等)也可以在直播间内实时与用户进行交互。如在直播中讲述到手机的机身参数、拍照、摄影、充电等各项功能卖点时,用户能够通过触屏点击、拖动等方式与这些卖点的信息在直播间内产生互动,全方位的了解商品的各项信息。

其中,具体的素材可以有多种,分别用于对商品对象的多种属性进行展示,相应的,在交互过程中展示出的内容变化过程也可以有所不同。例如,所述商品对象关联的素材包括:用于对所述商品对象的外观进行多视角或多尺寸展示的图像素材;此时,在响应用户输入的交互操作信息的过程中,可以提供所述商品对象的外观的多视角或多尺寸变化过程。例如,如图3-3中所示,对于手机这种商品对象,在交互过程中,可以通过触屏操作等方式,实现对三维模型的缩放、旋转等操作,从而从多种视角、多种尺寸下获得该商品对象的丰富的信息。
或者,所述商品对象关联的素材可以包括:用于对所述商品对象进行从外观到内部结构或细节的多种状态进行展示的图像素材;此时,在响应用户输入的交互操作信息的过程中,提供所述商品对象从外观到内部结构或细节的多种状态的变化过程。例如,某商品对象为卷发棒,用户可能不仅需要关心其外观,还需要关心其内部结构,则还可以通过交互内容,向用户提供商品对象从外观到内部结构的状态变化过程,等等。

需要说明的是,在具体实现时,用户输入的交互操作信息包括:用于模拟人对商品对象实物执行指定动作的交互操作信息(例如,模拟人执行的打开冰箱门,滑动,翻转等操作),或者,用于命令商品对象执行指定动作的交互操作信息(例如,命令 冰箱倒出冰块,或者,命令扫地机器人开始扫地,等等)等。
关于具体的交互方式,也即用户输入交互操作信息的方式,可以有多种,包括通过触摸屏输入,或者语音输入,等等。在本申请的优选实施例中,由于同一商品对象可能对应多种不同的交互主题,而不同的交互主题可能需要通过不同类型的素材来生成对应的交互内容。其中,具体素材的类型可以包括三维模型,二维图片、视频、音频、文字等等。对于不同类型的素材生成的交互内容,如果全部通过相同的交互通道进行交互操作信息的输入,则可能会显得单调,另外也可能无法体现出各类型素材自身的优势。例如,对于三维模型类的素材,其优势在于能够为用户提供更为真实立体的可视化信息,使得用户获得更接近于线下看到实物时的体验。但是,如果用户只能通过触屏交互的方式来输入交互操作信息,则可能会影响到用户对上述体验的获得。
因此,针对多种类型的素材共存的交互场景,本申请实施例还可以同时为用户提供多种交互通道,以便通过其中一交互通道输入所述交互操作信息;其中,不同的交互通道对应不同的交互操作信息输入方式。具体的,所述交互通道可以包括:语音通道,触屏通道等等,使得用户可以通过输入语音,或者在通过触摸屏执行的点击、滑动等操作的方式输入具体的交互操作信息。
除了比较常见的语音通道、触屏通道之外,本申请实施例还可以为用户提供新的交互通道,也即通过隔空手势的方式进行交互操作输入的通道。此时,可以通过识别隔空手势的手势类别生成控制指令,以用于控制所述交互内容的变化过程。所谓的隔空手势是指,用户可以在无需接触设备的情况下,使用简单的手势来控制或与设备交互的技术。其核心技术包含手势分割、手势分析以及手势识别。手势识别中最关键的包括对手势动作的跟踪以及后续的计算机数据处理,关于手势动作捕捉主要可以通过传感器和光学摄像头两种方式来实现。
其中,具体实现时,可以预先对手势以及对应的交互指令进行定义,这样,在用户做出具体的隔空手势之后,可以根据定义确定出对应的交互指令,并控制具体的交互内容做出相应的变化。例如,拇指和食指从合拢到张开的手势动作,可以控制三维商品外观到内部细节的展开过程中的动态变化过程。具体的,以直发棒这种商品对象为例,如图5-1所示,在未接收到用户的交互操作时,可以展示出直发棒在关闭时的最初状态。此时,可以提供开始交互的操作选项,例如可以显示“点击开启手势交互”字样,等等。之后用户可以执行具体的隔空手势,例如,随着拇指和食指从合拢到张开的手势变化,三维模型逐渐张开,展示出直发棒两侧夹板逐渐打开的变化过程。在此过程中,可以对三维商品内部各个构件细节进行完整展开。
或者,还可以通过隔空手势对商品对象的三维模型进行旋转操作。例如,具体可以将该操作的隔空手势定义为食指的角度变化。此时,如图5-2所示,三维模型在初 始的状态下,可以处于正视图的角度。之后,随着食指角度的手势变化,三维模型的角度可以呈现相同的角度旋转。例如,直发棒跟随食指往右挥动30度,整个卷发棒向做旋转30度。随着食指角度的手势变化,可立体的查看不同角度的三维商品。例如,可以随着食指向左旋转90度再向内转动45度,直发棒的视角也发生转变左旋转90度再向前转动45度,等等。
或者,隔空手势还可以用于对商品对象的功能进行演示。具体的隔空手势的定义方式可以与具体商品对象的功能演示过程的操作特点相关。例如,具体商品对象为直发棒,在进行功能演示时,是需要握住直发棒,夹住头发根部后,平行向下移动直发棒,相应的,头发会有由卷到直的变化过程。针对该情况,可以将对应的隔空手势定义为:五指握拳,并从上至下进行移动。相应的,配合产品具体对应的效果图形成产品功能层面的手势交互。例如,如图5-3所示,功能演示前的初始状态,直发棒处于屏幕最上面,头发呈现没经过直发棒处理的最初效果。随着五指握拳手势从屏幕上方至下方的移动,商品的位置也随着从上至下移动,作用对象的状态也发生相应的变化。如图所示:直发棒根据五指握拳手势的移动,从处于屏幕最上面的位置往下移动,其中头发经过直发棒覆盖的部分,产生相应的直发效果变化。在移动到最下方时整体的功能互动完成,直发棒根据五指握拳手势的移动到屏幕的下方,其中头发经过直发棒覆盖的部分,头发从最初的卷发变成直发。
另外,具体实现时,还可以根据接收到的隔空手势,向交互界面中添加与所述隔空手势对应的图形元素。例如,某商品对象为冰箱,隔空手势执行的是打开冰箱门的操作,则在交互界面中冰箱门所在的位置处可以添加“人手”这一图形元素,并展示出通过该“人手”打开冰箱门的过程,等等。再者,由于用户需要指定预先定义好的隔空手势,才能够达到具体的交互目的,否则如果用户输入的手势是***中未定义的手势,或者不够规范的手势,则***可能无法识别,导致无法获得交互效果。因此,还可以通过在交互界面中展示图形元素的方式,对隔空手势的执行方式以及对应的控制效果进行提示,这样,用户按照提示信息执行具体的隔空手势即可,从而提升交互的效率。
通过这种隔空手势的交互方式,使得用户不必接触屏幕即可实现交互,形式新颖,并且也更有利于使用户获得与线下实际操作类似的体验。需要说明的是,在具体实现时,由于对于不同的商品对象,不同的交互主题等,具体采用何种隔空手势都可能会有所不同,因此,还可以可以在交互界面中对具体的隔空手势如何输入进行提示,以引导用户做出正确的隔空手势。
其中,在提供多种交互通道功能时,可以为用户提供多种选择交互通道的方式。例如,其中一种方式下,可以提供用于对交互通道进行选择的操作选项,以便通过被选中的交互通道输入所述交互操作信息。具体的,参见图6-1,可以在交互界面的61 所示处提供多种可选的交互通道,包括手势交互,语音交互,触屏点击等多种。用户可以选择其中一种交互通道进行交互操作的输入。例如,在该图6-1中,“手势交互”被选中,则用户可以通过隔空手势的方式输入具体的交互操作信息。
又如,如图6-2所示,如果语音交互被选中,则可以还可以提供“麦克风”等操作选项,用户可以按住该选项进行语音输入。例如,输入的语音是“放大冰箱”,则***识别用户发出的语音指令,将语音内容转译成文本信息,还可以在界面上直接展示出具体的文本指令内容。如界面上直接显示出“放大冰箱”的文本信息。同时,***基于语义理解了解用户指令的意图并形成指令执行,并根据指令进行执行,回复生成初始的文本内容。回复的内容可以在界面上直接展示给用户,还可以经过语音合成的方式,将***生成的文本转译成音频,通过智能手机端反馈输出给用户并执行具体的指令反馈。如:***根据用户的“放大冰箱”的指令,回复“好的,主人”,并将这段文本以文字和音频的方式反馈给用户,同时在页面中实现冰箱的三维模型被放大的反馈效果。
再如,如图6-3所示,如果触屏点击被选中,则用户可以通过在触摸屏上执行点击、滑动等操作的方式输入具体的交互操作信息。具体如,用户可以通过左右拖动按钮的交互方式,查看不同时间下食物保鲜效果的变化过程。或者,通过点击屏幕的交互方式,查看冰箱的空间储存能力。或者,通过多点接触屏幕操控的交互方式,对查看的商品信息内容做缩小和放大。或者,通过左右、上下滑动屏幕的方式,实现多张商品图片之间的切换浏览,等等。
另一种方式下,由于同一商品对象通常可以对应多种不同的交互主题,例如,对于冰箱这种商品对象,对应的交互主题可以包括外观,空间,锁鲜,安装,触控,等等。其中,每种交互主题可以对应商品对象一个维度上的属性信息,并且可以对应有具体用于对对应维度上的属性信息进行描述的素材集合。由于不同交互主题可能对应着不同类型的素材,另外,交互过程中具体交互内容的变化方式等都可能会有所不同,因此,各自适合的交互通道也可能有所不同。例如,对于外观类的交互主题,比较适合采用手势交互通道,而关于“空间”这一主题,由于不方便用隔空手势的方式来描述自己的需求,因此,比较适合采用语音的方式进行输入。关于“锁鲜”类的主题,则可能更适合通过触屏的方式进行输入,等等。总之,可以根据预先根据各种不同的交互主题关联的素材的特点,确定适合的交互通道,具体交互主题与交互通道之间的对应关系可以预先保存在服务端,随着交互内容的提供,也可以将这种对应关系信息提供给第一客户端。这样,在具体的交互界面中,可以提供多个选项卡,每个选项卡对应多种不同的交互主题,用于对不同交互主题对应的交互内容进行切换展示;在其中一选项卡被选中后,可以通过该选项卡对应的交互主题关联的目标交互通道接收交互操 作信息。也就是说,如图7-1所示,对于冰箱这种商品对象,选项卡如71处所示,假设用户选择了“外观”这一选项卡,则可以默认开启手势交互通道,用户可以通过隔空手势输入交互操作信息。如图7-2所示,假设用户在交互过程中又需要与“空间”这一主题进行交互,则切换到该选项卡后,可以自动开启语音交互通道,提供“麦克风”等样式的语音输入选项,用户可以按住该选项进行语音输入,例如“打开冰箱门”,则交互内容中的冰箱将会展示出冰箱门打开的过程。再如,如图7-3所示,在“锁鲜”这一选项卡被选中后,可以默认开启触屏交互通道,用户可以通过在触摸屏上执行的点击、滑动等方式输入具体的交互操作信息,等等。
通过提供多通道交互操作,可以使得实际获得的交互效果与用户直接面对商品对象实物时获得的体验相差无几,让用户能够更深层次地了解商品的信息。同时本申请实施例实现了多通道交互的融合,用户可以自由地、动态地从各个视角认知商品信息,使他们了解商品各部分的形状与功能,甚至还可以通过语音输入或手势操作让他们对产品产生交互行为,使消费者更精确地了解产品的特性和使用方法,自信地做出购物决策。另外,这种多交互通道的方案也满足了消费者能够运用多种交互的方式感知多维商品信息的体验诉求,整个体验的过程生动、自然而有趣。基于多通道交互技术,商品多维信息的交互设计与应用有可能大幅度提升消费者在互联网平台购买商品的经历,显著提高***的可用性、可行性和互联网平台的竞争力。
需要说明的是,在具体实现时,由于在播放视频内容的过程中提供的交互内容中可以包括多种交互主题,例如,对于某冰箱,可以包括外观,空间,锁鲜,安装,操控等多种交互主题。在可选的实施方式中,还可以在交互过程中,针对不同的交互主题分别提供用于表达赞同或喜爱的操作选项(例如,点赞按钮等),以便以交互主题为单位对用户的赞同或喜爱情况进行统计。也就是说,在本申请实施例中,可以分别统计出用户对同一商品对象的多种不同维度上的信息的喜爱程度,进而可以判断出哪些维度可以成为主要卖点,等等。
总之,通过本申请实施例,可以在通过视频内容的方式介绍商品对象信息的过程中,提供交互内容,这种交互内容不同于现有技术中的点赞、评论、与主播对话等,是根据商品对象关联的素材生成的,而这种素材是用于对商品对象具体的属性进行描述的,具体可以包括商品对象的三维模型、图片、视频等。这样,用户在观看商品对象的视频的过程中,还可以通过与具体的交互内容进行交互,在交互过程中,用户可以输入具体的交互操作,相应的,交互内容可以跟随这种交互操作发送对应的变化,以便对商品对象在多种维度、状态下的属性信息进行展示。通过这种方式,使得商品对象的视频内容与交互内容相互补充,为用户提供更全面更丰富的商品对象详情信息,从而更好地帮助用户进行购物决策。
在可选的实施方式中,还可以为用户提供多种具体的交互通道,使得用户可以通过多种方式输入具体的交互操作信息,包括语音交互,触屏交互等。其中,通过为具体的交互主题定制具体的交互通道,定制的依据可以是交互主题关联的素材在展示过程中的特点,这样,可以为具体的交互主题选择更合适的交互通道,使得方便用户输入交互操作的同时,也使得用户获得更接近于线下实际面对商品对象实物时的体验。
其中,还可以为用户提供隔空手势的交互通道,使得用户可以通过隔空手势输入具体的交互操作信息,这样,在交互过程中,用户不必接触具体终端设备的屏幕。另外,可以根据实际操作对应商品对象实物过程中的操作方式来设计具体的隔空手势,从而使得用户在交互过程中获得更接近于线下对实物进行操作时的体验。
实施例二
该实施例二是与实施例一相对应的,从服务端的角度,提供了一种提供商品对象信息的方法,参见图8,该方法具体可以包括:

    在响应用户输入的交互操作信息的过程中,根据所述素材提供所述交互内容的变化过程,以便对所述商品对象的多种属性进行展示。

    所述提供交互内容,包括:
    在视频播放界面中提供用于启动交互的操作选项;
    通过所述操作选项接收到启动交互的操作请求后,创建交互界面,在所述交互界面中提供所述交互内容。

    提供用于对交互通道进行选择的操作选项,以便通过被选中的交互通道输入所述 交互操作信息。
  38. 根据权利要求32所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述交互内容包括分别对应多个不同的交互主题的多套交互内容;
    还包括:
    提供多个选项卡,每个选项卡对应多种不同交互主题,用于对不同交互主题对应的交互内容进行切换展示;其中,交互主题与交互通道之间具有关联关系,所述关联关系根据所述交互主题对应的素材类型所适合的交互通道进行确定;
    在其中一选项卡被选中后,通过该选项卡对应的交互主题关联的目标交互通道接收交互操作信息。
  39. 根据权利要求32至38任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述目标页面包括:与所述商品对象相关的直播会话对应的页面,或者,所述商品对象的详情信息页面,或者,包含所述商品对象的信息聚合页面;所述信息聚合页面包括搜索结果页面,类目页面,推荐结果页面,活动会场页面,排行榜信息页面,或者,店铺页面。
  40. 一种提供商品对象信息的方法,其特征在于,包括:
    在商品对象关联的目标页面中提供用于启动交互的操作选项;
    通过所述操作选项接收到交互请求后,提供交互内容,所述交互内容是根据商品对象关联的素材生成的,所述素材用于描述所述商品对象的属性;
    接收通过隔空手势的方式输入的交互操作信息;
    在响应用户输入的交互操作信息的过程中,根据所述素材提供所述交互内容的变化过程,以便对所述商品对象的多种属性进行展示。
  41. 根据权利要求40所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述隔空手势包括:用于对交互内容进行缩放或旋转的手势。
  42. 根据权利要求40所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述隔空手势包括:用于查看关联商品对象在使用过程中的功能或效果的手势。
  43. 根据权利要求40所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述隔空手势根据所述商品对象在使用过程中的操作方式或运动方式进行定义。
  44. 根据权利要求40至43任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述目标页面包括:与所述商品对象相关的直播会话对应的页面,或者,所述商品对象的详情信息页面,或者,包含所述商品对象的信息聚合页面;所述信息聚合页面包括搜索结果页面,类目页面,推荐结果页面,活动会场页面,排行榜信息页面,或者,店铺页面。
  45. 一种提供商品对象信息的装置,其特征在于,包括:
    交互内容提供单元,用于在对商品对象关联的视频内容进行播放的过程中提供交互内容,所述交互内容是根据商品对象关联的素材生成的,所述素材用于描述所述商品对象的属性;
    交互响应单元,用于在响应用户输入的交互操作信息的过程中,根据所述素材提供所述交互内容的变化过程,以便对所述商品对象的多种属性进行展示。
  46. 一种提供商品对象信息的装置,其特征在于,应用于服务端,包括:
    交互内容保存单元,用于保存与商品对象对应的交互内容;所述交互内容是根据商品对象关联的素材生成的,所述素材用于描述所述商品对象的属性;
    投放请求接收单元,用于接收向目标视频内容中投放交互内容的请求,所述请求中携带有关联的目标商品对象标识信息以及目标交互内容标识信息;
    交互内容提供单元,用于将所述目标交互内容标识对应的交互内容提供给所述视频内容的观众用户客户端,以便所述观众用户客户端在播放视频内容的过程中提供所述交互内容,并在响应用户输入的交互操作信息的过程中,根据所述素材提供所述交互内容的变化过程。
  47. 一种提供商品对象信息的装置,其特征在于,包括:
    第一操作选项提供单元,用于提供用于在直播进行过程中根据直播进度进行交互内容投放的操作选项,所述交互内容是根据商品对象关联的素材生成的,所述素材用于描述所述商品对象的属性;
    第一商品对象标识确定单元,用于通过所述操作选项接收到投放操作请求后,确定目标直播会话标识以及目标商品对象标识;
    第一交互内容列表展示单元,用于根据所述目标商品对象标识获取可选的交互内容列表并展示,所述列表用于对预先提交到服务端的与所述目标商品对象关联的交互内容的标识信息进行展示;
    第一选择结果提交单元,用于在目标列表项被选择后,提交到服务端,以便所述服务端将所述目标列表项关联的交互内容提供给所述目标直播会话的观众用户客户 端,所述观众用户客户端在播放直播内容的过程中提供所述交互内容,并在响应用户输入的交互操作信息的过程中,根据所述素材提供所述交互内容的变化过程。
  48. 一种提供商品对象信息的装置,其特征在于,包括:
    第二操作选项提供单元,用于在主播用户客户端的直播界面中提供用于向当前直播会话投放交互内容的操作选项;
    第二商品对象标识确定单元,用于通过所述操作选项接收到投放操作请求后,确定目标商品对象标识;
    第二交互内容列表展示单元,用于根据所述目标商品对象标识获取可选的交互内容列表并展示,所述列表用于对预先提交到服务端的与所述目标商品对象关联的交互内容的标识信息进行展示;
    第二选择结果提交单元,用于在目标列表项被选择后,提交到服务端,以便所述服务端将所述目标列表项关联的交互内容提供给所述当前直播会话的观众用户客户端,所述观众用户客户端在播放直播内容的过程中提供所述交互内容,并在响应用户输入的交互操作信息的过程中,根据素材提供所述交互内容的变化过程。
  49. 一种提供商品对象信息的装置,其特征在于,包括:
    操作选项提供单元,用于在商品对象关联的目标页面中提供用于启动交互的操作选项;
    交互内容提供单元,用于通过所述操作选项接收到交互请求后,提供交互内容,所述交互内容是根据商品对象关联的素材生成的,所述素材用于描述所述商品对象的属性;
    交互通道提供单元,用于提供多种交互通道,以用于通过选择其中一交互通道输入交互操作信息,其中,不同的交互通道对应不同的交互操作信息输入方式;
    交互响应单元,用于在响应用户输入的交互操作信息的过程中,根据所述素材提供所述交互内容的变化过程,以便对所述商品对象的多种属性进行展示。
  50. 一种提供商品对象信息的装置,其特征在于,包括:
    操作选项提供单元,用于在商品对象关联的目标页面中提供用于启动交互的操作选项;
    交互内容提供单元,用于通过所述操作选项接收到交互请求后,提供交互内容,所述交互内容是根据商品对象关联的素材生成的,所述素材用于描述所述商品对象的属性;
    交互操作信息接收单元,用于接收通过隔空手势的方式输入的交互操作信息;
    交互响应单元,用于在响应用户输入的交互操作信息的过程中,根据所述素材提供所述交互内容的变化过程,以便对所述商品对象的多种属性进行展示。
  51. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,其特征在于,该程序被处理器执行时实现权利要求1至44任一项所述的方法的步骤。
  52. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括:
    一个或多个处理器;以及
    与所述一个或多个处理器关联的存储器,所述存储器用于存储程序指令,所述程序指令在被所述一个或多个处理器读取执行时,执行权利要求1至44任一项所述的方法的步骤。
