本发明属于户外用品领域,具体涉及一种手动调节式户外伞用可移动底座。
背景技术
对于大型的户外伞来说,由于其体积和重量都比较大,很难搬运,因此商家通常会在户外伞的底座底部加装万向轮,然而加装万向轮后又会带来一个问题,就是万向轮会导致底座不够稳定,容易滑动。
发明内容
为了弥补现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种手动调节式户外伞用可移动底座技术方案。
所述的一种手动调节式户外伞用可移动底座,其特征在于包括基座组件、转动配合于基座组件中心的螺杆、与螺杆传动配合并用于驱动螺杆转动的摇手杆、多个转动配合于基座组件上的拉杆及多个设置于基座组件并与拉杆对应配合的底轮,螺杆的下端螺接提升块,提升块与拉杆配合连接。
所述的一种手动调节式户外伞用可移动底座,其特征在于基座组件包括基座外框、多个固定连接于基座外框角落的底轮围框及多个与底轮围框固定连接的拉杆安装框,所有拉杆安装框的内端固定配合形成一用于转动安装螺杆的中心部,拉杆的外端与拉杆安装框转动配合,底轮位于底轮围框。
所述的一种手动调节式户外伞用可移动底座,其特征在于拉杆、底轮、底轮围框及拉杆安装框均设置四个,四个底轮位于基座组件的四个角,四个拉杆和四个拉杆安装框分别构成X形结构。
所述的一种手动调节式户外伞用可移动底座,其特征在于中心部上固定 配合安装座。
所述的一种手动调节式户外伞用可移动底座,其特征在于提升块的四周与每个拉杆的内端一一对应插接配合,两者的配合部位之间具有间隙,使得两者可以相对转动,拉杆的外端与底轮安装配合。

与现有技术相比,本发明设计合理、结构简单,通过摇手杆、螺杆、拉杆、提升块等结构实现了底轮的自动伸缩功能,能够使底座在不需要移动时处于稳定的状态。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
如图所示,一种手动调节式户外伞用可移动底座,包括包括基座组件、转动配合于基座组件中心的螺杆2、与螺杆2传动配合并用于驱动螺杆2转动的摇 手杆3、多个转动配合于基座组件上的拉杆5及多个设置于基座组件并与拉杆5对应配合的底轮6,螺杆2的下端螺接提升块7,提升块7与拉杆5配合连接。
拉杆5和底轮6均设置四个,四个底轮6位于基座组件的四个角,四个拉杆5构成X形结构,拉杆5的外端相对其内端朝上倾斜,拉杆5的外端用于以公知的方式安装底轮6,内端用于与拉杆5配合。相应的,基座组件包括呈矩形的基座外框8、四个固定连接于基座外框8四个角的底轮围框9及四个与底轮围框9固定连接的拉杆安装框10,所有拉杆安装框10的内端固定配合形成一用于转动安装螺杆2的中心部1000,中心部1000上固定配合用于安装座1,安装座1用于安装户外伞的立杆,拉杆安装框10的内端与安装座1固定配合,拉杆5设置于拉杆安装框10下端,拉杆5的外端与拉杆安装框10转动配合,底轮6位于底轮围框9内。
提升块7与拉杆5的连接结构:提升块7的四周与每个拉杆5的内端一一对应插接配合,两者的配合部位之间具有间隙,使得两者可以相对转动,拉杆5的外端与底轮6安装配合。具体的,提升块7的四周具有四个插块700,拉杆5的内端具有插槽500,插块700***插槽500内,插块700与插槽500之间具有足够的间隙。
摇手杆3转动配合于其中一个拉杆安装框10上,此外也可以转动安装于其它适合部分。摇手杆3与螺杆2通过设置的链条机构11传动配合,链条机构11为公知技术,此外,也可以通过齿轮、皮带轮等机构实现两者的传动配合。摇手杆3的上端还设置方便人操作的转动把手4。
工作时,转动摇手杆3,摇手杆3通过链条机构11带动螺杆2转动,螺杆2带动提升块7下移,提升块7带动拉杆5按外端朝上内端朝下的方向转动,拉杆5的外端带动底轮6缩回底轮围框9内,这样本发明就能在地面上保持稳定,不易滑动;同理,朝方向转动摇手杆3时,拉杆5的外端带动底轮6从底轮围 框9中伸出,此时可以移动底座。

  1. 一种手动调节式户外伞用可移动底座,其特征在于包括基座组件、转动配合于基座组件中心的螺杆(2)、与螺杆(2)传动配合并用于驱动螺杆(2)转动的摇手杆(3)、多个转动配合于基座组件上的拉杆(5)及多个设置于基座组件并与拉杆(5)对应配合的底轮(6),螺杆(2)的下端螺接提升块(7),提升块(7)与拉杆(5)配合连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种手动调节式户外伞用可移动底座,其特征在于基座组件包括基座外框(8)、多个固定连接于基座外框(8)角落的底轮围框(9)及多个与底轮围框(9)固定连接的拉杆安装框(10),所有拉杆安装框(10)的内端固定配合形成一用于转动安装螺杆(2)的中心部(1000),拉杆(5)的外端与拉杆安装框(10)转动配合,底轮(6)位于底轮围框(9)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种手动调节式户外伞用可移动底座,其特征在于拉杆(5)、底轮(6)、底轮围框(9)及拉杆安装框(10)均设置四个,四个底轮(6)位于基座组件的四个角,四个拉杆(5)和四个拉杆安装框(10)分别构成X形结构。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种手动调节式户外伞用可移动底座,其特征在于中心部(1000)上固定配合安装座(1)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种手动调节式户外伞用可移动底座,其特征在于提升块(7)的四周与每个拉杆(5)的内端一一对应插接配合,两者的配合部位之间具有间隙,使得两者可以相对转动,拉杆(5)的外端与底轮(6)安装配合。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种手动调节式户外伞用可移动底座,其特征在于提升块(7)的四周具有多个插块(700),拉杆(5)的内端具有插槽(500), 插块(700)***对应插槽(500)内,插块(700)与插槽(500)之间具有足够的间隙。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种手动调节式户外伞用可移动底座,其特征在于拉杆(5)的外端相对其内端朝上倾斜。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7中任一所述的一种手动调节式户外伞用可移动底座,其特征在于摇手杆(3)转动配合于拉杆安装框(10)上。
  9. 根据权利要求1-7中任一所述的一种手动调节式户外伞用可移动底座,其特征在于摇手杆(3)与螺杆(2)通过设置的链条机构(11)传动配合。
  10. 根据权利要求1-7中任一所述的一种手动调节式户外伞用可移动底座,其特征在于摇手杆(3)的上端设置转动把手(4)。
