フェイスマスクおよびシート状基材
　本発明は、フェイスマスクに関し、特に、使用者の顔面の少なくとも一部を被覆するように構成され、シート状基材に化粧料組成物を含浸させてなるフェイスマスクに関する。

　このような状況の下、耳掛け部がなくても使用者の顔面に密着しうる新たなフェイスマスクが望まれている。
　本発明は、下記の実施形態を含む。
［１]　使用者の顔面の少なくとも一部を被覆するように構成されたシート状基材と、
　前記シート状基材に含浸された化粧料組成物とを備えるフェイスマスクであって、
　前記シート状基材は、使用者の鼻が貫通する鼻切り込み部を備え、
　前記鼻切り込み部の最下部から前記シート状基材の下辺までの長さＬが、８０～１００ｍｍの範囲であり、
　前記シート状基材の下辺において前記シート状基材の中央垂線と交わる部分の曲線の半径Ｒ１が１７０～２３０ｍｍの範囲であり、
　前記化粧料組成物は、１２００ｍｍ／分の速度で引き離された場合の曳糸長が１０ｍｍ以上である、フェイスマスク。
[２]　前記鼻切り込み部より下方に位置し、４０～６０ｍｍの範囲の半径Ｒ２を有する曲線から成るエラ部をさらに備える、[１]に記載のフェイスマスク。
[３]　前記エラ部は、前記シート状基材の下辺と連続した曲線を成す、［２]に記載のフェイスマスク。

　本発明によれば上記課題を解決する新たなフェイスマスクが提供される。

　以下、本発明の実施形態について図面を参照して詳細に説明する。図面の寸法比率は、説明の都合上誇張されており、実際の比率とは異なる場合がある。
　本明細書に記載された数値範囲の上限値および下限値は任意に組み合わせることができる。例えば、「Ａ～Ｂ」および「Ｃ～Ｄ」が記載されている場合、「Ａ～Ｄ」および「Ｃ～Ｂ」の範囲も数値範囲として、本発明に範囲に含まれる。また、本明細書に記載された数値範囲「下限値～上限値」は特記されない限り、下限値以上、上限値以下であることを意味する。
　本明細書において、実験はすべて２５±３℃で実施した。
　本明細書において、「％」は特記しない限り重量パーセントを示す。
　本発明の一実施形態は、シート状基材と、シート状基材に含浸された化粧料組成物とを備えるフェイスマスク（以下、「化粧液含浸フェイスマスク」ともいう）に関する。また、本発明の他の一実施形態によれば、化粧液含浸フェイスマスクに用いられるシート状基材に関する。
　以下、本実施形態に係る化粧液含浸フェイスマスクにおける各構成要素について説明する。
＜化粧料組成物＞
　本実施形態に係る化粧液含浸フェイスマスクに用いられる化粧料組成物（皮膚外用剤）は、曳糸長が１０ｍｍ以上である。曳糸長が１０ｍｍ以上である化粧料組成物は化粧液含浸フェイスマスクに適した曳糸性を有する。曳糸性とは糸状に伸びる性質を指す。化粧料組成物の曳糸長が１０ｍｍ以上であれば、化粧液含浸フェイスマスクと肌との密着性が向上し、化粧液含浸フェイスマスク装着時の剥離や脱落を抑制することができる。特に、化粧液含浸フェイスマスクを使用者の顎下までを覆う場合においても、フェイスマスクの剥離が防止され得る。また、このような優れた密着性により、長時間（好ましくは１５分以上、より好ましくは２０分以上、さらに好ましくは３０分以上）にわたって密着状態が良好に維持され得る。
　本発明において、化粧料組成物の「曳糸長」とは、化粧料組成物の曳糸性の度合いであり、化粧料組成物が１２００ｍｍ／分の速度で（重力方向に）引き離された場合の曳糸長（糸曳きが切れるまでの最大の曳糸長）として定義される。具体的には、曳糸長は、以下の方法により測定することができる。
（曳糸長（ｍｍ）の測定方法）
　工程１：容器Ａ（内径３０ｍｍ、容積１０ｍＬ）を準備し、容器Ａの縁と同じ高さになるように化粧料組成物の検体を充填する。
　工程２：粘弾性測定装置にステンレス製円盤状感圧軸（直径２０ｍｍ）を取り付け、上記工程１にて準備した検体が充填された容器Ａを粘弾性測定装置の測定台に配置し、検体の液面に感圧軸の下面を接触させる。
　工程３：１２００ｍｍ／分の速度で検体が充填された容器Ａを下降させて検体を引き離し、その際に検体と感圧軸との間に生じた曳糸長（検体が感圧軸に引っ張られて伸びた最大の長さ）（ｍｍ）を測定し、当該「曳糸長（ｍｍ）」とする。
　化粧料組成物の曳糸長は、密着性を一層向上させて、装着時のフェイスマスクの中浮きを抑制する点から、１２ｍｍ以上であることが好ましく、１３ｍｍ以上であることがより好ましく、１４ｍｍ以上であることがさらに好ましい。化粧料組成物の曳糸長の上限は特に制限されないが、生産効率性などの点からは、３０ｍｍ以下であることが好ましく、２５ｍｍ以下であることがより好ましく、２２ｍｍ以下であることがさらに好ましい。
　化粧料組成物の曳糸長は、例えば、１２～３０ｍｍが好ましく、１３～２５ｍｍがより好ましく、１４～２２ｍｍがさらに好ましい。
　本明細書において、中浮きは、フェイスマスクの縁が肌に密着しながら、この縁から離れた部分が肌から剥がれていることをいう。
　化粧料組成物の構成成分は特に制限されず、上記の曳糸長を有するものであればよい。例えば、水、湿潤剤、増粘剤、油性成分、界面活性剤、ｐＨ調整剤、キレート剤、防腐剤、酸化防止剤、紫外線吸収剤、顔料、色素、香料等、通常皮膚用化粧料組成物に配合される各種化粧料成分を適宜配合することができる。
　水の含有量は、特に制限されないが、例えば、化粧料組成物の全重量に対して、０～９９重量％であってもよく、１～９５重量％であってもよく、１０～９０重量％であってもよく、５０～９０重量％であってもよい。すなわち、化粧料組成物は配合組成に応じて、水を含有してもよく、水を含有しなくてもよい。
　湿潤剤としては特に制限されないが、プロピレングリコール、ジプロピレングリコール、１，３－プロパンジオール、１，３－ブチレングリコール、イソペンチルジオール、ペンチレングリコール、ヘキサンジオール、カプリリルグリコール、グリセリン、ジグリセリン、ポリグリセリン、ポリエチレングリコール、ポリオキシエチレンメチルグルコシドなどの多価アルコール、ソルビトール、マンニトール、グルコース、キシリトール、マルチトール、トレハロース等の糖類、アルギニン、プロリン、セリン、リシンＨＣｌ、トレオニン、バリン、ロイシン、ヒスチジン、アラニン、グリシン、カルノシン等のアミノ酸、ピロリドンカルボン酸ナトリウム、ベタイン、尿素、乳酸ナトリウムや植物エキス、海藻エキス等が挙げられる。湿潤剤は１種単独で使用しても、２種類以上を組み合わせて使用してもよい。
　湿潤剤は、皮膚の表面を被覆した際に、皮膚に対して水分を与え保持させる成分をいう。
　湿潤剤の含有量は、特に制限されないが、例えば、化粧料組成物の全重量に対して、０．１～５０重量％であることが好ましく、０．５～４５重量％であることがより好ましく、１～４０重量％であることがさらに好ましい。
　増粘剤としては特に制限されないが、グアーガム、カラギナン、キサンタンガム、ヒアルロン酸ナトリウム、プルラン、カンテン、アルギン酸塩等の天然系高分子や、ヒドロキシエチルセルロース、ヒドロキシメチルセルロース、カルボキシビニルポリマー、ポリアクリル酸塩、ポリビニルアルコール、高重合ポリエチレングリコール、アクリル酸・メタクリル酸アルキル共重合体等の合成高分子などが挙げられる。増粘剤は１種単独で使用しても、２種類以上を組み合わせて使用してもよい。
　増粘剤の含有量は、特に制限されないが、例えば、化粧料組成物の全重量に対して、０．００１～５重量％であることが好ましく、０．００５～３重量％であることがより好ましく、０．０１～２重量％であることがさらに好ましい。
　油性成分としては特に制限されないが、オリーブ油、シアバター、ブドウ種子油等の油脂、ホホバ油等のロウ、スクワラン、流動パラフィン、ワセリン、パラフィンワックス等の炭化水素、ミリスチン酸オクチルドデシル、パルミチン酸エチルへキシル、ミリスチン酸イソプロピル、トリ（カプリル・カプリン酸）グリセリル等のエステル、セチルアルコール、ステアリルアルコール等の高級アルコール、シリコーン油等が挙げられる。油性成分は１種単独で使用しても、２種類以上を組み合わせて使用してもよい。
　油性成分は化粧料組成物の種類に応じて含まれていても、含まれていなくともよい。化粧料組成物に油性成分が含まれる場合には、油性成分の含有量は、特に制限されないが、例えば、化粧料組成物の全重量に対して、０．０１～５０重量％であってもよく、０．０１～１０重量％であってもよい。
　界面活性剤としては特に制限されないが、ポリオキシエチレンアルキルエーテル、ポリオキシエチレンポリオキシプロピレンアルキルエーテル、ポリオキシエチレン脂肪酸エステル、ポリオキシエチレンソルビタン脂肪酸エステル、ポリオキシエチレンヒマシ油、ポリオキシエチレン硬化ヒマシ油、ポリオキシエチレンソルビトールテトラ脂肪酸エステル、ポリオキシエチレンフィトステロール、グリセリン脂肪酸エステル、ソルビタン脂肪酸エステル、ポリグリセリン脂肪酸エステル、ショ糖脂肪酸エステル、レシチン等が挙げられる。界面活性剤は１種単独で使用しても、２種類以上を組み合わせて使用してもよい。
　界面活性剤の含有量は、特に制限されないが、例えば、化粧料組成物の全重量に対して、０．０５～１０重量％であってよい。
　ｐＨ調整剤としては、特に限定されないが、水酸化ナトリウム、水酸化カリウム、アルギニン、乳酸、アミノメチルプロパノール、２－アミノ－２－メチル－１，３－プロパンジオール、ジエタノールアミン、トリエタノールアミン、リンゴ酸、クエン酸とその塩、リン酸とその塩等が挙げられる。ｐＨ調整剤は１種単独で使用しても、２種類以上を組み合わせて使用してもよい。
　ｐＨ調整剤の含有量は、特に制限されないが、例えば、化粧料組成物の全重量に対して、０．０１～５重量％であってよい。
　キレート剤としては、特に限定されないが、エチレンジアミン四酢酸二ナトリウム、エチレンジアミン四酢酸二ナトリウムカルシウム、エチレンジアミン四酢酸三ナトリウム、エチレンジアミン四酢酸四ナトリウム、グルコン酸ナトリウム、クエン酸ナトリウム等が挙げられる。キレート剤は１種単独で使用しても、２種類以上を組み合わせて使用してもよい。
　キレート剤は化粧料組成物の種類に応じて含まれていても、含まれていなくともよい。化粧料組成物にキレート剤が含まれる場合には、キレート剤の含有量は、特に制限されないが、例えば、化粧料組成物の全重量に対して、０．００５～５重量％であってよい。
　防腐剤としては、特に限定されないが、安息香酸とその塩、パラオキシ安息香酸エステルとその塩、フェノキシエタノール、サリチル酸とその塩、イソプロピルメチルフェノール、塩化ベンザルコニウム、塩化ベンゼトニウム、塩化セチルピリジニウム、グルコン酸クロルヘキシジン、ピリチオン亜鉛、ピロクトンオラミン、メチルイソチアゾリノン、ヒノキチオール等が挙げられる。防腐剤は１種単独で使用しても、２種類以上を組み合わせて使用してもよい。
　防腐剤の含有量は、特に制限されないが、例えば、化粧料組成物の全重量に対して、０．０１～５重量％であってよい。
　化粧料組成物は、各成分を常法に従って混合することにより、製造することができる。
　化粧料組成物の曳糸長は、化粧料組成物の粘度や配合成分の種類および含有量を調節することにより、上記範囲とすることができる。一般に、化粧料組成物の粘性が上昇するにつれて、化粧料組成物の曳糸長が大きくなる傾向にあるが、曳糸長は、配合される成分の特性や分散状態に影響され、乳化系であれば乳化粒子径や油相、水相それぞれの構成等にも影響される。
　化粧料組成物の約２５℃（２５±３℃）における粘度は、本発明の効果を損なわない範囲において、所望の曳糸長が得られやすい値であればよく、特に限定されない。化粧料組成物の約２５℃（２５±３℃）における粘度の上限は、特に限定されないが、マスクへの含浸性を鑑みて、例えば、１００００ｍＰａ・ｓ以下であってもよい。また、化粧液の粘度の下限は、特に限定されず、本発明における適切な曳糸長（例えば、１２００ｍｍ／分の速度で引き離された場合の曳糸長が１０ｍｍ以上）が得られる範囲においては、実測不可能な低粘度（Ｂ型粘度計の測定可能な最小粘度よりも低い粘度）であってもよい。
　化粧料組成物のｐＨは、配合成分の種類及び含有量、用途等に応じて適宜設定され、生理学的又は薬学的に許容できる範囲であれば制限されないが、例えば、ｐＨ２～１０とすることができる。化粧料組成物のｐＨは、好ましくは３～８、より好ましくは弱酸性であり、具体的には好ましくは３．５以上７未満、更に好ましくは４以上７未満、更により好ましくは４．５～６．９とすることができる。
　以下、本実施形態に係る化粧液含浸フェイスマスクの構造について説明する。
＜フェイスマスク＞
　本発明による第一の実施形態に係る化粧液含浸フェイスマスク１について、図１を用いて説明する。
　化粧液含浸フェイスマスク１は、上記実施形態に係る化粧料組成物と、この化粧料組成物を含浸させたフェイスマスク用シート状基材２０とから主に構成される。シート状基材２０は、目付けが３０～１００ｇ／ｍ2の範囲である１枚の不織布から成り、目開口部２１ｒ、２１ｌと、鼻切り込み部１２と、口開口部１３と、頂部１４ｒ、１４ｌと、こめかみ部１５ｒ、１５ｌと、耳近接部１６ｒ、１６ｌと、エラ部（下顎角部）２７ｒ、２７ｌと、顎部２８ｒ、２８ｌとを主に備える。
　目開口部２１ｒ、２１ｌは、使用者の目に対応する位置であって、使用者の目の外周に沿って開けられる略長円形の孔である。この略長円形は、外側辺２１ｒ１、２１ｌ１、上側辺２１ｒ２、２１ｌ２、内側辺２１ｒ３、２１ｌ３、下側辺２１ｒ４、２１ｌ４の４つの曲線から各々構成される。外側辺２１ｒ１、２１ｌ１、上側辺２１ｒ２、２１ｌ２、内側辺２１ｒ３、２１ｌ３、下側辺２１ｒ４、２１ｌ４は、図１に示すようにいずれも任意の半径を有する部分円から成り、各々接続される。着用時においては、略長円形の内側に目が置かれる。
　鼻切り込み部１２は、使用者の鼻に対応する位置であって、鼻の両側縁及び下縁に沿って設けられる切断線１２から成る。この切断線１２の両側縁及び下縁は直線から成り、両者は任意の半径を有する部分円により接続される。着用時においては、切断線１２内側の切片を使用者の鼻が押し上げ、これにより形成される開口に鼻が貫通するとともに、切片が鼻に密着する。開口に鼻が貫通することにより、使用者が容易に呼吸できる。
　口開口部１３は、使用者の口に対応する位置であって、口の外周に沿って開けられる略長円形の孔である。口開口部１３の幅および高さは任意に決定でき、両側辺は任意の半径を有する部分円を成し、上下側辺も任意の半径を有する部分円を成す。着用時においては、使用者の口が口開口部１３内に配置される。
　シート状基材２０は、その重心を通って上下に走る中央垂線Ｚに対して線対称な形状であって、その外周は、上部から順に、頂部１４ｒ、１４ｌ、こめかみ部１５ｒ、１５ｌ、耳近接部１６ｒ、１６ｌ、エラ部２７ｒ、２７ｌ、顎部２８ｒ、２８ｌから構成される。図１では、各部位の境界を破線で示した。
　図１に示すように、頂部１４ｒ、１４ｌは、任意の半径および任意の内角を有する部分円から成り、こめかみ部１５ｒ、１５ｌは、任意の半径および任意の内角を有する部分円から成り、耳近接部１６ｒ、１６ｌは、任意の半径および任意の内角を有する部分円から成る。
　エラ部２７ｒ、２７ｌは、半径４５ｍｍかつ任意の内角を有する部分円から成り、少なくとも鼻切り込み部１２より下方に位置する。顎部２８ｒ、２８ｌは、半径１７５ｍｍかつ任意の内角を有する部分円から成る。なお、シート状基材２０は、使用者の耳に掛け回される任意の構造を備えない。これにより、化粧液含浸フェイスマスク１は、耳に掛け回される構造を有する化粧液含浸マスクと比較して、使用者の髪を汚すことがない。
　頂部１４ｒとこめかみ部１５ｒ、こめかみ部１５ｒと耳近接部１６ｒ、耳近接部１６ｒとエラ部２７ｒ、エラ部２７ｒと顎部２８ｒとは、互いに連続となるように接続される。頂部１４ｌ、こめかみ部１５ｌ、耳近接部１６ｌ、エラ部２７ｌ、顎部２８ｌも同様に互いに接続される。また、隣接する頂部１４ｒ、１４ｌどうし、及び隣接する顎部２８ｒ、２８ｌどうしもまた、互いに連続となるように接続され、各々同一の中心を持つ部分円を形成する。
　顎部２８ｒ、２８ｌの半径は、１７０～２３０ｍｍの範囲であることが好ましく、１７０～２００ｍｍであってもよく、１７０～１９０ｍｍであってもよく、１７５～１８０ｍｍでもよい。
　顎部２８ｒ、２８ｌの半径が１７０～２３０ｍｍの範囲であることによって、化粧液含浸フェイスマスク１が、使用者の顎および顔の輪郭の曲線に対応でき、かつ使用者の顎および顔の輪郭に密着しながらこれらを被覆できる。
　エラ部２７ｒ、２７ｌを成す曲線の半径Ｒ２は、４０～６０ｍｍの範囲であることが好ましく、４０～５５ｍｍであってもよく、４５～５０ｍｍであってもよい。
　使用者の顎からエラを覆う部分が１つの曲線で構成される場合、シート状基材１０がエラを十分に覆うことができない可能性がある。しかしながら、本実施形態によれば、顎からエラを覆う部分を、エラ部２７ｒ、２７ｌ及び顎部２８ｒ、２８ｌという少なくとも２つの曲線を用いて構成することにより、エラを確実に覆うことができる。本件発明における使用者のエラは、下顎骨の下顎角において最も外側に向けて突出する部位をいう。
　エラ部２７ｒ、２７ｌは、エラ部２７ｒ、２７ｌを成す曲線の中央から中心に向けて延びるスリット１９ｒ、１９ｌを各々備える。顎部２８ｒ、２８ｌの間には、顎部２８ｒ、２８ｌの接続部分から、顎部２８ｒ、２８ｌを成す曲線の中心に向けて延びるスリット１９ｃが設けられる。スリット１９ｒ、１９ｌ、１９ｃの長さは、２０ｍｍである。なお、スリットの長さは、特に制限されず、１５～２０ｍｍの範囲が好ましい。
　鼻切り込み部１２の最下部から、シート状基材２０の下辺、すなわち顎部２８ｒ及び２８ｌの最下部までの長さＬは９０ｍｍである。なお、長さＬは、８０～１１０ｍｍの範囲が好ましく、８５～１０５ｍｍの範囲がより好ましく、９０～１００ｍｍの範囲がさらに好ましい。
　顎部２８ｒ、２８ｌの半径が１７０～２３０ｍｍの範囲であること及び長さＬが８０～１１０ｍｍの範囲であることによって、化粧液含浸フェイスマスク１が、使用者の顎および顔の輪郭に密着しながらこれらを被覆できるため、化粧液含浸フェイスマスク１と使用者の顔との間に入る空気が少なくなる。そのため、化粧液含浸フェイスマスク１は、使用者の耳にかける構造を有していないにも関わらず、長時間にわたり使用者の顔に密着可能である。半径が１７０～２００ｍｍの範囲であることによって、不織布の使用量を減らすことが可能になる。１７０～１９０ｍｍの範囲であることによって、不織布の使用量削減に加え、生産が容易になる。１７５～１８０ｍｍの範囲であることによって、不織布の使用量削減及び生産の容易に加え、女性の顔の標準的な寸法となり標準的な女性の顔型にあわせることが可能になる。長さＬが８５～１０５ｍｍの範囲であることによって、男性よりも顔が小さい女性が使用しやすくなる。９０～１００ｍｍの範囲であることによって、女性の顔の標準的な寸法となり標準的な女性の顔型にあわせることが可能となる。
　また、シート状基材２０の下辺においてシート状基材２０の中央垂線Ｚと交わる部分２８ｃの半径（Ｒ１）は１７５ｍｍである。なお、この半径Ｒ１は、１７０～２３０ｍｍの範囲であることが好ましく、１７０～２００ｍｍであってもよく、１７０～１９０ｍｍであってもよく、１７５～１８０ｍｍでもよい。なお、シート状基材２０の下辺においてシート状基材２０の中央垂線Ｚと交わる部分１８ｃは、顎部２８ｒ及び２８ｌの最下部であり、顎部２８ｒと２８ｌとの接続部に相当する。顎部２８ｒと２８ｌとは、連続に接続されて半径Ｒ１である１つの曲線を成す。Ｒ１が１７０ｍｍ未満の場合には、化粧液含浸フェイスマスク１が顎および顔の輪郭の曲線に対応することができず、使用者のエラが被覆されることなく露出する可能性がある。Ｒ１が２３０ｍｍを超えると、化粧液含浸フェイスマスク１が顎および顔の輪郭の曲線に対応することができず、使用者の首を被覆して、含浸液の垂れが発生し、使用者の首や衣類を汚す可能性がある。
　化粧液含浸フェイスマスク１を顔に装着した状態について図２を用いて説明する。
　目開口部２１ｒ、２１ｌ、鼻切り込み部１２、及び口開口部１３が、各々目、鼻、及び口に対応するように、化粧液含浸フェイスマスク１を顔面に置く。図２に示すように、化粧液含浸フェイスマスク１が使用者２００に装着されると、顎部２８は、使用者２００の顎に沿って、折り曲げられるように装着される。
　このとき、頂部１４ｒ、１４ｌは少なくとも額の一部に渡り、こめかみ部１５ｒ、１５ｌは少なくともこめかみの一部に渡るように位置する。耳近接部１６ｒ、１６ｌは、耳と所定の距離を空ける位置まで延び、耳に接触しない。エラ部２７は、エラを超えた位置まで延び、これにより、化粧液含浸フェイスマスク１の少なくとも一部がエラを覆う。顎部２８は、下顎のオトガイ***の下端を超えた位置まで延び、これにより、化粧液含浸フェイスマスク１の少なくとも一部が下顎を覆う。そして、スリット１９ｒ、１９ｌ、１９ｃによって分断された両端辺が互いに重畳しうる。これにより、エラ部２７ｒ、２７ｌ及び／又は顎部２８ｒ、２８ｌの長さ及び半径の長さが使用者の顔の大きさに応じて調節され、化粧液含浸フェイスマスク１が使用者エラ及び／又は顎に適切に密着できる。
　なお、頂部１４ｒ、１４ｌ、こめかみ部１５ｒ、１５ｌ、耳近接部１６ｒ、１６ｌ、エラ部２７ｒ、２７ｌ、顎部２８ｒ、２８ｌは、互いに連続となるように接続されなくてもよく、互いに接続されていればよい。
　化粧液含浸フェイスマスク１は、１枚の不織布で形成することができるため、不織布を２枚以上貼り付けて形成したマスクや耳にかける構造を別途有するマスクなど部材の数が多いマスク（例えば、３Ｄマスク、および、耳にかけるマスク）と比較して、製造コストを低減することができる。ただし、化粧液含浸フェイスマスク１は、２枚以上の不織布を張り付けて立体構造としたシート状基材を用いてもよい。
　不織布を構成する繊維（材質）は、特に制限されず、例えば、天然繊維、化学繊維などが挙げられる。天然繊維としては、例えば、綿（コットン）、パルプ、セルロース、麻などの植物繊維；毛（ウール）、絹（シルク）などの動物繊維などが挙げられる。化学繊維としては、例えば、金属繊維などの無機繊維；リヨセル（テンセル）などの精製繊維；レーヨン、カゼイン繊維などの再生繊維；アセテートなどの半合成繊維；ナイロン、ポリ塩化ビニル、ポリエステル、アクリル、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリウレタンなどの合成繊維などが挙げられる。不織布を構成する繊維は、１種を単独で、または、２種以上を組み合わせて使用することができる。
　不織布の構造は、積層構造を有するものであっても、積層構造を有さないものであっても、所望の効果が付与されるのであれば特に限定されない。上記不織布としては、特に限定されないが、スパンボンド不織布、スパンレース不織布、サーマルボンド不織布、ニードルパンチ不織布、スティッチボンド不織布などが挙げられる。また、不織布表面にエンボス加工処理が施されていても良い。
　不織布の目付けは、特に限定されないが、３０～１００ｇ／ｍ2の範囲であることが好ましく、３５～８０ｇ／ｍ2の範囲であることがより好ましく、３５～６５ｇ／ｍ2の範囲であることが好ましく、３５～６０ｇ／ｍ2の範囲であってもよい。
　化粧液含浸フェイスマスク１は、使用者の耳に掛け回される構造を有していないことにより、耳に掛け回される化粧液を含浸したマスクと比較して、使用者の髪を汚すことがない。
　また、上記実施形態の化粧液含浸フェイスマスク１は、以下の一以上の効果を有する。
　（１）密着性に優れ、かつ剥離が生じにくい、フェイスマスクが提供される。
　（２）使用者の顎下までを覆うことができ、装着時に使用者の髪、耳または首へのフェイスマスクの接触が抑制または防止されたフェイスマスクが提供される。
　（３）優れた密着性を有することから、着用中の中浮きが防止され、長時間顔面に密着させた状態で使用可能なフェイスマスクが提供される。
　（４）フェイスマスクを１枚の平坦シートからなるシート状基材で製造することが可能であり、製造工程の簡便化および低コスト化が図られる。
　次に、第２の実施形態による第２の化粧液含浸フェイスマスク２及び第２のシート状基材５０について図３を用いて説明する。
　化粧液含浸フェイスマスク２は、前述した実施形態に係る化粧料組成物と、この化粧料組成物を含浸させたフェイスマスク用シート状基材５０とから主に構成される。シート状基材５０は、目付けが３０～１００ｇ／ｍ2の範囲である１枚の不織布から成り、目開口部２１ｒ、２１ｌと、鼻切り込み部５２と、口開口部１３と、頂部１４ｒ、１４ｌと、こめかみ部１５ｒ、１５ｌと、耳近接部１６ｒ、１６ｌと、エラ部（下顎角部）５７ｒ、５７ｌと、顎部５８ｒ、５８ｌとを主に備える。シート状基材５０は、その重心を通って上下に走る中央垂線Ｚに対して線対称な形状である。図３では、各部の境界を破線で示した。第２のシート状基材は、鼻切り込み部５２、エラ部５７ｒ、５７ｌ、及び顎部５８ｒ、５８ｌの態様が第１の実施形態と異なる。以下、これらについて主に説明し、第１の実施形態と同様の構成については、同じ符号を付して説明を省略する。
　鼻切り込み部５２は、使用者の鼻に対応する位置に設けられる鼻開口部を成し、鼻の両側縁及び下縁に沿って設けられる切断線５２から成る。鼻切り込み部５２の幅は、鼻切り込み部５２の上下方向いずれの位置においても、第１の実施形態による鼻切り込み部１２よりも長い。この切断線５２の両側縁及び下縁は直線から成り、両者は任意の半径を有する部分円により接続される。着用時においては、切断線５２内側の切片を使用者の鼻が押し上げ、これにより形成される開口に鼻が貫通するとともに、切片が鼻に密着する。開口に鼻が貫通することにより、使用者が容易に呼吸できる。
　エラ部５７ｒ、５７ｌは、半径４５ｍｍかつ任意の内角を有する部分円から成り、少なくとも鼻切り込み部５２より下方に位置する。顎部５８ｒ、５８ｌは、半径１７０ｍｍかつ任意の内角を有する部分円から成る。また、図３においてはシート状基材５０の下辺においてシート状基材５０の中央垂線Ｚと交わる部分２８ｃ（５８ｃ）の半径（Ｒ１）は１７０ｍｍである。耳近接部１６ｒとエラ部５７ｒ、エラ部５７ｒと顎部５８ｒとは、互いに連続となるように接続される。耳近接部１６ｌ、エラ部５７ｌ、顎部５８ｌも同様に互いに接続される。また、隣接する顎部５８ｒ、５８ｌどうしもまた、互いに連続となるように接続され、各々同一の中心を持つ部分円を形成する。エラ部５７ｒ、５７ｌ及び顎部５８ｒ、５８ｌの好ましい範囲は第１の実施形態と同様である。これにより、第１の実施形態と同様の効果を得る。
　シート状基材５０は、使用者の耳に掛け回される任意の構造を備えない。これにより、化粧液含浸フェイスマスク２は、耳に掛け回される構造を有する化粧液含浸マスクと比較して、使用者の髪を汚すことがない。
　シート状基材２０の材質、及び化粧液含浸フェイスマスク１を顔に装着した状態については、第１の実施形態と同様であるため、説明を省略する。
　本実施形態によれば、第１の実施形態と同様の効果を得る。
　次に、第３の実施形態による第３の化粧液含浸フェイスマスク３及び第３のシート状基材６０について図４を用いて説明する。
　化粧液含浸フェイスマスク３は、前述した実施形態に係る化粧料組成物と、この化粧料組成物を含浸させたフェイスマスク用シート状基材６０とから主に構成される。シート状基材６０は、目付けが３０～１００ｇ／ｍ2の範囲である１枚の不織布から成り、目切り込み部６１ｒ、６１ｌと、鼻切り込み部６２と、口開口部１３と、頂部１４ｒ、１４ｌと、こめかみ部１５ｒ、１５ｌと、耳近接部１６ｒ、１６ｌと、エラ部（下顎角部）６７ｒ、６７ｌと、顎部６８ｒ、６８ｌとを主に備える。シート状基材６０は、その重心を通って上下に走る中央垂線Ｚに対して線対称な形状である。図４では、各部の境界を破線で示した。第２のシート状基材は、目切り込み部６１ｒ、６１ｌ、鼻切込み部６２、エラ部６７ｒ、６７ｌ、及び顎部６８ｒ、６８ｌの態様が第１の実施形態と異なる。以下、これらについて主に説明し、第１の実施形態と同様の構成については、同じ符号を付して説明を省略する。
　目切り込み部６１ｒ、６１ｌは、使用者の目に対応する位置であって使用者の瞼の上縁に沿って設けられる切断線６１ｒ、６１ｌから成り、瞼を被覆する瞼部を形成する。この切断線６１ｒ、６１ｌは外側辺６１ｒ１、６１ｌ１、上側辺６１ｒ２、６１ｌ２、内上側辺６１ｒ３、６１ｌ３、内下側辺６１ｒ４、６１ｌ４の４つの曲線から各々構成される。外側辺６１ｒ１、６１ｌ１、上側辺６１ｒ２、６１ｌ２、内上側辺６１ｒ３、６１ｌ３、および内下側辺６１ｒ４、６１ｌ４は、図４に示すようにいずれも任意の半径を有する部分円から成り、各々接続される。着用時においては、切断線内側の切片が瞼に密着する。
　鼻切り込み部６２は、使用者の鼻に対応する位置であって、鼻の両側縁及び下縁に沿って設けられる切断線６２から成る。鼻切り込み部６２の幅は、鼻切り込み部６２の上下方向いずれの位置においても、第１の実施形態による鼻切り込み部１２よりも長い。また、鼻切り込み部６２の幅は、上下方向において、鼻切り込み部６２の上端において第２の実施形態による鼻切り込み部５２よりも短く、鼻切込み部６２の下端（下縁）において長い。この切断線６２の両側縁及び下縁は直線から成り、両者は任意の半径を有する部分円により接続される。着用時においては、切断線６２内側の切片を使用者の鼻が押し上げ、これにより形成される開口に鼻が貫通するとともに、切片が鼻に密着する。開口に鼻が貫通することにより、使用者が容易に呼吸できる。
　エラ部６７ｒ、６７ｌは、半径４５ｍｍかつ任意の内角を有する部分円から成り、少なくとも鼻切り込み部６２より下方に位置する。顎部６８ｒ、６８ｌは、半径２３０ｍｍかつ任意の内角を有する部分円から成る。また、図４においてはシート状基材６０の下辺においてシート状基材６０の中央垂線Ｚと交わる部分２８ｃ（６８ｃ）の半径（Ｒ１）は２３０ｍｍである。耳近接部１６ｒとエラ部６７ｒ、エラ部６７ｒと顎部６８ｒとは、互いに連続となるように接続される。耳近接部１６ｌ、エラ部６７ｌ、顎部６８ｌも同様に互いに接続される。また、隣接する顎部６８ｒ、６８ｌどうしもまた、互いに連続となるように接続され、各々同一の中心を持つ部分円を形成する。エラ部６７ｒ、６７ｌ及び顎部６８ｒ、６８ｌの好ましい範囲は第１の実施形態と同様である。これにより、第１の実施形態と同様の効果を得る。
　シート状基材６０は、使用者の耳に掛け回される任意の構造を備えない。これにより、化粧液含浸フェイスマスク３は、耳に掛け回される構造を有する化粧液含浸マスクと比較して、使用者の髪を汚すことがない。
　シート状基材６０の材質、及び化粧液含浸フェイスマスク１を顔に装着した状態については、第１の実施形態と同様であるため、説明を省略する。
　本実施形態によれば、第１の実施形態と同様の効果を得る。
　なお、頂部１４ｒ、１４ｌ、こめかみ部１５ｒ、１５ｌ、耳近接部１６ｒ、１６ｌ、エラ部２７ｒ、２７ｌ、５７ｒ、５７ｌ、６７ｒ、６７ｌ、顎部２８ｒ、２８ｌ、５８ｒ、５８ｌ、６８ｒ、６８ｌは、互いに連続となるように接続されなくてもよく、互いに接続されていればよい。
　なお、いずれの実施形態においても、目開口部２１ｒ、２１ｌ、目切り込み部６１ｒ、６１ｌ、鼻切り込み部１２、５２、６２、口開口部１３は設けられなくてもよい。
　なお、いずれの実施形態においても、スリット１９ｒ、１９ｌ、１９ｃは、設けられなくてもよいし、スリット１９ｒ、１９ｌ、１９ｃの一部のみが設けられてもよい。また、スリット１９ｒ、１９ｌ、１９ｃに加えてさらにスリットを設けてもよい。
　なお、いずれの実施形態においても、シート状基材２０、５０、６０の材質は、化粧料組成物を含浸することができるものであれば特に制限されない。シート状基材２０、５０、６０の材質は、不織布でなく、編布または織布から構成されてもよく、１枚でなく、複数の布から構成されてもよい。シート状基材２０、５０、６０は、積層体であってもよく、例えば、織布の積層体、不織布の積層体、織布と不織布の積層体などが挙げられる。
　なお、いずれの実施形態においても、シート状基材２０、５０、６０は、製造工程が簡便かつ低コストである点で、１枚の平坦シートから構成されることが好ましい。上記実施形態に係る化粧液含浸フェイスマスクは、平坦シートから構成されるシート状基材を用いた場合であっても密着性に優れ、装着時の剥離や中浮きが抑制されうる。
　なお、シート状基材２０、５０、６０の厚さは、本発明の効果を損なわない範囲であればよく、特に限定されないが、例えば、２０μｍ～１０００μｍであってよく、５０μｍ～６００μｍであってもよい。
　なお、いずれの実施形態においても、シート状基材２０、５０、６０は市販品の材料を用いてもよい。市販品としては、特に限定されないが、例えば、商品名「ＲＨ」、商品名「ＡＳ」（以上、ダイワボウポリテック株式会社製）、商品名「ＴＣＦ」（フタムラ化学株式会社製）、商品名「コットエース」（ユニチカ株式会社製）、商品名「クラフレックス」（株式会社クラレ製）、商品名「ベンリーゼ」（旭化成株式会社製）、商品名「サンモア」（三昭紙業株式会社製）等が挙げられる。
　なお、いずれの実施形態においても、シート状基材２０、５０、６０に含浸される化粧料組成物の量は、本発明のシート状基材１００重量部に対して、フェイスマスクの保湿目的および取り扱い性の点から、化粧料組成物が好ましくは４００～２，０００重量部、より好ましくは４５０～１，６００重量部、さらに好ましくは１４００～１６００重量部の割合であることが望ましい。シート状基材（２０、５０、６０）に含浸される化粧料組成物の量が、本発明のシート状基材１００重量部に対して、４００重量部以上であると十分な保湿効果が得られる。シート状基材（２０、５０、６０）に含浸される化粧料組成物の量が、本発明のシート状基材１００重量部に対して、２，０００重量部以下であると、フェイスマスクの取り扱い性に優れる。
　含浸方法としては、特に制限はなく、目的に応じて適宜選択することができ、例えば、シート状基材２０、５０、６０に化粧料組成物を滴下又は噴霧する方法や、シート状基材２０、５０、６０を化粧料組成物中に浸漬する方法が挙げられる。
　含浸後は、化粧料組成物中の成分の揮発を防止するため、密封性の良いアルミパウチ等で化粧液含浸フェイスマスク１、２、３を包装して提供することが好ましい。また、シート状基材２０、５０、６０と化粧料組成物とを組み合せてセット又はキットとし、使用時に化粧料組成物をシート状基材２０、５０、６０に含浸させて皮膚に適用する形態としてもよい。
　なお、いずれの実施形態においても、化粧液含浸フェイスマスク（シート状基材２０、５０、６０）１、２、３は、使用者の顔面全体を被覆しているが、使用者の顔面の少なくとも一部を被覆するよう構成されていてもよい。
　上記実施形態では、顔面全体を覆う化粧液含浸フェイスマスク１、２、３について説明したが、これらが分離形成された複数のマスク体から構成されてもよい。例えば、化粧液含浸フェイスマスクは、上下に分離形成された上部マスク体および下部マスク体を有する構造であってもよい。
　上記実施形態の化粧液含浸フェイスマスク１、２、３は、その用途に特別な制限はない。例えば、化粧料、医薬品、医薬部外品として好ましく利用できる。具体的にはスキンケア用途に好適に用いられ、美容効果、保湿効果など目的として、一定時間皮膚に貼り付けて利用される。
　以下、本発明を実施例に基づいて更に詳細に説明するが、本発明はこれら実施例にのみ限定されるものではない。以下の実施例は、特記しない限り、実験はすべて２５±３℃で実施した。
　下記で調製した化粧料組成物の物性の測定および評価は、以下に示す方法で行った。
　（１）曳糸長（ｍｍ）
　以下の工程１～３に記載の方法にしたがって、化粧料組成物の曳糸長（ｍｍ）を測定した。測定は、２５±３℃の温度で行った。
　工程１：容器Ａ（内径３０ｍｍ、容積１０ｍＬ）を準備し、容器Ａの縁と同じ高さになるように化粧料組成物の検体を充填する。
　工程２：粘弾性測定装置（サン電子株式会社製、ＣＲ－３０００ＥＸ）にステンレス製円盤状感圧軸（No.1アダプター、直径２０ｍｍ）を取り付け、上記工程１にて準備した検体が充填された容器Ａを粘弾性測定装置の測定台に配置し、検体の液面に感圧軸の下面を接触させる。
　工程３：１２００ｍｍ／分の速度で検体が充填された容器Ａを下降させて検体を引き離し、その際に検体と感圧軸との間に生じた曳糸長（検体が感圧軸に引っ張られて伸びた最大の長さ）（ｍｍ）を測定し、当該「曳糸長（ｍｍ）」と定義する。
　（２）密着性
　シート状基材として、不織布１～３を準備した。
不織布１（セルロース系不織布、目付６０ｇ／ｍ２）
不織布２（レーヨン／パルプ／レーヨンの３層構造、目付６０ｇ／ｍ２）
不織布３（リヨセル１００％、目付６０ｇ／ｍ２）
　化粧料組成物の検体　０．０５ｍLを前腕内側の皮膚に滴下し、該検体上に１０ｍｍ×２０ｍｍのサイズに切断した各シート状基材を配置し、静置した。皮膚上に滴下された検体は、シート状基材に含浸された。検体の滴下後１５分間静置した間のシート状基材の皮膚への密着性を以下の指標に基づいて評価した。
　　Ａ：開始直後から密着部位面積がほとんど減少せず、中浮きもない
　　Ｂ：徐々に僅かな中浮きが発生し、密着部位面積が僅かに減少する
　　Ｃ：開始直後から中浮きが確認され、密着部位面積が減少して乾燥感が見られる
　＜化粧料組成物の調製および評価（１）＞
　表１に示す各成分を配合して、化粧料組成物として化粧液１～５を調製し、前記した方法で、物性測定および評価を行った。結果を表１に示す。

　表１に示す成分は以下のとおりである。
増粘剤１：キサンタンガム（日清オイリオグループ株式会社製、ノムコートＺ）
　表１から、曳糸長が１０ｍｍ以上である化粧液３～５を含浸させたシート状基材は、肌への密着性に優れることが確認される。一方、曳糸長が１０ｍｍ未満である化粧液１，２を含浸させたシート状基材は肌への密着性に乏しいことが確認される。
　＜化粧料組成物の調製および評価（２）＞
　表２に示す各成分を配合して、化粧料組成物として化粧液６～８を調製し、前記した方法で、物性測定および評価を行った。また、本評価では不織布１を用いた。本評価においては、化粧液の粘度測定も行った。
　粘度測定は、Ｂ型粘度計（東機産業株式会社製、ＴＶＢ－２５Ｌ）にて、２５±３℃の温度において、ローターＮｏ．１、３０ｒｐｍ、６０秒の条件にて実施した。
　結果を表２に示す。なお、表２においては、化粧液６～８との比較のために、上記表１に示した化粧液４の組成および結果も示す。化粧液７は粘度が低く、測定できなかった。

　表２に示す成分は以下のとおりである。
増粘剤１：キサンタンガム（日清オイリオグループ株式会社製、ノムコートＺ）
増粘剤２：高重合ポリエチレングリコール（ダウ・ケミカル日本株式会社製、Ｐｏｌｙｏｘ　ＷＳＲ　Ｎ６０Ｋ）
増粘剤３：ヒドロキシエチルセルロース（アシュランド・ジャパン株式会社製、Ｎａｔｒｏｓｏｌ　２５０ＨＨＲ）
　表２からも、曳糸長が１０ｍｍ以上である化粧液４、６、８を含浸させたシート状基材は、肌への密着性に優れることが確認された。一方、曳糸長が１０ｍｍ未満である化粧液7を含浸させたシート状基材は肌への密着性に乏しいことが確認された。曳糸長に依存して密着性が改善される傾向にあることが本評価でも確認された。
　また、化粧液４、６～８の比較から、粘度と密着性との間に相関性は確認されなかった。また、曳糸長が粘度のみで制御できないことが分かった。
　また、化粧液１～８の比較から、異なる種類の増粘剤を用いた場合にも、曳糸長と密着性との間に相関性があることが確認できた。
　＜化粧液含浸フェイスマスクの作製＞
　化粧料組成物としての化粧液２、３および４　１５００重量部を、図１に示すフェイスマスク用シート状基材２０　１００重量部に含浸させ、化粧液含浸フェイスマスクＥ１、Ｅ２、およびＥ３を作製した。
　化粧料組成物として化粧液４を用い、図５に示す比較シート状基材３０を用いたこと以外は、上記と同様にして、化粧液含浸フェイスマスクＣ１を作製した。
　化粧料組成物として化粧液４を用い、図７に示す比較シート状基材４０を用いたこと以外は、上記と同様にして、化粧液含浸フェイスマスクＣ２を作製した。
　図５に示す比較シート状基材３０および図７に示す比較シート状基材４０は従来例に相当する。図５および図７において、第１の実施形態と同様の構成については、同じ符号を付した。比較シート状基材３０は、顎部３８ｒ、３８ｌの態様、及びエラ部を有さない点が第１の実施形態と異なる。比較シート状基材４０は、エラ部４７ｒ、４７ｌ、及び顎部４８ｒ、４８ｌの態様が第１の実施形態と異なる。
　各化粧液含浸フェイスマスクに用いた化粧料組成物およびシート状基材の構成を表３に示す。表３中、Ｒ１は、シート状基材の中央垂線と交わる部分（２８ｃ、３８ｃ、４８ｃ）の曲線（それぞれ、２８ｒ及び２８ｌ、３８ｒ及び３８ｌ、４８ｒ及び４８ｌ）の半径に対応し、Ｌは、鼻切り込み部から前記シート状基材の下辺までの長さ、すなわち、鼻切り込み部１２の最下部から顎部２８ｒ及び２８ｌの最下部（２８ｃ、３８ｃ、４８ｃ）までの長さに対応し、Ｒ２はエラ部（それぞれ２７ｒ及び２７ｌ、４７ｒ及び４７ｌ）曲線の半径に対応する。

　＜マスク形状の評価＞
　上記で作製した各化粧液含浸フェイスマスクを、使用者の顔面から顎下を覆うように貼付した。
　図２、図６、および図８はそれぞれ、化粧液含浸フェイスマスクＥ３、Ｃ１およびＣ２を着用した状態を示す概略図である。
　図２に示すように、半径Ｒ１が１７０～２３０ｍｍの範囲にある図１に示すシート状基材２０を用いた化粧液含浸フェイスマスクは、使用者の顎および顔の輪郭の曲線に対応でき、かつ使用者の顎下およびエラ部分が被覆される。
　一方、図６に示すように、半径Ｒ１が１７０ｍｍ未満である図５に示す比較シート状基材３０を用いた化粧液含浸フェイスマスクは、エラ部分（図６中の二点鎖線で囲んだ部分）を被覆することができない。
　また、図８に示すように、半径Ｒ１が２３０ｍｍを超える図７に示す比較シート状基材４０を用いた化粧液含浸フェイスマスクは、マスクの下端が使用者の首部（図８中の二点鎖線で囲んだ部分）に達してしまう。使用者の首部の被覆は装着時のマスクの剥離を招きやすいうえ、衣類への汚染の原因になる場合があり、好ましくない。
　＜密着性評価＞
　化粧液含浸フェイスマスクＥ１、Ｅ２、およびＥ３について、以下の方法によりマスク密着性を評価した。表４に結果を示す。
　（マスク密着性）
　得られた各化粧液含浸フェイスマスクを、使用者の顔面から顎下を覆うように貼付し、１５分間静置し、１５分後におけるフェイスマスクの密着性を観察し、以下の基準で評価した。
　Ａ：１５分後時点でフェイスマスクの剥離がなく、中浮きも生じず、密着状態が保たれている
　Ｂ：１５分後時点でフェイスマスクの剥離はないが、一つ以上の中浮きが生じた
　Ｃ：１５分後時点でフェイスマスクの剥離が生じた

　表４から、曳糸長が１０ｍｍ以上である化粧液３および４を含浸させた化粧液含浸フェイスマスクＥ２およびＥ３は、肌への密着性に優れ、剥離を抑制できることが確認される。一方、曳糸長が１０ｍｍ未満である化粧液２を含浸させた化粧液含浸フェイスマスクＥ１は、肌への密着性が不十分であり、顎下部の剥離がみられた。
　以上、本発明の好ましい実施形態および実施例を説明したが、本発明はこれらに限定されることはない。本発明の趣旨を逸脱しない範囲で、構成の付加、省略、置換、およびその他の変更が可能である。
　例えば、フェイスマスクの形状や物性が、化粧料組成物を含浸する前の状態（ドライ）と含浸後の状態（ウェット）とで変化することがあるが、フェイスマスクがドライの状態であっても、フェイスマスクがウェットの状態であっても、ウェットの状態のフェイスマスクを乾燥させたフェイスマスクであっても、上記実施形態に示した範囲に含まれれば、本発明の範囲に含まれる。
　また、例えば、フェイスマスクを構成するシート状基材の素材や織り方の種類によって、化粧料組成物の含浸後の伸縮率等の物性に影響がある場合もあるが、フェイスマスクがドライの状態であっても、フェイスマスクがウェットの状態であっても、ウェットの状態のフェイスマスクを乾燥させたマスクであっても、上記実施形態に示した範囲に含まれれば、本発明の範囲に含まれる。
　本発明の範囲は以上の説明に拘束されることはなく、上記例示以外についても、本発明の趣旨を損なわない範囲で適宜変更し実施し得る。なお、本明細書に記載した全ての文献及び刊行物は、その目的にかかわらず参照によりその全体を本明細書に組み込むものとする。また、本明細書は、本願の優先権主張の基礎となる日本国特許出願である特願2020-072100号(2020年4月14日出願)の特許請求の範囲、明細書の開示内容を包含する。
　本発明の化粧液含浸フェイスマスクは、例えば、化粧料、医薬品、医薬部外品として好ましく利用でき、特にスキンケア用途として好適に使用することができる。

Claims (13)

  1. 　使用者の顔面の少なくとも一部を被覆するように構成されたシート状基材と、
    　前記シート状基材に含浸された化粧料組成物とを備えるフェイスマスクであって、
    　前記シート状基材は、使用者の鼻が貫通する鼻切り込み部を備え、
    　前記鼻切り込み部の最下部から前記シート状基材の下辺までの長さＬが、８０～１００ｍｍの範囲であり、
    　前記シート状基材の下辺において前記シート状基材の中央垂線と交わる部分の曲線の半径Ｒ１が１７０～２３０ｍｍの範囲であり、
    　前記化粧料組成物は、１２００ｍｍ／分の速度で引き離された場合の曳糸長が１０ｍｍ以上である、フェイスマスク。
  2. 　前記鼻切り込み部より下方に位置し、４０～６０ｍｍの範囲の半径Ｒ２を有する曲線から成るエラ部をさらに備える、請求項１に記載のフェイスマスク。
  3. 　前記エラ部は、前記シート状基材の下辺と連続した曲線を成す、請求項２に記載のフェイスマスク。
  4. 　前記化粧料組成物は、前記化粧料組成物の全重量に対して、０．００１～５重量％の増粘剤および０．１～５０重量％の湿潤剤を含む、請求項1～３のいずれか一項に記載のフェイスマスク。
  5. 　前記シート状基材は、使用者の口に対応する位置に設けられる口開口部、および、使用者の目に対応する位置に設けられる目開口部または使用者の瞼を被覆するように構成される瞼部を形成するための目切り込み部の少なくとも一つを備える、請求項１～４のいずれか一項に記載のフェイスマスク。
  6. 　前記シート状基材は、1枚の平坦シートから構成される、請求項１～５のいずれか一項に記載のフェイスマスク。
  7. 　前記シート状基材は、使用者の耳に接触しないように構成されている、請求項１～６のいずれか一項に記載のフェイスマスク。
  8. 　前記シート状基材は、不織布、編布、または織布から構成される、請求項１～７のいずれか一項に記載のフェイスマスク。
  9. 　前記シート状基材は、不織布を含み、前記不織布の目付けが、３０～１００ｇ／ｍ2の範囲である、請求項８に記載のフェイスマスク。
  10. 　前記シート状基材１００重量部に対して、前記化粧料組成物が４００～２，０００重量部の割合で含浸されている、請求項１～９のいずれか一項に記載のフェイスマスク。
  11. 　化粧料組成物が含浸されたシート状基材を有し、
    　前記化粧料組成物は、１２００ｍｍ／分の速度で引き離された場合の曳糸長が１０ｍｍ以上である、フェイスマスク。
  12. 　フェイスマスク用シート状基材であって、
    　使用者の顔面を被覆するように構成され、
    　使用者の鼻が貫通する鼻切り込み部を備え、
    　前記鼻切り込み部の最下部から前記シート状基材の下辺までの長さＬが、８０～１００ｍｍの範囲であり、
    　前記シート状基材の下辺において前記シート状基材の中央垂線と交わる部分の曲線の半径Ｒ１が１７０～２３０ｍｍの範囲である、シート状基材。
  13. 　前記鼻切り込み部より下方に位置し、４０～６０ｍｍの範囲の半径Ｒ２を有する曲線から成るエラ部を有する、請求項１２に記載のシート状基材。
