现有用于儿童早教的玩具,大多玩具的结构简单,功能单一,整体的趣味性和娱乐性较差,从而无法激发儿童的玩耍乐趣,早教效果也比较差。

本实用新型旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此,本实用新型提出一种早教玩具,以解决现有早教玩具的趣味性和娱乐性较低,早教效果不好的问题。
根据本实用新型实施例的一种早教玩具,用于配合多个球体使用,所述早教玩具包括:壳体,所述壳体上设有进球口和出球口,所述壳体内设有滑道,所述滑道的一端与所述进球口相连且另一端与所述出球口相连;转动件,所述转动件可枢转地设在所述壳体的底部;止挡件,所述止挡件设在所述壳体内,所述止挡件至少部分可往复活动地设在所述出球口内或设在所述滑道的靠近所述出球口的一端,以阻挡或释放所述球体;驱动件,所述驱动件与所述转动件和所述止挡件相连,所述驱动件用于驱使所述止挡件活动和驱使所述转动件相对所述壳体转动。
根据本实用新型实施例的早教玩具,通过结合球体使用方便儿童早教记数,止挡件和驱动件共同作用能够实现玩具吞球和吐球的游戏玩法,而通过转动件和驱动件共同作用可以实现玩具转动,整个玩具的趣味性和娱乐性较强,容易激发儿童的玩耍乐趣。
一些实施例中,所述滑道为自上而下且外圈逐渐增大的螺旋滑道,所述进球口设在所述壳体的顶部。

如图1至图3所示,根据本实用新型实施例的一种早教玩具100,用于配合多个球体200使用,早教玩具100包括:壳体10、转动件20、止挡件30、驱动件40。
壳体10上设有进球口101和出球口102,壳体10内设有滑道103,滑道103的一端与进球口101相连且另一端与出球口102相连,配合球体200使用时,球体200可从进球口101进入,然后经过滑道103从出球口102滑出。
转动件20可枢转地设在壳体10的底部,也就是说,转动件20的底部接触地面或平台,壳体10通过转动件20能够实现旋转动作,提高玩耍的娱乐性。
止挡件30设在壳体10内,止挡件30至少部分可往复活动地设在出球口102内或设在滑道103的靠近出球口102的一端,以阻挡或释放球体200。即通过止挡件30可起到控制球体200以从壳体10滑出的作用。例如,止挡件30的部分可以是设在出球口102内的,此时阻挡球体200,防止其滑出,而当止挡件30的部分活动到位于出球口102的外部时,释放球体200,使其从出球口102滑出。止挡件30的部分还可以是设在滑道103的靠近出球口102的一端,此时阻挡球体200在滑道103内防止其滑出,而当止挡件30的部分活动到位于滑道103的外部时,释放球体200,使其从出球口102滑出。由于止挡件30的部分是可往复活动的,因此在释放球体200后可恢复原位,从而阻挡下一个球体200的运动,再次实现阻挡和释放球体200。
驱动件40与转动件20和止挡件30相连,驱动件40用于驱使止挡件30活动和驱使转动件20相对壳体10转动,从而提供转动件20和止挡件30活动所需的动力。
需要说明的是,本实用新型的早教玩具100可用于儿童早教,儿童在玩耍时将球体200从壳体10的进球口101一个个放入,球体200经过滑道103到达出球口102的附近,被止挡件30阻挡住,壳体10上可设置相应的启动开关,通过控制开关打开驱动件40,使止挡件30活动释放球体200,最终球体200从出球口102滑出,整个进球和出球的过程,方便学习记数,儿童早教效果比较好。同时驱动件40控制转动件20转动,使玩具100可转动一圈或多圈,娱乐性也大大增强。
值得说明的是,壳体10的外观可做成卡通人物或动物外形,从而进一步提高玩具100的趣味性,例如将壳体10的外形做成螃蟹,进球口101设在螃蟹的顶部,出球口102设在螃蟹的一个蟹钳处,整体可模拟出一种螃蟹吞球和吐球的动作,儿童将球体200从螃蟹的顶部放入,接着从蟹钳处吐出,螃蟹旋转一圈后再次正对儿童,趣味性更强,有利于激发玩耍的乐趣和积极性。
根据本实用新型实施例的早教玩具100,通过结合球体200使用方便儿童早教记数,止挡件30和驱动件40共同作用能够实现玩具吞球和吐球的游戏玩法,而通过转动件20和驱动件40共同作用可以实现玩具转动,整个玩具的趣味性和娱乐性较强,容易激发 儿童的玩耍乐趣。
一些实施例中,如图1所示,滑道103为自上而下且外圈逐渐增大的螺旋滑道,螺旋滑道延长了球体200落下的行程,可保证出球的效果。进球口101设在壳体10的顶部,可以保证球体200具有足够的下落高度,在出球时可以获得更高的出球速度,出球效果也更好。
一些实施例中,早教玩具100还包括:记数件50和多个发光件(图未示出)。记数件50设在进球口101或/和出球口102上,以记数进球数量或出球数量,例如,记数件50设在进球口101,可以记录放入球体200的数量;记数件50也可设在出球口102上,记录滑出球体200的数量;记数件50还可同时设在进球口101和出球口102上,既能记录放入球体200的数量,还能记录滑出球体200的数量。多个发光件均设在壳体10上且与记数件50电连接,每个发光件分别表示不同数量的球体200,也就是说,多个发光件上可标记上不同的数字,当放入不同数量的球体200后,具有对应标记数字的发光件亮起,表示放入了几个球体200。例如,当壳体10的外形做成螃蟹时,螃蟹具有八条腿和两个蟹钳,设置九个发光件,九个发光件设在螃蟹的八条腿和一个蟹钳上,且依次在九个发光件上标记数字1、2、3、4、5、6、7、8、9,当放入一个球体200时,标记数字1的发光件亮起,当放入第二个球体200时,标记数字2的发光件亮起,依次类推,最终实现标记数字9的发光件亮起。通过该方式可以形成一种游戏模式的玩法,即随意塞球后,发光件的灯光点亮或闪烁,螃蟹转动喷球,这种玩法由于增加了灯光效果,因此趣味性进一步增强。
可选的,如图1所示,早教玩具100还包括:多个按键70,多个按键70与多个发光件为一一对应设置,多个按键70均与驱动件40电连接;其中,每个按键70触发后驱动件40驱使止挡件30活动以释放对应数量的球体200。也就是说,按键70和发光件对应设置,例如发光件设在按键70内,按键70构成驱动件40的开关,当按下发光件后同时按下按键70,启动驱动件40使得止挡件30活动后释放球体200,从而将所有的球体200从滑道103中清出,与此同时转动件20转动一圈或多圈,这样娱乐性比较强。
可选的,如图2所示,早教玩具100还包括:发声件80,发声件80与多个按键70电连接,发声件80构造成当按键70触发后,发声件80语音播报释放的球体200的数量。结合发声件80可以形成一种学习模式的玩法,例如,根据塞球的数量,发声件80可以语音数数,使得早教玩具100实现记忆读数的功能,帮助儿童认知数量,然后儿童通过按下发光件和按键70,螃蟹转动后把壳体10内所有的球体200清出,提高儿童的学习能力,实现早教功能。值得说明的是,发声件80还可以连接控制器,从而实现一种问答模式的玩法,与儿童实现互动,例如,通过语音提示进球数量来按按键70,儿童 操作正确后,发声件80释放鼓励的音乐,进一步提升早教效果。
一些实施例中,如图1和图2所示,记数件50包括:第一叶片开关51和第二叶片开关52。第一叶片开关51设在进球套90上,球体200进入进球口101时触动第一叶片开关51的叶片,也就是说,当第一个球体200进入时触动一次第一叶片开关51,记数为1,当第二个球体200进入时再次触动第一叶片开关51,记数为2,以此类推记数进球数量。第二叶片开关52设在出球口102上,球体200滚出出球口102时触动第二叶片开关52的叶片,和记数进球的原理相同,当第一个球体200滑出时触动一次第二叶片开关52,记数为1,当第二个球体200滑出时再次触动第二叶片开关52,记数为2,以此类推记数出球数量。
可选的,进球套90内套在进球口101上,如图4所示,进球套90的顶部形成为敞口,进球套90的侧部设有通孔901,通孔901与滑道103相连通,球体200从进球套90的敞口放入,从通孔901进入到滑道103内,方便放入球体200。
可选的,如图4所示,进球套90上设有防误触机构91,防误触机构91包括:可枢转的第一触发件911、可枢转的第二触发件912、弹性件913。第一触发件911上具有伸入进球套90内的第一接触部9111;第二触发件912上具有伸入进球套90内的第二接触部9121,第二接触部9121的远离进球套90的一侧止抵在第一叶片开关51的叶片上;弹性件913设在第一触发件911和第二触发件912之间。也就是说,弹性件913的弹性作用可保持第一触发件911的第一接触部9111和第二触发件912的第二接触部9121始终处于进球套90内,这样只有进球套90内放入球体200时才会触发第一接触部9111和第二接触部9121,引起第一叶片开关51记数,由于弹性件913的弹性力作用,在不放入球体200时第一接触部9111和第二接触部9121不易被触发,可起到防误触作用。
具体地,如图4所示,第一触发件911为弧形板,第一触发件911的一端转动连接在进球套90上,第一触发件911的另一端形成第一接触部9111。第二触发件912为弧形板,第二触发件912的一端转动连接在进球套90上,第二触发件912的另一端形成第二接触部9121。通过该方式,放入球体200时,球体200接触第一接触部9111和第二接触部9121,推动第一触发件911和第二触发件912转动,从而使得球体200能够放入进球套90内,第二触发件912在转动的同时触发第一叶片开关51实现记数。第一触发件911和第二触发件912通过这种转动方式实现防误触,结构简单,防误触效果较好。
具体地,如图4所示,弹性件913为弹簧,第一触发件911的靠近第二触发件912的一端设有容纳槽9112,弹性件913位于容纳槽9112内,进球套90上设有位于容纳槽9112内的定位板914,弹簧的一端止抵在容纳槽9112的槽壁上且另一端止抵在定位板914上,而第二触发件912的一端止抵在第一触发件911上。通过该方式,自然状态下, 弹簧伸长,弹簧的作用力保持第一触发件911紧贴在进球套90的侧壁上,同时由于第一触发件911和第二触发件912之间的抵靠作用,使得第二触发件912同样可以紧贴在进球套90的侧壁上。当球体200通过进球套90后,被压缩的弹簧复位,弹性作用力使得第一触发件911复位,同样由于第一触发件911和第二触发件912之间的抵靠作用,第二触发件912也可以实现复位。
可选的,如图1和图2所示,壳体10上设有可移动的第三触发件92,第三触发件92的一端伸入出球口102内且另一端止抵在第二叶片开关52的叶片上。例如,第三触发件92可以是滑动设在壳体10上的,当球体200滑出时,推动第三触发件92向远离出球口102的一侧移动出,使第三触发件92触发第二叶片开关52的叶片,记数出球数量。采用这种方式方便球体200触发第二叶片开关52。
一些实施例中,如图5所示,止挡件30包括:偏心轮31和推杆32。偏心轮31可枢转地设在壳体10内;推杆32可移动地设在壳体10内,推杆32的一端伸入出球口102内,偏心轮31与推杆32滑动相连以驱动推杆32伸入或伸出出球口102。可以理解为,推杆32的一端位于出球口102内,球体200经过时被阻挡在此处,无法通过。当偏心轮31转动时,偏心轮31可以拖动推杆32的另一端移动,使推杆32的一端伸出出球口102,此时球体200处没有阻挡,可以允许球体200滑出。
具体的,如图5所示,偏心轮31上设有驱动柱311,推杆32包括主体部321和垂直于主体部321的驱动部322,驱动部322上设有滑槽3221,驱动柱311配合在滑槽3221上。这样偏心轮31可转动180度范围,驱使驱动柱311沿滑槽3221滑动,从而推动驱动部322移动,并最终推动主体部321伸入进球套90内阻挡球体200;当偏心轮31继续转动180度范围,又可拖动驱动部322往回运动,从而使主体部321伸出进球套90释放球体200。
可选的,如图5所示,驱动件40包括:驱动电机42和多个依次相啮合的齿轮41,多个齿轮41中位于一端的齿轮41连接在偏心轮31上,多个齿轮41中的任一个齿轮41连接在转动件20上;驱动电机42连接在多个齿轮41中位于另一端的齿轮41上,以驱动多个齿轮41转动。也就是说,驱动电机42带动一个齿轮41转动,进而驱动所有齿轮41转动,其中的一个齿轮41连接转动件20并使得转动件20转动,实现玩具100旋转,其中的另一个齿轮41则连接在偏心轮31上并使得偏心轮31转动,从而驱动推杆32以实现阻挡和释放球体200的作用。
一些实施例中,如图5所示,驱动件40还包括上机壳43和下机壳44,上机壳43可拆卸地设在下机壳44上,驱动电机42设在上机壳43上,多个齿轮41均可转动地设在上机壳43上,上机壳43和下机壳44用于实现驱动电机42和齿轮41的安装。
一些实施例中,壳体10内设有控制器(图未示出),驱动件40、记数件50、发光件、按键70、发声件80均与控制器相连,控制器用于控制各组件工作,壳体10上设有开关104,开关104连接控制器,用于开启或关闭早教玩具100。
下面结合附图,描述本实用新型早教玩具100的一个具体实施例。
如图1至图5所示,一种早教玩具100,用于配合多个球体200使用,早教玩具100包括:壳体10、转动件20、止挡件30、驱动件40、记数件50、发光件、按键70、发声件80,
壳体10的外形为被构造成螃蟹,具有八只脚和两个蟹钳,壳体10上设有进球口101和出球口102,壳体10内设有滑道103,滑道103的一端与进球口101相连且另一端与出球口102相连,滑道103为自上而下且外圈逐渐增大的螺旋滑道,进球口101设在壳体10的顶部。转动件20可枢转地设在壳体10的底部。
止挡件30设在壳体10内,止挡件30至少部分可往复活动地设在出球口102内或设在滑道103的靠近出球口102的一端,以阻挡或释放球体200。止挡件30包括:偏心轮31和推杆32。偏心轮31可枢转地设在壳体10内;推杆32可移动地设在壳体10内,推杆32的一端伸入出球口102内,偏心轮31与推杆32滑动相连以驱动推杆32伸入或伸出出球口102。偏心轮31上设有驱动柱311,推杆32包括主体部321和垂直于主体部321的驱动部322,驱动部322上设有滑槽3221,驱动柱311配合在滑槽3221上。
驱动件40与转动件20和止挡件30相连,驱动件40用于驱使止挡件30活动和驱使转动件20相对壳体10转动。驱动件40包括:驱动电机42、多个依次相啮合的齿轮41、上机壳43、下机壳44,多个齿轮41中位于一端的齿轮41连接在偏心轮31上,多个齿轮41中的任一个齿轮41连接在转动件20上;驱动电机42连接在多个齿轮41中位于另一端的齿轮41上,以驱动多个齿轮41转动,上机壳43可拆卸地设在下机壳44上,驱动电机42设在上机壳43上,多个齿轮41均可转动地设在上机壳43上。
记数件50设在进球口101和出球口102上,以记数进球数量或出球数量,发光件为九个且分别设在螃蟹的八个脚和一个蟹钳上,九个发光件均与记数件50电连接,每个发光件分别表示不同数量的球体200,九个发光件上依次标记数字1、2、3、4、5、6、7、8、9。记数件50包括:第一叶片开关51和第二叶片开关52。第一叶片开关51设在进球套90上,球体200进入进球口101时触动第一叶片开关51的叶片,第二叶片开关52设在出球口102上,球体200滚出出球口102时触动第二叶片开关52的叶片。
按键70与发光件为一一对应设置,按键70均与驱动件40电连接。发声件80与多个按键70电连接,发声件80构造成当按键70触发后,发声件80语音播报释放的球体 200的数量。
进球套90内套在进球口101上,进球套90的顶部形成为敞口,进球套90的侧部设有通孔901,通孔901与滑道103相连通。
进球套90上设有防误触机构91,防误触机构91包括:可枢转的第一触发件911、可枢转的第二触发件912、弹性件913。第一触发件911上具有伸入进球套90内的第一接触部9111;第二触发件912上具有伸入进球套90内的第二接触部9121,第二接触部9121的远离进球套90的一侧止抵在第一叶片开关51的叶片上;弹性件913设在第一触发件911和第二触发件912之间。第一触发件911为弧形板,第一触发件911的一端转动连接在进球套90上,第一触发件911的另一端形成第一接触部9111。第二触发件912为弧形板,第二触发件912的一端转动连接在进球套90上,第二触发件912的另一端形成第二接触部9121。
第一触发件911为弧形板,第一触发件911的一端转动连接在进球套90上,第一触发件911的另一端形成第一接触部9111。第二触发件912为弧形板,第二触发件912的一端转动连接在进球套90上,第二触发件912的另一端形成第二接触部9121。弹性件913为弹簧,第一触发件911的靠近第二触发件912的一端设有容纳槽9112,弹性件913位于容纳槽9112内,进球套90上设有位于容纳槽9112内的定位板914,弹簧的一端止抵在容纳槽9112的槽壁上且另一端止抵在定位板914上,而第二触发件912的一端止抵在第一触发件911上。
壳体10上设有可移动的第三触发件92,第三触发件92的一端伸入出球口102内且另一端止抵在第二叶片开关52的叶片上。
根据本实用新型实施例的早教玩具100的其他构成等以及操作对于本领域普通技术人员而言都是已知的,这里不再详细描述。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种早教玩具,用于配合多个球体使用,其特征在于,所述早教玩具包括:
    壳体,所述壳体上设有进球口和出球口,所述壳体内设有滑道,所述滑道的一端与所述进球口相连且另一端与所述出球口相连;
    转动件,所述转动件可枢转地设在所述壳体的底部;
    止挡件,所述止挡件设在所述壳体内,所述止挡件至少部分可往复活动地设在所述出球口内或设在所述滑道的靠近所述出球口的一端,以阻挡或释放所述球体;
    驱动件,所述驱动件与所述转动件和所述止挡件相连,所述驱动件用于驱使所述止挡件活动和驱使所述转动件相对所述壳体转动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的早教玩具,其特征在于,所述滑道为自上而下且外圈逐渐增大的螺旋滑道,所述进球口设在所述壳体的顶部。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的早教玩具,其特征在于,还包括:
    记数件,所述记数件设在所述进球口或/和所述出球口上,以记数进球数量或出球数量;
    多个发光件,多个所述发光件均设在所述壳体上且与所述记数件电连接,每个所述发光件分别表示不同数量的所述球体。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的早教玩具,其特征在于,还包括:
    多个按键,多个所述按键与多个所述发光件为一一对应设置,多个所述按键均与所述驱动件电连接;其中,每个所述按键触发后所述驱动件驱使所述止挡件活动以释放对应数量的所述球体。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的早教玩具,其特征在于,还包括:
    发声件,所述发声件与多个所述按键电连接,所述发声件构造成当所述按键触发后,所述发声件语音播报释放的所述球体的数量。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的早教玩具,其特征在于,所述记数件包括:
    第一叶片开关,所述进球口上设有进球套,所述第一叶片开关设在所述进球套上,所述球体进入所述进球口时触动所述第一叶片开关的叶片;
    第二叶片开关,所述第二叶片开关设在所述出球口上,所述球体滚出所述出球口时触动所述第二叶片开关的叶片。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的早教玩具,其特征在于,所述进球套上设有防误触机构,所述防误触机构包括:
    可枢转的第一触发件,所述第一触发件上具有伸入所述进球套内的第一接触部;
    可枢转的第二触发件,所述第二触发件上具有伸入所述进球套内的第二接触部,所述第二接触部的远离所述进球套的一侧止抵在所述第一叶片开关的叶片上;
    弹性件,所述弹性件设在所述第一触发件和所述第二触发件之间。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的早教玩具,其特征在于,所述壳体上设有可移动的第三触发件,所述第三触发件的一端伸入所述出球口内且另一端止抵在所述第二叶片开关的叶片上。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的早教玩具,其特征在于,所述止挡件包括:
    偏心轮,所述偏心轮可枢转地设在所述壳体内;
    推杆,所述推杆可移动地设在所述壳体内,所述推杆的一端伸入所述出球口内,所述偏心轮与所述推杆滑动相连以驱动所述推杆伸入或伸出所述出球口。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的早教玩具,其特征在于,所述驱动件包括:
    多个依次相啮合的齿轮,多个所述齿轮中位于一端的所述齿轮连接在所述偏心轮上,多个所述齿轮中的任一个所述齿轮连接在所述转动件上;
    驱动电机,所述驱动电机连接在多个所述齿轮中位于另一端的所述齿轮上,以驱动多个所述齿轮转动。
