背景技术
现有的音圈马达主要包括镜头、镜头架、磁石、线圈、弹片及外壳,外壳呈方形。

本发明的目的是提供一种五轴OIS结构的音圈马达、照相装置及电子设备,通过三轴OIS机构实现音圈马达平移及偏转的防抖功能,及通过云台OIS机构实现音圈马达翻转防抖功能,实现五轴OIS功能,提升音圈马达防抖性能。
本发明的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种五轴OIS结 构的音圈马达,包括音圈马达主体,所述音圈马达主体设置有三轴OIS机构,所述三轴OIS机构外侧设置有云台OIS机构;
所述三轴OIS机构包括设置于所述音圈马达主体外侧的套设于所述音圈马达主体的驱动架、设置于所述驱动架的底座、PCB电路板、连接于所述底座的线圈固定板、若干个设置于所述线圈固定板并与音圈马达主体内的磁石相对应的三轴OIS线圈,所述线圈固定板位于音圈马达主体远离音圈马达主体内镜头的一端,所述驱动架可相对于底座活动;
所述云台OIS机构包括设置于所述驱动架外侧并与底座连接的壳体、设置于所述壳体内并与音圈马达主体连接的安装弹簧、四个个设置于所述壳体且内侧壁的云台磁石、四个设置于所述驱动架侧壁并与云台磁石对应的云台线圈。

本发明的进一步设置为:所述安装弹簧包括呈环状并与音圈马达主体连接的固定环部、位于所述固定环部外侧的连接环部、两个设置于连接环部与固定环部之间且呈对称设置的第一连接部、连接于所述连接环部外侧壁且与第一连接部呈相对设置的第二连接部、连接于第二连接部并于壳体内壁连接的安装部,所述固定环部、第一连接部、连接环部、第二连接部、安装部一体成型设置。
本发明的进一步设置为:所述壳体内壁设置有供安装部连接的安装环。
本发明的进一步设置为:所述三轴OIS线圈为柔印线圈,所述三轴OIS线圈印刷于线圈固定板。
本发明的进一步设置为:一种照相装置,包括权利要求1至5任意一条权利要求所述的五轴OIS结构的音圈马达。
本发明的进一步设置为:一种电子设备,包括权利要求1至5任意一条权利要求所述的五轴OIS结构的音圈马达。
综上所述,本发明具有以下有益效果:
当对三轴OIS线圈进行通电后,音圈马达主体及驱动架垂直于镜头方形位移时,三轴OIS线圈与音圈马达主体内的磁石之间的作用力驱动音圈马达主体及驱动架快速复位,实现水平位移防抖,同时当音圈马达主体已镜头方形为轴线偏转时,三轴OIS线圈与音圈马达主体内的磁石之间的作用力亦驱动音圈马达主体及驱动架快速偏转复位,从而实现音圈马达三轴防抖功能;
云台线圈通电后,当音圈马达主体及驱动架出现翻转时,通过云台线圈及云台磁石之间的作用力实现驱动音圈马达主体驱动架快速纠正复位,实现两个垂直轴向方向翻转防抖功能;
因此通过三轴OIS机构及云台OIS机构实现音圈马达五轴防抖功能,提升音圈马达防抖性能。
通过安装弹簧有效固定音圈马达相对位置,并保持音圈马达平衡稳定,同时方便三轴OIS机构及云台OIS机构实现对音圈马达防抖功能。
通过三轴OIS线圈为柔印线圈可以有效缩小本实施例的体积尺寸,节约加工成本。

图中数字所表示的相应部件名称:1、音圈马达主体;2、驱动架;3、 底座;4、PCB电路板;5、线圈固定板;6、三轴OIS线圈;7、壳体;8、安装弹簧;9、云台磁石;10、云台线圈;11、固定环部;12、连接环部;13、第一连接部;14、第二连接部;15、安装部;16、安装环。
具体实施方式
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合图示与具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1:如图1至图4所示,本发明提出的一种五轴OIS结构的音圈马达,包括音圈马达主体1,音圈马达主体1可以为现有的音圈马达结构,音圈马达主体1设置有三轴OIS机构,三轴OIS机构外侧设置有云台OIS机构。
其中三轴OIS机构包括设置于音圈马达主体1外侧的套设于音圈马达主体1的驱动架2、设置于驱动架2的底座3、PCB电路板4、连接于底座3的线圈固定板5、若干个设置于线圈固定板5并与音圈马达主体1内的磁石相对应的三轴OIS线圈6,线圈固定板5位于音圈马达主体1远离音圈马达主体1内镜头的一端,音圈马达主体1安装于驱动架2,驱动架2可相对于底座3活动。三轴OIS线圈6设置为八个,音圈马达主体1内的每个磁石对应两个三轴OIS线圈6,即两个相邻的三轴OIS线圈6位于音圈马达主体1内的磁石正下方。当对三轴OIS线圈6进行通电后,音圈马达主体1及驱动架2垂直于镜头方形位移时,三轴OIS线圈6与音圈马达主体1内的磁石之间的作用力驱动音圈马达主体1及驱动架2快速复位,实现水平位移防抖,同时当音圈马达主体1已镜头方形为轴线偏转时,三轴OIS线圈6与音圈马达主体1内的磁石之间的作用力亦驱动音圈马达主体1及驱动架2快速偏转复位,从而实现音圈马达三轴防抖功能。
云台OIS机构包括设置于驱动架2外侧并与底座3连接的壳体7、设 置于壳体7内并与音圈马达主体1连接的安装弹簧8、四个个设置于壳体7且内侧壁的云台磁石9、四个设置于驱动架2侧壁并与云台磁石9对应的云台线圈10。壳体7与底座3固定安装,并包覆音圈马达主体1及驱动架2,通过安装弹簧8实现音圈马达主体1及驱动架2悬于壳体7内,方便实现防抖功能。云台线圈10通电后,当音圈马达主体1及驱动架2出现翻转时,通过云台线圈10及云台磁石9之间的作用力实现驱动音圈马达主体1驱动架2快速纠正复位,实现两个垂直轴向方向翻转防抖功能。
因此通过三轴OIS机构及云台OIS机构实现音圈马达五轴防抖功能,提升音圈马达防抖性能。
其中安装弹簧8具体结构为:包括呈环状并与音圈马达主体1连接的固定环部11、位于固定环部11外侧的连接环部12、两个设置于连接环部12与固定环部11之间且呈对称设置的第一连接部13、连接于连接环部12外侧壁且与第一连接部13呈相对设置的第二连接部14、连接于第二连接部14并于壳体7内壁连接的安装部15,固定环部11、第一连接部13、连接环部12、第二连接部14、安装部15一体成型设置。安装部15可以设置为两个,两个分别与第二连接部14一体成型,另外两个第一连接部13、第二连接部14分别位于连接环部12四个边角位置。在壳体7的内壁固定安装有供安装弹簧8的安装部15固定的安装环16,安装环16固定于壳体7底面位置。通过安装弹簧8有效固定音圈马达相对位置,并保持音圈马达平衡稳定,同时方便三轴OIS机构及云台OIS机构实现对音圈马达防抖功能。
在本实施例中,三轴OIS线圈6可以设置为柔印线圈,所述三轴OIS线圈6印刷于线圈固定板5。通过三轴OIS线圈6为柔印线圈可以有效缩小本实施例的体积尺寸,节约加工成本。
实施例2:一种照相装置,该照相装置中装置有实施例1所述的五轴 OIS结构的音圈马达。
实施例3:一种电子设备,该电子设备中装置由实施例1所述的五轴OIS结构的音圈马达。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种五轴OIS结构的音圈马达,包括音圈马达主体(1),其特征在于:所述音圈马达主体(1)设置有三轴OIS机构,所述三轴OIS机构外侧设置有云台OIS机构;
    所述三轴OIS机构包括设置于所述音圈马达主体(1)外侧的套设于所述音圈马达主体(1)的驱动架(2)、设置于所述驱动架(2)的底座(3)、PCB电路板(4)、连接于所述底座(3)的线圈固定板(5)、若干个设置于所述线圈固定板(5)并与音圈马达主体(1)内的磁石相对应的三轴OIS线圈(6),所述线圈固定板(5)位于音圈马达主体(1)远离音圈马达主体(1)内镜头的一端,所述驱动架(2)可相对于底座(3)活动;
    所述云台OIS机构包括设置于所述驱动架(2)外侧并与底座(3)连接的壳体(7)、设置于所述壳体(7)内并与音圈马达主体(1)连接的安装弹簧(8)、四个个设置于所述壳体(7)且内侧壁的云台磁石(9)、四个设置于所述驱动架(2)侧壁并与云台磁石(9)对应的云台线圈(10)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种五轴OIS结构的音圈马达,其特征在于:所述三轴OIS线圈(6)设置为八个,音圈马达主体(1)内的每个磁石对应两个三轴OIS线圈(6)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种五轴OIS结构的音圈马达,其特征在于:所述安装弹簧(8)包括呈环状并与音圈马达主体(1)连接的固定环部(11)、位于所述固定环部(11)外侧的连接环部(12)、两个设置于连接环部(12)与固定环部(11)之间且呈对称设置的第一连接部(13)、连接于所述连接环部(12)外侧壁且与第一连接部(13)呈相对设置的第二连接部(14)、连接于第二连接部(14)并于壳体(7)内壁连接的安装部(15),所述固定环部(11)、第一连接部(13)、连接环部(12)、第二连接部(14)、安 装部(15)一体成型设置。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种五轴OIS结构的音圈马达,其特征在于:所述壳体(7)内壁设置有供安装部(15)连接的安装环(16)。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种五轴OIS结构的音圈马达,其特征在于:所述三轴OIS线圈(6)为柔印线圈,所述三轴OIS线圈(6)印刷于线圈固定板(5)。
  6. 一种照相装置,其特征在于:包括权利要求1至5任意一条权利要求所述的五轴OIS结构的音圈马达。
  7. 一种电子设备,其特征在于:包括权利要求1至5任意一条权利要求所述的五轴OIS结构的音圈马达。
