联盟链平台120,用于存储所述供应链协同平台发送的交易信息。此外,联盟链平台120以联盟链组网模型的区块链智能合约平台作为底层架构,构建服务于生产制造领域的供应商、采购商、物流商、供应链协同云平台+银行/非银行金融机构的应用平台。数据加密/隐私保护,实现SM9高效国密解决方案解决链上信息共享与数据隐私之间的矛盾。将贸易数据、仓运配数据、企业数据、存证数据记入贸易链账本,融资数据、机构数据记入融资链账本,多账本链上交叉验证贸易信息与融资信息中***、金额等关键要素的真实性,有效保护隐私,信息全流程透明可视,提升贸易真实性和可信度。通过创建安全透明的分布式账本,构造可信数字化供应链,通过智能合约、分布式账本实现票据数据数字化,链上数据可溯源,实现从开票、流转、贴现的完整流程。联盟链平台120包括多个区块链节点,各个区块链节点连接企业对应的终端,以使各个企业构成供应链。供应链环节各节点数据运用物联网、区块链技术、5G技术实时连接,保证交易数据的一致性,且不可篡改,增加数据的可信价值。
综合平台130,用于调取联盟链平台120中的交易信息以实现企业的融资业务、清算业务、支付业务以及资金调剂业务。可以理解的是,综合平台130可以看作区块链供应链金融平台的数字化运作装置的中心,综合平台130用于实现各个企业请求任何线上交易,例如,企业的融资业务、清算业务、支付业务以及资金调剂业务。此外,综合平台130还可主动调节供应链各个节点对应的资金,也即综合平台130实现供应链节点的资金调剂。例如,综合平台130根据联盟链平台中的交易信息的资金信息得知某个供应链节点的资金不足,综合平台130则调取资金充足的供应链节点的资金,并将调取的资金调剂至资金不足的供应链节点。此处的资金指的是数字化资金。此外,综合平台130还用于接收数字金额的生成请求,并从所述联盟链平台中获取所述生成请求对应的企业的第一交易信息,根据所述第一交易信息判断所述企业是否具有生成数字金额的资质,并在所述企业具有生成数字金额的资质时,将所述企业设置为核心企业,并对所述核心企业开出第一数字金额,将所述第一数字金额与所述核心企业的账户信息关联。
本实施例中区块链供应链金融平台的数字化运作装置配合第三方监管等手段,封闭供应链环节的资金或者控制物权,为上下游提供授信、理财等综合金融;结合区块链技术,风险容易把控,可以帮助生产制造领域中小企业解决融资难、融资贵的问题;帮助银行实现差异化竞争、开拓中小企业市场、实现普惠金融;帮助核心企业提升整个产业链的效率。帮助链内成员盘活流动资产,加速资金回笼,并将企业间商业信用转换为银行信用。
在本实施例中,区块链供应链金融平台的数字化运作装置包括相互连接供应链协同平台、联盟链平台,供应链金融平台以及综合平台;供应链协同平台用于获取企业真实贸易背景下的交易信息,并将交易信息发送至联盟链平台中进行保存;联盟链平台,用于存储供应链协同平台发送的交易信息;综合平台用于调取联盟链平台中的交易信息以实现企业的融资业务、清算业务、支付业务以及资金调剂业务。由于联盟链平台的多方节点对交易信息进行真实贸易背景的认证,从而使得综合平台能够根据真实贸易背景下的交易信息为企业进行融资业务、清算业务、支付业务以及资金调剂业务,从而保证了与企业交易的供应商或者金融机构的权益。
进一步,综合平台130,用于获取所述供应链协同平台采集的具有资金需求的目标企业的交易信息,并根据交易信息对所述目标企业的资产进行标准化以及数字化,并将数字化的资产存储于所述联盟链平台中。此外,综合平台130采集在供应链协同平台有资金需求的核心企业上下游中小企业包括交易、对账结算、应收账款、票据、仓单、电子商业承兑汇票,融资状况的资产数字化与标准化,利用区块链完成并实现数字资产登记、上链、融资、确权。将应收账款数字化,并记录在区块链上,让应收账款可以多级传导。基于区块链分布式账本及数据加密、零知识证明的验证技术保证数字资产的真实性、有效性。平台化的在线电子合同、电子***可能存在造假以及难以自证其清的情况,通过区块链建立对于数字凭证的共识存储体系。依据供应链协同平台贸易数据,结合AI技术从不同维度建立风控模型,输出中小微企业信用风险评价、定价,防范金融风险,做到量化授信,分级预警。

此外,综合平台130,还用于根据企业的信用以及资金偿还能力确定企业是否为核心企业。具体的,综合平台130判断信用以及资金偿还能力是否大于各自的预设阈值,若是,则企业为核心企业,并对企业进行核心企业的标识,从而将标识以及企业关联保存与联盟链平台内。

在本实施例中,执行主体为区块链供应链金融平台的数字化运作装置,区块链供应链金融平台的数字化运作装置包括联盟链平台、供应链协同平台以及综合平台。联盟链平台中存有联盟成员的交易信息,交易信息包括贸易数据、仓运配数据、企业数据、存证数据记入贸易链账本,融资数据、机构数据记入融资链账本等,多账本链上交叉验证贸易信息与融资信息中***、金额等关键要素的真实性,也即交易信息需要多个区块链节点进行认证,以保证交易信息的真实有效性。而供应链协同平台则获取真实贸易下的交易信息,并将交易信息存储于联盟链平台中。企业可向综合平台发送数字金额的生成请求。数字金额为虚拟货币,具备交易付款的功能,且数字金额的数值可由综合平台向银行等金融机构进行申请。数字金额可以理解为企业向银行等金融机构的贷款金额,数字金额的载体可为数字钱包、数字资产凭证等。综合平台根据生成请求即可确定企业的企业信息,进而根据企业信息从联盟链平台中获取企业对应的第一交易信息。
步骤S20,根据所述第一交易信息判断所述企业是否具有生成数字金额的资质;
第一交易信息可以表征出企业的运营能力、资金偿还能力以及信誉等。运营能力、资金偿还能力以及信誉可以用于评判企业是具有生成数字金额的资质,也即判断企业是否具有贷款的资格。
综合平台可以根据第一交易信息判断企业是否具有生成数字金额的资质。具体的,参照图4,也即步骤S20包括:
步骤S21,根据所述第一交易信息确定所述企业的运营能力值、资金偿还能力值以及信誉值;
步骤S22,判断所述运营能力值、所述资金偿还能力值以及所述信誉值是否大于各自对应的预设阈值,其中,在所述运营能力值、所述资金偿还能力值以及所述信誉值大于各自对应的预设阈值时,判定所述企业具有生成数字金额的资质。

综合平台可以根据第一交易信息确定核心企业的数字化额度。具体的,综合平台将第一交易信息发送至银行等金融机构,使得金融机构对第一交易信息进行分析,从而得到核心企业的数字化额度。不同的金融机构对核心企业的数字化额度的确定不同。综合平台可接收金融机构根据数字化额度反馈的数字金额,并将该数字金额作为核心企业的第一数字金额。当然,综合平台也可根据第一交易信息自行确定核心企业的数字化额度,由综合平台根据数字化额度对核心企业开出第一数字金额。数字化额度的数值可与第一数字金额的数值相等,或者依照一定的比例将数字化额度的数值转换为第一数字金额的数值。第一数字金额可以是资产数字凭证、信用数字凭证、数字钱包或者银行法定虚拟货币,可以理解的是,第一数字金额为线上可流动的虚拟资金。
步骤S40,将所述第一数字金额与所述核心企业的账户信息关联,以使所述核心企业持有所述第一数字金额,所述核心企业可采用所述第一数字金额进行线上付款、融资以及流转。

在本实施例提供的技术方案中,区块链供应链金融平台的数字化运作装置包括联盟链平台、供应链协同平台以及综合平台,综合平台接收数字金额的生成请求,并从联盟链平台中获取生成请求对应的企业的第一交易信息,从而根据第一交易信息判断企业是否有生成数字金额的资质,若用户具有生成数字金额的资质,则将企业设置为核心企业,并为企业开出数字金额,以供企业采用数字金额进行线上付款。由于区块链供应链金融平台的数字化运作装置可为核心企业生成数字金额以充当核心企业的流动资金,从而增加的了核心企业的流动资金,减缓了投资项目的进程耽误时长;同时交易信息由联盟链平台中获取,由于区块链技术中数据的不可篡改性以及公正性,使得区块链供应链金融平台的数字化运作装置能够根据交易信息准确的判断企业是否具有持有数字金额的资质,保证了数字金额的真实性以及有效性。
参照图6,图6为本申请区块链供应链金融平台的数字化运作方法的第二实施例,基于第一实施例,所述步骤S40之后,还包括:
步骤S50,在接收到非核心企业发送的结算请求时,从所述联盟区块链中获取所述非核心企业与所述核心企业之间的第二交易信息;
步骤S60,根据所述第二交易信息确定所述核心企业的支付金额;
步骤S70,在所述核心企业的账户信息关联的第一数字金额中***出所述支付金额对应的第二数字金额;
步骤S80,将所述第二数字金额与所述非核心企业的账户信息关联。
在本实施例中,非核心企业包括中小型企业,中小型企业也可作为联盟成员在综合平台与核心企业进行交易结算,非核心企业一般为小型供应商。当然,核心企业之间可以采用持有的第一数字金额进行付款。非核心企业与核心企业进行交易时,会将交易信息保存与联盟链平台中。在非核心企业要求核心企业进行结算时,可向综合平台发送结算请求。综合平台则获取非核心企业与核心企业之间的第二交易信息,从而根据第二交易信息确定核心企业应付的支付金额。综合平台从核心企业持有的第一数字金额分类出支付金额对应的第二数字金额,第二数字金额的数值即为支付金额的数值。第二数字金额设有与核心企业相关的标识,以通过标识表征第二数字金额由某个具体的核心企业***而出。
综合平台将第二数字金额与非核心企业的账户信息进行关联,使得非核心企业持有第二数字金额,从而使得核心企业完成对非核心企业的交易付款。
在本实施例提供的技术方案中,核心企业在与非核心企业进行交易后,核心企业可将自身持有的第一数字金额***出第二数字金额,并将第二数字金额流转至非核心企业,从而完成核心企业对非核心企业的付款。
参照图7,图7为本申请区块链供应链金融平台的数字化运作方法的第三实施例,基于第二实施例,所述步骤S80之后,还包括:
步骤S90,接收所述非核心企业基于所述第二数字金额发送融资请求或者兑现请求;
步骤S100,确定所述第二数字资金对应的款项金额;
步骤S110,将所述款项金额打入至所述非核心企业对应的收款账户。
在本实施例中,非核心企业实则是运营能力、资金偿还能力以及信誉均未大于各自预设阈值的企业,非核心企业的融资会比较困难。而在当非核心企业持有第二数字金额后,由于第二数字金额上设有核心企业的标识,使得非核心企业可采用第二数字金额进行融资,也即非核心企业采用***出第二数字金额的核心企业的信誉进行融资,从而使得非核心企业的融资变得容易。当然,非核心企业可要求综合平台对第二数字金额进行兑现,也即使得综合平台将第二数字金额对应的款项打入非核心企业的收款账户。
对此,非核心企业可基于第二数字金额向综合平台发送融资请求或者兑现请求,综合平台确定第二数字金额对应的款项金额,从而将款项金额打入非核心企业的收款账户。
进一步的,在非核心企业采用第二数字金额进行融资时,可享有核心企业的融资待遇,也即获得高于实际款项的款项金额,大约为实际款项的106%-110%。也即核心企业通过第二数字金额将信用传递至非核心企业,使得非核心企业使用核心企业的信贷授信额度,得到银行、金融机构以及综合平台提供的高于要求融资款项的6%-10%的融资金额,从而降低了非核心企业的融资成本,提升了融资效率。可以理解的是,在融资请求为***第二数字资金的核心企业的信用生成的融资请求时,融资请求对应的款项金额大于或等于第二数字金额。
在本实施例提供的技术方案中,在非核心企业持有第二数字金额时,可通过第二数字金额进行款项的变现或者进行融资申请,并在进行融资申请时,可享有核心企业的融资待遇,降低非核心企业的融资成本,提高了非核心企业的融资效率。
参照图8,图8为本申请区块链供应链金融平台的数字化运作方法的第四实施例,基于第一至第三中任一实施例,所述步骤S40之后,还包括:
步骤S120,在所述第一数字金额的持有期限到期时,向所述核心企业对应的终端发送提示信息,以使所述核心企业基于所述提示信息向所述供应链金融平台***打入所述第一数字金额对应的款项;
步骤S130,在接收到所述核心企业打入的款项时,延长所述第一数字金额的持有期限。
在本实施例中,第一数字金额是具有持有期限,可以理解为核心企业在进行贷款后需要在期限内进行还款,也即核心企业并不是无期限持有第一数字金额的。在当第一数字金额的持有期限到期时,综合平台向核心企业对应的终端发送提示信息,使得核心企业对第一数字金额进行还款。
在综合平台收到核心企业打入的第一数字金额对应的款项时,可延迟第一数字金额的持有期限,使得核心企业进行持有第一数字金额。而在当预设时长内未接收到核心企业打入的第一数字金额对应的款项时,则对核心企业的质押或者抵押的资产进行冻结,并降低核心企业的信誉值、以及资金偿还能力,并将该记录存储至联盟链平台中的区块链节点中。
在本实施例提供的技术方案中,第一数字金额具有持有期限,核心企业需要向综合平台打入第一数字金额的款项以继续持有第一数字金额,从而保证从第一数字金额中分类出的第二数字金额所持有的非核心企业的利益。
需要说明的是,在本文中,术语“包括”、“包含”或者其任何其他变体意在涵盖非排他性的包含,从而使得包括一系列要素的过程、方法、物品或者***不仅包括那些要素,而且还包括没有明确列出的其他要素,或者是还包括为这种过程、方法、物品或者***所固有的要素。在没有更多限制的情况下,由语句“包括一个……”限定的要素,并不排除在包括该要素的过程、方法、物品或者***中还存在另外的相同要素。
上述本申请实施例序号仅仅为了描述,不代表实施例的优劣。
通过以上的实施方式的描述,本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到上述实施例方法可借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现,当然也可以通过硬件,但很多情况下前者是更佳的实施方式。基于这样的理解,本申请的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在如上所述的一个存储介质(如ROM/RAM、磁碟、光盘)中,包括若干指令用以使得一台终端设备(可以是手机,计算机,服务器,空调器,或者网络设备等)执行本申请各个实施例所述的方法。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种区块链供应链金融平台的数字化运作方法,其中,区块链供应链金融平台的数字化运作装置为大中台平台***,所述区块链供应链金融平台的数字化运作装置包括联盟链平台、供应链协同平台以及综合平台,所述基于供应链金融平台***的流转支付清算方法包括以下步骤:
    所述综合平台接收数字金额的生成请求,并从所述联盟链平台中获取所述生成请求对应的企业的第一交易信息,所述供应链协同平台将获取的企业的真实贸易下的交易信息存储于区块链平台中;
    根据所述第一交易信息判断所述企业是否具有生成数字金额的资质;
    在所述企业具有生成数字金额的资质时,将所述企业设置为核心企业,并对所述核心企业开出第一数字金额;
    将所述第一数字金额与所述核心企业的账户信息关联,以使所述核心企业持有所述第一数字金额,所述核心企业可采用所述第一数字金额进行线上付款、融资以及流转。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的区块链供应链金融平台的数字化运作方法,其中,所述将所述第一数字金额与所述核心企业的账户信息关联的步骤之后,还包括:
    在接收到非核心企业发送的结算请求时,从所述联盟区块链中获取所述非核心企业与所述核心企业之间的第二交易信息;
    根据所述第二交易信息确定所述核心企业的支付金额;
    在所述核心企业的账户信息关联的第一数字金额中***出所述支付金额对应的第二数字金额;
    将所述第二数字金额与所述非核心企业的账户信息关联。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的区块链供应链金融平台的数字化运作方法,其中,所述将所述第二数字金额与所述非核心企业的账户信息关联的步骤之后,还包括:
    接收所述非核心企业基于所述第二数字金额发送融资请求或者兑现请求;
    确定所述第二数字资金对应的款项金额;
    将所述款项金额打入至所述非核心企业对应的收款账户。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的区块链供应链金融平台的数字化运作方法,其中,在所述融资请求为***第二数字资金的核心企业的信用生成的融资请求时,所述融资请求对应的款项金额大于或等于第二数字金额。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的区块链供应链金融平台的数字化运作方法,其中,所述根据所述第一交易信息判断所述企业是否具有生成数字金额的资质的步骤包括:
    根据所述第一交易信息确定所述企业的运营能力值、资金偿还能力值以及信誉值;
    判断所述运营能力值、所述资金偿还能力值以及所述信誉值是否大于各自对应的预设阈值,其中,在所述运营能力值、所述资金偿还能力值以及所述信誉值大于各自对应的预设阈值时,判定所述企业具有生成数字金额的资质。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的区块链供应链金融平台的数字化运作方法,其中,所述对所述核心企业开出第一数字金额的步骤包括:
    根据所述第一交易信息确定所述核心企业的数字化额度;
    对所述核心企业开出所述数字化额度对应的第一数字金额。
  7. 如权利要求1-6任一项所述的区块链供应链金融平台的数字化运作方法,其中,所述将所述第一数字金额与所述核心企业的账户信息关联的步骤之后,还包括:
    在所述第一数字金额的持有期限到期时,向所述核心企业对应的终端发送提示信息,以使所述核心企业基于所述提示信息向所述供应链金融平台***打入所述第一数字金额对应的款项;
    在接收到所述核心企业打入的款项时,延长所述第一数字金额的持有期限。
  8. 一种区块链供应链金融平台的数字化运作装置,其中,所述区块链供应链金融平台的数字化运作装置包括综合平台、供应链协同平台以及联盟链平台,所述综合平台分别与所述供应链协同平台以及所述联盟链平台连接,其中,
    所述综合平台,用于接收数字金额的生成请求,并从所述联盟链平台中获取所述生成请求对应的企业的第一交易信息,根据所述第一交易信息判断所述企业是否具有生成数字金额的资质,并在所述企业具有生成数字金额的资质时,将所述企业设置为核心企业,并对所述核心企业开出第一数字金额,将所述第一数字金额与所述核心企业的账户信息关联;
    所述供应链协同平台,用于获取企业真实贸易下的交易信息,并将交易信息发送至所述联盟链平台中进行保存;
    所述联盟链平台,用于存储所述供应链协同平台发送的交易信息。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的区块链供应链金融平台的数字化运作装置,其中,所述综合平台,用于确定企业的运营能力值、所述资金偿还能力值以及所述信誉值。
  10. 如权利要求8所述的区块链供应链金融平台的数字化运作装置,其中,所述供应链金融平台***包括第三方***模块,所述综合平台通过所述第三方***模块与第三方终端进行数据交互。
