所述振膜21包括围绕所述磁路***3设置的呈环状的振动部211、设置于所述振动部211远离所述磁路***3一端的呈环状的第一折环部212以及设置于所述振动部211靠近所述磁路***3一端的呈环状的第二折环部213,所述第一折环部212环绕所述第二折环部213且相互间隔,所述振动部211位于所述第一折环部212与所述第二折环部213之间。
所述第一折环部212包括贴设于所述振动部211且呈环状的第一固定部2121、由所述第一固定部2121向远离所述磁路***3的方向弯折延伸且呈环状的第一折环部主体2122以及由所述第一折环部主体2122远离所述第一固定部2121的一端向远离所述磁路***3延伸且呈环状的第二固定部2123,所述第二固定部2123固定于所述盆架1。
所述第二折环部213包括贴设于所述振动部211且呈环状的第三固定部2131、由所述第三固定部2131向靠近所述磁路***3弯折延伸且呈环状的第二折环部主体2132以及由所述第二折环部主体2132远离所述第三固定部2131的一端向所述磁路***3延伸且呈环状的第四固定部2133,所述第四固定部2133固定于所述磁路***3远离所述盆架1的一端。
所述骨架23沿所述振动***2的振动方向的横截面呈弧形,且其一端固定于所述振动部211,另一端由所述振动部211向所述磁路***3倾斜延伸至所述磁间隙30内,且与所述音圈22固定连接。
所述骨架23沿所述振动***2的振动方向的横截面呈弧形结构,且一端固定于所述振动部211,另一端由所述振动部211向所述磁路***3倾斜延伸至所述磁间隙30内。该结构增强了所述振动***3的强度,扩展了发声器件100的高频。且所述振膜21呈双折环结构,所述第二折环部主体2132沿所述振动***2的振动方向由所述振膜21向远离所述磁路***3方向凹陷形成。所述第二折环部主体2132的结构设置避免了在振动过程中与所述骨架23干涉,增加了振膜21的可靠性。
具体的,所述骨架23包括环绕所述磁路***设置的骨架本体231、由所述骨架本体231靠近所述磁路***3的内周缘向所述磁间隙30内延伸的延伸壁232以及位于所述磁间隙30内且呈环状的连接壁233,所述骨架本体231沿所述振动***2的振动方向的横截面呈弧形结构。所述连接壁233位于所述磁间隙30内并与所述音圈22连接,所述延伸壁232与所述连接壁233连接并通过所述连接壁233连接至所述音圈22,具体的,所述连接壁233贴设于所述音圈22靠近所述振膜21的一端。
具体的,所述振动部211沿所述振动***2的振动方向的横截面呈弧形,所述磁路***3沿所述振膜21的振动方向的高度高于所述盆架1沿所述振膜21的振动方向的高度,并使得所述振动部211呈由所述第二折环部213向所述第一折环部212倾斜延伸,即所述振动部211沿所述振动***2的振动方向的横截面呈弧形结构,进一步增强了所述振动***2的强度,扩展了发声器件100的高频。
本实施例中,所述弹性件24套设于所述磁路***3的外侧,其包括固定于所述盆架1的固定臂241以及由所述固定臂241向所述磁路***3延伸并环绕所述磁路***3的弹臂242,具体的,所述固定臂241固定于所述外壁12。
本实施例中,所述磁路***3采用分体结构,磁路效率更高。其包括固定于所述盆架1的磁碗31、收容固定于所述磁碗31内的磁钢单元32,所述磁钢单元32与所述磁碗31间隔设置并形成所述磁间隙30。所述磁钢单元32包括固定于所述磁碗31的第一磁钢311,叠设于所述第一磁钢311的极芯312以及叠设于所述极芯312远离所述第一磁钢311一侧的第二磁钢313。
所述磁碗31包括第一磁碗311以及与所述第一磁碗311正对设置的第二磁碗312,所述第一磁碗311包括支撑固定于所述盆架1的第一磁碗底壁3111以及由所述第一磁碗底壁3111向所靠近所述振膜21方向弯折延伸的第一磁碗侧壁3112;所述第二磁碗312包括与所述第一磁碗底壁3111间隔正对设置的第二磁碗底壁3121以及自所述第二磁碗底壁3121向靠近所述第一磁碗底壁3111方向弯折延伸的并与所述第一磁碗侧壁3112相抵接的第二磁碗侧壁3122,所述磁钢单元32与所述第一磁碗侧壁3112和所述第二磁碗侧壁3122间隔设置形成所述磁间隙30。所述第一磁碗侧壁3112和所述第二磁碗侧壁3122设有贯穿其上的让位槽310,且所述第一磁碗侧壁3112对应所述内壁13的凸块131设有缺口3110,所述凸块131置于所述缺口3110上使得所述内壁13部分嵌入所述第一磁碗311。本实施例中,所述骨架23经所述让位槽310延伸至所述磁间隙30内,具体的,所述延伸壁232经所述让位槽310延伸至所述磁间隙30内并与所述音圈22连接;所述第四固定部2133固定于所述第二磁碗底壁3121远离所述磁钢单元32的一侧。所述前盖4盖设于所述磁路***3远离所述盆架1的一端,具体的,第四固定部2133夹设于所述磁路***3和所述前盖4之间,即第四固定部2133被前盖4压设于所述第二磁碗底壁3121远离所述磁钢单元32的一侧,起密封作用。
上述结构使得所述振膜21的内侧边缘直接胶合在磁路***3的磁碗31,增加了有效振动面积(SD),提高整个发声器件100的响度。
与相关技术相比,本实用新型的发声器件中,所述骨架一端固定于所述振动部,另一端由所述振动部向所述磁路***倾斜延伸至所述磁间隙内,且与所述音圈固定连接,即所述骨架沿所述振动***的振动方向的横截面呈弧形结构,增加了骨架以及整个振动***的强度,扩展了整个发声器件的高频带,发声效果更好。
以上所述的仅是本实用新型的实施方式,在此应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型创造构思的前提下,还可以做出改进,但这些均属于本实用新型的保护范围。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种发声器件,其包括盆架以及分别固定于所述盆架的振动***和具有磁间隙的磁路***,所述磁路***驱动所述振动***振动发声,所述振动***包括固定于所述盆架的振膜、***于所述磁间隙以驱动所述振膜振动的音圈以及连接所述振膜与所述音圈的骨架,其特征在于,
    所述振膜包括围绕所述磁路***设置的呈环状的振动部、设置于所述振动部远离所述磁路***一端的呈环状的第一折环部以及设置于所述振动部靠近所述磁路***一端的呈环状的第二折环部,所述第一折环部环绕所述第二折环部且相互间隔,所述振动部位于所述第一折环部与所述第二折环部之间;
    所述第一折环部包括贴设于所述振动部且呈环状的第一固定部、由所述第一固定部向远离所述磁路***的方向弯折延伸且呈环状的第一折环部主体以及由所述第一折环部主体远离所述第一固定部的一端向远离所述磁路***延伸且呈环状的第二固定部,所述第二固定部固定于所述盆架;
    所述第二折环部包括贴设于所述振动部且呈环状的第三固定部、由所述第三固定部向靠近所述磁路***的方向弯折延伸且呈环状的第二折环部主体以及由所述第二折环部主体远离所述第三固定部的一端向所述磁路***延伸且呈环状的第四固定部,所述第四固定部固定于所述磁路***远离所述盆架的一端;
    所述骨架沿所述振动***的振动方向的横截面呈弧形,且其一端固定于所述振动部,另一端由所述振动部向所述磁路***倾斜延伸至所述磁间隙内,且与所述音圈固定连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述振动部沿所述振动***的振动方向的横截面呈弧形,所述磁路***沿所述振膜的振动方向的高度高于所述盆架沿所述振膜的振动方向的高度,并使得所述振动部呈由所述第二折环部向所述第一折环部倾斜延伸。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述第二折环部主体沿所述振动***的振动方向由所述振膜向远离所述磁路***凹陷形成。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述磁路***包括固定于所述盆架的磁碗、收容固定于所述磁碗内的磁钢单元,所述磁钢单元与所述磁碗间隔设置并形成所述磁间隙。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述磁碗包括第一磁碗以及与所述第一磁碗正对设置的第二磁碗,所述第一磁碗包括支撑固定于所述盆架的第一磁碗底壁以及由所述第一磁碗底壁向所靠近所述振膜方向弯折延伸的第一磁碗侧壁;所述第二磁碗包括与所述第一磁碗底壁间隔正对设置的第二磁碗底壁以及自所述第二磁碗底壁向靠近所述第一磁碗底壁方向弯折延伸并与所述第一磁碗侧壁相抵接的第二磁碗侧壁,所述磁钢单元与所述第一磁碗侧壁和所述第二磁碗侧壁间隔设置形成所述磁间隙;所述第一磁碗侧壁和/或所述第二磁碗侧壁设有贯穿其上的让位槽,所述骨架经所述让位槽延伸至所述磁间隙内;所述第四固定部固定于所述第二磁碗底壁远离所述磁钢单元的一侧。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述骨架包括环绕所述磁路***设置的骨架本体以及由所述骨架本体靠近所述磁路***的内周缘向所述磁间隙内延伸的延伸壁;所述骨架本体沿所述振动***的振动方向的横截面呈弧形结构,所述延伸壁经所述让位槽延伸至所述磁间隙内并与所述音圈连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述骨架还包括位于所述磁间隙内且呈环状的连接壁,所述延伸壁与所述连接壁连接并通过所述连接壁连接至所述音圈。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述连接壁贴设于所述音圈靠近所述振膜的一端。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述盆架包括底壁、由所述底壁远离所述磁路***的周缘弯折延伸的外壁以及由所述底壁靠近所述磁路***的周缘弯折延伸的内壁,所述外壁环绕所述内壁设置且相互间隔,所述第二固定部固定于所述外壁,所述第一磁碗支撑固定于所述内壁,所述内壁部分嵌入所述第一磁碗。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述发声器件还包括盖设于所述磁路***远离所述盆架一端的前盖,所述第四固定部夹设于所述磁路***与所述前盖之间。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述振动***还包括固定于所述盆架的弹性件,所述弹性件套设于所述磁路***的外侧,其包括固定于所述盆架的固定臂以及由所述固定臂向所述磁路***延伸并环绕所述磁路***的弹臂。
