本发明的有益效果是,该基于物联网的便携式物业管理设备通过操作机构方便操作板滑动和翻转,并进行固定,利用观察机构方便通过观察板移动带动显示屏和摄像头伸出凹口或者收入凹口内,如此,将设备放入口袋前,显示屏和摄像头收入凹口内,操作板上的按键正对主体,可防止显示屏和摄像头受挤压而损坏,避免按键误触摸,提高了设备的实用性。

具体实施方式
现在结合附图对本发明作进一步详细的说明。这些附图均为简化的示意图,仅以示意方式说明本发明的基本结构,因此其仅显示与本发明有关的构成。
如图1-2所示,一种基于物联网的便携式物业管理设备,包括主体1、操作机机构、观察机构和盖板2,所述主体1内设有PLC和天线,所述天线与PLC电连接,所述操作机构设置在主体1上,所述主体1的一端设有凹口,所述盖板2盖设在凹口上,所述观察机构位于凹口内;
PLC,即可编程逻辑控制器,它采用一类可编程的存储器,用于其内部存储程序,执行逻辑运算、顺序控制、定时、计数与算术操作等面向用户的指令,并通过数字或模拟式输入/输出控制各种类型的机械或生产过程,其实质是一种专用于工业控制的计算机,其硬件结构基本上与微型计算机相同,一般用于数据的处理以及指令的接收和输出,用于实现中央控制。
物业管理人员在使用该设备时,可手持主体1,通过操作机构进行操作,将观察机构伸出凹口外部,方便进行观察,使用完毕后,观察机构收入凹口内,利用盖板2盖住凹口的开口,对凹口进行密封,防止观察机构内的显示屏13和摄像头17受挤压和磨损而损坏,同时利用操作机构保护按键5和数据接口6,防止设备放入口袋时,按键5受到挤压而产生误操作,利用主体1内的天线方便接收和发送无线信号,便于物业管理人员通过主体1与物业管理部门取得联系,进行操作使用,从而 提高了设备的实用性。
如图1所示,所述操作机构包括中心杆3、操作板4、固定组件和两个滑动组件,所述中心杆3的两端分别通过两个滑动组件与主体1连接,所述操作板4与中心杆3的中心处连接,所述操作板4的远离中心杆3的一端通过固定组件与主体1连接,所述操作板4上设有若干按键5和若干数据接口6,所述滑动组件包括固定板7、滑轨8、滑块9和套管10,所述固定板7固定在主体1上,所述滑轨8的形状为U形,所述滑轨8的两端固定在固定板7的靠近操作板4的一侧,所述滑块9套设在滑轨8上,所述套管10与滑块9固定连接,所述中心杆3的两端分别设置在两个套管10内,所述按键5与PLC电连接;
操作机构中,通过两个滑动组件方便中心杆3的滑动和转动,从而方便操作板4的滑动和翻转,并利用固定组件可固定操作板4的位置,在使用时,将操作板4转动至按键5位于操作板4的远离主体1的一侧,方便物业管理人员通过按键5进行操作,利用数据接口6方便***外部数据线,与其他外部数据建立连接,进行数据传输。在滑动组件中,通过固定板7固定了滑轨8的位置,进而方便滑块9沿着滑轨8进行滑动,通过固定在滑块9上的套管10,便于支撑中心杆3绕着套管10的轴线转动,进而方便中心杆3和操作板4的滑动和转动,使得操作板4的结构更灵活。在设备使用完毕后,将操作板4转动至按键5位于操作板4和主体1之间,并利用固定组件固定操作板4的位置,如此,将设备放入口袋内后,可防止按键5被按压后,因误触摸而进行误操作。
如图2所示,所述观察机构包括观察板11、伸缩板12、伸缩组件、显示屏13和拍摄组件,所述伸缩板12通过观察板11与盖板2固定连接,所述显示屏13和拍摄组件分别位于观察板11的正面和背面,所述伸缩组件包括驱动单元和两个伸缩单元,所述驱动单元位于伸缩板12的远离观察板11的一侧,所述伸缩单元包括从动锥齿轮14、丝杆15和轴承16,所述轴承16固定在凹口内,所述丝杆15的一端设置在轴承16内,所述丝杆15的另一端与从动锥齿轮14固定连接,所述驱动单元与从动锥齿轮14传动连接,所述伸缩板12套设在丝杆15上,所述伸缩板12的与丝杆15的连接处设有与丝杆15匹配的螺纹。
当需要使用观察机构时,用户按动按键5,向PLC发送指令,PLC控制驱动单元启动,驱动单元同时作用在两个伸缩单元的从动锥齿轮14上,驱动从动锥齿轮14旋转,使得丝杆15在轴承16的支撑作用下旋转,丝杆15通过螺纹作用在伸缩板12上,使得伸缩板12沿着丝杆15的轴线进行移动远离凹口的底部移动,进而带动观察板11和盖板2移动,从而使得拍摄组件和显示屏13伸出凹口的外部,通过显示屏13方便观察物业管理信息,利用拍摄组件方便对小区的人员和车量进行拍摄,将拍摄的图像以数据传递给PLC,PLC将这些数据传递给天线,天线将这些数据传递给物业管理部门,便于物业管理部门确定人员和车辆信息,实现管理。
如图3所示,所述拍摄组件包括摄像头17、挡光板18和两个转动单元,所述摄像头17固定在观察板11上,所述挡光板18的顶端与盖板2铰接,所述挡光板18的两侧分别通过两个转动单元与观察板11连接,所述摄像头17与PLC电连接。
拍摄组件伸出凹口外部后,两个转动单元同时启动,带动挡光板18转动至与观察板11垂直的角度,在摄像头17进行拍摄时,可防止外部的强烈光线照射进摄像头17内,如此,方便摄像头17进行逆光拍摄,保证逆光拍摄时的图像质量。
如图4所示,所述固定组件包括固定盒19和两个固定单元,所述固定盒19与操作板4固定连接,两个固定单元分别位于固定盒19的两端,所述固定单元包括插杆20、凸板21和圆孔,所述圆孔设置在固定盒19的内壁上,所述插杆20的外周与圆孔的内壁密封连接,所述凸板21位于固定盒19内,所述插杆20与凸板21固定连接,所述固定盒19内设有若干弹簧22,所述弹簧22的两端分别与两个凸板21连接,所述弹簧22处于压缩状态,所述固定板7的两端设有插管23,所述插杆20的远离凸板21的一端设置在其中一个插管23内。
在对操作板4固定时,将两个插杆20相互靠近移动,通过两个凸板21进一步压缩固定盒19内的弹簧22,而后将插杆20对准固定板7上的插管23后,松开插杆20,弹簧22受压缩推动凸板21移动,使得插杆20***插管23内,进而固定了插杆20的位置,通过固定盒19固 定了操作板4的角度位置。
作为优选,为了方便插杆20***插管23,所述插杆20的远离凸板21的一端的形状为半球形。采用半球形的设计,减小了插杆20的远离凸板21的一端的尺寸,方便插杆20***插管23内。
作为优选,为了方便带动插杆20移动,所述插杆20上设有拨片24。通过拨片24方便作用在插杆20上,带动插杆20进行移动。
如图2所示,所述驱动单元包括旋转单元、转轴25和两个驱动锥齿轮26,所述旋转单元与转轴25传动连接,两个驱动锥齿轮26分别固定在转轴25的两端,所述驱动锥齿轮26与伸缩单元一一对应,所述驱动锥齿轮26与从动锥齿轮14传动连接。
PLC控制旋转单元启动,带动转轴25进行旋转,使得两端的驱动锥齿轮26发生旋转,驱动锥齿轮26作用在与之啮合的从动锥齿轮14上,使得两个伸缩单元中的从动锥齿轮14同步旋转。
作为优选,为了驱动转轴25转动,所述旋转单元包括第一电机27、第一齿轮28和第二齿轮29,所述第一电机27固定在凹口内,所述第一电机27与PLC电连接,所述第一第一电机27与第一齿轮28传动连接,所述第一齿轮28与第二齿轮29啮合,所述第二齿轮29同轴固定在转轴25上。
PLC控制第一电机27启动,带动第一齿轮28旋转,第一齿轮28作用在与之啮合的第二齿轮29上,使得第二齿轮29发生旋转,进而带动转轴25进行转动。
作为优选,为了支撑转轴25转动,所述第二齿轮29的两侧设有支撑单元,所述支撑单元包括支撑环30和两个夹板31,所述支撑环30固定在凹口内,所述支撑环30套设在转轴25上,两个夹板31分别抵靠在支撑环30的两端,所述夹板31固定在转轴25上。
利用固定在凹口内的支撑环30,固定了转轴25的转动轴线,利用支撑环30两端的夹板31固定在转轴25上,限制了转轴25与支撑环30的相对位置,防止转轴25发生滑动,便于支撑转轴25稳定的转动。
作为优选,利用治理伺服电机驱动力强的特点,为了保证第一电机27的驱动力,所述第一电机27为直流伺服电机。
作为优选,为了便于夜间拍摄,所述摄像头17的上方设有补光灯32,所述补光灯32与PLC电连接。在夜间进行拍摄时,可通过PLC控制补光灯32启动,对摄像头17拍摄的目标对象进行照明,实现补光,保证拍摄亮度,从而提高拍摄的清晰度。
作为优选,为了带动挡光板18转动,所述转动单元包括气缸33和支杆34,所述气缸33的缸体固定在观察板11上,所述气缸33的气杆通过支杆34与挡光板18铰接,所述气缸33与PLC电连接。PLC控住气缸33启动,调节气缸33的缸体内的空气量,带动气缸33的气杆进行伸缩移动,气缸33的气杆通过支杆34作用在挡光板18上,进而可带动挡光板18进行转动。
物业管理人员在使用该便携式物业管理设备时,通过伸缩组件可带动观察板11伸出凹口外部,通过显示屏13方便观察信息,利用拍摄组件便于进行拍摄工作,通过滑动组件方便带动操作板4和中心杆3转动,使得操作板4上的按键5背对主体1,并利用固定组件固定操作板4的位置,进行操作,使用完毕放入口袋前,通过滑动组件将操作板4转动,使得按键5正对主体1,并利用固定组件固定操作板4,并通过伸缩组件使得观察板11两侧的显示屏13和拍摄组件收入凹口内,利用盖板2堵住凹口,如此,防止显示屏13和按键5受到挤压而损坏,并避免了按键5误触摸,方便放入口袋进行携带,提高了设备的实用性。
与现有技术相比,该基于物联网的便携式物业管理设备通过操作机构方便操作板4滑动和翻转,并进行固定,利用观察机构方便通过观察板11移动带动显示屏13和摄像头17伸出凹口或者收入凹口内,如此,将设备放入口袋前,显示屏13和摄像头17收入凹口内,操作板4上的按键5正对主体1,可防止显示屏13和摄像头17受挤压而损坏,避免按键5误触摸,提高了设备的实用性。
以上述依据本发明的理想实施例为启示,通过上述的说明内容,相关工作人员完全可以在不偏离本项发明技术思想的范围内,进行多样的变更以及修改。本项发明的技术性范围并不局限于说明书上的内容,必须要根据权利要求范围来确定其技术性范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种基于物联网的便携式物业管理设备,其特征在于,包括主体(1)、操作机机构、观察机构和盖板(2),所述主体(1)内设有PLC和天线,所述天线与PLC电连接,所述操作机构设置在主体(1)上,所述主体(1)的一端设有凹口,所述盖板(2)盖设在凹口上,所述观察机构位于凹口内;
    所述操作机构包括中心杆(3)、操作板(4)、固定组件和两个滑动组件,所述中心杆(3)的两端分别通过两个滑动组件与主体(1)连接,所述操作板(4)与中心杆(3)的中心处连接,所述操作板(4)的远离中心杆(3)的一端通过固定组件与主体(1)连接,所述操作板(4)上设有若干按键(5)和若干数据接口(6),所述滑动组件包括固定板(7)、滑轨(8)、滑块(9)和套管(10),所述固定板(7)固定在主体(1)上,所述滑轨(8)的形状为U形,所述滑轨(8)的两端固定在固定板(7)的靠近操作板(4)的一侧,所述滑块(9)套设在滑轨(8)上,所述套管(10)与滑块(9)固定连接,所述中心杆(3)的两端分别设置在两个套管(10)内,所述按键(5)与PLC电连接;
    所述观察机构包括观察板(11)、伸缩板(12)、伸缩组件、显示屏(13)和拍摄组件,所述伸缩板(12)通过观察板(11)与盖板(2)固定连接,所述显示屏(13)和拍摄组件分别位于观察板(11)的正面和背面,所述伸缩组件包括驱动单元和两个伸缩单元,所述驱动单元位于伸缩板(12)的远离观察板(11)的一侧,所述伸缩单元包括从动锥齿轮(14)、丝杆(15)和轴承(16),所述轴承(16)固定在凹口内,所述丝杆(15)的一端设置在轴承(16)内,所述丝杆(15)的另一端与从动锥齿轮(14)固定连接,所述驱动单元与从动锥齿轮(14)传动连接,所述伸缩板(12)套设在丝杆(15)上,所述伸缩板(12)的与丝杆(15)的连接处设有与丝杆(15)匹配的螺纹;
    所述拍摄组件包括摄像头(17)、挡光板(18)和两个转动单元,所述摄像头(17)固定在观察板(11)上,所述挡光板(18)的顶端与盖板(2)铰接,所述挡光板(18)的两侧分别通过两个转动单元与观 察板(11)连接,所述摄像头(17)与PLC电连接。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的基于物联网的便携式物业管理设备,其特征在于,所述固定组件包括固定盒(19)和两个固定单元,所述固定盒(19)与操作板(4)固定连接,两个固定单元分别位于固定盒(19)的两端,所述固定单元包括插杆(20)、凸板(21)和圆孔,所述圆孔设置在固定盒(19)的内壁上,所述插杆(20)的外周与圆孔的内壁密封连接,所述凸板(21)位于固定盒(19)内,所述插杆(20)与凸板(21)固定连接,所述固定盒(19)内设有若干弹簧(22),所述弹簧(22)的两端分别与两个凸板(21)连接,所述弹簧(22)处于压缩状态,所述固定板(7)的两端设有插管(23),所述插杆(20)的远离凸板(21)的一端设置在其中一个插管(23)内。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的基于物联网的便携式物业管理设备,其特征在于,所述插杆(20)的远离凸板(21)的一端的形状为半球形。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的基于物联网的便携式物业管理设备,其特征在于,所述插杆(20)上设有拨片(24)。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的基于物联网的便携式物业管理设备,其特征在于,所述驱动单元包括旋转单元、转轴(25)和两个驱动锥齿轮(26),所述旋转单元与转轴(25)传动连接,两个驱动锥齿轮(26)分别固定在转轴(25)的两端,所述驱动锥齿轮(26)与伸缩单元一一对应,所述驱动锥齿轮(26)与从动锥齿轮(14)传动连接。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的基于物联网的便携式物业管理设备,其特征在于,所述旋转单元包括第一电机(27)、第一齿轮(28)和第二齿轮(29),所述第一电机(27)固定在凹口内,所述第一电机(27)与PLC电连接,所述第一电机(27)与第一齿轮(28)传动连接,所述第一齿轮(28)与第二齿轮(29)啮合,所述第二齿轮(29)同轴固定在转轴(25)上。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的基于物联网的便携式物业管理设备,其特征在于,所述第二齿轮(29)的两侧设有支撑单元,所述支撑单元包括支撑环(30)和两个夹板(31),所述支撑环(30)固定在凹口内,所述支撑环(30)套设在转轴(25)上,两个夹板(31)分别抵靠在支撑环 (30)的两端,所述夹板(31)固定在转轴(25)上。
  8. 如权利要求5所述的基于物联网的便携式物业管理设备,其特征在于,所述第一电机(27)为直流伺服电机。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的基于物联网的便携式物业管理设备,其特征在于,所述摄像头(17)的上方设有补光灯(32),所述补光灯(32)与PLC电连接。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的基于物联网的便携式物业管理设备,其特征在于,所述转动单元包括气缸(33)和支杆(34),所述气缸(33)的缸体固定在观察板(11)上,所述气缸(33)的气杆通过支杆(34)与挡光板(18)铰接,所述气缸(33)与PLC电连接。
