Claims (9)

  1. 一种发声器件,其包括盆架、支撑于所述盆架的振动***以及驱动所述振动***振动发声的磁路***,所述振动***设有音圈,所述磁路***具有磁间隙,其特征在于,所述振动***包括振膜和骨架,所述振膜包括球顶以及与所述球顶周缘连接的折环部,所述球顶的表面呈波浪形;所述骨架一端与所述球顶连接,所述骨架的另一端与所述音圈连接,所述骨架与所述球顶为一体成型结构;所述音圈插设于所述磁间隙内并与所述骨架固定连接,所述音圈驱动所述骨架振动以带动所述振膜振动发声。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述球顶呈环状,所述折环部包括呈环状的第一折环部和呈环状的第二折环部,所述第一折环部环绕所述第二折环部且相互间隔;所述球顶位于所述第一折环部与所述第二折环部之间,且所述球顶的外侧与所述第一折环部连接,所述球顶的内侧与所述第二折环部连接;所述第一折环部外侧和所述第二折环部内侧固定于所述盆架;
    所述骨架包括自所述球顶的靠近所述第二折环部的一端向远离所述振膜方向延伸的骨架本体以及由所述骨架本体向所述磁间隙方向弯折延伸的延伸壁,所述骨架本体环绕所述磁路***设置并相互间隔,所述延伸壁延伸至所述磁间隙内并与所述音圈连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述延伸壁包括四个且相互等间距设置。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述盆架包括底壁、由所述底壁周缘弯折延伸的外壁以及由所述底壁弯折延伸的内壁,所述外壁环绕所述内壁设置且相互间隔,所述内壁沿所述振膜的振动方向的高度小于所述外壁的高度;
    所述第一折环部外侧固定于所述外壁,所述第二折环部内侧固定于所述内壁;
    所述球顶由所述外壁顶端所在的平面向所述内壁顶端所在的平面倾斜延伸使得所述球顶呈锥形结构。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述磁路***包括第一磁碗、收容固定于所述第一磁碗内的磁钢单元以及贯穿所述第一磁碗并与所述延伸壁匹配的让位槽;
    所述内壁设有贯穿其上的通口,所述通口沿所述振动方向延伸,所述底壁与所述内壁共同围成容纳空间,所述第一磁碗安装于所述容纳空间内,且使得所述让位槽与所述通口一一正对设置,所述延伸壁依次经所述通口和所述让位槽延伸至所述磁间隙内。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述第一磁碗包括支撑固定于所述容纳空间的第一磁碗底壁以及由所述第一磁碗底壁向靠近所述振膜方向弯折延伸的第一磁碗侧壁,所述磁钢单元与所述第一磁碗侧壁共同形成所述磁间隙;所述让位槽沿所述振动方向延伸并贯穿所述第一磁碗侧壁。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述磁路***还包括盖设于所述磁钢单元的第二磁碗,所述第二磁碗与所述第一磁碗正对设置;所述第二磁碗包括第二磁碗底壁和第二磁碗侧壁,所述第二磁碗底壁与所述第一磁碗底壁间隔正对设置,所述第二磁碗侧壁由所述第二磁碗底壁向靠近所述第一磁碗底壁方向弯折延伸并抵接于所述第一磁碗侧壁,所述让位槽亦贯穿所述第二磁碗侧壁。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述发声器件还包括盖设于所述内壁远离所述底壁一侧的前盖,所述前盖将所述第二折环部内侧压设于所述内壁顶端。
  9. 根据权利要求4所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述振动***还包括呈环状的弹性支撑组件,所述弹性支撑组件的外侧固定于所述外壁,所述弹性支撑组件的内侧固定于所述骨架本体远离所述球顶的一端。
