一种均匀轧车,包括2个磁力轧辊(1)、2个磁瓦(2),2个磁力轧辊(1)水平放置,磁力轧辊(1)的两端均安装有轴承座(4),磁力轧辊(1)的两端还设有滑轨(3),轴承座(4)与滑轨(3)配合,磁力轧辊(1)通过两端的轴承座(4)在滑轨(3)上自由移动,同时磁力轧辊(1)可自由转动;所述2个磁力轧辊(1)设置于2个磁瓦(2)之间,磁瓦(2)可做相对位置调节,以便2个磁瓦(2)之间靠近或远离。该均匀轧车,其核心部件为一对依靠磁力对压的均匀轧辊***,具体为一对磁力轧辊(1)和一对磁瓦(2)。相比已有的均匀轧车,由于是全辊面磁力悬浮挤压,其均匀效果更佳,结构更加简单,维护更加便捷,制造和使用成本更加经济。

一种均匀轧车 技术领域
本发明涉及一种均匀轧车,属于工程技术领域。
背景技术
目前已有的形成应用的均匀轧车有以下几种:以德国寇司德为代表的油压刮片式均匀轧车;以瑞士贝宁格为代表的气袋轴承式均匀轧车以及以日本和歌山为代表的锥盘中固式均匀轧车。但不论哪种形式,其实现均匀效果都是相对的,很难在进一步提升其均匀效果,另外结构都相当复杂,维护难度高,维护成本高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述现有技术存在的问题,提供一种均匀轧车设计,可以提供更好的均匀施压效果,同时简化结构设计,降低维护难度和成本。
本发明的目的是这样实现的,一种均匀轧车,其特征是:包括2个磁力轧辊、2个磁瓦,2个磁力轧辊水平放置,磁力轧辊的两端均安装有轴承座,磁力轧辊的两端还设有滑轨,轴承座与滑轨配合,磁力轧辊通过两端的轴承座在滑轨上自由移动,同时磁力轧辊可自由转动;
所述2个磁力轧辊设置于2个磁瓦之间,磁瓦可做相对位置调节,以便2个磁瓦之间靠近或远离。
所述磁力轧辊由筒状的外套和内核构成,内核置于外套内,外套和内核之间通过环氧树脂灌装层连接成为整体。
所述外套由筒状的外套骨架、筒状的包胶层构成或由单独外套骨架构成,当有包胶层时,包胶层包覆于外套骨架上。
所述外套骨架由玻璃钢制作。
所述内核包括一对法兰轴头、筒状的内核骨架、若干只环状的固定套环以及整齐有序排列的第一磁铁;所述一对法兰轴头通过螺栓连接到内核骨架上,第一磁铁紧密排列成环状并采用固定套环节节相扣以实现其在内核骨架外圆表面的有序排列及固定,固定套环通过若干螺栓固定在内核骨架上;法兰轴头以及固定套环上设置有锲形槽,第一磁铁的两端设有与锲形槽相匹配的锲形面,锲形槽与锲形面相吻合,形成牢固的卡扣效果;同时第一磁铁的上下两平面为弧形。
所述内核骨架由玻璃钢制作;固定套环由玻璃钢制作。
所述磁瓦包括若干第二磁铁、安装座,若干第二磁铁有序排列并固定在安装座上;所述第二磁铁表面为圆弧状。
本发明结构合理,通过本发明,提供的一种均匀轧车,其核心部件为一对依靠磁力对压的均匀轧辊***,具体为一对磁力轧辊和一对磁瓦。发明特征及优点如下:
1、相比已有的均匀轧车,由于是全辊面磁力悬浮挤压,其均匀效果更佳;
2、结构更加简单,维护更加便捷;
3、制造和使用成本更加经济。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图以及附图说明对本发明作进一步的说明。
如图1所示:本发明主要由一对磁力轧辊1和一对磁瓦2构成。一对磁力轧辊1水平放置,通过其两端的轴承座4在滑轨3上自由移动,同时磁力轧辊1可以自由转动。一对磁瓦2可以做相对位置调节,以便之间靠近或远离。
如图2所示:所述的磁力轧辊1由筒状的外套5和内核6构成,外套5和内核6之间通过环氧树脂灌装层7连接成为整体。
如图3所示:所述的筒状的外套5由筒状的外套骨架9(由玻璃钢制作)和筒状的包胶层8构成;在实际实施时,包胶层8可以依照技术所需选择有或没有。当有包胶层8时,按照常规的包胶工艺在外套骨架9上按要求进行特定厚度、硬度和胶种的包胶即可获得。
如图4所示:所述的内核6由一对法兰轴头10、筒状的内核骨架11(由玻璃钢制作)、数只环状的固定套环12(由玻璃钢制作)以及整齐有序排列的第一磁铁13构成。
如图5所示:一对法兰轴头10通过数只螺栓15连接到内核骨架11上,第一磁铁13紧密排列成环状并采用固定套环12节节相扣以实现其在内核骨架11外圆表面的有序排列及固 定,固定套环12依靠若干螺栓14在内核骨架11固定。其法兰轴头10以及固定套环12上设置有锲形槽18,以便与第一磁铁13两端锲形面相吻合,形成牢固的卡扣效果;同时第一磁铁13的上下两平面为弧形与构造成的截面内外圆吻合。
如图6所示:磁瓦2由若干第二磁铁16有序排列并固定在安装座17上构成。第二磁铁16表面做成圆弧状。
如图7所示:本发明均匀轧车工作时,其磁力轧辊1内部(内核6上)的第一磁铁13外圆弧为同一磁极(例如N),轴瓦2上的第二磁铁16内圆弧为与第一磁铁13外圆弧统一磁极。工作时,调整轴瓦2间距,利用同一磁极相斥的原理,将一对磁力轧辊1压到一起;一对磁力轧辊1之间也具备一定的排斥力,但因为进入和离开挤压点时圆弧表面迅速分离,磁力衰减较快,不会对挤压造成太大影响。调节一对轴瓦2的间距,可以调节一对磁力轧辊1之间的挤压力。
上述所述的第一磁铁13、第二磁铁16均为永磁铁。
作为进一步优化本发明,可以将第一磁铁13、第二磁铁16更换为电磁铁,并利用电枢装置使一对磁力轧辊在对转过程中一只维持靠近轴瓦2的一侧通电带磁而对压的一侧不通电没有磁性。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种均匀轧车,其特征是:包括2个磁力轧辊(1)、2个磁瓦(2),2个磁力轧辊(1)水平放置,磁力轧辊(1)的两端均安装有轴承座(4),磁力轧辊(1)的两端还设有滑轨(3),轴承座(4)与滑轨(3)配合,磁力轧辊(1)通过两端的轴承座(4)在滑轨(3)上自由移动,同时磁力轧辊(1)可自由转动;
    所述2个磁力轧辊(1)设置于2个磁瓦(2)之间,磁瓦(2)可做相对位置调节,以便2个磁瓦(2)之间靠近或远离。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种均匀轧车,其特征是:所述磁力轧辊(1)由筒状的外套(5)和内核(6)构成,内核(6)置于外套(5)内,外套(5)和内核(6)之间通过环氧树脂灌装层(7)连接成为整体。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种均匀轧车,其特征是:所述外套(5)由筒状的外套骨架(9)、筒状的包胶层(8)构成或由单独外套骨架(9)构成,当有包胶层(8)时,包胶层(8)包覆于外套骨架(9)上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种均匀轧车,其特征是:所述外套骨架(9)由玻璃钢制作。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的一种均匀轧车,其特征是:所述内核(6)包括一对法兰轴头(10)、筒状的内核骨架(11)、若干只环状的固定套环(12)以及整齐有序排列的第一磁铁(13);所述一对法兰轴头(10)通过螺栓(15)连接到内核骨架(11)上,第一磁铁(13)紧密排列成环状并采用固定套环(12)节节相扣以实现其在内核骨架(11)外圆表面的有序排列及固定,固定套环(12)通过若干螺栓(14)固定在内核骨架(11)上;法兰轴头(10)以及固定套环(12)上设置有锲形槽(18),第一磁铁(13)的两端设有与锲形槽(18)相匹配的锲形面,锲形槽(18)与锲形面相吻合,形成牢固的卡扣效果;同时第一磁铁(13)的上下两平面为弧形。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种均匀轧车,其特征是:所述内核骨架(11)由玻璃钢制作;固定套环(12)由玻璃钢制作。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种均匀轧车,其特征是:所述磁瓦(2)包括若干第二磁铁(16)、安装座(17),若干第二磁铁(16)有序排列并固定在安装座(17)上;所述第二磁铁(16)表面为圆弧状。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种均匀轧车,其特征是:所述第一磁铁(13)、第二磁铁(16)为永磁铁或电磁铁。
