下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本实用新型中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1-8,本发明提供一种技术方案:
实施例1
一种具有可回收功能的电磁弹射器,包括箱体1,所述箱体1底部一侧两端均设有轮子2,所述箱体1上设有拉杆3,所述拉杆3上设有拉杆解锁按钮4,使整个电磁弹射器便于携带和使用;
所述箱体1上设有用于在不将救援人员置于额外危险境况下,保证救援人员拥有处理危机事件的能力的救生装置5,所述救生装置5包括控制装置6和发射筒7,对弹射物进行发射的发射筒7,本弹射器使用规范中认可的任何弹射物,均可装填入此发射筒7;
所述控制装置6固定在箱体1上,所述发射筒7底部与控制装置6固定,所述控制装置6包括电池9和电容10,所述电池9与电容10电性连接,且电池9与电容10电性连接有充放电控制器11,所述充放电控制器11包括充电 控制器12和放电控制器13,所述箱体1上设有用于控制电池9的电源开关14,所述电源开关14为整个弹射器电源总开关,在使用时首先按下此开关方能使用;
所述箱体1上设有用于控制发射筒7发射的发射控制器15,所述发射控制器15可设置弹射物种类及欲弹射的距离,对发射控制器15做相应设置后可将发射筒7内的弹射物进行弹射,并控制为弹射机构开始充电,在线控遥控器失灵或遥控线路中断的紧急情况下,此控制器还可按键直接控制发射。
所述箱体1外侧设有收纳装置8,所述收纳装置8包括充电器收纳盒16,当电量不足时,可从所述充电器收纳盒16中取出充电插头,插于任何一个220V电插座上为弹射器内置电瓶充电;
所述充电器收纳盒16固定在箱体1上,且充电器收纳盒16中的充电器输出端与充电控制器12电性连接,所述箱体1外侧还设有电枢收纳盒17、缆球收纳盒18和绳索收纳盒19,所述电枢收纳盒17中的电枢用于推进弹射物向前行进的载体,在发射弹射物之前,先于弹射物装入发射筒7内;所述绳索收纳盒19在备勤状态下,按照绳索卷放规范进行卷放整齐后收纳于此部件空腔中并盖好盖子将绳索压实固定;在使用时,打开盖子,将绳索一端捆绑弹射物,另一端捆绑于船体上栏杆或锚钩等固定物上;所述缆球收纳盒18在备勤状态下放置缆球之用,在进行抛缆作业时,将此部件取出,尾部金属环捆绑绳索一端,绳索另一端捆绑于船体上栏杆或锚钩等固定物上;
所述箱体1上设有发射遥控按钮收纳盒20,所述发射遥控按钮收纳盒20的遥控线缆与充电控制器12电性连接,为操作方便,此盒打开盖子后能取出一个线控遥控器,使用者可在离弹射器0-2米范围内自由控制弹射动作;
所述箱体1上设有用于显示内置电池9所剩电量比例的电量显示器21, 便于观察电量,以保证电源能够随时为发射筒7提供动力。
所述发射筒7内部的电枢尾部处于发射筒7内磁感应线圈的中间位置,电枢放的越深,产生向前的力就越小,电枢放的越浅,作用时间就越短,会影响飞行距离。
所述发射筒7内的电枢采用铝的导磁性,通过电枢推动弹射弹(负载)发射出去,提供工作效率。
所述发射筒7内的磁感应线圈采用的玻璃纤维缠绕和环氧树脂灌封方式,确保线圈使用过程中不会开裂,提高弹射器的工作稳定性。
电源电池9给储能电容10供电,再通过储能电容10使弹射器发射筒7内的磁感线圈通电,并瞬间产生强磁场,推动电枢运动,电枢带动发射物抛射出去。
下表显示了在气候良好的无风状态下,由经过训练的人员操作的情况下,此电磁弹射器对不同发射物保守的弹射距离:

救生弹抛投操作流程:
步骤1:将弹射器拉杆箱放倒、拉杆3面向下放平在地上,发射筒7口对准被救援对象方向(拉杆箱轮子2侧对准被救援对象),若弹射器与被救援对象之间存在栏杆或其他障碍物,那么弹射器与障碍物之间的距离应该不小于障碍物高度的五倍;
步骤2:将救生弹从救生弹专用收纳袋中取出一枚,如图5所示,救生弹的尾部有预留的一段绳索,绳索一端连接着救生弹内的救生衣,另一端用来连接绳索收纳盒19中的绳索一端,操作人员将绳索收纳盒19的盒盖打开,取出绳索一端,与救生弹尾部绳索用死结捆绑结实;
步骤3:将绳索收纳盒19中绳索的另一端,与船上栏杆或锚钩用死结捆绑结实;
步骤4:将救生弹尾部绳索沿着尾部的沟槽整齐的压入,使绳索尾部全部陷入弹体尾部及侧面沟槽中;
步骤5:打开发射筒7盖子,
步骤6:打开电枢收纳盒17盖子,取出一只金属电枢,不区分方向的装填入发射筒7中;
步骤7:电枢装入发射筒7后,再将救生弹尾部向下装入发射筒7内;
步骤8:按下电源开关14按钮,弹射器总电源开关14打开,此时电量显示器21将显示剩余电量,剩余电量小于两格时,请及时为弹射器充电;
步骤9:手动操作发射控制器15的左右方向键,选择弹体种类为“救生”并选择好计划弹射的距离,选定以后按控制器“充电”按钮,此时设定的弹体种类及距离所对应的指示灯会不停闪烁,直至指示灯不再闪烁而变为长亮,则表示发射筒7已经充好电,进入可发射状态;
步骤10:再一次对弹射器发射方向校准以后,打开发射遥控按钮收纳盒20,从中取出遥控按钮,在遥控线缆允许的活动范围内按下发射按钮(若遥控器或线路故障,则直接按控制器上“发射”按钮),救生弹就会带着绳索一起向被救援对象方向飞行。
此电磁弹射器内置电瓶如果长时间不适用,可能会存在缓慢的自放电现 象,要求每3个月进行一次电池9维护工作,即每3个月充电器收纳盒16中取出充电插头,***任何220V市电插座上,进行充电操作,直至电量显示器21显示电量满为止;
由于弹射器内部各部件均已做独立防水处理,所以箱体1无需防水,在使用过程中,可能会有水进入箱体内部,此时应将拉杆箱的拉杆3向上直立,箱体1内的水会从箱子底部防水空流出;
发射筒7的盖子在不使用时,应长期保持覆盖模式,并向下按紧;弹射器在不使用时,应将拉杆3收起,并保持拉杆3面向下平放于无太阳直射、无雨淋、无水浸的位置。
实施例2
一种具有可回收功能的电磁弹射器,包括箱体1,所述箱体1底部一侧两端均设有轮子2,所述箱体1上设有拉杆3,所述拉杆3上设有拉杆解锁按钮4,使整个电磁弹射器便于携带和使用;
所述箱体1上设有用于在不将救援人员置于额外危险境况下,保证救援人员拥有处理危机事件的能力的救生装置5,所述救生装置5包括控制装置6和发射筒7,对弹射物进行发射的发射筒7,本弹射器使用规范中认可的任何弹射物,均可装填入此发射筒7;
所述控制装置6固定在箱体1上,所述发射筒7底部与控制装置6固定,所述控制装置6包括电池9和电容10,所述电池9与电容10电性连接,且电池9与电容10电性连接有充放电控制器11,所述充放电控制器11包括充电控制器12和放电控制器13,所述箱体1上设有用于控制电池9的电源开关14,所述电源开关14为整个弹射器电源总开关,在使用时首先按下此开关方能使用;
所述箱体1上设有用于控制发射筒7发射的发射控制器15,所述发射控制器15可设置弹射物种类及欲弹射的距离,对发射控制器15做相应设置后可将发射筒7内的弹射物进行弹射,并控制为弹射机构开始充电,在线控遥控器失灵或遥控线路中断的紧急情况下,此控制器还可按键直接控制发射。
所述箱体1外侧设有收纳装置8,所述收纳装置8包括充电器收纳盒16,当电量不足时,可从所述充电器收纳盒16中取出充电插头,插于任何一个220V电插座上为弹射器内置电瓶充电;
所述充电器收纳盒16固定在箱体1上,且充电器收纳盒16中的充电器输出端与充电控制器12电性连接,所述箱体1外侧还设有电枢收纳盒17、缆球收纳盒18和绳索收纳盒19,所述电枢收纳盒17中的电枢用于推进弹射物向前行进的载体,在发射弹射物之前,先于弹射物装入发射筒7内;所述绳索收纳盒19在备勤状态下,按照绳索卷放规范进行卷放整齐后收纳于此部件空腔中并盖好盖子将绳索压实固定;在使用时,打开盖子,将绳索一端捆绑弹射物,另一端捆绑于船体上栏杆或锚钩等固定物上;所述缆球收纳盒18在备勤状态下放置缆球之用,在进行抛缆作业时,将此部件取出,尾部金属环捆绑绳索一端,绳索另一端捆绑于船体上栏杆或锚钩等固定物上;
所述箱体1上设有发射遥控按钮收纳盒20,所述发射遥控按钮收纳盒20的遥控线缆与充电控制器12电性连接,为操作方便,此盒打开盖子后能取出一个线控遥控器,使用者可在离弹射器0-2米范围内自由控制弹射动作;
所述箱体1上设有用于显示内置电池9所剩电量比例的电量显示器21,便于观察电量,以保证电源能够随时为发射筒7提供动力。
所述发射筒7内部的电枢尾部处于发射筒7内磁感应线圈的中间位置,电枢放的越深,产生向前的力就越小,电枢放的越浅,作用时间就越短,会 影响飞行距离。
所述发射筒7内的电枢采用铝的导磁性,通过电枢推动弹射弹(负载)发射出去,提供工作效率。
所述发射筒7内的磁感应线圈采用的玻璃纤维缠绕和环氧树脂灌封方式,确保线圈使用过程中不会开裂,提高弹射器的工作稳定性。

缆球抛投操作流程:
步骤1:将弹射器拉杆箱放倒、拉杆3面向下放平在地上,发射筒7口对准弹射目的地方向(拉杆箱轮子2侧对准目的地),若弹射器与目的地之间存在栏杆或其他障碍物,那么弹射器与障碍物之间的距离应该不小于障碍物高度的五倍;
步骤2:将缆球弹从缆球收纳盒18中取出,如图5所示,缆球弹的尾部有一个金属环,操作人员将绳索收纳盒19的盒盖打开,取出绳索一端,与缆球弹尾部金属环用死结捆绑结实;
步骤3:将绳索另一端,与船上栏杆或锚钩用死结捆绑结实;
步骤4:将缆球弹尾部绳索沿着尾部的沟槽整齐的压入,使绳索尾部全部陷入弹体尾部及侧面沟槽中;
步骤5:打开发射筒7盖子,
步骤6:打开电枢收纳盒17盖子,取出一只金属电枢,无需区分方向的装填入发射筒7中;
步骤7:电枢装入发射筒7后,再将缆球弹尾部向下装入发射筒7内;
步骤8:将电源开关14按钮按下,将弹射器总电源开关14打开,此时电量显示器21将显示剩余电量,剩余电量小于两格时,请及时为弹射器充电;
步骤9:手动操作发射控制器15的左右方向键,选择弹体种类为“缆球”并选择好计划弹射的距离,选定以后按控制器“充电”按钮,此时设定的弹体种类及距离所对应的指示灯会不停闪烁,直至指示灯不再闪烁而变为长亮,则表示发射筒7已经充好电,进入可发射状态;
步骤10:再一次对弹射器发射方向校准以后,打开发射遥控按钮收纳盒20,从中取出遥控按钮,在遥控线缆允许的活动范围内按下遥控发射按钮(若遥控按钮或线路故障,则直接按控制器上“发射”按钮),缆球弹就会带着绳索一起向目的地方向飞行。
此电磁弹射器内置电瓶如果长时间不适用,可能会存在缓慢的自放电现象,要求每3个月进行一次电池9维护工作,即每3个月充电器收纳盒16中取出充电插头,***任何220V市电插座上,进行充电操作,直至电量显示器21显示电量满为止;
由于弹射器内部各部件均已做独立防水处理,所以箱体1无需防水,在使用过程中,可能会有水进入箱体内部,此时应将拉杆箱的拉杆3向上直立, 箱体1内的水会从箱子底部防水空流出;
发射筒7的盖子在不使用时,应长期保持覆盖模式,并向下按紧;弹射器在不使用时,应将拉杆3收起,并保持拉杆3面向下平放于无太阳直射、无雨淋、无水浸的位置。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种具有可回收功能的电磁弹射器,包括箱体(1),其特征在于:所述箱体(1)底部一侧两端均设有轮子(2),所述箱体(1)上设有拉杆(3),所述拉杆(3)上设有拉杆解锁按钮(4),所述箱体(1)上设有用于在不将救援人员置于额外危险境况下,保证救援人员拥有处理危机事件的能力的救生装置(5)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有可回收功能的电磁弹射器,其特征在于:所述救生装置(5)包括控制装置(6)和发射筒(7),所述控制装置(6)固定在箱体(1)上,所述发射筒(7)底部与控制装置(6)固定,所述箱体(1)外侧设有收纳装置(8)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种具有可回收功能的电磁弹射器,其特征在于:所述控制装置(6)包括电池(9)和电容(10),所述电池(9)与电容(10)电性连接,且电池(9)与电容(10)电性连接有充放电控制器(11),所述充放电控制器(11)包括充电控制器(12)和放电控制器(13),所述箱体(1)上设有用于控制电池(9)的电源开关(14)和用于控制发射筒(7)发射的发射控制器(15)。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种具有可回收功能的电磁弹射器,其特征在于:所述收纳装置(8)包括充电器收纳盒(16),所述充电器收纳盒(16)固定在箱体(1)上,且充电器收纳盒(16)中的充电器输出端与充电控制器(12)电性连接,所述箱体(1)外侧还设有电枢收纳盒(17)、缆球收纳盒(18)和绳索收纳盒(19)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种具有可回收功能的电磁弹射器,其特征在于:所述箱体(1)上设有发射遥控按钮收纳盒(20),所述发射遥控按钮收纳盒(20)的遥控线缆与充电控制器(12)电性连接。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有可回收功能的电磁弹射器,其特征在于:所述箱体(1)上设有用于显示内置电池(9)所剩电量比例的电量显示器(21)。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有可回收功能的电磁弹射器,其特征在于:所述发射筒(7)内部的电枢尾部处于发射筒(7)内磁感应线圈的中间位置。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有可回收功能的电磁弹射器,其特征在于:所述发射筒(7)内的电枢采用铝的导磁性。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有可回收功能的电磁弹射器,其特征在于:所述发射筒(7)内的磁感应线圈采用的玻璃纤维缠绕和环氧树脂灌封方式。
