具体实施方式
图1至图2示出了电动工具***100,其包括一种集尘器10和电动工具20,还包括用于连接电动工具20与集尘器10的连接夹持装置30。夹持装置30先连接至动力,并在紧固后连接集尘器10。其中,电动工具20可以是电锤,其能用于对墙体或墙面等进行钻孔或冲击作业,其在操作过程中会产生大量碎屑和粉尘等,严重影响用户体验和操作环境,严重的情 况下,还会影响用户操作,造成安全隐患。故设置一个可在电锤运行的同时能同步运行或独立运行的集尘器10。集尘器10具有吸附碎屑及粉尘的功能。夹持装置30包括握持部31、第一连接机构32和第二连接机构33。其中,第一连接机构32用于连接电锤或其他电动工具20;第二连接机构33用于连接集尘器10。电锤包括可用握持的把手部和可供连接夹持装置30的第三连接部21。作为其他可选的实施方式,集尘器10还可以连接其他可能会产生碎屑或粉尘的锤钻类工具或其他工具。
如图3所示,夹持装置30基本沿第一直线101方向延伸,第一连接机构32设置在握持部31和第二连接机构33之间。当第二连接机构33套设至电锤的第三连接部21时,可以通过旋转握持部31将夹持装置30拧紧至第三连接部21,此时,握持部31可以作为电锤的一个副把手供用户握持。进而将集尘器10安装至电锤上,通过将第二连接机构33卡接至吸尘机,并调整至合适位置,再完成紧固。
如图4至图5所示,第二连接机构33包括定位件331、限位组件332和紧固件333。第二连接机构33自夹持装置30的一端延伸出来,定位件331与夹持装置30固定连接或一体成型。定位件331呈“T”字型,其具有连接至夹持装置30的连接端331a和自连接端331a延伸出来的定位端331b。其中,连接端331a与第一直线101垂直或相交,定位端331b与第一直线101平行或倾斜相交。限位组件332包括第一限位件332a和第二限位件332b。其中,第一限位件332a与夹持装置30的主体固定连接或一体成型。第二限位件332b与夹持装置30的主体构成转动连接。第二限位件332b具有第一连接孔332c和第二连接孔332d,第一连接孔332c用于***一个转轴332f,从而可供第二限位件332b围绕转轴332f转动。第二连接孔332d可供紧固件333***,并形成有内螺纹结构332e,紧固件333形成有外螺纹结构333a,当紧固件333***第二连接孔332d后,能通过内螺纹结构332e与外螺纹结构333a的配合,将第二限位件332b紧固至第一限位件332a。第二连接机构33还包括与紧固件333配合的接触件336,接触件336与紧固件333接触的一面具有一个接触面336a,该接触面336a为一个球面,从而使得第二限位件332b通过紧固件333固定至第一限位件332a时,紧固件333由于与呈球面形成的接触面336a接触,这样使得紧固件333与球面上各个点的作用力均是垂直于接触面336a的。事实上,通过设置紧固件333与球面接触,实际上是实现了“点”与“面”接触,避免“面”与“面”接触,使得平面之间由于挤压、变形、倾斜等因素导致紧固件333与接触面336a直接的接触不牢固。通过上述设置,使得紧固件333与接触面336a之间的相互作用力更集中,从而使得第二限位件332b与第一限位件332a之间的夹持力更大,从而使得夹持装置30对集尘器10的夹持力更大,夹持更紧固。作为另一种实现方式,还可以将接 触面设置在紧固件上,并在操作紧固件时使得紧固件上的接触面与接触件接触以实现“点”与“面”的接触,从而增大接触件与紧固件之间的相互作用力。
此外,第二连接机构33还设置有第一弹性件335,第二连接机构33形成有用于容纳第一弹性件335的容纳腔334,第一弹性件335一端抵持容纳腔334内,一端抵持第二限位件332b,这样使得第一限位件332a和第二限位件332b之间始终保持较大的开口,从而能够快速夹持集尘器10。当紧固件333将第二限位件332b固定至第一限位件332a时,首先需要克服第一弹性件335的弹性力,从而再紧固第二限位件332b。事实上,第一限位件332a和第二限位件332b均形成有卡爪部332g,其能夹持集尘器10,并在紧固件333的作用下将集尘器10夹紧。集尘器10还包括与第二连接机构33配合的第四连接部117,第四连接部117还形成有与定位件331配合的定位孔,当集尘器10安装至第二连接机构33时,首先将定位件331***至定位孔中,并沿第一直线101方向移动集尘器10,从而能通过定位件331将集尘器10初步定位在第二连接机构33上,从而避免用户在规定集尘器10时,还需要再另外扶持集尘器10,有效的增加用户操作便利性。
如图6至图9所示,集尘器10包括壳体部11、进风通道12和集尘盒组件13,其中,壳体部11形成一个容纳空间111,进风通道12至少部分设置在壳体部11内,并形成有进风口121和出风口122。壳体部11内设置有能产生气流的风扇112,风扇112高速运转并能在壳体部11内形成负压,通过进风口121吸附碎屑及粉尘,在经过进风通道12的传送送出至集尘盒组件13,在经过集尘盒组件13过滤后,通过出风口122排出无尘气体。集尘器10还包括用于连接电源的结合部(图未示出),结合部可以用于连接电池包等电源装置。在一些可选的实施方式中,结合部还可以连接电源线等。为清楚的说明本申请的技术方案,还定义了如图6所示的:前侧、后侧、左侧、右侧、上侧和下侧。集尘器10的集尘盒组件13连接至集尘器10的后侧。集尘器10包括一个可供碎屑和粉尘吹出的出尘口132,集尘盒组件13设置有一个与出尘口132配合的进尘口131。作为一种可选的实施方式,集尘器10的连接端331a采用嵌入式结构以连接集尘盒组件13,即集尘器10上至少部分形成有凹槽113,该凹槽113能容纳至少部分的集尘盒组件13,从而能够有效利用集尘器10壳体内部的空间。事实上,通过优化集尘器10内部的排线和结构设置,可以有效的增加凹槽113的体积,从而能够嵌入更多体积的吸尘盒组件。事实上,通过嵌入式的连接方式,吸尘盒组件本身的体积也能够增大。由于集尘器10与集尘盒组件13的连接位置采用嵌入式连接,集尘盒组件13能够做的更大、更长,且不占用连接空间。集尘器10内部还设置有用于控制集尘器10运动的控制面板114,控制面板114设置在壳体部11形成的容纳空间111内,并被设置在一个与沿前后方向 延伸的直线方向倾斜相交的平面内,以此进一步增加了壳体部11内部的空间利用率。
可选的,集尘盒组件13包括基座133、滤纸组件134和集尘盒135。其中,滤纸组件134安装在基座133上,基座133与集尘盒135连接并能构成一个可以容纳滤纸组件134的容纳腔。为方便将集尘盒组件13安装至集尘器10,集尘盒组件13上还设置有连接组件136。连接组件136包括用于将集尘盒组件13连接至集尘器10的第一连接件136a和用于将集尘盒135连接至基座133的第二连接件136b。其中,基座133上设置有沿第二直线方向延伸的转动轴,第一连接件136a为围绕转动轴转动的锁扣;第二连接件136b也为围绕转动轴转动的锁扣。当集尘盒组件13通过第一连接件136a固定至集尘器10上时,第二连接件136b无法被触发,此时集尘盒135无法被从集尘盒组件13上拆卸下来,从而能够避免用户误触碰连接组件136,导致集尘盒135内的灰尘倾覆出来,造成二次污染。仅当集尘盒组件13被从集尘器10上拆卸下来时,集尘盒135才能被从集尘盒组件13上拆卸下来,从而方便用户在预设位置或指定位置清灰,从而有效的控制了二次污染现象的产生。
如图10至图12所示,为实现上述功能,集尘器10的壳体部11上形成或连接有与第二连接件136b配合的第一止挡部115,第二连接件136b上形成或连接有与第一止挡部115配合的第二止挡部136c。当集尘盒组件13安装至集尘器10上时,第一止挡部115与第二止挡部136c抵触,第一止挡部115限制了第二连接件136b的转动,此时,第二连接件136b始终保持与集尘盒135的连接,从而集尘盒135无法从集尘盒组件13上拆卸下来。
如图13所示,滤纸组件134包括滤纸134a和固定件134b,滤纸134a通过固定件134b固定成一个整体,固定件134b形成有多个卡扣,并能与基座133构成卡扣连接。从而能够有效增加更换滤纸134a的便利性。固定件134b可以是一种塑料件,其具有强度高、质量轻的特点,并能便于成型,使得其能形成多个卡扣。事实上,滤纸134a存在有多片,其在自然状态下是分离状态,在安装至集尘盒组件13之前,需要将其固定成一个整体。通过设置塑料件,能够有效的固定滤纸134a,并能增强其作为一个整体的强度。事实上,通过这种设置方式,用户可以通过卡扣结构快速拆装滤纸134a,且不需要借助其他工具。
如图1和图14所示,集尘器10包括一个控制按钮116,控制按钮116能控制集尘器10在不同模式之间切换。示例性的,集尘器10包括触发模式和自动模式。在触发模式下,需要触发集尘器10的吸尘口至一个预设位置,从而启动集尘器10开始吸尘;当吸尘口未被触发且远离该预设位置时,集尘器10停止吸尘。在自动模式下,集尘器10可以始终保持吸尘状态。集尘器10的进风通道12包括:活动管123、导轨部124和弹性导管125。其中,活动管123能在导轨部124上自由滑动,在活动管123和出尘口132之间设置弹性导管125,弹性导 管125具有一个预紧力,其能抵持活动管123并将活动管123推送至距离出尘口132最远的位置。当操作电锤工作时,钻头等工件在钻入墙体中时,活动管123会偏压弹性导管125,并朝向出尘口132运动,此时活动管123会缩短暴露在集尘器10壳体部11外侧的长度,并进入至壳体部11内侧。
集尘器10的壳体部11上还设有一个非接触式开关126,非接触式开关126设置在活动管123的滑动路径上,并在活动管123滑动至预设位置时,能被触发。该非接触式开关126可以是一个霍尔开关或光电开关,其在被活动管123上的磁性件触发时,能传递一个电信号,从而连通电路以开启集尘器10的吸尘功能。
集尘器10具有以下操作方法:
当长按控制按钮116,控制电路进入触发模式;
此时集尘器10的霍尔开在未被触发时,集尘器10不启动吸尘功能;当活动管123被挤压且触发霍尔开关时,集尘器10启动吸尘功能;当所述活动管123远离所述霍尔非接触式开关126时,所述霍尔非接触式开关126传递另外一个电信号,所述电路被断开,所述集尘器10停止集尘;
当短按控制按钮116,控制电路能在触发模式和自动模式之间切换;
此时集尘器10能被控制进入触发模式或自动模式;当集尘器10处于触发模式时,则能以长按控制按钮116的方法控制集尘器10是否启动吸尘功能;当集尘器10处于自动模式时,则能保持始终处于吸尘状态;
当长按控制按钮116,使得控制电路处于切断状态;
此时,按照短按控制按钮116的操作,无论集尘器10处于何种模式下,均能在控制按钮116被长按后被关停。

Claims (29)

  1. 一种电动工具***,包括:
    电动工具;
    集尘器,可拆卸连接至所述电动工具;
    夹持装置,用于将所述集尘器可拆卸连接至所述电动工具;
    所述夹持装置包括:
    第一连接机构,用于连接所述电动工具;
    第二连接机构,用于连接所述集尘器;
    其中,
    所述第二连接机构包括限位组件和紧固件,所述限位组件能夹持所述集尘器并通过所述紧固件紧固;所述第二连接机构还包括一个接触面,
    所述紧固件与所述接触面接触时,所述紧固件使所述接触面之间产生一个作用力,该作用力始终垂直所述接触面。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电动工具***,其中,
    所述第二连接机构包括一个接触件,所述接触件形成所述接触面,所述接触面为一个球面。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的电动工具***,其中,
    所述第二连接机构包括第一限位件和第二限位件,所述第一限位件与所述第二限位件能产生相对转动。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电动工具***,其中,
    所述第一限位件和第二限位件均形成有卡爪部。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的电动工具***,其中,
    所述夹持装置的主体形成或连接有一个转轴,所述第二限位件围绕所述转轴转动。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的电动工具***,其中,
    所述第二限位件形成有可供所述紧固件***的连接孔,所述连接孔形成有内螺纹结构,所述紧固件形成有与所述内螺纹结构配合的外螺纹结构。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的电动工具***,其中,
    所述第二连接机构还包括一个弹性件,所述第二连接机构还包括一个用于容纳所述弹性件的容纳腔。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的电动工具***,其中,
    所述夹持装置还包括定位件,所述电动工具形成有与所述定位件配合的定位孔;
    所述定位件与所述夹持装置固定连接或一体成型,并呈“T”字型。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的电动工具***,其中,
    所述定位件包括连接端和定位端,所述连接端与所述定位端基本垂直。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的电动工具***,其中,所述集尘器包括:
    壳体部,形成有一个容纳空间;
    进风通道,至少部分设置在所述容纳空间内并包括进风口和出风口;
    集尘盒组件,连接至所述壳体部;
    所述集尘盒组件包括:
    基座,形成或连接有第一连接件和第二连接件,所述第一连接件将所述集尘盒组件连接至所述壳体部上;
    滤纸组件,过滤来自所述进风通道处的流体;
    集尘盒,通过所述第二连接件连接至所述基座;
    当所述集尘盒组件通过所述第一连接件连接至所述壳体部,所述集尘盒通过所述第二连接件连接至所述基座时,所述第一连接件和所述第二连接件位于所述容纳空间的外侧并至少部分位于所述壳体部之外。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的电动工具***,其中,所述壳体部上形成有第一止挡部,所述第二连接件上形成有第二止挡部;当所述集尘盒组件通过所述第一连接件连接至所述壳体部时,通过所述第二连接件连接至所述基座的集尘盒被固定在所述基座上,所述第一止挡部与所述第二止挡部配合并能阻止所述第二连接件活动;
    当所述集尘盒组件从所述壳体部上拆卸下来时,所述第一止挡部与所述第二止挡部能相互远离并允许所述第二连接件活动,所述第二连接件能***作使得所述集尘盒从所述集尘盒组件上拆卸下来。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的电动工具***,其中,
    所述基座上还包括沿一直线方向延伸的转动轴,所述第一连接件和所述第二连接件均围绕所述转动轴转动,所述转动轴上还设置有用于压紧所述第一连接件和所述第二连接件的弹性件。
  13. 根据权利要求10所述的电动工具***,其中,
    所述集尘盒与所述基座连接时形成有一个容纳腔,所述滤纸组件设置在所述容纳腔内。
  14. 根据权利要求10所述的电动工具***,其中,
    所述壳体部与所述集尘盒组件的连接处至少部分朝向所述容纳空间凹陷。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的电动工具***,其中,
    当所述集尘盒组件连接至所述壳体部时,能至少部分被所述壳体部包覆。
  16. 根据权利要求10所述的电动工具***,其中,
    所述滤纸组件与所述基座构成可拆卸连接。
  17. 根据权利要求10所述的电动工具***,其中,
    所述滤纸组件包括滤纸和固定件,所述滤纸能通过固定件固定成一个整体。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的电动工具***,其中,
    所述固定件形成有多个卡扣,并能与所述基座构成卡扣连接。
  19. 根据权利要求10所述的电动工具***,其中,
    所述固定件为塑料件。
  20. 根据权利要求1所述的电动工具***,其中,所述集尘器包括:
    壳体部,形成有一个容纳空间;
    进风通道,至少部分设置在所述容纳空间内并包括进风口和出风口;
    集尘盒组件,连接至所述壳体部;
    其中,
    所述进风通道包括一个至少部分设置在所述容纳空间内的活动管,所述活动管能沿第一直线方向自由滑动,所述壳体部上还设置有一个非接触式开关,当所述活动管沿所述直线方向活动时,触发所述非接触式开关以启动集尘功能。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的电动工具***,其中,
    所述集尘器包括能将所述集尘器调节至触发模式或自动模式的控制按钮。
