本发明的实施方式
下面结合附图和实施方式对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例:
在本实施例中,提供一种电子设备,包括屏幕及与屏幕相连的屏幕发声器,其中,如图1-5所示,屏幕发声器包括第一功能组件1、连接于第一功能组件1的第二功能组件3,电子设备可以是手机、平板等,手机和平板包括中框和盖设于中框上的屏幕,屏幕发声器设置于中框和屏幕之间,第一功能组件1可以固定在中框上,第二功能组件3可以固定在屏幕上,当然,也可以是第一功能组件1固定于屏幕,第二功能组件3固定于中框的设置方式,第一功能组件1包括上盖11和固定连接于上盖11的线圈12,第一功能组件1包括上盖11和固定连接于上盖11的线圈12,第二功能组件3包括与上盖11相对间隔设置的下盖31和固定连接于下盖31靠近上盖11一侧的磁钢组件002,第一功能组件1和第二功能组件3之间由弹性结构2相连,上盖11包括位于中间位置的上盖板111及自上盖板111的周缘朝向下盖31方向延伸形成的周壁112,弹性结构2包括连接下盖31与周壁112的第一弹片21以及一端连接于上盖板111且另一端固定于磁钢组件002靠近上盖板111侧的第二弹片23。
第一功能组件1和第二功能组件3通过第一弹片21和第二弹片23的连接作用可以稳定连接,第一弹片21可以保证第一功能组件1和第二功能组件3之间的相对位置,从而保证磁间隙、平衡吸力及器件的整体性,当线圈12通交流电产生变化的磁场时,在与磁钢组件002的相互作用下,第一功能组件1和第二功能组件3之间会沿着垂直于上盖板111板面的方向相对振动,因此更能满足小体积情况下屏幕发声的需求。
第一弹片21为环形,下盖31具有自其边缘朝向上盖11延伸形成的凸台结构311,第一弹片21包括固定于凸台结构311的装配部及自装配部延伸并固定于周壁112的弹性部212;装配部的宽度大于弹性部212的宽度;弹性结构2还包括固定连接于弹性部212和周壁112之间的连接块22。
具体的,在本实施例中,第一弹片21呈框型,第一弹片21环绕在磁钢组件002的外侧且位于上盖11的周壁112端面和下盖31之间,第一弹片21在垂直于上盖板111方向上的轮廓投影与上盖11的周壁112对应,下盖31具有两凸台结构311,两凸台结构311分别位于两组磁钢组32的远离线圈12侧,对应的,第一弹片21的对应位置具有两装配部,第一弹片21通过两装配部分别与两凸台结构311固定,因此,第一弹片21能跟下盖31保持相对位置,抑制上盖11左右摇晃,第一弹片21的除装配部之外的其余部分即为弹性部212,由于凸台结构311凸出于下盖31的板面,弹性部212与下盖31的板面之间会形成间隔,即相当于弹性部212悬空,因此弹性部212能实现弹性功能,弹性部212通过连接块22与上盖11的周壁112固定连接,使得周壁112的端面与弹性部212之间具有间隔,从而实现上盖11与下盖31之间的弹性连接,且能保持上盖11与下盖31在平行于上盖板111的板面方向上的位置,即上盖11能相对下盖31在垂直于上盖板111的板面的方向上活动,第一弹性片能抑制上盖11相对下盖31左右摇摆,从而保证发声器件的整体性。在其他实施例中,第一弹片21可以不是框型,只要是能实现上盖11相对下盖31在垂直于上盖板111的板面的方向上活动连接的结构即可,在此并不作限制,例如,第一弹片21可以是条状,在这种情况下,下盖31具有两凸台结构311,两凸台结构311分别位于两组磁钢组32的远离线圈12侧,第一弹片21的中部为装配部,第一弹片21的两端为弹性部212,第一弹片21设置两片且分别通过装配部固定装配在对应的凸台结构311上,弹性部212的端部通过连接块22与上盖11的周壁112固定连接;在其他实施例中,凸台结构311也可以设置在下盖31周缘的其他位置,凸台结构311的数量也可以根据情况设置,例如设置三个、四个、五个、六个等。
磁钢组件002包括固定于下盖31且设于线圈12周侧的磁钢组32以及固定于磁钢组32的导磁件324,导磁件324与上盖板111相对设置并与第二弹片23固定连接。
导磁件324包括与上盖板111相对设置且与第二弹片23固定连接的第一导磁件3241以及自第一导磁件3241边缘朝向下盖31弯折延伸的第二导磁件3242,第二导磁件3242固定于磁钢组32并与周壁112间隔设置。
第一功能组件1还包括由线圈12环绕固定的铁芯13,线圈12的绕线方向平行于上盖板111的板面,线圈12的两轴向端面分别与周壁112围合形成装配间隔001,磁钢组件002容置于装配间隔001内。磁钢组32均包括自下盖31朝向上盖11依次固定连接的第一磁钢321、第二磁钢322和第三磁钢323,同组磁钢组32中的第一磁钢321和第三磁钢323的磁极方向相反且均平行于线圈12的绕线方向,第二磁钢322的磁极方向垂直于线圈12的绕线方向,不同组的磁钢组32中对应的第二磁钢322的磁极方向相反,不同组的磁钢组32中对应的第一磁钢321的磁极方向相同,不同组的磁钢组32中对应的第三磁钢323的磁极方向相同。
在本实施例中,磁钢组件002包括两磁钢组32,第二弹片23设置有四个且均与上盖板111一体成型,每组磁钢对应两个第二弹片23,第二弹片23自上盖板111倾斜地朝对应的磁钢组32延伸并抵顶在对应的磁钢组32的顶侧(磁钢组32的靠近上盖板111侧),具体为抵顶于导磁件324的顶侧(导磁件324的靠近上盖板111侧),且对应组的两第二弹片23相对于对应磁钢组32的中线对称,使弹力分布均匀,在第一弹片21结构和第二弹片23结构的配合下,可以使发声器件具有较好的整体性和稳定性。
两组磁钢组32中对应的第一磁钢321之间和第三磁钢323之间形成磁路,第二磁钢322的设置可以增强磁路,六磁钢的结构使得磁路更加高效,线圈12在通交变电流时会受到磁场的影响而产生第一驱动力,与此同时,线圈12通电后铁芯13形成极性与线圈12轴向方向相同的电磁铁,铁芯13受到磁场的影响会产生第二驱动力,在两驱动力的同向叠加作用下,能获得更高的驱动力,使第一功能组件1和第二功能组件3之间产生相对振动,从而满足小体积情况下屏幕发声的需求。
结合图1-4,第一功能组件1还包括设置于线圈12外侧且固定于上盖板111的固定套14,固定套14的两侧分别开设与铁芯13匹配的开口,铁芯13的两端分别嵌设于对应的开口内。具体的,固定套14呈U型,固定套14的两端具有朝外延伸的装配沿,固定套14包绕线圈12的远离上盖板111侧、及线圈12轴向的两个端面侧,装配沿固定于上盖板111,因此,线圈12能通过固定套14与上盖板111固定连接,在其他实施例中,固定套14也可以将线圈12整个包裹;铁芯13的长度大于线圈12的轴向厚度,铁芯13的两端面与固定套14的对应侧面平齐,从而使线圈12、铁芯13及固定套14的整体性更好。第一功能组件1还包括固定于上盖板111和线圈12之间的垫板15,垫板15也位于固定套14内,垫板15可以将线圈12和上盖板111隔离,避免线圈12直接与上盖板111接触,以对线圈12进行保护,垫板15可以采用弹性材料制成,例如泡棉、硅胶等。
电子设备还包括固定于上盖板111远离下盖31的一侧的第一固定板16、以及与线圈12电连接的线路板17。上盖11可以通过第一固定板16与电子设备的对应结构固定连接,线路板17可以使线圈12与电子设备电连接以传输电信号,从而使屏幕发声器件产生对应的震动信号。
电子设备还包括固定连接于下盖31的远离上盖11的一侧的缓冲板33、固定于缓冲板33的远离下盖31的一侧的第二固定板34、以及设置于第二固定板34的远离下盖31的一侧的胶层35。缓冲板33可以采用泡棉、硅胶等柔性材料,可以对下盖31进行缓冲,第二固定板34可以通过胶层35与电子设备固定,胶层35可以采用双面胶,胶层35也可以通过涂胶的方式实现。下盖31的两侧固定连接固定座312,固定座312通过螺钉313固定连接于第二固定板34,从而使下盖31与第二固定板34连接稳定。
以上所述的仅是本发明的实施方式,在此应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出改进,但这些均属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种屏幕发声器,包括第一功能组件、连接于所述第一功能组件的第二功能组件,所述第一功能组件包括上盖和固定连接于所述上盖的线圈,所述第二功能组件包括与所述上盖相对间隔设置的下盖和固定连接于所述下盖靠近所述上盖一侧的磁钢组件,其特征在于,所述第一功能组件和所述第二功能组件之间由弹性结构相连,所述上盖包括位于中间位置的上盖板及自所述上盖板的周缘朝向所述下盖方向延伸形成的周壁,所述弹性结构包括连接所述下盖与所述周壁的第一弹片以及一端连接于所述上盖板且另一端固定于所述磁钢组件靠近所述上盖板侧的第二弹片。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的屏幕发声器,其特征在于,所述第一弹片为环形,所述下盖具有自其边缘朝向所述上盖延伸形成的凸台结构,所述第一弹片包括固定于所述凸台结构的装配部及自所述装配部延伸并固定于所述周壁的弹性部。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的屏幕发声器,其特征在于,所述弹性结构还包括固定连接于所述弹性部和周壁之间的连接块。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的屏幕发声器,其特征在于,所述装配部的宽度大于所述弹性部的宽度。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的屏幕发声器,其特征在于,所述磁钢组件包括固定于所述下盖且设于所述线圈周侧的磁钢组以及固定于所述磁钢组的导磁件,所述导磁件与所述上盖板相对设置并与所述第二弹片固定连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的屏幕发声器,其特征在于,所述磁钢组件包括两磁钢组,所述上盖板设置四个所述第二弹片,每个所述磁钢组对应两所述第二弹片。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的屏幕发声器,其特征在于,所述导磁件包括与所述上盖板相对设置且与所述第二弹片固定连接的第一导磁件以及自所述第一导磁件边缘朝向所述下盖弯折延伸的第二导磁件,所述第二导磁件固定于所述磁钢组并与所述周壁间隔设置。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的屏幕发声器,其特征在于,所述磁钢组均包括自所述下盖朝向所述上盖依次固定连接的第一磁钢、第二磁钢和第三磁钢,同组所述磁钢组中的所述第一磁钢和所述第三磁钢的磁极方向相反且均平行于所述线圈的绕线方向,所述第二磁钢的磁极方向垂直于所述线圈的绕线方向,不同组的所述磁钢组中对应的所述第二磁钢的磁极方向相反,不同组的所述磁钢组中对应的所述第一磁钢的磁极方向相同,不同组的所述磁钢组中对应的所述第三磁钢的磁极方向相同。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的屏幕发声器,其特征在于,所述第一功能组件还包括由所述线圈环绕固定的铁芯,所述线圈的绕线方向平行于所述上盖板的板面,所述线圈的两轴向端面分别与所述周壁围合形成装配间隔,所述磁钢组件容置于所述装配间隔内。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的屏幕发声器,其特征在于,所述第一功能组件还包括设置于所述线圈外侧且固定于所述上盖板的固定套及固定于所述上盖板和所述线圈之间的垫板,所述固定套的两侧分别开设与所述铁芯匹配的开口,所述铁芯的两端分别嵌设于对应的所述开口内。
  11. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括屏幕及与所述屏幕相连的、如权利要求1-10中任意一项所述的屏幕发声器。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述电子设备还包括固定于所述上盖板远离所述下盖的一侧的第一固定板、以及与所述线圈电连接的线路板。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述电子设备还包括固定连接于所述下盖的远离所述上盖的一侧的缓冲板、固定于所述缓冲板的远离所述下盖的一侧的第二固定板、以及设置于所述第二固定板的远离所述下盖的一侧的胶层,所述下盖的两侧固定连接固定座,所述固定座通过螺钉固定连接于所述第二固定板。
