Abstract
An industrial wastewater automatic sampling apparatus, comprising a housing (1), an electromagnet (2) being arranged on the inner side of the top of the housing (1), a stroke cavity (3) being disposed on the inside of one side of the housing (1), a magnet sliding block (4) being movably connected to the inner wall of the stroke cavity (3), a mounting fixing groove (6) being disposed on the bottom of one side of the housing (1), a sampling bottle (7) being movably connected to the inner wall of the mounting fixing groove (6), a sampling cavity (8) being disposed inside the sampling bottle (7), a partition plate (21) being arranged on the inner wall of the sampling cavity (8), a piston opening (5) being disposed on the inner wall of the partition plate (21), and a spring base (20) being arranged on the inner wall of the sampling cavity (8). By means of the combined use of a sampling rope (10) and the housing (1) and by means of a plurality of housings (1) being secured at different heights on the sampling rope (10), the apparatus can simultaneously sample water at multiple depths; rapid mounting and dismounting of the sampling bottle (7) can be implemented by means of the use of a limiting block (11) and a mounting block (14); and a counterweight (16) can be increased or decreased according to requirements by means of the combined use of a fixing column (17) and the counterweight (16).
