本发明涉及连接器技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种便于插接的连接器。
背景技术
连接器是一种用来可拆卸的连接线对线、PCB板对PCB板、PCB板对线的装置。
目前,大多数连接器的公、母端都是对插式的连接,也即:连接器的公端和母端是向相对插的。但是,现有技术中,由于这类对插式的连接器在使用时,需要把公端和母端的各个插头和插孔均一一对上,才能实现插接。而公端和母端的插头插孔均设置在端面,存在视觉盲区,不能快速的让插头和插孔一一对上。不仅影响连接器插接的效率,同时在长期的使用过程中,容置导致公端和母端在探插的过程发生接头变形等情况,影响连接器的正常使用。有鉴于此,发明人在研究了现有的技术后特提出本申请。
技术问题
本发明提供了一种便于插接的连接器,旨在改善现有技术中,连接器不能快速插接的问题。
技术解决方案
本发明提供了一种便于插接的连接器,用以电连接第一PCB板和第二PCB板,或者用以电连接第一PCB板和导电线,连接器包含:
公端,其包括公壳,以及配置在所述公壳且焊接于所述第一PCB板的公插头,所述公插头自所述公壳向外延伸;
母端,其包括能够和所述公壳相卡合的母壳,以及配置在所述母壳的导电夹,该导电夹焊接于所述第二PCB板或电连接于所述导电线;所述导电夹设置有一对相向设置的夹紧片,该一对所述夹紧片相向夹持形成有开口朝上的插接通道,所述插接通道向上开口逐渐变大;所述母壳设置有上下布置且和所述插接通道相连通的插接开口;
所述公壳能够自上而下卡接于所述母壳,带动所述公插头自上而下穿过所述插接开口且***所述插接通道,以使所述公插头电连接于所述导电夹。
作为进一步优化,所述公端设置有辅助焊脚,该辅助焊脚为呈“Π”字形的几何体,所述辅助焊脚侧置于所述公壳且焊接于所述第一PCB板。
作为进一步优化,所述公端设置有一对所述辅助焊脚,该一对所述辅助焊脚分别位于所述公插头的两侧。
作为进一步优化,所述公插头为扁杆状导电几何体。
作为进一步优化,所述夹紧片为设置在所述导电夹且末段向下折弯的板状几何体,所述夹紧片包括连接于所述导电夹的连接段,以及连接于所述连接段且向下折弯的折弯段,所述连接段和所述折弯段成一锐角。
作为进一步优化,一对所述夹紧片的前端分别设置有向前延伸的导向片,该一对所述导向片所夹的开口向外逐渐变大。
作为进一步优化,所述公壳设置有一对向外延伸的卡紧段,所述卡紧段设置有卡槽,所述母壳的两侧分别设置有和所述卡槽相适配的卡凸;所述公壳配置于所述母壳能够使一对所述卡紧段分别卡合于所述母壳的两侧。
有益效果
通过采用上述技术方案,本发明可以取得以下技术效果:
本发明的连接器可以通过自上而下的连接方式,让公端和母端实现连接。具体地,当需要把公端和母端连接时,让公端和母端上下方向相互运动,让公插头穿过母壳的插接开口,并***插接通道。由于插接通道自下而上,开口逐渐变大,因此公插头能够顺畅***插接通道,并卡于一对夹紧片之间,让导电夹和公插头实现良好的电连接。通过上述方案,本案的连接器在连接的过程中,由于公端和母端是上下方向连接,二者均具有良好的视野,不存在视觉盲区,可以很好的让公插头对准插接开口,提高工作效率。此外,公端和母端上下插接的过程更加符合人体操作习惯。

在本发明中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”、“固定”等术语应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或成一体;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通或两个元件的相互作用关系。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
在本发明中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,第一特征在第二特征之“上”或之“下”可以包括第一和第二特征直接接触,也可以包括第一和第二特征不是直接接触而是通过它们之间的另外的特征接触。而且,第一特征在第二特征“之上”、“上方”和“上面”包括第一特征在第二特征正上方和斜上方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度高于第二特征。第一特征在第二特征“之下”、“下方”和“下面”包括第一特征在第二特征正下方和斜下方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度小于第二特征。
下面结合附图与具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细描述:
第一实施例(图1至图5):
由图1、图2和图3所示,在本实施例中,一种便于插接的连接器,用以电连接第一PCB板2和导电线1,连接器包含:公端4,其包括公壳6,以及配置在公壳6且焊接于第一PCB板2的公插头7,公插头7自公壳6向外延伸;母端5,其包括能够和公壳6相卡合的母壳10,以及配置在母壳10的导电夹9,该导电夹9焊接于导电线1;导电夹9设置有一对相向设置的夹紧片12,该一对夹紧片12相向夹持形成有开口朝上的插接通道11,插接通道11向上开口逐渐变大;母壳10设置有上下布置且和插接通道11相连通的插接开口14;公壳6能够自上而下卡接于母壳10,带动公插头7自上而下穿过插接开口14且***插接通道11,以使公插头7电连接于导电夹9。具体地,由图2和图3所示,当需要把公端4和母端5连接时,让公端4和母端5上下方向相互运动,让公插头7穿过母壳10的插接开口14,并***插接通道11。由于插接通道11自下而上,开口逐渐变大,因此公插头7能够顺畅***插接通道11,并卡于一对夹紧片12之间,让导电夹9和公插头7实现良好的电连接。此外,由图4所示,在本案中,导电线1剥去绝缘皮部分夹于导电夹9的相应部位,导电线1和导电夹9的连接结构属于本领域的现有技术,在此不再赘述。通过上述方案,本实施例的连接器在连接的过程中,由于公端4和母端5是上下方向连接,二者均具有良好的视野,不存在视觉盲区,可以很好的让公插头7对准插接开口14,提高工作效率。此外,公端4和母端5上下插接的过程,相比现有技术中对接的方式更加符合人体操作习惯。需要说明的是,本案所称的公端4和母端5只是便于对二者的命名,并非是对二者外形的限制,也并非对公壳6、母壳10外形的限制。
此外,由图3和图4所示,在本实施例中,公插头7为扁杆状导电几何体,扁杆状的公插头7可以更加便于公插头7***插接通道11。在另一实施例中,公插头7可以为圆柱状或者其他几何形状,在此布置赘述。
由图2和图4所示,在本实施例中,公端4设置有一对辅助焊脚8,其中,辅助焊脚8为呈“Π”字形的几何体,辅助焊脚8侧置于公壳6且焊接于第一PCB板2。在本案中,公端4设置有多个公插头7,上述一对辅助焊脚8分别位于公插头7的两侧。在具体使用过程中,呈“Π”字形的辅助焊脚8可以加大辅助焊脚8和第一PCB板2的焊接面积,增强辅助焊脚8和第一PCB板2的焊接牢固性。此外,由呈“Π”字形的辅助焊脚8可以增强侧置的辅助焊脚8和母壳10的装配牢固性。通过上述设置,可以让公壳6可靠的支撑在第一PCB板2上,让公端4和第一PCB板2形成一可靠连接的整体。
由图3所述,在本实施例中,夹紧片12为设置在导电夹9且末段向下折弯的板状几何体,夹紧片12包括连接于导电夹9的连接段18,以及连接于连接段18且向下折弯的折弯段19,连接段18和折弯段19成一锐角。通过上述设置,由于折弯段19和连接段18是通过折弯形成,因此折弯段19和连接段18之间具有良好的弧形过度,让折弯段19具有良好的复位能力。也即:公插头7***插接通道11时,可以压迫折弯段19向两旁弯曲,保证公插头7和折弯段19的良好接触;而当公插头7离开插接通道11时,折弯段19又可以复位为原来的形状。此外,上述由连接段18和折弯段19组成的夹紧片12,在工艺上和结构上都非常便于生产,具有良好的实用性。
由图3所述,在本实施例中,一对夹紧片12的前端分别设置有向前延伸的导向片13,该一对导向片13所夹的开口向外逐渐变大。其中,一对导向片13所夹的开口和插接通道11相连通。在具体使用过程中,由于实际条件所限制,公端4和母端5不能通过上下运动的方式相连接时,本案的连接器还能够向现有技术中的连接器一样,通多对插的方式实现公端4和母端5的连接。具体地,公端4和母端5对插时,公插头7能够通过一对导向片13之间的间隙***到插接通道11。
由图5所述,在本实施例中,公壳6设置有一对向外延伸的卡紧段15,卡紧段15设置有卡槽16,母壳10的两侧分别设置有和卡槽16相适配的卡凸17;公壳6配置于母壳10能够使一对卡紧段15分别卡合于母壳10的两侧。通过上述方案,公壳6和母壳10可以实现稳定的卡合连接,以保证公插头7和导电夹9的电连接。
第二实施例(图6至图9):
由图6至图9所述,在本实施例中,连接器的公端4焊接于第一PCB板2,母端5焊接于第二PCB板3。在本案中,连接器用来电连接两块PCB板。其中,导电夹9通过焊接方式配置在第二PCB板3上。相较于第一实施例,本案中除导电夹9,其余结构均和第一实施例相同,在此不再赘述。
通过上述第一实施例和第二实施例,本案的连接器可以实现自上而下的插接方式,电连接两个PCB板,或者电连接PCB板和导线。相比现有技术,由于公端4和母端5是上下方向连接,因此二者均具有良好的视野,不存在视觉盲区,可以让操作人员更好的对准公插头7和插接开口14。同时,上下插接的的方式也更加符合人体操作习惯。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种便于插接的连接器,用以电连接第一PCB板(2)和第二PCB板(3),或者用以电连接第一PCB板(2)和导电线(1),其特征在于,连接器包含:公端(4),其包括公壳(6),以及配置在所述公壳(6)且焊接于所述第一PCB板(2)的公插头(7),所述公插头(7)自所述公壳(6)向外延伸;母端(5),其包括能够和所述公壳(6)相卡合的母壳(10),以及配置在所述母壳(10)的导电夹(9),该导电夹(9)焊接于所述第二PCB板(3)或电连接于所述导电线(1);所述导电夹(9)设置有一对相向设置的夹紧片(12),该一对所述夹紧片(12)相向夹持形成有开口朝上的插接通道(11),所述插接通道(11)向上开口逐渐变大;所述母壳(10)设置有上下布置且和所述插接通道(11)相连通的插接开口(14);所述公壳(6)能够自上而下卡接于所述母壳(10),带动所述公插头(7)自上而下穿过所述插接开口(14)且***所述插接通道(11),以使所述公插头(7)电连接于所述导电夹(9)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便于插接的连接器,其特征在于,所述公端(4)设置有辅助焊脚(8),该辅助焊脚(8)为呈“Π”字形的几何体,所述辅助焊脚(8)侧置于所述公壳(6)且焊接于所述第一PCB板(2)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种便于插接的连接器,其特征在于,所述公端(4)设置有一对所述辅助焊脚(8),该一对所述辅助焊脚(8)分别位于所述公插头(7)的两侧。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便于插接的连接器,其特征在于,所述公插头(7)为扁杆状导电几何体。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便于插接的连接器,其特征在于,所述夹紧片(12)为设置在所述导电夹(9)且末段向下折弯的板状几何体,所述夹紧片(12)包括连接于所述导电夹(9)的连接段(18),以及连接于所述连接段(18)且向下折弯的折弯段(19),所述连接段(18)和所述折弯段(19)成一锐角。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便于插接的连接器,其特征在于,一对所述夹紧片(12)的前端分别设置有向前延伸的导向片(13),该一对所述导向片(13)所夹的开口向外逐渐变大。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便于插接的连接器,其特征在于,所述公壳(6)设置有一对向外延伸的卡紧段(15),所述卡紧段(15)设置有卡槽(16),所述母壳(10)的两侧分别设置有和所述卡槽(16)相适配的卡凸(17);所述公壳(6)配置于所述母壳(10)能够使一对所述卡紧段(15)分别卡合于所述母壳(10)的两侧。
