The invention relates to a pipe construction with multiple galleries (A) which is used as infrastructure and superstructure product for carrying waste water, clean water, storm water, sea water and the transport of cables in separate galleries in a single pipe.

Description

A PIPE CONSTRUCTION WITH MULTIPLE GALLERIES Technical Field
The invention relates a pipe construction with multiple galleries.
In particular, the invention relates to a pipe construction with multiple galleries which is used as infrastructure and superstructure product for carrying waste water, clean water, storm water, sea water and the transport of cables in separate galleries in a single pipe.
Background of the Invention
Pipes are known as hollow cylinders, which can be made of various materials such as metal, plastic, cement, glass, which are generally used in installation, used to flow liquid or gas from one place to another, with open ends, of different diameters and lengths. They are commonly used in both infrastructure and superstructure for installation of installations.
In the present system, said pipes are used only to transport and transfer a substance (liquid or cable) from one place to another. For example, in infrastructure installations, a separate pipe for sewage, a separate pipe for clean water, a separate pipe for transporting rainwater, and a separate pipe for sea water are used. A separate pipe is also used for the cables used for electricity, data and internet lines. This is exactly why piping and substructure works have to be done separately for each liquid or cable. This significantly increases labor and material costs and increases installation time. Furthermore, the positioning of more than one pipe underground or above ground causes too much space. In some regions, this problem is often a problem of finding due to the narrow areas. All such pipes used in the present applications are structures which are not resistant to natural conditions due to their structure and material. It often requires an explosion change. This leads to an increase in costs and time losses.
For these reasons, streets are often dug around us and there is a continuous construction situation.
In the literature, European patent application EP3180479B1 relates to the subject matter as follows “Method for renovating a sewer pipe having at least one first water flow pipe section, said method comprising the following steps: - a step of introducing a heat exchanger, in the form of a bundle of tubular pipes made from a material of polymer type in the extension of said first pipe section such that the heat exchanger lies in a water stream; - a step of attaching the heat exchanger to the sewer pipe so as to create an annular space between a first internal wall surface of the sewer pipe and a second external wall surface of said heat exchanger, said heat exchanger thus acting as permanent formwork; and - a first step of filling said annular space with mortar.”
Said application discloses a method and apparatus for replacing an exploded or decayed sewer pipe. In the literature, TR 2008 01101 numbered utilty model application related to the subject “The invention, natural gas, drinking water, irrigation, hot water, sewage, drainage, solid waste lines and sea water discharge systems used, impact and increased impact resistance, ana refers to composite pipes consisting of a main layer made of thermoplastic material and a foam layer made of thermoplastic material positioned above the main layer. ”
In said application, a thermoplastic tubing with foam layer is provided. In the literature, European patent application EP3322588B1 relates to the subject matter as follows “The present invention concerns a multilayered pipe comprising an inner basis layer and an outer layer, the inner basis layer and the outer layer comprising polypropylene, and with a reinforcement layer reinforced with mineral fibers and located between the inner basis layer and the outer layer, wherein at least one layer of the pipe located between the inner basis layer and the outer layer is a barrier layer comprising polyamide.”
In the said embodiment, a multi-layered pipe configuration comprising a polyamide barrier layer is provided.
Due to the aforementioned disadvantages there was a need to provide a new pipe construction with multiple galleries. Disclosure of the Invention
From this position of the art, the object of the invention is to provide a new pipe construction with multiple galleries which eliminates the present disadvantages. Another object of the invention is to provide a structure which allows the transfer of many different liquids and cables without intermingling.
Another object of the invention is to provide a structure which provides high corrosion resistance in which the substructure is excavated only once.
Another object of the invention is to provide a maintenance-free, lightweight and low installation cost structure.
Another object of the invention is to provide a non-slip structure.
Another object of the invention is to provide a structure with high impact strength and thus high strength. Another object of the invention is to provide a structure which prevents the ground problems by taking up much less ground space and above ground.
Another object of the invention is to provide a structure with high flammability and high dielectric strength.
Another object of the invention is to provide a structure which provides high resistance against chemicals and has antibacterial properties.
Another object of the invention is to provide a structure with higher breaking elongation values than metals, concrete and plastics.
Another object of the invention is to provide an easily repairable structure with high mechanical strength.
Another object of the invention is to provide a very long-lasting structure with different design flexibility, which can be produced in the desired color.

Detailed Description of the Invention
In this detailed description, the novelty of the invention is illustrated only by examples which will have no limiting effect on a better understanding of the subject.
The invention relates to a pipe construction with multiple galleries (A) which is used as infrastructure and superstructure product for carrying dirty water, clean water, rain water, sea water and the transport of cables in separate galleries in a single pipe characterized in that; comprise a clean water gallery (3) accommodating said clean water to provide said clean water and dirty water on the same pipe, the dirty water gallery (2) which is formed as a separate channel so as not to interfere with each other in the same pipe as said clean water gallery (3) and carries the waste water, a gallery wall (7) which provides isolation in terms of both odor and contact of said clean water and dirty water from each other.

The pipe construction with multiple galleries (A) according to invention consists main parts of; comprise a clean water gallery (3) accommodating said clean water to provide said clean water and dirty water on the same pipe which is formed at least one pipe outer circumference (6) in the pipe, the dirty water gallery (2) which is formed as a separate channel so as not to interfere with each other in the same pipe as said clean water gallery (3) and carries the waste water, a gallery wall (7) which provides isolation in terms of both odor and contact of said clean water and dirty water from each other, a central gallery (1) formed at the center of the pipe structure (A) having said multiple galleries in order to carry the electricity, data and internet cables in the same pipe, a rain water gallery (4) located around said central gallery (1) in the same circular plane as said clean water gallery (3) and dirty water gallery (2) and accommodating said rainwater, a purification, irrigation gallery (5) located around said central gallery (1) in the same circular plane as said clean water gallery (3) and dirty water gallery (2) and accommodating purification and / or irrigation water.
Said pipe construction with multiple galleries (A) comprises a plurality of galleries within the same pipe. This allows each item to be transferred separately through multiple galleries.
Due to both antibacterial and structural advantages, the odors of the liquids it carries do not confuse each other. Thus, a more hygienic conveying process is carried out with a pipe that takes up much less space.
The system of interconnection, rotation, manhole outlets, valving and distribution by the connector of said pipe construction with multiple galleries (A) is very easy and interchangeable.
A plurality of galleries carrying different types of liquid and / or cable are formed in the pipe outer circumference (6) of said pipe by gallery walls (7). The said galleries include, in the most basic way, the central gallery (1) with cable, the dirty water gallery (2) with dirty water, the clean water gallery (3) with clean water, the rain water gallery (4) with rainwater, and the purification, irrigation gallery (5) with purification and / or irrigation water treatment.
Said number and variety of galleries may vary in different embodiments of the invention. More or less galleries can be created as required. Said gallery wall (7) not only provides the mechanical connection between the two galleries, but also prevents the mixing of different types of water in the two galleries.

Claims

1. The invention relates to a pipe construction with multiple galleries (A) which is used as infrastructure and superstructure product for carrying dirty water, clean water, rain water, sea water and the transport of cables in separate galleries in a single pipe characterized in that; comprise a clean water gallery (3) accommodating said clean water to provide said clean water and dirty water on the same pipe, the dirty water gallery (2) which is formed as a separate channel so as not to interfere with each other in the same pipe as said clean water gallery (3) and carries the waste water, a gallery wall (7) which provides isolation in terms of both odor and contact of said clean water and dirty water from each other.
2. A pipe construction with multiple galleries (A) according to claim 1; comprise a central gallery (1) formed at the center of the pipe structure (A) having said multiple galleries in order to carry the electricity, data and internet cables in the same pipe.
3. A pipe construction with multiple galleries (A) according to any preceding claims, comprise a rain water gallery (4) located around said central gallery (1) in the same circular plane as said clean water gallery (3) and dirty water gallery (2) and accommodating said rainwater.
4. A pipe construction with multiple galleries (A) according to any preceding claims, a purification, irrigation gallery (5) located around said central gallery (1) in the same circular plane as said clean water gallery (3) and dirty water gallery (2) and accommodating purification and / or irrigation water.
