另外,控制芯片120还用于在刀头20工作过程中,当未接收到第一感应信号和第二感应信号,或只接收到第一感应信号和第二感应信号之一时,发送关闭控制信号至驱动部件130,以使驱动部件130停止驱动刀头20。这样实现了电动剃刀的自动关机功能,同时还可以节约电能。
具体地,上述外壳110的材质可以但不限于为塑料。控制芯片120 可以为MCU(Microcontroller Unit,微控制单元)。例如控制芯片120采用单片机,控制芯片120的型号可以但不限于为PL51T020。刀头20可以为一个,也可以为多个,例如刀头20还可以为两个或三个等,本实施例对刀头20的数量不作限定。控制芯片120可以通过传输导体(传输线)分别与驱动部件130、手柄感应元件140和头部感应元件210连接。
上述电动剃刀在手柄感应元件140和头部感应元件210都感应到人体(皮肤)接近时会自动启动,无需用户进行单独按一下开关的操作,因此使用方便,提高了用户的体验感。
上述电动剃刀还具有防误触功能:只有手柄感应元件140和头部感应元件210同时感应到人体接近时才会自动启动,也即用户只接近手柄感应元件140和头部感应元件210之一时,该电动剃刀不会运转或开机,因此有效避免了误触,结构设计更合理。
另外,上述电动剃刀的外观整体看上去无任何按键或推动开关,更有利于做防水处理。
可选地,上述手柄感应元件140包括设置在外壳110的内壁上的第一感应导线圈;如图2至图4所示,刀头20包括金属刀网211,头部感应元件210包括金属刀网211和/或环绕金属刀网211设置的第二感应导线圈。
由于手柄感应元件140和头部感应元件210均为电感线圈,人体为导体,基于天线的工作原理,手柄感应元件140和头部感应元件210均可以在人体接近时产生感应电信号,从而能够实现电动剃刀的自动启动,实现原理稳定可靠。
具体地,如图1至图4所示,刀头20包括金属刀网211和内刀片212,驱动部件130与内刀片212连接。金属刀网211用于配合内刀片212切割毛发(头发或胡须等),以及防止皮肤被割伤。内刀片212用于在驱动部件130的驱动下相对于金属刀网211运动,以切割毛发。
在一种可能的实现方式中,将金属刀网211作为头部感应元件210。
在另一种可能的实现方式中,可以环绕金属刀网211设置第二感 应导线圈,将该第二感应导线圈作为头部感应元件210。
在又一种可能的实现方式中,将金属刀网211和第二感应导线圈均作为头部感应元件210,金属刀网211和第二感应导线圈分别与控制芯片120连接,控制芯片120在接收到金属刀网211和第二感应导线圈中至少一个发送的信号时,确定接收到头部感应元件210产生的第二感应信号。这样头部感应元件210具有较大的面积,能够及时感应到人体的接近,灵敏度较高。
可选地,上述第一感应导线圈的材质包括铜、钢、铁、铝、锌和镍中的一种或多种;上述第二感应导线圈的材质也包括铜、钢、铁、铝、锌和镍中的一种或多种。
可选地,为了提高安全性,如图2至图4所示,上述第二感应导线圈外包覆有保护层213。该保护层213可以但不限于为塑料件。优选地,该保护层213的材质为软胶,此时可以将该保护层213称为肤感支架,肤感支架的触感较好,可以进一步提高用户的体验感。
图5为本发明实施例提供的另一种电动剃刀的电路结构示意图,如图3和图5所示,上述驱动部件130包括互连的马达控制开关131和马达132,马达控制开关131还与控制芯片120连接,马达132还与刀头20的内刀片212连接;马达控制开关131包括以下中的任一种:晶闸管、晶体管、场效应管、可控硅和继电器。马达132能够带动内刀片212相对于金属刀网211转动,从而实现毛发的切割。
可选地,如图3和图5所示,上述外壳110上还设置有充电接口150,外壳110内还设置有分别与控制芯片120连接的电源转换模块160、充电开关170和电能存储模块180,电源转换模块160还分别与充电接口150和充电开关170连接,充电开关170还与电能存储模块180连接。
具体地,上述电源转换模块160可以为AC(Alternating current,交流)转DC(Direct current,直流)模块(AC/DC转换器)。电能存储模块180用于为整个电动剃刀内的电子元件供电,如图5所示,电能存储模块180还与马达控制开关131连接,从而可以为马达132供电。电 能存储模块180可以但不限于为锂电池。充电开关170包括以下中的任一种:晶闸管、晶体管、场效应管、可控硅和继电器。
上述电动剃刀的充电控制过程如下:电源转换模块160在通过充电接口150连接电源时,会向控制芯片120发送充电连接信号;控制芯片120在接收到充电连接信号时,获取电能存储模块180的电量状态,并在电能存储模块180的剩余电量低于某一预设值时,发送充电控制信号给充电开关170;充电开关170接收到充电控制信号后,闭合开关,使电源转换模块160转换后的电能存储至电能存储模块180,实现为电能存储模块180的充电。其中,上述预设值可以根据实际需求设置,例如将该预设值设置为99%。
可选地,如图3和图5所示,上述外壳110上还设置有充电指示灯190,充电指示灯190与控制芯片120连接。充电指示灯190用于指示电能存储模块180的充电状态。
在一种可能的实现方式中,如图3所示,充电指示灯190包括两个不同发光颜色的LED(Light Emitting Diode,发光二极管)灯,用于分别指示充电中和已充满两种充电状态。例如,采用红色LED灯指示充电中,绿色LED灯指示已充满。
可选地,如图2所示,上述电动剃刀还包括用于固定刀头20的刀头支架220,刀头支架220与机身10连接;如图2和图3所示,刀头20的下方还设置有毛发储藏室230。毛发储藏室230用于存储刀头20剪切掉的毛发。
为了便于理解,本发明实施例还提供了如图6所示的一种电动剃刀的电路图,主要标示出了控制芯片120、手柄感应元件140、头部感应元件210、马达控制开关131、马达132、充电开关170、电能存储模块180和充电指示灯190,其中,马达控制开关131和充电开关170均包括场效应管,充电指示灯190包括两个LED灯(LED1和LED2)。
需要说明的是,图6中未标示的部分还包括电能存储模块180的过充过放保护电路、控制芯片120的供电电路、工作电流检测电路、 电压检测电路和充电温度保护电路等。
另外,还可以在控制芯片120内烧录相应的算法程序,以调节该电动剃刀的感应灵敏度。这样,更容易控制电动剃刀到合适的灵敏度,通过改善灵敏度,可以使电动剃刀的自动启动或关闭的效果达到最佳。图6中未标示的部分还包括位于充电指示灯190上方的软件算法更新模块。
本发明实施例还提供了一种电动剃刀***,包括上述的电动剃刀,还包括充电头;充电头与电动剃刀连接,充电头用于为电动剃刀充电。
具体地,充电头的输入端与电源连接,充电头的输出端与电动剃刀的充电接口连接,这样通过充电头将电动剃刀与电源连接,实现了对电动剃刀的充电。
本实施例所提供的电动剃刀***,其实现原理及产生的技术效果和前述电动剃刀实施例相同,为简要描述,电动剃刀***实施例部分未提及之处,可参考前述电动剃刀实施例中相应内容。
在这里示出和描述的所有示例中,任何具体值应被解释为仅仅是示例性的,而不是作为限制,因此,示例性实施例的其他示例可以具有不同的值。
应注意到:相似的标号和字母在下面的附图中表示类似项,因此,一旦某一项在一个附图中被定义,则在随后的附图中不需要对其进行进一步定义和解释。
另外,在本发明实施例的描述中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种电动剃刀,其特征在于,包括互连的机身和刀头;所述机身包括外壳、设置在所述外壳内的控制芯片和驱动部件、以及设置在所述外壳上的手柄感应元件,所述刀头包括头部感应元件;所述控制芯片分别与所述驱动部件、所述手柄感应元件和所述头部感应元件连接,所述驱动部件还与所述刀头连接;
    所述手柄感应元件用于感应到皮肤接近时产生第一感应信号,并将所述第一感应信号发送至所述控制芯片;所述头部感应元件用于感应到皮肤接近时产生第二感应信号,并将所述第二感应信号发送至所述控制芯片;所述控制芯片用于在接收到所述第一感应信号和所述第二感应信号时发送驱动控制信号至所述驱动部件,以使所述驱动部件驱动所述刀头工作。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电动剃刀,其特征在于,所述手柄感应元件包括设置在所述外壳的内壁上的第一感应导线圈;所述刀头包括金属刀网,所述头部感应元件包括所述金属刀网和/或环绕所述金属刀网设置的第二感应导线圈。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电动剃刀,其特征在于,所述第一感应导线圈的材质包括铜、钢、铁、铝、锌和镍中的一种或多种;所述第二感应导线圈的材质包括铜、钢、铁、铝、锌和镍中的一种或多种。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的电动剃刀,其特征在于,所述第二感应导线圈外包覆有保护层。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的电动剃刀,其特征在于,所述保护层的材质包括软胶。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的电动剃刀,其特征在于,所述驱动部件包括互连的马达控制开关和马达,所述马达控制开关还与所述控制芯片连接,所述马达还与所述刀头连接;所述马达控制开关包括以下中的任一种:晶闸管、晶体管、场效应管、可控硅和继电器。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的电动剃刀,其特征在于,所述外壳上还 设置有充电接口,所述外壳内还设置有分别与所述控制芯片连接的电源转换模块、充电开关和电能存储模块,所述电源转换模块还分别与所述充电接口和所述充电开关连接,所述充电开关还与所述电能存储模块连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的电动剃刀,其特征在于,所述外壳上还设置有充电指示灯,所述充电指示灯与所述控制芯片连接。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的电动剃刀,其特征在于,所述电动剃刀还包括用于固定所述刀头的刀头支架,所述刀头支架与所述机身连接;所述刀头的下方还设置有毛发储藏室。
  10. 一种电动剃刀***,其特征在于,包括权利要求1-9中任一项所述的电动剃刀,还包括充电头;所述充电头与所述电动剃刀连接,所述充电头用于为所述电动剃刀充电。
