Abstract

一种纸膜袋制作工艺,包括以下步骤:S1:凹版制作,根据使用需求,制作凹印版;S2:对纸张进行切割,使其达到合适的尺寸;S3:对纸张进行印刷处理,正面采用水性油墨印刷,背面采用凹印机组印刷水性热敏粘合剂;S4:进行高温热压封口,最后得到纸膜袋。上述工艺杜绝了使用塑料膜所带来的降解问题,通过在纸膜袋的封口位置采用凹印技术,保证了热封时的稳定粘合;无有毒有害物质,可用于包装食品。

Description

纸膜袋制作工艺 技术领域
本发明涉及包装领域,尤其涉及一种纸膜袋制作工艺。
背景技术
现在的生产生活中,我们都离不开各种包装,无论我们购买什么样的商品,绝大部分都具有外包装,这层外包装基本上都是采用塑料袋、复合塑料膜和淋膜纸制成,但是这种外包装中依旧存在塑料结构,使用塑料膜结构时,无须使用粘合剂,只需高温塑封即可,利用温度对塑料薄膜的影响使其发生交联作用从而达到封口的目的。
技术问题
但是由于塑料膜很难被降解,不符合当今社会低碳环保的理念。
技术解决方案
针对上述技术中存在的不足之处,本发明提供一种纸膜袋制作工艺,最终得到一个用于包装的纸膜袋,完全利用纸张对产品进行包装,而不使用任何的塑料材质,从而被丢弃后,能快速降解,不会产生污染。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种纸膜袋制作工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1:凹版制作,根据使用需求,制作凹印版;
S2:对纸张进行切割,使其达到合适的尺寸;
S3:对纸张进行印刷处理,正面采用水性油墨印刷,背面采用凹印机组印刷水性热敏粘合剂;
S4:进行高温热压封口,最后得到纸膜袋。
作为优选,在步骤S1中,所述凹版制作时,根据需要纸张密封的位置以及大小进行凹印版的制作。
作为优选,所述纸张采用FSC食品级白牛皮纸。
作为优选,在步骤S3中,所述油墨采用无毒的水性油墨进行印刷,且采用柔板印刷机进行印刷处理。
作为优选,所述水性热敏粘合剂采用特殊的成分组成,按照质量百分比,所采用的成分如下:丙烯酸脂类乳液:40-60%;水溶性树脂:20-30%;乳化剂:1-3%;剩余组分为去离子水;将所述丙烯酸酯类乳液分成两份,其中一份加入水溶性树脂和去离子水,搅拌10-20分钟,获得A组份;另外一份添加乳化剂和去离子水,搅拌10-20分钟,获得B组份,然后组合B滴加到组分A中,最后得到水性热敏粘合剂。
作为优选,在步骤S3中,将水性热敏粘合剂进行采用凹印机组进行印刷,涂抹量为每平方米10-18克。
作为优选,在步骤S4中,在进行封口时,封口的温度为150-250摄氏度,热压时间不低于0.5秒,封口完成后得到包装用纸膜袋。
有益效果
本发明的有益效果是:本发明所得到的纸膜袋完全采用纸包装而可以達到密封效果,杜绝了使用塑料膜所带来的降解问题,使得整个包装更加环保,能充分降解,为了防止在进行热封时粘合剂的扩散,特别在纸膜袋的封口位置采用凹印技术,配合特制的水性热敏胶,从而保证了进行热封时的稳定粘合;纸张的正面采用柔性印刷,配合水性柔版油墨,这样在印刷对应的包装袋时,不会有任何的有毒有害物质,使得对包装物没有任何的影响,即使是食品也能拿来进行包装,使得应用的范围更广。

本发明的最佳实施方式
为了更清楚地表述本发明,下面结合附图对本发明作进一步地描述。
请参阅图1,本发明公开了一种纸膜袋制作工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1:凹版制作,根据使用需求,制作凹印版;
S2:对纸张进行切割,使其达到合适的尺寸;
S3:对纸张进行印刷处理,正面采用水性油墨印刷,背面采用凹印机组印刷水性热敏粘合剂。
S4:进行高温热压封口,最后得到纸膜袋。
经过上述步骤S3之后,将需要进行包装的产品,放入纸张内,然后经过步骤S4,将产品进行包装,最后得到包装完好的产品。
为了实现上述目的,在步骤S1中,在进行凹版制作时,根据需要纸张密封的位置以及大小进行凹印版的制作。纸张采用FSC食品级白牛皮纸。在步骤S3中,油墨采用无毒的水性油墨进行印刷,且采用柔版印刷机进行印刷处理。在具体实施例中,位置选择在距离纸张边缘0.5-1cm位置,凹印版的大小根据对不同产品的包装需求,凹印的宽度选择为0.5-1.5cm,使用自動制袋機进行包装袋制作,得到一个一端開口的容置腔体,将待包装的产品放入该容置腔体内,然后将端口进行热封,最后得到一个包装完毕的产品;为了配合用户的需求,在白牛皮纸的外侧采用水性油墨进行印刷,根据不同的需求印刷不同的文字和图案,使得整体包装更加美观,白牛皮纸的内侧根据产品尺寸要求有凹印版位置,配合粘合剂,使得对产品进行有效粘合。
为了满足对白牛皮纸的粘合需求,特别采用一种特殊配方的水性热敏粘合剂,按照质量百分比,所采用的成分如下:丙烯酸脂类乳液:40-60%;水溶性树脂:20-30%;乳化剂:1-3%;剩余组分为去离子水;将所述丙烯酸酯类乳液分成两份,其中一份加入水溶性树脂和去离子水,搅拌10-20分钟,获得A组份;另外一份添加乳化剂和去离子水,搅拌10-20分钟,获得B组份,然后组合B滴加到组分A中,最后得到水性热敏粘合剂。在具体实施例中,丙烯酸乳液为水性丙烯酸乳液,水溶性树脂为三聚氰胺甲醛树脂、甲阶段酚醛树脂、聚乙烯醇、聚环氧乙烷中的一种或多种,乳化剂为非离子型乳化剂,具体为对辛基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚,以配置100g水性热敏粘合剂为例,首先称取丙烯酸脂类乳液50g、水溶性数值25g、乳化剂2.5g以及22.5g的去离子水,然后将丙烯酸脂类乳液均分为两份,其中一份加入水溶性树脂和少量去离子水,搅拌15分钟,得到组份A;另外一份丙烯酸脂类乳液中加入乳化剂和剩余的去离子水,搅拌20分钟,得到组份B,将组份B滴加到组分A中,滴加的温度控制在50摄氏度左右,滴加的同时不断进行搅拌,需要在半小时内滴加完毕。
在具体进行实施时,将水性热敏粘合剂进行采用凹印机组进行印刷,涂抹量为每平方米10-18克。在进行封口时,封口的温度为150-250摄氏度,热压时间不低于0.5秒,封口完成后得到包装用纸膜袋。得到的水性热敏胶在进行涂抹时,需要根据白牛皮纸的粗糙程度来进行选择,如果白牛皮纸表面光滑,涂抹量就減少,如果表面粗糙,涂抹量就增加;在进行热封的过程中,,根据涂抹的量控制封口的温度,在热压的过程中,热压的时间也需要满足一定的需求,这样才能有效实现热封,经过上述步骤后,最终得到一个由白牛皮纸进行包装的产品。。
 
工业实用性
1)完全采用纸张对产品进行包装,不含有任何的塑料薄膜,包装被丢弃后能有效进行回收分解;
2)在纸张的封口位置采用特殊的热敏性粘合剂,使得纸张之间粘合更加稳定。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种纸膜袋制作工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    S1:凹版制作,根据使用需求,制作凹印版;
    S2:对纸张进行切割,使其达到合适的尺寸;
    S3:对纸张进行印刷处理,正面采用水性油墨印刷,背面采用凹印机组印刷水性热敏粘合剂;
    S4:进行高温热压封口,最后得到纸膜袋。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的纸膜袋制作工艺,其特征在于,在步骤S1中,所述凹版制作时,根据需要纸张密封的位置以及大小进行凹印版的制作。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的纸膜袋制作工艺,其特征在于,所述纸张采用FSC食品级白牛皮纸。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的纸膜袋制作工艺,其特征在于,在步骤S3中,所述油墨采用无毒的水性油墨进行印刷,且采用柔板印刷机进行印刷处理。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的纸膜袋制作工艺,其特征在于,所述水性热敏粘合剂采用特殊的成分组成,按照质量百分比,所采用的成分如下:丙烯酸脂类乳液:40-60%;水溶性树脂:20-30%;乳化剂:1-3%;剩余组分为去离子水;将所述丙烯酸酯类乳液分成两份,其中一份加入水溶性树脂和去离子水,搅拌10-20分钟,获得A组份;另外一份添加乳化剂和去离子水,搅拌10-20分钟,获得B组份,然后组合B滴加到组分A中,最后得到水性热敏粘合剂。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的纸膜袋制作工艺,其特征在于,在步骤S3中,将水性热敏粘合剂进行采用凹印机组进行印刷,涂抹量为每平方米10-18克。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的纸膜袋制作工艺,其特征在于,在步骤S4中,在进行封口时,封口的温度为150-250摄氏度,热压时间不低于0.5秒,封口完成后得到包装用纸膜袋。
