参与图1,其为一符合本申请的优选实施例的移动终端的结构示意图,从图中可以看出,本实施例所提供的移动终端主要包括以下结构:壳体1和柔性屏2,壳体1实现对移动终端的其他组件的保护及支撑作用,而柔性屏2则作为具有显示功能的柔性屏幕,实现将移动终端的输出或者输入内容可视化,实现显示屏幕的作用。本实施例进一步地还包括第一支撑机构3和第二支撑机构4,该第一支撑机构3及第二支撑机构4均实现支撑柔性屏2的作用,提供稳定的支撑力,使得柔性屏2在使用过程中稳定且不易损坏。其中,柔性屏2中的一部分铺设于第一支撑机构3上,形成第一显示区21,在一实施例中,该第一支撑机构3为固定支撑机构,该部分柔性屏固定在第一支撑机构3上,形成一可以永久固定显示的第一显示区21,该第一显示区21的显示面积等,可以根据普通显示下的显示需求而设定;柔性屏2的第一端20固定于或者可活动的连接于第二支撑机构4上,第二支撑机构4可收缩于第一支撑机构3及壳体1之间,且该第二支撑机构4与壳体1活动连接并可以沿着壳体移动或者滑动等,因此,第二支撑机构4沿着壳体1向远离第一支撑机构3的方向移动,直至第二支撑机构4与第一支撑机构3位于同一个平面上时,除去铺设于第一支撑机构3上的柔性屏外的剩余柔性屏铺设与该第二支撑机构4形成第二显示区22,且这种情况下,该第二显示区22与第一显示区21组合或者说合并形成一整屏显示区,该整屏显示区的显示面积等于或者略大于第一显示区与第二显示区的显示面积之和。对应地,当第二支撑机构4相对于壳体移动返回至第一支撑机构与壳体之间时,又可以恢复到仅有一个第一显示区的普通屏显示状态。从而,根据本实施例的上述设置,实现了移动终端在普通小显示向大屏显示的自由转变,提高了移动终端屏幕显示的适应性,以及多样性。
基于上述实施例的,符合本申请的另一优选实施例中,第一支撑机构21可以为支撑面和/或支撑支架。也即该第一支撑机构21可以是根据普通显示面积提供的一面板,该面板可以向柔性屏提供稳固的支撑力;或者该第一支撑机构21无需是全面都可以提供支撑力的面板,而是在周边或者中心等位置提供支撑力的支撑支架;又或者是支撑面板与支撑支架的组合,例如,可以是由支撑面板直接向柔性屏提供支撑力,而支撑支架位于支撑面板的背面,向支撑面板提供支撑力,提高支撑机构的稳固性。
基于上述实施例的,符合本申请的另一优选实施例中,第二支撑机构22也可为支撑面和/或支撑支架。也即该第二支撑机构22可以是根据普通显示面积提供的一面板,该面板可以向柔性屏提供稳固的支撑力;或者该第二支撑机构22无需是全面都可以提供支撑力的面板,而是在周边或者中心等位置提供支撑力的支撑支架;又或者是支撑面板与支撑支架的组合,例如,可以是由支撑面板直接向柔性屏提供支撑力,而支撑支架位于支撑面板的背面,向支撑面板提供支撑力,提高支撑机构的稳固性。
参阅图2,基于上述实施例的,符合本申请的另一优选实施例中,该移动终端中还包括升降机构5,该升降机构5连接于壳体1上。当第二支撑机构4沿着壳体1移动或者滑动至第一支撑机构3的外侧时,该升降机构5驱动第二支撑机构4升起至第一支撑机构3所在的平面上,从而第二支撑机构4与第一支撑机构3在该平面上形成一完整的大的支撑面,铺设于第一支撑机构3上的柔性屏与铺设于第二支撑机构4上的柔性屏一一完整统一的形式呈现,形成一整屏显示区。实现了扩展显示屏幕的效果。
继续参阅图2,基于上述实施例的,符合本申请的另一优选实施例中,该移动终端中还包括第三支撑机构6,该支撑机构6同样连接于壳体1上。那么,当第二支撑机构4移动至第一支撑机构3所在的平面上时,该第三支撑机构6则位于第二支撑机构4与壳体1之间,向第二支撑机构4提供一支撑力,使得第二支撑机构4可以稳定的固定于第一支撑机构3所在的平面上,从而该第二支撑机构4可以向柔性屏提供稳固的支撑力,使得扩展获得的扩展屏可以稳固存在,并提供稳定的显示内容。
基于上述实施例的,符合本申请的另一优选实施例中,该移动终端还设置有滑轨,该滑轨设置于壳体1上,朝向第一支撑机构3的面上,从而,第二支撑机构4可以借助该滑轨与壳体1滑动连接。在一实施例中,可以在第二支撑机构4上对应该滑轨的位置上设置限位部件,该限位部件卡持于滑轨中,则实现第二支撑机构4与壳体1的活动连接,限位部件在滑轨中沿着滑轨移动,则使得第二支撑机构4沿着壳体移动。
基于上述实施例的,符合本申请的另一优选实施例中,在第一支撑机构的第一端上设置有卡锁结构31。应当理解的,这里的第一支撑机构的第一端指的是当第二支撑机构移动到第一支撑机构所在的平面上时,第一支撑机构上与该第二支撑机构向对的端面。本实施例中,在该第一支撑机构的第一端上设置有卡锁结构31;对应地,在第二支撑机构4上与该卡锁结构31向对应的第二端上设置有限位结构41。则当第二支撑机构4移动到第一支撑机构3所在的平面上后,第二支撑机构4上的限位结构41卡持于第一支撑机构3上的卡锁结构31中,从而,第一支撑机构3与第二支撑机构4稳定固定,从而可以提供稳定的显示效果。这里应当理解的是,还可以是在第一支撑机构的第一端上设置有限位结构,而在第二支撑机构的第二端上的对应位置上设置卡锁结构,该限位结构和卡锁结构可以实现与上述相同的限位及稳固连接的作用。
在一实施例中,上述各实施例中的,移动终端中的第三支撑机构可以是至少一个连杆结构,该连杆结构连接于壳体与第二支撑机构之间,当第二支撑机构位于第一支撑机构与壳体之间时,该连杆结构处于平放状态并位于壳体与第二支撑机构之间;当第二支撑机构逐渐移动至第一支撑机构所在的平面上时,连杆结构连接于第二支撑机构上的一端随该第二支撑机构逐渐移动,将第二支撑机构稳固的支持于第一支撑机构所在的平面上。
在一实施例中,上述各实施例中,移动终端中的升降机构可以是弹簧件,该弹簧件连接于第二支撑机构与壳体之间,当第二支撑机构完全移动到第一支撑机构外侧时,弹簧件将第二支撑机构输送到第一支撑机构所在的平面上,使第二支撑机构与第一支撑机构组合为一完整的支撑平面,柔性屏铺设与该完整的支撑平面上形成一整屏显示区。
在一实施例中,上述各实施例中,移动终端中的柔性屏可以是柔性OLED面板,但是应当理解的是,本申请中的显示屏仅需是可变形的柔性屏即可,故所有具有显示功能的柔性的材料都可以是本申请中柔性屏的材料。
本申请的另一方面,还提供另一种移动终端,参见图3,其为一符合本申请的另一优选实施例的结构示意图。从图中可以看出,本实施例所提供的移动终端主要包括:壳体1和柔性屏2,其中,壳体1为可延展面板,设置为向移动终端中的其他组件提供支撑力及保护,柔性屏2设置为提供显示屏。进一步地,本实施例中的移动终端还包括第一支撑机构3、第二支撑机构4以及升降机构(未示出),第一支撑机构3及第二支撑机构4均实现支撑柔性屏2的作用,而升降机构连接于壳体1,设置为向提供第二支撑机构4提供驱动力。从而,柔性屏2部分铺设于第一支撑机构3上,该第一支撑机构3向该部分柔性屏提供支撑作用力,该平铺于第一支撑机构上的柔性屏形成第一显示区;柔性屏的第一端固定于第二支撑机构4,该第二支撑机构4位于第一支撑机构3与壳体1之间,且与壳体1活动连接。鉴于上述设计,壳体1发生延展可以带动第二支撑机构移动至一第一位置,在一实施例中,该第一位置为第二支撑机构刚刚完全位于第一支撑机构的外侧,此时,升降机构受激发,驱动第二支撑机构升起至第一支撑机构3所在的平面上,从而,第一支撑机构与第二支撑机构在该平面上组合形成一完整的扩展的支撑面,柔性屏铺设于该支撑面上,形成一由铺设于第一支撑机构上的第一显示区与铺设于第二支撑机构上的第二显示区形成的整屏显示区。对应地,当第二支撑机构4跟随于壳体的收缩返回至第一支撑机构与壳体之间时,又可以恢复到仅有一个第一显示区的普通屏显示状态。实现了移动终端在普通小显示向大屏显示的自由转变的另一种技术方案,提高了移动终端屏幕显示的适应性,以及多样性。
基于上述实施例的,符合本申请的另一优选实施例中,壳体1为多层结构,每层之间均可相对滑动,在一实施例中,该多层结构之间设置有滑轨结构,该上一层在下一层的滑轨中滑动,实现了壳体1的扩展或者收缩。
基于上述实施例的,符合本申请的另一优选实施例中,壳体1中设置有收纳槽(未标出),升降机构收纳于该收纳槽中,从而当壳体发生延展,并带动第二支撑机构移动到其第一位置时,升降机构受激发,从收纳槽中伸出,推动或者驱动第二支撑机构升起到与第一支撑机构在同一平面上;而当需要返回普通屏显示时,又可以利用升降机构将第二支撑机构返回第一位置,升降机构收回至收纳槽中,而壳体收缩带动第二支撑机构返回第一支撑机构与壳体之间。
基于上述实施例的,符合本申请的另一优选实施例中,移动终端中还包括连杆机构61,该连杆机构61连接于壳体1与第二支撑机构之间,当第二支撑机构4位于第一支撑机构3与壳体1之间时,该连杆结构61处于平放状态并位于壳体1与第二支撑机构之间4;当第二支撑机构4逐渐移动至第一支撑机构3所在的平面上时,连杆结构61连接于第二支撑机构4上的一端随该第二支撑机构4逐渐移动,将第二支撑机构4稳固的支持于第一支撑机构3所在的平面上。
基于上述实施例的,符合本申请的另一优选实施例中,移动终端中还包括电机,该电机与升降机构和/或壳体连接,从而,可以通过电机驱动壳体的延展或者收缩,也可以通过电机激发升降机构上升或者下降,以驱动第二支撑机构的上升或者下降。
综上所述,本申请首次提出利用层叠的支撑机构与柔性屏配合解决移动终端的屏幕扩展的技术问题;利用层叠的支撑机构实现了普通屏显示下对其他部分柔性屏的隐藏;利用升降机构实现将处于不同平面上的两个支撑机构移动至同一平面上,并组合为一个整体机构;在扩展屏幕的情况下,不改变屏幕的长度,减少对柔性屏的损坏。
以上对本申请的具体实施例进行了详细描述,但其只是作为范例,本申请并不限制于以上描述的具体实施例。对于本领域技术人员而言,任何对本申请进行的等同修改和替代也都在本申请的范畴之中。因此,在不脱离本申请的精神和范围下所作的均等变换和修改,都应涵盖在本申请的范围内。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种移动终端,包括壳体和柔性屏,其中,还包括
    第一支撑机构和第二支撑机构,其中,
    所述柔性屏铺设于所述第一支撑机构上形成第一显示区,
    所述柔性屏的第一端连接于所述第二支撑机构,
    所述第二支撑与所述壳体活动连接,所述第二支撑机构可收缩于所述第一支撑机构与所述壳体之间,
    所述第二支撑机构向远离所述第一支撑机构的方向移动至所述第一支撑机构所在的平面上,所述柔性屏铺设于所述第二支撑机构上形成第二显示区,第一显示区与所述第二显示区组合形成整屏显示区。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的移动终端,其中,
    所述第一支撑机构包括支撑面板和/或支撑支架。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的移动终端,其中,
    所述第二支撑机构包括支撑面板和/或支撑支架。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的移动终端,其中,还包括
    升降机构,所述升降机构连接于所述壳体,
    所述第二支撑机构沿所述壳体滑动至所述第一支撑机构的外侧,所述升降机构驱动所述第二支撑机构移动至所述第一支撑机构所在平面上,所述第一显示区与所述第二显示区组合形成整合显示区。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的移动终端,其中,还包括
    第三支撑机构,所述第三支撑机构连接于所述壳体,所述第二支撑机构移动至所述第一支撑机构所在平面上,所述第三支撑机构位于所述第二支撑机构与所述壳体之间,支撑所述第二支撑机构。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的移动终端,其中,
    所述第三支撑机构包括至少一个连杆结构。
  7. 如权利要求4所述的移动终端,其中,
    所述升降机构包括弹簧件。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的移动终端,其中,还包括
    滑轨,所述滑轨设置于所述壳体上,所述第二支撑机构通过所述滑轨滑动连接于所述壳体。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的移动终端,其中,
    所述第一支撑机构的第一端上设置有卡锁结构或者限位结构,
    所述第二支撑机构的第二端上设置有限位结构或者卡锁结构。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的移动终端,其中,
    所述柔性屏为柔性OLED面板。
  11. 一种移动终端,包括壳体和柔性屏,其中,还包括
    第一支撑机构、第二支撑机构和升降机构,其中
    所述柔性屏铺设于所述第一支撑机构上形成第一显示区,
    所述柔性屏的第一端固定于所述第二支撑机构,
    所述第二支撑机构设置于所述第一支撑机构与所述壳体之间,且与所述壳体活动连接,
    所述升降机构与所述壳体连接,
    所述壳体为可延展面板,
    所述壳体延展带动所述第二支撑机构移动至第一位置,所述升降机构驱动所述第二支撑机构升起至所述第一支撑机构所在的平面上,所述柔性屏铺设于所述第二支撑机构上形成第二显示区,第一显示区与所述第二显示区组合形成整屏显示区。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的移动终端,其中,
    所述壳体为多层结构,所述多层结构相对滑动,所述壳体发生扩展或者收缩。
  13. 如权利要求11所述的移动终端,其中,
    所述壳体中设置有收纳槽,所述升降机构收纳于所述收纳槽中,
    所述壳体延展带动所述第二支撑机构移动至第一位置,所述升降机构从所述收纳槽中伸出,驱动所述第二支撑机构升起至所述第一支撑机构所在的平面上。
  14. 如权利要求11所述的移动终端,其中,还包括
    连杆机构,所述连杆机构连接于所述壳体与所述第二支撑机构之间。
  15. 如权利要求11所述的移动终端,其中,还包括
    电机,所述电机与所述升降机构和/或所述壳体连接。
