在本公开实施例中,电子设备包括:盖体10、受话器20、扬声器30和第一腔体40,所述受话器20容置于所述第一腔体40内,所述盖体10与所述受话器20以及所述扬声器30之间具有间隙50,所述间隙50与所述第一腔体40连通,间隙50与第一腔体40可以通过通气孔连通,所述间隙50通过所述扬声器30的出音孔60与外界环境连通。这样,第一腔体40可以通过间隙50和出音孔60与外界环境保持连通,当盖体10受到外力时(参见图2中受到外力F时),第一腔体40内的气压可以始终保持平衡(即受话器20内的气压也可以始终保持平衡),减少了受话器20发出的声音中包括杂音的现象的发生,从而提升了受话器20的发声效果,提升了用户体验。
可选的,参见图1和图2,所述电子设备还包括第二腔体70和出音通道80,所述扬声器30容置于所述第二腔体70内,所述第二腔体70与所述间隙50连通,所述第二腔体70通过所述出音通道80与所述出音孔60连通。
其中,扬声器30容置于第二腔体70内时,扬声器30可以与第二腔体70的内壁抵接,从而可以将第二腔体70分隔为两个腔体,上述两个腔体可以分别被称为扬声器30的前腔和后腔(即扬声器前腔和扬声器后腔)。
本公开实施例中,由于第二腔体70通过出音通道80与出音孔60连通,且扬声器30容置于第二腔体70内,使得扬声器30发出的声音可以通过出音通道80和出音孔60扩散至外界环境中,而声音在出音通道80和出音孔60 内传播时损失较小,从而使得声音的传播效果较好。
可选的,所述第二腔体70与所述间隙50之间设置有第一侧壁90,所述第一侧壁90上设置有第一通气孔91,所述第一通气孔91对应所述出音通道80或者所述第二腔体70设置。
其中,第一侧壁90的厚度以及第一通气孔91的孔径在此均不做限定。
另外,第一通气孔91的一端可以与间隙50连通,第一通气孔91的另一端可以与出音通道80或者第二腔体70连通。
本公开实施例中,第二腔体70与间隙50之间设置有第一侧壁90,这样,可以增强电子设备的防水防尘效果,另外,由于第一侧壁90上设置有第一通气孔91,这样,可以实现间隙50与第二腔体70之间的连通,且第一通气孔91的加工工艺简单,从而降低了加工成本。
可选的,所述第二腔体70包括扬声器前腔71和扬声器后腔72,所述扬声器前腔71和所述出音通道80连通,所述第一通气孔91分别与所述间隙50和所述扬声器前腔71连通。
其中,扬声器30可以包括膜片、单体和喇叭,扬声器30的膜片可以设置于扬声器前腔71内,且朝向第一侧壁90设置,喇叭可以对应膜片设置,单体可以设置于喇叭的一侧。另外,单体可以设置于扬声器后腔72内,喇叭用于分隔扬声器前腔71和扬声器后腔72。而第一通气孔91可以分别与扬声器前腔71和间隙50连通。
本公开实施例中,第二腔体70包括扬声器前腔71和扬声器后腔72,且扬声器前腔71和出音通道80连通,这样,使得扬声器30发出的声音可以通过扬声器前腔71、出音通道80和出音孔60传递至外界环境中,而声音在扬声器前腔71和出音通道80的损失较少,从而使得声音的传播效果较好。
可选的,所述第二腔体70包括扬声器前腔71和扬声器后腔72,所述扬声器前腔71和所述出音通道80连通,所述第一通气孔91分别与所述间隙50和所述出音通道80连通。
其中,扬声器30可以包括膜片、单体和喇叭,具体描述可以参见上个实施例。
本公开实施例中,由于扬声器30的膜片设置于扬声器前腔71内,且第 一通气孔91分别与间隙50和出音通道80连通,即第一通气孔91直接对应出音通道80设置,未对应扬声器30的膜片设置,从而不会对扬声器30的膜片的性能造成影响,进而使得扬声器30的发声效果较好。
可选的,所述电子设备还包括中框61,所述出音孔60设置于所述中框61上。
其中,出音孔60在中框61上的设置位置在此不做限定。
另外,中框61与受话器20和扬声器30之间也可以设置有间隙,且该间隙可以为间隙50的一部分。
本公开实施例中,由于出音孔60设置在中框61上,既使得出音孔60可以较好的与外界环境连通,保证了出音效果,又减轻了整个电子设备的重量。
可选的,参见图1和图2,所述出音通道80相对于所述盖体10倾斜设置。
其中,出音通道80的第一端与扬声器前腔71连通,出音通道80的第二端与出音孔60连通。而出音通道80的第一端可以靠近盖体10设置,出音通道80的第二端可以远离盖体10设置。
本公开实施例中,出音通道80相对于盖体10倾斜设置,可以减少水经出音孔60和出音通道80回流至扬声器前腔71内的现象的发生,增强了电子设备的防水效果。
可选的,参见图1和图2,所述第一通气孔91内还设置有防水透气膜92。
其中,防水透气膜92可以为一种高分子防水材料,可以采用聚四氟乙烯树脂经过拉伸等工艺方法制成,该防水透气膜92可以保证气体通过的同时阻碍液体通过。
本公开实施例中,由于第一通气孔91内还设置有防水透气膜92,从而可以阻止水等液体通过第一通气孔91进入包括有主板等器件的电子设备的内部,进而可以进一步增强电子设备的防水效果。
可选的,参见图1和图2,所述防水透气膜92设置于所述第一通气孔91靠近所述间隙50的一端。
本公开实施例中,防水透气膜92设置于第一通气孔91靠近间隙50的一端,这样,在装配的过程中,可以直接在防水透气膜92装配在第一通气孔91 靠近间隙50的一端,与装配在第一通气孔92内的方式相比,装配方式较为简单,装配效率更高,且方便后续的维修或者更换。
可选的,所述第一侧壁90上设置有多个第一通气孔91。
其中,多个第一通气孔91的孔径可以相同,也可以不相同,可选的,上述多个第一通气孔91的孔径均相同,这样,使得加工更加方便。
另外,由于多个第一通气孔91设置在第一侧壁90的不同位置,且第一侧壁90的不同位置的厚度可能不相同,则不同第一通气孔91的深度也可能不相同。
本公开实施例中,由于第一侧壁90上设置有多个第一通气孔91,与只设置一个第一通气孔91的方式相比,当某一个第一通气孔91阻塞之后,间隙50和第二腔体70之间还可以通过其他第一通气孔91进行通气,提高了通气的稳定性。
可选的,所述多个第一通气孔91等间距设置。
其中,多个第一通气孔91等间距设置,即任意相邻两个第一通气孔91之间的距离可以相等。
本公开实施例中,多个第一通气孔91等间距设置,可以使得间隙50和第二腔体70之间的通气效果较为均匀。
可选的,参见图1和图2,所述第一腔体40和所述间隙50之间设置有第二侧壁100,所述第二侧壁100上设置有第二通气孔101,所述第二通气孔101分别与所述间隙50和所述第一腔体40连通。
本公开实施例中,由于第二侧壁100上设置有第二通气孔101,第一腔体40可以通过第二通气孔101与间隙50连通,并通过间隙50、第一通气孔91和出音孔60与外界环境连通,从而使得第一腔体40内的气压可以始终保持平衡,减少了受话器20发出的声音中包括杂音的现象的发生,从而提升了受话器20的发声效果。
可选的,所述第一腔体40包括受话器前腔41和受话器后腔42,所述第二通气孔101与所述受话器后腔42连通。
其中,受话器20的单体和振膜可以均设置于受话器前腔41内。
本公开实施例中,第二通气孔101与受话器后腔42连通,可以认为整个 间隙50为受话器20的后腔的一部分,从而增大了受话器20的后腔的空间。
可选的,参见图1和图2,所述第二侧壁100上设置有两个第二通气孔101,所述两个第二通气孔101分别设置于所述第二侧壁100上相对的两侧边缘。
其中,受话器20可以相对于第二侧壁100的中心位置设置。
另外,上述两个第二通气孔101的孔径以及深度均在此不做限定。当第二侧壁100的厚度均相等时,两个第二通气孔101的深度也均相等,可选的,两个第二通气孔101的孔径也相等。
本公开实施例中,第二侧壁100上设置有两个第二通气孔101,与第二侧壁100上只设置一个第二通气孔101的方式相比,当某一个第二通气孔101阻塞之后,间隙50和第一腔体40之间还可以通过另外一个第二通气孔101进行通气,提高了通气的稳定性。另外,两个第二通气孔101分别设置于第二侧壁100上相对的两侧边缘,可以使得间隙50和第一腔体40之间的通气效果更佳均匀。
上面结合附图对本公开的实施例进行了描述,但是本公开并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本公开的启示下,在不脱离本公开宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,均属于本公开的保护之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种电子设备,包括:盖体、受话器、扬声器和第一腔体,所述受话器容置于所述第一腔体内,所述盖体与所述受话器以及所述扬声器之间具有间隙,所述间隙与所述第一腔体连通,所述间隙通过所述扬声器的出音孔与外界环境连通。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备,还包括第二腔体和出音通道,所述扬声器容置于所述第二腔体内,所述第二腔体与所述间隙连通,所述第二腔体通过所述出音通道与所述出音孔连通。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电子设备,其中,所述第二腔体与所述间隙之间设置有第一侧壁,所述第一侧壁上设置有第一通气孔,所述第一通气孔对应所述出音通道或者所述第二腔体设置。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电子设备,其中,所述第二腔体包括扬声器前腔和扬声器后腔,所述扬声器前腔和所述出音通道连通,所述第一通气孔分别与所述间隙和所述扬声器前腔连通。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的电子设备,其中,所述第二腔体包括扬声器前腔和扬声器后腔,所述扬声器前腔和所述出音通道连通,所述第一通气孔分别与所述间隙和所述出音通道连通。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备,还包括中框,所述出音孔设置于所述中框上。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的电子设备,其中,所述第一侧壁上设置有多个第一通气孔。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的电子设备,其中,所述多个第一通气孔等间距设置。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备,其中,所述第一腔体与所述间隙之间设置有第二侧壁,所述第二侧壁上设置有第二通气孔,所述第二通气孔分别与所述间隙和所述第一腔体连通。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的电子设备,其中,所述第一腔体包括受话器前腔和受话器后腔,所述第二通气孔与所述受话器后腔连通。
