Description

一种烟弹及具有该烟弹的电子烟 技术领域
本发明涉及一种烟弹及具有该烟弹的电子烟,属于电子烟技术领域。
背景技术
电子烟烟弹由于气雾形成基质(烟油)通道与气流通道是相互贯通的,因此在长期存放的过程中,烟油比较容易从气流通道中泄露出来,污染烟弹表面,甚至是包装,从而影响整体产品的品质。如何防止烟弹漏油,尤其是在长时间的货架期阶段,防控漏油是个棘手的问题。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明的目的是提供一种烟弹及具有该烟弹的电子烟,其能够防止烟油泄漏,密封性能好。
为实现上述目的,一个方面,本发明提出了一种烟弹,包括储液部、雾化部和锁止部,其中,所述储液部内部密封储存有烟油;所述雾化部包括:壳体,其内壁与所述储液部的外壁滑动接触;和雾化仓,其设置在所述壳体的内部,用于雾化所述烟油,且在所述雾化仓上设置有进油孔;所述锁止部包括凸部和与所述凸部相配合的凹部,所述凸部设置在所述壳体的内壁上,所述凹部设置在所述储液部的外壁上;或所述凸部设置在所述储液部的外壁上,所述凹部设置在所述壳体的内壁上;其中,所述壳体在第一位置通过所述锁止部与所述储液部锁紧时,使所述烟油与所述雾化仓呈分离状态。
在一个具体实施例中,驱动所述壳体从所述第一位置移动至第二位置并通过所述锁止部与所述储液部锁紧时,所述进油孔与所述储液部的内部连通,使所述烟油通过所述进油孔进入所述雾化仓内进行加热。

本发明由于采取以上技术方案,其具有以下优点:1、本发明抽吸前,储液 部与雾化仓相隔离,储液部内的烟油处于密封状态,能够极大延长烟弹产品的货架期,不会出现因存放时间较长或受周围环境的影响,导致出现漏油的现象,用户体验好。2、本发明设置了锁止部,能够将壳体与储液部快速地锁紧,壳体在第一位置与储液部锁止时,储液部与雾化仓相隔离,壳体在第二位置与储液部锁止时,储液部与雾化仓相连通,稳定性好,可靠性好。3、本发明设置了凸部和与凸部相配合的凹部,锁止效果好,同时,用户驱动壳体时,能够使得壳体快速地从第一位置移动到第二位置,简洁高效。4、本发明设置了导引部和与导引部相配合的槽体,能够引导壳体快速地从第一位置向第二位置移动。5、本发明设置了导油部和弹性软体部,弹性软体部的内部设置有孔道,导油部包括自由端和连接端,自由端的直径小于孔道的孔径,连接端的直径大于孔道的孔径,驱动壳体向第二位置移动过程中,连接端与孔道形成紧密嵌套结构,弹性软体部能够紧密包裹导油部的周侧,防止烟油泄露到烟弹表面,密封性能好。6、本发明的密封部采用脆性材料制成,能够便于导油部的自由端挤碎密封部。7、本发明设置了密封部,能够防止烟油泄露,同时,当壳体设置在第一位置时,能够阻止储液部与雾化仓导通,使得烟油无法进入到雾化仓内。8、本发明的吸油部的两端部分别于两导油部的连接端接触,吸油效果好,雾化效果好。9、本发明设置了第一倾斜部、第三倾斜部、第五倾斜部以及第七倾斜部,能够使得壳体顺利地从第一位置向第二位置移动。10、本发明设置了第二倾斜部、第四倾斜部、第六倾斜部以及第八倾斜部,能够使壳体与储液部锁紧在一起,防止壳体向远离储液部的方向移动,稳定性好。11、本发明结构简单,使用方便。

具体实施方式
以下将结合附图及实施例来详细说明本发明的实施方式,借此对本发明如何应用技术手段来解决技术问题,并达成技术效果的实现过程能充分理解并据以实施。需要说明的是,只要不构成冲突,本发明中的各个实施例以及各实施例中的各个特征可以相互结合,所形成的技术方案均在本发明的保护范围之内。本发明所提到的方向用语例如「顶」、「底」、「内」、「外」、「前」、「后」等,仅是参考附加图式的方式。因此,使用的方向用语是用以说明及理解本发明,而非用以限制本发明。
如图1、图2所示,本发明提出的烟弹,包括储液部1、雾化部2和锁止部3。其中,储液部1的内部密封储存有烟油。雾化部2包括:壳体21,壳体21的内壁与储液部1的外壁滑动接触;和雾化仓22,雾化仓22固定设置在壳体21的内部,用于雾化烟油;在雾化仓22上设置有进油孔23(如图3所示)。锁止部3包括凸部31和与凸部31相配合的凹部32,凸部31设置在壳体21的内 壁上,凹部32设置在储液部1的外壁上;或凸部31设置在储液部1的外壁上,凹部32设置在壳体21的内壁上(如图4~9所示)。其中,抽吸烟弹前,壳体21在第一位置(抽吸前的位置)通过锁止部3与储液部1锁紧时,使得储液部1内的烟油与雾化仓22呈分离状态。抽吸烟弹时,驱动壳体21从第一位置移动至第二位置(抽吸时的位置)并通过锁止部3与储液部1锁紧时,进油孔23与储液部1的内部相连通,使得储液部1内的烟油通过进油孔23进入雾化仓22的腔体内进行加热雾化(形成烟雾)。具体的,抽吸烟弹前,储液部1与雾化仓22呈隔离设置(如图3所示),使得储液部1内的烟油完全处于密封状态,能够极大延长烟弹的货架期,不会出现由于存放时间较长或受周围环境的影响,而出现漏油现象,密封性能好,从而能够给使用者带来良好的用户体验。同时,利用锁止部3能够将壳体21与储液部1快速地锁紧,稳定性好,简洁高效。
在一个具体的实施例中,如图4、图5所示,凹部32包括呈间隔设置的第一凹槽321和第二凹槽322,第一凹槽321设置在储液部1上靠近底端的位置,第二凹槽322设置在储液部1上远离底端的位置。其中,壳体21设置在第一位置时,凸部31锁止在第一凹槽321内;而壳体21设置在第二位置时,凸部31锁止在第二凹槽322内。
在一个具体的实施例中,如图6所示,凸部31包括呈间隔设置的第一凸起311和第二凸起312,第一凸起311设置在壳体21上靠近顶端的位置,第二凸起312设置在壳体21上远离顶端的位置。其中,壳体21设置在第一位置时,第一凸起311锁止在凹部32内;而壳体21设置在第二位置时,第二凸起312锁止在凹部32内。
在一个具体的实施例中,如图7、图8所示,凹部32包括呈间隔设置的第三凹槽323和第四凹槽324,第三凹槽323设置在壳体21上靠近顶端的位置,第四凹槽324设置在壳体21上远离顶端的位置。其中,壳体21设置在第一位置时,凸部31锁止在第三凹槽323内;而壳体21设置在第二位置时,凸部31锁止在第四凹槽324内。
在一个具体的实施例中,如图9所示,凸部31包括呈间隔设置的第三凸起313和第四凸起314,第三凸起313设置在储液部1上靠近底端的位置,第四凸起314设置在储液部1上远离底端的位置。其中,壳体21设置在第一位置时, 第三凸起313锁止在凹部32内;而壳体21设置在第二位置时,第四凸起314锁止在凹部32内。

在一个具体的实施例中,在凹部32上远离壳体21顶端的位置设置有第七倾斜部,用于允许第三凸起313从凹部32中滑出,使得壳体21能够顺利地从第一位置向第二位置移动。
在一个具体的实施例中,在凹部32上靠近壳体21顶端的位置设置有第八倾斜部,第八倾斜部的倾斜程度小于第七倾斜部的倾斜程度,用于防止壳体21 轻易地向远离储液部1的方向滑动,从而能够使得壳体21与储液部1锁紧在一起。
在一个具体的实施例中,如图1、图2所示,在储液部1的外壁上设置有用于引导壳体21从第一位置向第二位置快速地移动的第一导引部4,在壳体21的内壁上设置有与第一导引部4相配合的第一槽体211,通过第一导引部4在第一槽体211内滑动,能够快速地使壳体21从第一位置移动至第二位置。优选的,第一导引部4呈凸棱状。
在一个具体的实施例中,在壳体21的内壁上设置有用于引导壳体21从第一位置向第二位置移动的第二导引部,在储液部的外壁上设置有与第二导引部相配合的第二槽体,能够快速地使壳体21从第一位置移动至第二位置。优选的,第二导引部呈凸棱状。
在一个具体的实施例中,如图3所示,在雾化仓22的侧壁上设置有与雾化仓22的内部腔体相连通的导油部24,在导油部24的内部设置有腔体,进油孔23设置在导油部24的侧壁上且与导油部24的内部腔体相连通。
在一个具体的实施例中,壳体21设置在第二位置时,导油部24与烟油相连通,使得烟油通过导油部24流入雾化仓22的内部腔体内进行加热雾化。
在一个具体的实施例中,如图3所示,在储液部1的底端设置有弹性软体部5,在弹性软体部5的内部设置有孔道51,孔道51与烟油相连通,在孔道51的底部设置有用于密封孔道51的密封部52,能够防止烟油泄露。同时,当壳体21设置在第一位置时,密封部52能够阻止储液部1与雾化仓22导通,使得烟油无法进入到雾化仓22内。
在一个具体的实施例中,如图3所示,导油部24包括自由端241和连接端242,连接端242与雾化仓22的侧壁连接,自由端241的直径小于孔道51的孔径,连接端242的直径大于孔道51的孔径。驱动壳体21向第二位置移动过程中,自由端241挤碎密封部52,使得烟油通过进油孔23进入雾化仓22的内部腔体中,连接端242与孔道51形成紧密嵌套结构,弹性软体部5能够紧密包裹导油部24的周侧,防止烟油泄露到烟弹表面,密封性能好。

在一个具体的实施例中,在雾化仓22的内部腔体中设置有加热元件和吸油部,加热元件套设在吸油部的外部,吸油部的端部与导油部24的连接端242相接触,壳体21设置在第二位置时,使得吸油部吸收烟油且加热元件对烟油进行加热雾化。优选的,导油部24的数目为两个。吸油部的两端部分别于两导油部24的连接端242接触,吸油效果好,雾化效果好。吸油部采用纤维棉制成。
在一个具体的实施例中,壳体21的内壁与弹性软体部5的外壁滑动接触,凸部31设置在壳体21的内壁上,凹部32设置在弹性软体5的外壁上。

    所述储液部内部密封储存有烟油;
    所述雾化部包括:
    壳体,其内壁与所述储液部的外壁滑动接触;和
    雾化仓,其设置在所述壳体的内部,用于雾化所述烟油,且在所述雾化仓上设置有进油孔;
    所述锁止部包括凸部和与所述凸部相配合的凹部,所述凸部设置在所述壳体的内壁上,所述凹部设置在所述储液部的外壁上;或所述凸部设置在所述储液部的外壁上,所述凹部设置在所述壳体的内壁上;
    其中,所述壳体在第一位置通过所述锁止部与所述储液部锁紧时,使所述烟油与所述雾化仓呈分离状态。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的烟弹,其特征在于,驱动所述壳体从所述第一位置移动至第二位置并通过所述锁止部与所述储液部锁紧时,所述进油孔与所述储液部的内部连通,使所述烟油通过所述进油孔进入所述雾化仓内进行加热。

  4. 根据权利要求2所述的烟弹,其特征在于,所述凸部包括呈间隔设置的第一凸起和第二凸起,所述第一凸起设置在所述壳体上靠近顶端的位置,所述第二凸起设置在所述壳体上远离顶端的位置;其中,
    所述壳体设置在所述第一位置时,所述第一凸起锁止在所述凹部内;而所述壳体设置在所述第二位置时,所述第二凸起锁止在所述凹部内。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的烟弹,其特征在于,所述凹部包括呈间隔设置的第三凹槽和第四凹槽,所述第三凹槽设置在所述壳体上靠近顶端的位置,所述第四凹槽设置在所述壳体上远离顶端的位置;其中,
    所述壳体设置在所述第一位置时,所述凸部锁止在所述第三凹槽内;而所 述壳体设置在所述第二位置时,所述凸部锁止在所述第四凹槽内。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的烟弹,其特征在于,所述凸部包括呈间隔设置的第三凸起和第四凸起,所述第三凸起设置在所述储液部上靠近底端的位置,所述第四凸起设置在所述储液部上远离底端的位置;其中,
    所述壳体设置在所述第一位置时,所述第三凸起锁止在所述凹部内;而所述壳体设置在所述第二位置时,所述第四凸起锁止在所述凹部内。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的烟弹,其特征在于,在所述第一凹槽上远离所述储液部底端的位置设置有第一倾斜部,用于允许所述凸部从所述第一凹槽中滑出。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的烟弹,其特征在于,在所述第一凹槽上靠近所述储液部底端的位置设置有第二倾斜部,所述第二倾斜部的倾斜程度小于所述第一倾斜部的倾斜程度,用于防止所述凸部向远离所述储液部的方向滑动。
  9. 根据权利要求4所述的烟弹,其特征在于,在所述凹部上远离所述储液部底端的位置设置有第三倾斜部,用于允许所述第一凸起从所述凹部中滑出。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的烟弹,其特征在于,在所述凹部上靠近所述储液部底端的位置设置有第四倾斜部,所述第四倾斜部的倾斜程度小于所述第三倾斜部的倾斜程度,用于防止所述第一凸起或所述第二凸起向远离所述储液部的方向滑动。
  11. 根据权利要求5所述的烟弹,其特征在于,在所述第三凹槽上远离所述壳体顶端的位置设置有第五倾斜部,用于允许所述凸部从所述第三凹槽中滑出。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的烟弹,其特征在于,在所述第三凹槽上靠近所述壳体顶端的位置设置有第六倾斜部,所述第六倾斜部的倾斜程度小于所述第五倾斜部的倾斜程度,用于防止所述壳体向远离所述储液部的方向滑动。
  13. 根据权利要求6所述的烟弹,其特征在于,在所述凹部上远离所述壳体顶端的位置设置有第七倾斜部,用于允许所述第三凸起从所述凹部中滑出。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的烟弹,其特征在于,在所述凹部上靠近所述壳体顶端的位置设置有第八倾斜部,所述第八倾斜部的倾斜程度小于所述第七倾斜部的倾斜程度,用于防止所述壳体向远离所述储液部的方向滑动。
  15. 根据权利要求2所述的烟弹,其特征在于,在所述储液部的外壁上设置有用于引导所述壳体从所述第一位置向所述第二位置移动的第一导引部,在所 述壳体的内壁上设置有与所述导引部相配合的第一槽体;或
    在所述壳体的内壁上设置有用于引导所述壳体从所述第一位置向所述第二位置移动的第二导引部,在所述储液部的外壁上设置有与所述第二导引部相配合的第二槽体。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的烟弹,其特征在于,在所述雾化仓的侧壁上设置有与所述雾化仓的内部腔体相连通的导油部,在所述导油部的内部设置有腔体,所述进油孔设置在所述导油部的侧壁上且与所述导油部的内部腔体相连通。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的烟弹,其特征在于,所述壳体设置在所述第二位置时,所述导油部与所述烟油相连通,使得所述烟油通过所述导油部流入所述雾化仓的内部腔体中。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的烟弹,其特征在于,在所述储液部的底端设置有弹性软体部,在所述弹性软体部的内部设置有孔道,所述孔道与所述烟油相连通,在所述孔道的底部设置有用于密封所述孔道的密封部。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的烟弹,其特征在于,所述导油部包括自由端和连接端,所述连接端与所述雾化仓的侧壁连接,所述自由端的直径小于所述孔道的孔径,所述连接端的直径大于所述孔道的孔径。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的烟弹,其特征在于,所述壳体向所述第二位置移动过程中,所述自由端挤碎所述密封部,使得所述烟油通过所述进油孔进入所述雾化仓的内部腔体中,所述连接端与所述孔道形成紧密嵌套结构,用于防止所述烟油泄露到所述烟弹表面。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的烟弹,其特征在于,所述进油孔设置在所述导油部的所述自由端。
  22. 根据权利要求21所述的烟弹,其特征在于,所述孔道设置成环形孔道。
  23. 根据权利要求22所述的烟弹,其特征在于,所述密封部采用脆性材料制成。
  24. 根据权利要求23所述的烟弹,其特征在于,所述密封部采用脆性塑料制成。
  25. 根据权利要求16所述的烟弹,其特征在于,在所述导油部为中空硬质空管。
  26. 根据权利要求18所述的烟弹,其特征在于,所述雾化仓的侧壁上设置有与所述雾化仓的内部腔体相连通的第一气流通道,在所述储液部的内部设置有第二气流管道,所述第二气流管道的底部贯穿所述弹性软体部的顶部和底部,所述壳体设置在所述第二位置时,所述第一气流管道与所述第二气流管道密封连通,使得所述烟油雾化后的气体经所述第一气流管道和所述第二气流管道流入用户嘴中。
  27. 根据权利要求26所述的烟弹,其特征在于,在所述雾化仓的内部腔体中设置有加热元件和吸油部,所述加热元件套设在所述吸油部的外部,所述吸油部的端部与所述导油部的所述连接端相接触,所述壳体设置在所述第二位置时,使得所述吸油部吸收所述烟油且所述加热元件对所述烟油进行加热雾化。
  28. 根据权利要求18所述的烟弹,其特征在于,所述壳体的内壁与所述弹性软体部的外壁滑动接触,所述凸部设置在所述壳体的内壁上,所述凹部设置在所述弹性软体的外壁上;或
    所述凸部设置在所述弹性软体的外壁上,所述凹部设置在所述壳体的内壁上。
  29. 根据权利要求28所述的烟弹,其特征在于,所述第一导引部设置在所述弹性软体的外壁上,所述第一槽体设置在所述壳体的内壁上;或
    所述第二导引部设置在所述壳体的内壁上,所述第二槽体设置在所述弹性软体的外壁上。
  30. 根据权利要求29所述的烟弹,其特征在于,所述凸部设置在所述第一槽体的内壁上,所述凹部设置在所述第一导向部的外壁上;或
    所述凸部设置在所述第二导向部的外壁上,所述凹部设置在所述第二槽体的内壁上。
  31. 一种电子烟,其特征在于,包括根据权利要求1~30中任一项所述的烟弹。
