본 발명은 다이어리나 공책 바인더에 탈부착이 가능하도록 하여 바인더와 함께 보관 및 휴대가 용이한 바인더형 팔레트에 관한 것으로, 상측면에 팔레트 장착홈이 형성되고 일측 테두리를 따라 바인더 링 결합을 위한 복수 개의 관통홀이 형성되는 본체와, 팔레트 장착홈에 분리 가능하게 결합되는 팔레트와, 본체의 상단에 결합되며 팔레트를 개폐하는 커버를 포함한다.

Description

바인더형 팔레트
본 발명은 팔레트에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 다이어리나 공책 바인더에 탈부착이 가능하도록 하여 바인더와 함께 보관 및 휴대가 용이한 바인더형 팔레트에 관한 것이다.
팔레트는 수채화나 유화를 그릴 때 물감을 풀어서 조합하는데 사용하는 그림도구이다. 그림을 그릴 때 팔레트와 물감, 물통 등 여러 도구를 이용하여 종이 위에 붓으로 그림을 그려나가게 되는데, 하나의 그림을 완성하기 위하여는 다양한 도구가 필요하다.
예를 들어, 다양한 색상의 물감과, 물감을 이용하여 그림을 그리기 위한 붓, 여러 가지 색깔의 물감을 섞기 위하여 이용하는 팔레트, 그림이 그려지는 종이 등을 사전에 준비해야 하며, 이 중 어느 하나라도 구비되지 않으면 원하는 정도의 그림을 그리기 어렵게 된다.
최근, 국내외로 여행을 떠나 경치가 아름다운 장소를 찾아서 그림을 그리는 사람들이 많아지고 있으며, 그에 따라 간소하면서도 편의성이 증대된 그림도구를 찾는 사람들이 증가하고 있는 추세이다.
그러나 단순 스케치가 아닌 수채화나 유화를 그리는 작업은 필요한 도구가 많은데, 여행을 다니면서 이들을 전부 챙기기에는 불편함이 있다.
또한, 종래의 휴대용 물감 팔레트는 스케치북과 같은 바인더와 별도의 제품으로만 존재하여, 휴대성 및 편의성이 증대된 팔레트가 필요한 실정이다.
본 발명은 전술한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 안출된 것으로서, 바인더와 탈부착 가능하도록 구성되는 바인더형 팔레트를 제공함에 목적이 있다.
본 발명의 다른 목적은 휴대가 간편하고, 세척 등 관리가 용이한 바인더형 팔레트를 제공함에 있다.
전술한 목적을 달성하기 위하여, 본 발명은, 상측면에 팔레트 장착홈이 형성되고 일측 테두리를 따라 바인더 링 결합을 위한 복수 개의 관통홀이 형성되는 본체와, 상기 팔레트 장착홈에 분리 가능하게 결합되는 팔레트와, 상기 본체의 상단에 결합되며 상기 팔레트를 개폐하는 커버를 포함하는 바인더형 팔레트를 제공한다.
본 발명의 일 특징에 의하면, 상기 팔레트는, 내부에 구획 형성되는 복수 개의 공간부와, 상기 공간부에 분리 가능하게 결합되는 복수 개의 물감용기를 포함할 수 있다.
본 발명의 다른 특징에 의하면, 상기 물감용기의 일측 상단을 탄성 지지하도록 상기 공간부의 일측에 형성되는 복수 개의 지지부를 더 포함할 수 있다.
본 발명의 또 다른 특징에 의하면, 상기 커버는, 일측이 상기 본체의 상단에 힌지 결합되어 제1 방향으로 회동 하는 제1 커버와, 일측이 상기 본체의 상단에 힌지 결합되어 제2 방향으로 회동하는 제2 커버를 포함할 수 있다.
본 발명의 또 다른 특징에 의하면, 상기 본체는, 상기 팔레트 장착홈이 형성되는 수납부와, 상기 수납부의 일측에 결합되며 상측에 상기 관통홀이 형성되는 바인더부를 포함할 수 있다.
본 발명의 또 다른 특징에 의하면, 상기 수납부의 전면에 상기 팔레트 장착홈을 개폐하는 개폐부가 결합되고, 상기 팔레트가 상기 수납부에 슬라이드 결합될 수 있다.
본 발명의 또 다른 특징에 의하면, 상기 팔레트는, 내부에 복수 개의 공간부를 구획 형성하는 복수 개의 격벽과, 상기 공간부에 결합되는 복수 개의 물감용기와, 상기 물감용기의 상단을 지지하도록 상기 격벽의 상단에 돌출 형성되는 걸림턱을 포함할 수 있다.
한편, 전술한 목적을 달성하기 위하여, 본 발명은 상측면에 복수 개의 물감 수용부가 구획 형성되고 일측 테두리를 따라 바인더 링 결합을 위한 복수 개의 관통홀이 형성되는 본체와, 상기 본체의 상단에 결합되며 상기 물감 수용부를 개폐하는 커버를 포함하는 바인더형 팔레트를 제공한다.
본 발명의 일 특징에 의하면, 상기 본체는, 상기 물감 수용부가 형성되는 팔레트부와, 상기 팔레트부의 일측에 결합되며 상측에 상기 관통홀이 형성되는 바인더부를 포함할 수 있다.
본 발명의 다른 특징에 의하면, 상기 본체의 일측에 분리 가능하게 결합되는 팔레트 블록을 더 포함할 수 있다.
본 발명에 따른 바인더형 팔레트에 의하면, 바인더와 팔레트가 일체로 구성되어 휴대성 및 사용의 편의성이 증대된다.
또한, 본 발명에 따른 바인더형 팔레트에 의하면, 팔레트에 물감용기를 견고하게 결합할 수 있고, 물감용기의 교체도 용이하게 수행할 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명에 따른 바인더형 팔레트에 의하면, 본체로부터 팔레트를 분리할 수 있으므로, 본체와 팔레트의 세척 등 관리가 용이하다.
또한, 본 발명에 따른 바인더형 팔레트에 의하면, 커버가 본체에 견고하게 결합되므로, 휴대 이동시 물감이 새지 않는 장점이 있다.
또한, 본 발명에 따른 바인더형 팔레트에 의하면, 바인더의 크기에 따라 추가로 팔레트 블록을 결합함으로써, 바인더 사이즈에 관계없이 다양하게 사용 가능하다.

이하에서는 본 발명의 실시예에 관하여 첨부도면을 참조하여 상세하게 설명하기로 한다. 다만, 이하에서 설명되는 실시예는 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자가 발명을 쉽게 실시할 수 있을 정도로 상세하게 설명하기 위한 것에 불과하며, 이로 인해 본 발명의 보호범위가 한정되는 것을 의미하지는 않는다. 그리고 본 발명의 여러 실시예를 설명함에 있어서, 동일한 기술적 특징을 갖는 구성요소에 대하여는 동일한 도면부호를 사용하기로 한다.
제1 실시예
도 1은 본 발명의 제1 실시예에 따른 바인더형 팔레트의 사시도이며, 도 2는 도 1의 분해 사시도이다.
도 1과 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이, 본 발명의 제1 실시예에 따른 바인더형 팔레트(100)는 팔레트 장착홈(210)이 형성되는 본체(200)와, 본체(200)의 팔레트 장착홈(210)에 결합되는 팔레트(300)와, 팔레트(300)를 개폐하는 커버(400)를 포함한다.
본체(200)와 팔레트(300) 및 커버(400)는 각각 합성수지나 금속 재질로 이루어질 수 있으며, 필요에 따라서는 목재 등 다른 재질로 이루어질 수도 있다. 또한, 본체(200)와 팔레트(300) 및 커버(400)가 모두 동일한 재질로 이루어질 수 있으며, 이들 중 적어도 하나가 서로 다른 재질로 이루어지는 것도 가능하다.
본체(200)는 내부에 팔레트(300)를 수용하는 한편 바인더 링(20, 도 4 참조)에 결합되어, 바인더(10, 도 4 참조)와 함께 팔레트(300)를 일체로 휴대할 수 있게끔 하는 역할을 한다.
일 예로서, 본체(200)는 도 1과 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이 육면체 블록 형태로 이루어질 수 있다. 다만, 이는 본 발명의 일 실시예일 뿐이며, 본체(200)의 전체적인 외관 형태는 필요에 따라 다양하게 형성될 수 있다.
본체(200)의 상측면에는 팔레트(300)를 수용하기 위한 팔레트 장착홈(210)이 형성된다. 팔레트 장착홈(210)의 테두리를 따라 단턱(220)이 낮게 단차 형성되며, 이 단턱(220)은 후술하는 커버(400)를 지지하는 역할을 한다. 단턱(220)은 커버(400)가 본체(200)의 상측면 위로 돌출되지 않도록 공간을 제공하는 역할도 한다. 즉, 커버(400)를 닫아서 팔레트 장착홈(210)을 가렸을 때, 커버(400)의 상측면이 본체(200)의 상측면과 동일 평면 상에 위치하거나 본체(200)의 상측면보다 약간 낮게 위치하는 것이 바람직하다.
팔레트 장착홈(210)의 일측에는 팔레트 장착홈(210)에 수용된 팔레트(300)를 쉽게 파지하여 분리할 수 있도록 적어도 하나 이상의 제1 파지홈(211)이 형성된다. 예컨대, 도면에 도시된 바와 같이 팔레트 장착홈(210)의 길이 방향 양단에 각각 하나씩 한 쌍의 제1 파지홈(211)이 형성될 수 있다. 이때, 후술하는 팔레트(300)의 외측면에는 제1 파지홈(211)과 대향하여 파지돌기(301)가 돌출 형성되며, 사용자는 제1 파지홈(211)을 통해 파지돌기(301)에 손가락을 걸고 팔레트 장착홈(210)으로부터 팔레트(300)를 들어올려 분리할 수 있다.
팔레트 장착홈(210)의 일측에 소정 간격 이격하여, 본체(200)의 상측면 일측 테두리를 따라 복수 개의 관통홀(231)이 형성된다. 예컨대, 본체(200)의 상측면 일측 테두리를 따라 소정 두께의 바인더부(230)가 외측으로 돌출 형성되고, 이 바인더부(230)에 복수 개의 관통홀(231)이 형성될 수 있다. 이 관통홀(231)은 바인더 링(20) 결합을 위한 것으로, 바인더(10)의 종류에 따라 관통홀(231)의 형상과 크기 및 간격 등의 규격은 다양하게 선택될 수 있다. 한편, 팔레트 장착홈(210)과 관통홀(231) 사이에는 채색용 붓(30)이나 연필, 펜 등의 그림도구를 수납하기 위한 보조 수납부(240)가 형성될 수 있다.
팔레트 장착홈(210)에 팔레트(300)가 삽입 장착된다. 팔레트 장착홈(210)은 팔레트(300)를 수용하며, 팔레트(300)는 필요시 팔레트 장착홈(210)으로부터 쉽게 분리될 수 있다. 바인더형 팔레트(100)의 휴대 이동시, 팔레트 장착홈(210)으로부터 팔레트(300)가 예기치 못하게 이탈되는 것을 방지할 수 있도록, 팔레트(300)가 팔레트 장착홈(210)에 홈-돌기 결합 또는 억지끼움 등의 방식으로 결합될 수 있다.
이처럼 본체(200)의 팔레트 장착홈(210)에 팔레트(300)가 분리 가능하게 결합되는 경우, 사용자는 필요시 팔레트 장착홈(210)으로부터 팔레트(300)를 분리하고, 팔레트 장착홈(210)에 고이거나 묻은 물감 등의 오염물을 쉽게 닦아 내거나 팔레트(300)를 세척할 수 있다.
팔레트(300)는 전체적으로 상부가 개방된 함체 형태로 형성되며, 내부에 복수 개의 공간부(310)가 구획 형성된다. 각각의 공간부(310)에는 물감이 채워진 물감용기(320)가 분리 가능하게 결합된다.
일 예로서, 도면에 도시된 바와 같이 팔레트(300)의 폭 방향으로 소정 간격 이격하는 복수 개의 격벽(330)이 길이 방향으로 각각 연장 형성될 수 있다. 또한, 격벽(330)의 일측에는 격벽(330)으로부터 팔레트(300)의 폭 방향으로 소정 간격 이격하여 지지부(340)가 형성되는데, 복수 개의 지지부(340)가 팔레트 장착홈(210)의 바닥면으로부터 상향 돌출 형성되어 격벽(330)을 따라 상호 소정 간격 이격된다.
각각의 지지부(340)는 공간부(310)에 수납되는 물감용기(320)를 탄성 지지하는 역할을 하며, 지지부(340)의 상단 일측에는 물감용기(320) 방향으로 걸림턱(341)이 돌출 형성된다. 걸림턱(341)은 물감용기(320)의 일측 상단을 탄성 지지함으로써 물감용기(320)의 예기치 못한 이탈을 방지한다. 즉, 도 2의 확대도에 도시된 바와 같이, 물감용기(320)를 공간부(310)에 삽입할 때 지지부(340)가 탄성 변형되며, 물감용기(320)가 공간부(310)에 완전히 수납되면 물감용기(320)의 상단에 지지부(340)의 걸림턱(341)이 걸려서 이탈을 방지하게 되는 것이다.
이때, 물감용기(320)는 격벽(330)과 지지부(340) 사이 간격의 폭을 갖는 함체 형태로 형성될 수 있으며, 현재 시중에 판매중인 물감용기(320)를 사용하는 것도 가능하다.
팔레트(300)를 개폐하도록 본체(200) 상단에 커버(400)가 결합된다. 이 커버(400)는 평소 팔레트(300)의 상부를 덮어서 이물질이 물감에 혼입되는 것을 방지하고 있으며, 팔레트(300) 사용을 위해 커버(400)를 열었을 때에는 커버(400)의 내측면을 물감을 섞는 색조판(401)으로 사용할 수 있다.
한편, 도면에 도시된 실시예의 경우, 본체(200) 상단에 한 쌍의 커버(400)가 회동 가능하게 결합되어 팔레트(300)를 개폐하는 예를 도시하고 있다. 다만, 이는 본 발명의 일 실시예일 뿐이며, 커버(400)의 설치위치와 개수 및 회동 방향은 필요에 따라 적절히 선택될 수 있다.
본 실시예에 따르면, 본체(200)의 상측면 좌측 테두리에 제1 커버(410)의 일측이 힌지 결합되고, 본체(200)의 상측면 후단 테두리에 제2 커버(420)의 일측이 힌지 결합된다. 제1 커버(410)는 좌우 방향으로 회동하여 팔레트(300)를 개폐하며, 제2 커버(420)는 전후 방향으로 회동하여 팔레트(300)를 개폐하는데, 제2 커버(420)는 제1 커버(410)의 상부에서 제1 커버(410)를 덮게 된다. 아울러, 제2 커버(420)의 전단에는 결합부(421)가 하향 돌출 형성되는데, 제2 커버(420)를 닫으면 본체(200)의 전면 상측에 결합부(421)의 내측이 억지끼움 방식으로 결합된다. 결합부(421)의 하단 중앙에는 본체(200)에 결합된 제2 커버(420)를 쉽게 열 수 있도록 제2 파지홈(422)이 형성된다.
도 3과 도 4는 본 발명의 제1 실시예에 따른 바인더형 팔레트의 사용 상태도로서, 도 3은 팔레트(300) 사용을 위해 제1 커버(410)와 제2 커버(420)를 회동시킨 모습을 도시하고 있다. 이때, 제1 커버(410)와 제2 커버(420)의 내측에는 복수 개의 분리벽(402)이 돌출 형성되어 복수 개의 색조판(401)을 구획 형성하며, 사용자는 각각의 색조판(401)에서 원하는 색깔의 물감들을 혼합하여 사용할 수 있다.
도 4는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 바인더형 팔레트(100)가 바인더 링(20)에 의해 다이어리 등의 바인더(10)에 결합된 모습을 도시하고 있다. 본 발명에 따르면 사용자는 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이 바인더(10)와 함께 물감용기(320)와 팔레트(300) 및 붓(30) 등의 그림도구를 일체로 구비하여 휴대할 수 있다.
제2 실시예
도 5는 본 발명의 제2 실시예에 따른 바인더형 팔레트의 분해 사시도이다.
본 발명의 제2 실시예에 따른 바인더형 팔레트(100a)는, 본체(200a)와 팔레트(300a) 및 커버(400)를 포함한다는 점에서 전술한 제1 실시예와 전체적인 구성이 유사하다. 다만, 팔레트(300a)가 팔레트 장착홈(210)에 슬라이드 결합되고, 물감용기(320)가 팔레트(300a)에 슬라이드 결합되며, 본체(200a)가 분리 가능하게 상호 결합된 수납부(250)와 바인더부(230a)를 포함하여 형성된다는 점에서 차이가 있다.
이하, 전술한 제1 실시예와 동일한 기능을 하는 동일 구성에 대하여는 동일한 도면부호를 부여하고 중복설명은 생략하기로 하며, 전술한 제1 실시예와의 차이점을 중심으로 본 발명의 제2 실시예에 따른 바인더형 팔레트에 대하여 설명하기로 한다.
본 발명의 제2 실시예에 따른 본체(200a)는 상호 분리 가능하게 결합된 수납부(250)와 바인더부(230a)를 포함한다. 이를 위해, 바인더부(230a)의 일면에 복수 개의 제1 결합돌기(232)가 돌출 형성되고, 수납부(250)의 바인더부(230a) 대향면에는 제1 결합돌기(232)가 대응 결합되는 제1 결합홈(251)이 복수 개 형성된다. 이에 따라, 사용자는 필요시 바인더부(230a)로부터 수납부(250)를 쉽게 분리하여 물감용기(320)를 교체하거나 수납부(250)와 팔레트(300a)를 세척할 수 있다.
이때, 수납부(250)에는 팔레트 장착홈(210)이 형성되고, 바인더부(230a)에는 보조 수납부(240) 및 관통홀(231)이 형성된다.
한편, 팔레트(300a)는 수납부(250)의 팔레트 장착홈(210)에 슬라이드 방식으로 결합된다.
이를 위해, 수납부(250)의 전면에 팔레트 장착홈(210)을 개폐하는 개폐부(260)가 구비된다. 이 개폐부(260)는 일측이 수납부(250)의 전면 일측에 힌지 결합되며, 개폐부(260)의 타측에는 수납부(250)의 측벽 전단에 결합하도록 플랜지부(261)가 돌출 형성된다. 이때, 수납부(250)의 측벽 전단에는 제2 결합홈(252)이 형성되며, 플랜지부(261)에는 제2 결합홈(252)에 대응 결합되도록 제2 결합돌기(262)가 돌출 형성된다.
팔레트(300a)는 개폐부(260) 개방 후, 수납부(250)의 전방에서 팔레트 장착홈(210)으로 슬라이드 결합될 수 있으며, 따라서 본 발명의 제2 실시예에 따르면 팔레트(300a) 장착을 위해 커버(400)를 회동시켜 열 필요가 없다. 또한, 팔레트 장착홈(210)의 내측벽 상단에는 팔레트(300a)의 상부 이탈 방지를 위한 걸림턱(미도시)이 돌출 형성될 수 있다.
이때, 전술한 제1 실시예의 팔레트(300)가 팔레트 장착홈(210)에 슬라이드 결합될 수 있음은 물론이며, 다른 예로서, 도 5에 도시된 바와 같이 각각의 물감용기(320)가 슬라이드 결합된 제2 실시예의 팔레트(300a)가 팔레트 장착홈(210)에 슬라이드 결합될 수도 있다.
본 발명의 제2 실시예에 따른 팔레트(300a)는 전방이 개방된 함체 형태이며, 팔레트(300a)의 내부에는 폭 방향으로 상호 이격하는 복수 개의 격벽(330a)에 의해 복수 개의 공간부(310)가 구획 형성된다. 이때, 각각의 공간부(310) 전방은 개방되어 있으며, 물감용기(320)는 팔레트(300a)의 전방에서 각각의 공간부(310)로 슬라이드 결합될 수 있다. 이렇게 슬라이드 결합된 물감용기(320)의 상부 이탈 방지를 위해, 격벽(330a)의 상단에는 걸림턱(331)이 공간부(310) 방향으로 돌출 형성되어 물감용기(320)의 상단을 지지하게 된다.
물감용기(320)는 개폐부(260) 개방 후, 팔레트(300a)의 전방에서 각각의 공간부(310)로 슬라이드 결합될 수 있으며, 따라서 본 발명의 제2 실시예에 따르면 물감용기(320)의 장착을 위해 커버(400)를 회동시켜 열 필요가 없게 된다.
본체(200a)의 상측에는 팔레트(300a)를 개폐할 수 있도록 복수 개의 커버(400)가 결합된다. 예컨대, 도면에 도시된 바와 같이 좌우 방향으로 회동하여 개폐되는 제1 커버(410)의 일측이 본체(200a)의 상측면 일측 테두리에 힌지 결합되고, 전후 방향으로 회동하여 개폐되는 제2 커버(420)의 후단이 본체(200a)의 상측면 후단 테두리에 힌지 결합될 수 있다. 또한, 제2 커버(420)는 제1 커버(410)의 상부를 덮도록 개폐될 수 있다.
이때, 제1 커버(410)와 제2 커버(420)로 팔레트(300a)를 덮었을 때, 바인더부(230a)의 상부로 제2 커버(420)의 상측면이 돌출되지 않도록, 팔레트(300a)의 높이는 바인더부(230a)의 높이보다 약간 작게 형성되는 것이 바람직하다. 예컨대, 제1 커버(410)와 제2 커버(420)를 닫았을 때, 제2 커버(420)의 상측면이 바인더부(230a)의 상측면과 동일 평면상에 위치하거나 그보다 약간 낮게 위치하는 것이 바람직하다.
도 6은 본 발명의 제2 실시예에 따른 바인더형 팔레트(100a)의 사용 상태도로서, 제1 커버(410)와 제2 커버(420)를 열어서 팔레트(300a)를 사용하는 모습을 도시하고 있다. 이때, 개폐부(260)는 수납부(250)의 전단에 결합되어 팔레트(300a)와 물감용기(320)의 전방 이탈을 방지하고 있다.
제3 실시예
도 7은 본 발명의 제3 실시예에 따른 바인더형 팔레트의 사시도이며, 도 8은 본 발명의 제3 실시예에 따른 바인더형 팔레트의 사용 상태도이다.
본 발명의 제3 실시예에 따른 바인더형 팔레트(100b)는, 본체(200b)와 커버(400)를 포함하며 바인더 링(20)에 의해 바인더(10)에 일체로 결합된다는 점에서 전술한 실시예와 전체적인 구성이 유사하다. 다만, 본체(200b)와 팔레트가 일체로 형성되고, 팔레트부(280)와 바인더부(230b)가 슬라이드 결합된다는 점에서 전술한 실시예와는 차이점이 있다.
이하, 전술한 실시예와 동일한 기능을 하는 동일 구성에 대하여는 동일한 도면부호를 부여하고 중복설명은 생략하며, 전술한 실시예와의 차이점을 중심으로 본 발명의 제3 실시예에 따른 바인더형 팔레트(100b)에 대하여 설명하기로 한다.
본 발명의 제3 실시예에 따른 바인더형 팔레트(100b)는, 상측면에 복수 개의 물감 수용부(270)가 구획 형성되고 일측 테두리를 따라 바인더 링(20) 결합을 위한 복수 개의 관통홀(231)이 형성되는 본체(200b)와, 본체(200b)의 상단에 결합되는 커버(400)를 포함한다.
여기서 본체(200b)는, 상측면에 복수 개의 물감 수용부(270)가 구획 형성되는 팔레트부(280)와, 팔레트부(280)의 일측에 결합되며 상측에 바인더 링(20)과의 결합을 위한 복수 개의 관통홀(231)이 형성되는 바인더부(230b)를 포함한다.
팔레트부(280)와 바인더부(230b)는 슬라이드 결합 방식으로 상호 분리 가능하게 결합될 수 있다. 예컨대, 도면에 도시된 바와 같이 바인더부(230b)의 일면에 슬라이드 홈(233)이 형성되고, 팔레트부(280)의 바인더부(230b) 대향면에는 슬라이드 홈(233)에 대응 결합하는 슬라이드 돌기(281)가 돌출 형성될 수 있다. 이 경우, 미사용시 또는 세척시 바인더부(230b)로부터 팔레트부(280)를 쉽게 분리할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
팔레트부(280)의 상측면 일측에는 채색용 붓(30) 등의 그림도구를 수납할 수 있도록 보조 수납부(240)가 형성되며, 보조 수납부(240)의 일측에는 수납된 그림도구의 이탈 방지를 위한 고정부재(241)가 설치될 수 있다. 일 예로서, 고정부재(241)는 이탈방지용 고무밴드로 구성될 수 있으며, 다른 예로서 보조 수납부(240)의 중앙부 내측에 설치되어 그림도구 거치시 가압 지지하여 그림도구의 이탈을 방지하는 탄성클립으로 구성될 수도 있다. 한편, 본 실시예의 고정부재(241)가 전술한 제1,제2 실시예의 바인더형 팔레트(100,100a)에도 적용될 수 있음은 물론이다.
본체(200b)의 상측에는 물감 수용부(270)를 개폐할 수 있도록 복수 개의 커버(400)가 결합된다. 예컨대, 도면에 도시된 바와 같이 좌우 방향으로 회동하여 개폐되는 제1 커버(410)의 일측이 본체(200b)의 상측면 일측 테두리에 힌지 결합되고, 전후 방향으로 회동하여 개폐되는 제2 커버(420)의 후단이 본체(200b)의 상측면 후단 테두리에 힌지 결합될 수 있다. 또한, 제2 커버(420)는 제1 커버(410)의 상부를 덮도록 개폐될 수 있다.
이때, 제1 커버(410)와 제2 커버(420)가 물감 수용부(270)를 덮었을 때, 바인더부(230b)의 상부로 제2 커버(420)의 상측면이 돌출되지 않도록, 팔레트부(280)의 높이는 바인더부(230b)의 높이보다 약간 작게 형성되는 것이 바람직하다. 예컨대, 제1 커버(410)와 제2 커버(420)를 닫았을 때, 제2 커버(420)의 상측면이 바인더부(230b)의 상측면과 동일 평면상에 위치하거나 그보다 약간 낮게 위치하는 것이 바람직하다.
또한, 제1 커버(410)와 제2 커버(420)의 내측면에는 테두리를 따라 실링부(430)가 돌출 형성되어, 제1,제2 커버(410,420)를 닫았을 때 물감 수용부(270)로부터 물감이 새지 않도록 한다. 또한, 제1,제2 커버(410,420)의 내측면은 색조판(401)으로 사용될 수 있다.
한편, 본 발명에 따른 바인더형 팔레트(100~100b)는 필요에 따라 적어도 하나 이상의 팔레트 블록(500)을 추가로 결합하여 사용할 수 있다.
도 9는 팔레트 블록이 결합된 바인더형 팔레트의 사시도이며, 도 10은 도 9의 분해 사시도이다.
본 발명에 따르면, 복수 개의 물감 또는 물감용기(320)를 수용하는 팔레트 블록(500)이 본체(200~200b)의 일측에 슬라이드 방식으로 결합될 수 있다.
다이어리나 노트 등의 바인더(10)는 일반적으로 다양한 크기로 존재한다. 그런데, 본체(200~200b)보다 크거나 작은 사이즈의 바인더(10)에 바인더형 팔레트(100~100b)를 결합하여 사용하게 되면, 본체(200~200b)가 바인더(10)의 외측으로 튀어 나오거나 빈 공간이 생겨 사용상의 불편함이 있다.
본 발명에 따르면, 본체(200~200b)의 일측에 팔레트 블록(500)을 추가 결합하여 바인더형 팔레트(100~100b)의 전체 사이즈를 확장시키거나, 추가 결합된 팔레트 블록(500)을 제거하여 바인더형 팔레트(100~100b)의 전체 사이즈를 축소시킬 수 있다.
예컨대, 도면에 도시된 바와 같이, 본체(200b)의 일측(도면상 세로방향)에 제1 팔레트 블록(510)을 슬라이드 결합하고, 본체(200b)의 다른 일측(도면상 가로방향)에 제2 팔레트 블록(520)을 슬라이드 결합할 수 있다.
이때, 팔레트 블록(500)은 폭과 길이 등 사이즈가 상이할 뿐, 전술한 제3 실시예의 본체(200b) 및 커버(400)와 동일한 구조로 형성될 수 있으며, 팔레트 블록(500)의 일면에는 슬라이드 돌기(501)가 돌출 형성되고, 본체(200b)의 일면에는 팔레트 블록(500)의 슬라이드 돌기(501)가 대응 결합하도록 슬라이드 홈(282)이 형성된다.
한편, 도 9와 도 10에 도시된 실시예의 경우, 제3 실시예에 따른 바인더형 팔레트(100b)에 팔레트 블록(500)을 추가 결합하는 예를 도시하고 있으나, 전술한 제1 실시예와 제2 실시예에 따른 바인더형 팔레트(100,100a)에 팔레트 블록(500)을 추가 결합하여 사용할 수 있음은 물론이다.
아울러, 팔레트 블록(500)은 전술한 제1 내지 제3 실시예의 본체(200~200b)와 팔레트(300,300a) 및 커버(400)를 포함하는 구조로 형성될 수 있다.
예컨대, 제1 실시예에 따른 바인더형 팔레트(100)에 팔레트 블록(500)을 추가 결합하되, 이때 팔레트 블록(500)은 제1 실시예의 본체(200)와 팔레트(300) 및 커버(400)를 포함하여 형성될 수 있다. 다른 예로서, 제1 실시예에 따른 바인더형 팔레트(100)에 팔레트 블록(500)을 추가 결합하되, 이때 팔레트 블록(500)은 제2 실시예 또는 제3 실시예의 본체(200a,200b)와 팔레트(300a) 및 커버(400)를 포함하여 형성될 수 있다.
또 다른 예로서, 제1 실시예에 따른 바인더형 팔레트(100)에 한 쌍의 팔레트 블록(500)을 추가 결합하되, 이때 하나의 팔레트 블록(500)은 제2 실시예의 본체(200a)와 팔레트(300a) 및 커버(400)와 동일한 구조로 형성되고, 나머지 하나는 제3 실시예의 본체(200b) 및 커버(400)와 동일한 구조로 형성될 수 있다.
즉, 제1 내지 제3 실시예의 바인더형 팔레트(100~100b)에 제1 내지 제3 실시예의 본체(200~200b)와 팔레트(300,300a) 및 커버(400)와 동일한 구조의 팔레트 블록(500)을 추가로 장착하여 사용할 수 있는 것이다.
이상에서 본 발명의 실시예에 관하여 설명하였으나, 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 본 발명의 특허청구범위를 벗어남이 없이 다양하게 변형 실시할 수 있을 것으로 이해된다.
본 발명에 따른 바인더형 팔레트에 의하면, 팔레트의 휴대성 및 사용 편의성이 증대된다.
또한, 본 발명에 따른 바인더형 팔레트에 의하면, 본체와 팔레트의 세척 등 관리가 용이하다.
또한, 본 발명에 따른 바인더형 팔레트에 의하면, 바인더 사이즈에 따라 팔레트 블록을 추가 결합하여 사용할 수 있다.

Claims (10)

  1. 상측면에 팔레트 장착홈이 형성되고, 일측 테두리를 따라 바인더 링 결합을 위한 복수 개의 관통홀이 형성되는 본체;
    상기 팔레트 장착홈에 분리 가능하게 결합되는 팔레트; 및
    상기 본체의 상단에 결합되며 상기 팔레트를 개폐하는 커버를 포함하는 바인더형 팔레트.
  2. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 팔레트는, 내부에 구획 형성되는 복수 개의 공간부와, 상기 공간부에 분리 가능하게 결합되는 복수 개의 물감용기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 바인더형 팔레트.
  3. 청구항 2에 있어서,
    상기 물감용기의 일측 상단을 탄성 지지하도록 상기 공간부의 일측에 형성되는 복수 개의 지지부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 바인더형 팔레트.
  4. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 커버는, 일측이 상기 본체의 상단에 힌지 결합되어 제1 방향으로 회동 하는 제1 커버와, 일측이 상기 본체의 상단에 힌지 결합되어 제2 방향으로 회동하는 제2 커버를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 바인더형 팔레트.
  5. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 본체는, 상기 팔레트 장착홈이 형성되는 수납부와, 상기 수납부의 일측에 결합되며 상측에 상기 관통홀이 형성되는 바인더부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 바인더형 팔레트.
  6. 청구항 5에 있어서,
    상기 수납부의 전면에 상기 팔레트 장착홈을 개폐하는 개폐부가 결합되고, 상기 팔레트가 상기 수납부에 슬라이드 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 바인더형 팔레트.
  7. 청구항 6에 있어서,
    상기 팔레트는, 내부에 복수 개의 공간부를 구획 형성하는 복수 개의 격벽과, 상기 공간부에 결합되는 복수 개의 물감용기와, 상기 물감용기의 상단을 지지하도록 상기 격벽의 상단에 돌출 형성되는 걸림턱을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 바인더형 팔레트.
  8. 상측면에 복수 개의 물감 수용부가 구획 형성되고, 일측 테두리를 따라 바인더 링 결합을 위한 복수 개의 관통홀이 형성되는 본체; 및
    상기 본체의 상단에 결합되며 상기 물감 수용부를 개폐하는 커버를 포함하는 바인더형 팔레트.
  9. 청구항 8에 있어서,
    상기 본체는, 상기 물감 수용부가 형성되는 팔레트부와, 상기 팔레트부의 일측에 결합되며 상측에 상기 관통홀이 형성되는 바인더부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 바인더형 팔레트.
  10. 청구항 8에 있어서,
    상기 본체의 일측에 분리 가능하게 결합되는 팔레트 블록을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 바인더형 팔레트.
