本申请要求于2019年07月31日提交中国专利局、申请号为201910701535.4、发明名称为“一种磨豆器”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及家用电器技术领域,特别涉及一种磨豆器。
背景技术
现有的磨豆器,例如全自动咖啡机或咖啡磨豆器,主要包括上下设置的咖啡豆盒和磨豆组件,咖啡豆盒内的咖啡豆在重力的作用下自由落至磨豆组件中进行研磨,待磨成咖啡粉之后就会落入冲泡***内,进行冲泡咖啡之用。
目前的咖啡磨豆器主要是一个豆盒对应一个独立的磨豆组件,当用户选择不同的咖啡豆进行研磨时,磨豆器内会存留咖啡粉,进而影响下次咖啡豆的研磨。为了不使用户选用的咖啡豆味道被上一次研磨的咖啡豆所影响,若使用至少两组独立的咖啡豆研磨组件来解决上述问题,会增加磨豆器体积,成本也会增高。
因此,如何提供一种结构简单、成本较低的磨豆器,是本领域技术人员目前需要解决的技术问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的是提供一种磨豆器,能够在一个磨豆刀组件的前提下,实现对不同豆的研磨。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种磨豆器,包括:磨豆刀组件和多个豆仓,所述磨豆刀组件设置在所述豆仓的底部,各所述豆仓的底部均设有送豆螺杆,所述送豆螺杆用于将与其对应的所述豆仓内的豆输送至所述磨豆刀组件。

本发明实施例所提供的一种磨豆器,可用于咖啡豆或其它豆类的研磨作业,本实施例以研磨对象为咖啡豆进行距离说明,磨豆器包括:磨豆刀组件1和多个豆仓2,豆仓2的数量可根据需求进行选择,磨豆刀组件1设置在豆仓2的底部,各豆仓2的底部均设有送豆螺杆,送豆螺杆在转动 之前,豆仓2内放置一定量的咖啡豆,当需要研磨某个豆仓2内的咖啡豆时,转动与其相对应的送豆螺杆即可输送至磨豆刀组件1中,当需要一定配比的咖啡粉时,可通过转动送豆螺杆的转数来确定送料量,送豆结束之后,即送豆螺杆停止转动时,磨豆刀组件1应再工作一段时间,以确保磨豆刀组件1内的咖啡豆被完全磨完及清空,以便于下一次的磨豆作业。通过本申请提供的磨豆器,通过不同的豆仓2和送豆螺杆的组合,不仅可对不同的咖啡豆进行输送研磨,还可实现不同配比咖啡豆的研磨作业,此外还具备结构简单,产品生产成本低的优势。

值得一提的是,本申请可使用一根螺杆正反转及一个送豆马达便能控制两个豆仓做独立送豆之用,当然,在本领域的技术人员可想到改为分开两条独立螺杆及两个送豆马达也能实现两个豆仓的独立送豆作业,也在本发明的保护范围之内,本领域技术人员在图一所示的技术方案,也可联想到增加一组咖啡豆仓及咖啡豆传送装置,就可以实现一个磨刀组件配合四个豆仓,即用户可作四种不同咖啡味道选择,对于6种、8种咖啡味道选择的方案也可如此类推,另外若要实现3中咖啡味道的方案,在图一的基础上,增加一个豆仓和独立螺杆以及送豆马达即可。
