所述顶壁11、所述侧壁13、所述支撑壁15及所述挡墙17一体加工成型,所述侧壁13开设有与外界连通的出声口130,所述扬声器100还包括连通所述出声口130和所述前声腔10的导声通道50,所述前声腔10和所述导声通道50共同组成所述扬声器箱100的前腔70,用于将声音传导至外界。
在本实施方式中,所述挡墙17设置于所述侧壁13的短边上,在其他实施方式中,所述挡墙17还可以设置于所述侧壁13的长边上。所述挡墙17两端向所述下壳3方向凹陷形成有藏胶槽170,所述藏胶槽170用于容纳胶水。
所述下壳3与所述上盖1固定,具体的,所述下壳3包括钢片31及环设于所述钢片31的外边缘并与所述钢片31连接的下壳本体33,所述下壳本体33盖设于所述侧壁13上,可以理解的是,所述下壳本体33为环状结构,其形状与所述侧壁13的轮廓形状相匹配。
进一步的,所述钢片31贯穿开设有贯穿孔310。所述钢片31还包括环绕所述贯穿孔310的平面部311,所述平面部311远离所述贯穿孔的一侧部分承载于所述挡墙17上。
所述平面部311与所述下壳本体33配合形成围绕所述贯穿孔310的沉槽313,所述沉槽313内填充密封胶,所述密封胶用于对所述后腔30形成密封,避免所述后腔30漏气影响所述扬声器箱100的声学性能。
所述平面部311远离所述贯穿孔310的边缘包括第一侧边3111和第二侧边3112,所述第一侧边3111部分承载于所述挡墙17上,所述第二侧边3112与所述第一侧边3111收尾相接围成环状,所述第一侧边3111与所述下壳本体33之间的最小距离小于所述第二侧边3112与所述下壳本体33之间的最小距离。
所述第一侧边3111两端设有胶孔3113,所述胶孔3313与所述藏胶藏170连通,打胶针头可以穿过所述胶孔3113,对所述藏胶槽170内进行打胶,实现所述钢片31与所述挡墙17的固定,同时,所述藏胶槽170内的胶水还可以和所述沉槽313内的密封胶形成一体结构,共同组成完整的密封环,提高了所述扬声器箱100的防水性能,同时,所述发声单体5和所述钢片31连接牢靠,不易脱落。
所述钢片31还包括自所述第二侧边3112朝远离所述上盖1的方向弯折延伸的过渡部314以及连接在所述过渡部314与所述下壳本体33之间的钢片本体315,所述钢片本体315、所述过渡部315及所述平面部311一体成型。
所述钢片本体315远离所述过渡部314的一侧向靠近所述上盖1方向弯折形成翻边316,所述翻边316与所述下壳本体33一体注塑成型。
所述下壳本体33对应所述挡墙17位置开设有避让缺口330,所述侧壁13包括自所述挡墙17远离所述发声单体5的一侧朝远离所述顶壁方向眼神的延伸壁131,所述延伸壁131远离所述顶壁11的一端延伸至所述缺口330并经所述缺口330暴露,所述延伸壁131相比所述挡墙17的高度大于所述平面部311的厚度,所述延伸壁131与所述平面部抵接并配合形成与所述沉槽313连通的密封槽,所述密封胶进一步填充至所述密封槽内。
所述发声单体5包括靠近所述上盖1的发声侧51以及与所述发声侧51相背的背侧52,所述发声侧51设有用于振动发声的振膜53,所述背侧52设有与所述振膜53相对的磁轭54,所述磁轭54穿过所述贯穿孔310露设于所述钢片31外,不需要额外占用所述后腔30的空间,同时由于所述钢片31的强度大,使得所述钢片31的厚度可以做小,进一步增加了所述后腔30的体积,提高所述扬声器箱100的声学性能。 
更进一步的,所述磁轭54靠近所述钢片31的边缘至少部分朝所述上盖1方向凹陷形成有让位槽540,所述让位槽540与所述沉槽313连通,所述密封胶延伸至所述让位槽540内。
请参阅图6及图7,为保证所述沉槽313结构的成型,所述平面部311需要保证一定的直线长度;同时,考虑到所述钢片31成型模具的设计,所述钢片本体315也需要保证一定的直线长度,使得所述发声单体5的边缘与所述下壳本体33的间距d 1需要满足d 1≥1.4mm。
请参阅图6及图8,所述平面部311直接承载于所述挡墙17上,省去了钢片本体315的直线段及过渡部315的结构,使得所述发声单体5的边缘与所述下壳本体33之间的间距d 2可以缩减为0.2mm,大大减低了对安装距离的要求,同时使得所述钢片31的结构易于成型,并且节约了钢片31的制作材料,减少了成本。
可以理解的是,在本实施方式中,所述挡墙17仅仅设置于所述侧壁13的短边上,所述平面部311也仅有部分承载于所述挡墙17上,请参阅图9,在其他方式中,所述挡墙17还可以设置于所述侧壁13的长边上,所述平面部的整个外边缘均可以承载于所述挡墙17上,即所述第一侧边3111和第二侧边3312均承载于所述挡墙上,此时所述发声单体5边缘的任一位置与所述下壳本体33的间距均可以缩减为0.2mm,可以大幅缩小所述扬声器箱100的整体体积。
与相关技术相比,本申请提供的扬声器箱100中,所述钢片31贯穿开设有贯穿孔310。所述钢片31还包括环绕所述贯穿孔310的平面部311,所述上盖1包括挡墙17,所述平面部311承载于所述挡墙17上,所述平面部与所述下壳本体33配合围成环绕所述贯穿孔310的沉槽313,,所述沉槽313内填充密封胶,省去了相关技术中钢片本体315和过渡部315的结构,使所述发声单体5的边缘与所述上盖1的侧壁13的间距可以缩小,满足扬声器箱微小化的发展需求。
以上所述的仅是本申请的实施方式,在此应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请创造构思的前提下,还可以做出改进,但这些均属于本申请的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种扬声器箱,包括上盖、与所述上盖组配形成收容空间的下壳以及收容于所述收容空间内的发声单体,所述下壳包括钢片及环设于所述钢片的外边缘并与所述钢片固定连接的下壳本体,所述下壳本体与所述上盖固定,所述发声单体包括靠近所述上盖的发声侧以及与所述发声侧相背的背侧,其特征在于,所述钢片贯穿开设有贯穿孔,所述背侧经所述贯穿孔至少部分露设于所述钢片,所述钢片包括环绕所述贯穿孔的平面部,所述上盖包括与所述发声单体的发声侧相对设置的顶壁、自所述顶壁的边缘向靠近所述下壳方向弯折延伸的侧壁以及自所述侧壁向所述收容空间内延伸的挡墙,所述平面部远离所述贯穿孔的一侧部分承载于所述挡墙,所述平面部与所述下壳本体配合形成围绕所述贯穿孔的沉槽,所述沉槽内填充密封胶。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述下壳本体对应所述挡墙位置开设有避让缺口,所述侧壁包括自所述挡墙远离所述发声单体的一侧朝远离所述顶壁的方向延伸的延伸壁,所述延伸壁远离所述顶壁的一端延伸至所述缺口并经所述缺口暴露,所述延伸壁相比所述挡墙的高度大于所述平面部的厚度,所述延伸壁与所述平面部抵接并配合形成与所述沉槽连通的密封槽,所述密封胶进一步填充至所述密封槽内。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述平面部远离所述贯穿孔的边缘包括第一侧边与第二侧边,所述第二侧边与所述第一侧边首尾相连围成环状,所述第一侧边承载于所述挡墙,所述钢片还包括自所述第二侧边朝远离所述上盖的方向弯折延伸的过渡部、以及连接在所述过渡部与所述下壳本体之间的钢片本体。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述第一侧边与所述下壳本体之间的最小距离小于所述第二侧边与所述下壳本体之间的最小距离。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述第二侧边的两端设有胶孔,所述挡墙的两端设有凹陷的藏胶槽,所述藏胶槽与所述胶孔连通,且所述藏胶槽与所述胶孔一一对应设置。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述钢片本体、所述过渡部及所述平面部一体成型。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述钢片本体远离所述过渡部的一侧向靠近所述上盖方向弯折形成翻边,所述翻边与所述下壳本体一体注塑成型。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述发声单体的发声侧设有用于振动发声的振膜,背侧设有与所述振膜相对设置的磁轭,所述磁轭穿过所述贯穿孔露设于所述钢片外。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述磁轭靠近所述钢片的边缘至少部分朝所述上盖的方向凹陷形成有让位槽,所述让位槽与所述沉槽连通,所述密封胶延伸至所述让位槽内。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述上盖与所述振膜间隔设置形成前声腔,所述上盖、所述下壳及所述发声单体共同配合围成后腔。
    【权利要求 11】 根据权利要求10所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述侧壁开设有与外界连通的出声口,所述扬声器箱还包括连通所述出声口和所述前声腔的导声通道,所述前声腔和所述导声通道共同组成所述扬声器箱的前腔,用于将声音传导至外界。
