本发明的实施方式涉及信息终端、***、方法及存储介质。
背景技术
存在用智能手机等其它信息终端来收看录像装置记录到的节目的技术。在用信息终端收看节目的情况下,使从录像装置经由网络获取到的最新的节目列表显示,选择并播放期望的节目。

发明内容
但是,根据网络的连接状况的不同,有的情况下节目列表的获取及节目的播放会需要时间。
本发明要解决的问题在于,提供能够根据网络的连接状况使显示的节目列表变更的信息终端、***、方法及存储介质。
本申请实施方式的信息终端能够经由网络来接收并播放录像装置记录到的节目,所述记录到的节目包括拿出用内容及与所述拿出用内容相比容量大的发布用内容,其中,所述信息终端包括显示控制部,所述显示控制部在所述网络连接状况是来自室外的连接的情况下,使包含所述拿出用内容且不包含所述发布用内容的节目列表显示在显示部。

以下,参照附图详细说明实施方式1。
(***的构成例)
图1是示出实施方式1的***的网络构成的一个例子的图。如图1所示,实施方式1的***包括信息终端100、电视装置200及中继装置400。
信息终端100例如是智能手机或平板电脑型终端等便携式信息终端、笔记本PC(Personal Computer,个人计算机)等计算机。但是,信息终端100不限于上述的例子,如果具备网络连接功能、以及由下述的电视装置200录像到的节目的播放功能,则也可以是其它电子设备。
在电视装置200中,例如能够通过接收来自广播电台的广播信号,从而收看各种节目。另外,电视装置200具有将接收到的节目进行录像的功能。
中继装置400是对于与信息终端100及电视装置200的通信进行中继的路由器或集线器等。中继装置400与电视装置200及互联网通过有线或无线方式连接。
在设置有电视装置200的室内存在信息终端100时,信息终端100与电视装置200经由中继装置400进行网络通信。这种情况下的网络例如是基于DLNA(注册商标)(Digital Living Network Alliance,数字生活网络联盟)的家庭网络、家庭内LAN(Local Area Network,局域网)等。
在信息终端100存在于室外时,信息终端100与电视装置200经由中继装置400、互联网301及无线LAN302进行网络通信。无线LAN302是公共无线LAN302a及智能手机等载体(carrier)所提供的载体提供无线LAN302b等。在下文中,有时将这些无线LAN302称为WiFi等。
(信息终端的构成例)
接下来,使用图2说明实施方式1的信息终端100的构成例。图2是示出实施方式1的信息终端100的构成的一个例子的框图。
如图2所示,信息终端100包括通信I/F(Inter Face,接口)101、语音输入部102、传感器组103、显示部104、图形控制器105、触摸面板控制器106、CPU(Central Processing Unit,中央处理器)107及存储器108。信息终端100也可以除了上述以外还包括照相机、扬声器等。
通信I/F101用于与电视装置200等其它设备之间的通信。语音输入部102是麦克风等语音输入设备,接收用户进行的语音输入。
传感器组103包含加速度传感器、方位传感器及陀螺仪传感器等至少任意1个传感器设备。加速度传感器在信息终端100移动了的情况下检测信息终端100的加速度的方向及大小。方位传感器检测信息终端100的方位。陀螺仪传感器在信息终端100被旋转的情况下检测信息终端100的角速度。
显示部104例如是组合有显示器104a和触摸面板104b的所谓触摸屏设备。显示器104a例如是LCD(Liquid Crystal Display,液晶显示器)或OLED(Organic ElectroLuminescence Display,有机电致发光显示器)等。触摸面板104b检测由用户的手指或触控笔等触碰到的显示器104a的显示画面上的触碰位置。
图形控制器105控制显示部104的显示器104a。触摸面板控制器106控制显示部104的触摸面板104b,从触摸面板104b获取坐标数据,该坐标数据表示用户触碰到的显示画面上的触碰位置。
CPU107通过执行各种计算机程序来控制信息终端100的各组件。存储器108包括ROM(Read Only Memory,只读存储器)、RAM(Random Access Memory,随机存取存储器)等,存储由CPU107进行的各种运算处理中使用的各种计算机程序及各种数据等。
(电视装置的构成例)
接下来,使用图3说明实施方式1的电视装置200的构成例。图3是示出实施方式1的电视装置200的构成的一个例子的框图。
如图3所示,电视装置200包括输入端子202、调谐器203a~203g、信 号处理部207、图形处理部208、语音处理部209、OSD(On Screen Display,屏上显示)信号生成部210及图像处理部211。
通过地面广播接收天线213接收到的地面数字广播信号输入至输入端子202。地面数字广播信号经由输入端子202提供到调谐器203a~203g。
调谐器203a~203g是地面数字广播用的调谐器,从由输入端子202提供的地面数字广播信号中选台由后述的控制部216指示的频道的广播信号。
但是,电视装置200也可以具有如下输入端子,通过BS/CS数字广播接收天线接收到的卫星数字广播信号输入至该输入端子。卫星数字广播信号经由该输入端子提供到用于卫星数字广播的调谐器。
信号处理部207从由调谐器203a~203g供给的广播信号解调包含数字的图像信号及语音信号的广播信号。另外,信号处理部207对于数字广播信号所包含的图像信号,选择性地实施规定的数字信号处理并输出到图形处理部208。另外,信号处理部207对于数字广播信号所包含的语音信号,选择性地实施期望的数字信号处理并输出到语音处理部209。
在信号处理部207连接有多个外部输入端子214a~214d。这些外部输入端子214a~214d能够从作为外部装置的一个例子的DVD(Digital Versatile Disk,数字通用盘)录像机等输入模拟的图像信号及语音信号。信号处理部207对从外部输入端子214a~214d输入的模拟图像信号及语音信号进行数字化。另外,信号处理部207对于数字化后的图像信号实施规定的数字信号处理并输出到图形处理部208。另外,信号处理部207对于数字化后的语音信号实施规定的数字信号处理并输出到语音处理部209。
图形处理部208对于从信号处理部207供给的数字的图像信号,叠加由OSD信号生成部210生成的OSD信号并输出到图像处理部211。图形处理部208还能够将从信号处理部207供给的数字的图像信号及在OSD信号生成部210中生成的OSD信号的任意一方输出到图像处理部211。
图像处理部211将从图形处理部208输入的数字图像信号或OSD信号转 换成能够在图像显示部233的显示画面中显示的格式的模拟图像信号或OSD信号,并输出到图像显示部233。图像显示部233例如是LCD或OLED等。
语音处理部209将从信号处理部207输入的数字语音信号转换成能够在扬声器215中播放的格式的模拟语音信号,并输出到扬声器215。
电视装置200还包括控制部216、卡座(card holder)217、各种接口218~221及明亮度传感器230。控制部216包括CPU216a、ROM216b、RAM216c及非易失性存储器216d。
控制部216集中地控制地面数字广播信号及卫星数字广播信号等广播信号的接收动作等电视装置200的各种动作。另外,控制部216按照来自操作部222的操作信息、或经由受光部223从遥控器224输入的操作信息来控制电视装置200的各部分。
CPU216a通过执行被ROM216b存储的程序,从而控制电视装置200整体的动作。ROM216b主要存储CPU216a所执行的程序。RAM216c在CPU216a执行程序时提供作业区域。非易失性存储器216d存储电视装置200的各种设定信息及控制信息等。
控制部216经由卡I/F225而与可拆装存储卡234的卡座217连接。由此,控制部216经由卡I/F225,能够与安装于卡座217的存储卡234之间交换各种信息。
控制部216经由通信I/F218而与LAN端子226连接。由此,控制部216经由通信I/F218,能够与连接于LAN端子226的上述的中继装置400、LAN对应HDD(Hard Disk Drive,硬盘驱动器)等外部装置交换各种信息。但是,通信I/F218也可以被构成为与中继装置400等外部装置能够以无线方式连接。
控制部216经由HDMI(注册商标)(High Definition Multimedia Interface,高清晰度多媒体接口)I/F221而与HDMI端子227连接。由此,控制部216能够经由HDMII/F221而与连接于HDMI端子227的外部装置交换各种信息。
控制部216经由USB(Universal Serial Bus,通用串行总线)I/F219而 与USB端子228连接。由此,控制部216经由USBI/F219,能够与具备连接于USB端子228的USBHDD等的存储装置200a交换各种信息。
存储装置200a例如包括HDD、SSD(Solid State Drive,固态硬盘)等,构成为将电视装置200所接收到的数字信号作为录像数据进行记录。但是,存储装置200a也可以被内置于电视装置200。
这样,包含存储装置200a的电视装置200构成为录像装置。但是,录像装置不限于电视装置200,如果具有广播信号的接收功能及节目的录像功能,则也可以是其它记录装置。

发布用内容是以高位速率进行录像的、与拿出用内容相比容量更大的内容。发布用内容不面向信息终端100等所进行的拿出,但是,例如能够在连接在网络上的信息终端100中进行以流播发布等方式进行的收看。电视装置200还能够将发布用内容缩小尺寸从而生成拿出用内容。由此,在存储装置200a内,对于1个节目,会记录发布用内容及拿出用内容这2个录像数据。
存储装置200a中记录的拿出用内容及发布用内容由电视装置200的控制部216列表化为节目列表,例如存储在存储装置200a中。
用户例如能够经由操作部222、遥控器224,指定将规定的节目作为拿出用内容或发布用内容中的哪个内容进行录像,还能够指示从发布用内容生成拿出用内容。
另外,要通过信息终端100收看由电视装置200录像到的节目,例如存 在以下的3个方法。第1个,将作为拿出用内容被录像或生成了的节目预先保存在信息终端100中的方法。用户不受网络的连接状况的影响,能够通过信息终端100收看已拿出内容。第2个,不将作为拿出用内容被录像或生成了的节目拿出,而使其发布到连接于网络的信息终端100并收看的方法。第3个,使作为发布用内容被录像了的节目发布到连接于网络的信息终端100并收看的方法。
此外,在下文中,将被信息终端100保存并被拿出后的内容称为已拿出内容,将电视装置200所具有的存储装置200a内记录的小容量的内容称为拿出用内容,能够区别两者。
例如通过信息终端100的CPU107执行录像节目收看用的程序,从而实现在信息终端100等中的上述的那样的录像节目的收看。
(程序的功能构成例)
接下来,使用图4,说明在信息终端100中执行的程序500的功能构成例。图4是示出实施方式1的程序500的功能构成的一个例子的框图。
如图4所示,程序500包括输入控制部501、通信控制部502、地址获取部503、判定部504、列表管理部505、显示控制部506及存储部507。例如作为由信息终端100执行了程序500的结果而生成这些模块。
输入控制部501接收经由信息终端100的语音输入部102、触摸面板104b进行的用户的输入操作。作为用户的输入操作,例如存在为了收看被录像的节目而使节目列表显示的操作等。
通信控制部502控制经由信息终端100的通信I/F101进行的网络通信。如上所述,网络通信中存在:经由中继装置400进行的在室内的与电视装置200的基于有线或无线的通信;以及在室外的基于公共无线LAN302a或载体提供无线LAN302b等的通信。
在此,所谓室内,如上所述,主要指设置有电视装置200的场所,意味着利用了家庭网络、家庭内LAN等的、主要能够得到良好的连接状况的环境。 因此,所谓室内,不限于电视装置200的用户的自家,例如包含企业内、事务所内、研究机关内、其它的设施内、自家以外的私人室内等。另外,所谓室外,例如指上述举出的以外的场所,因为通信机构主要基于无线等原因,所以意味着难以得到室内那样的良好的连接状况的环境。
地址获取部503从通信控制部502获取信息终端100连接于网络时的IP地址。IP地址中存在从“10.0.”“172.16.”“192.168.”中的任一个开始的私有IP地址、以及除此以外的全局IP地址。
判定部504根据地址获取部503的获取结果来判定IP地址是私有IP地址还是全局IP地址。判定部504在IP地址为私有IP地址的情况下,判定为网络的连接状况为来自室内的连接。判定部504在IP地址为全局IP地址的情况下,判定为网络的连接状况为来自室外的连接。
列表管理部505管理与被信息终端100拿出的已拿出内容相关的节目列表。在新节目被拿出到信息终端100时,列表管理部505将与新拿出的节目相关的信息追加到节目列表中。另外,列表管理部505在网络连接时存在来自用户的节目列表显示的指示时,获取电视装置200所具有的节目列表,并与自身所管理的已拿出内容的节目列表进行统合从而生成最新的节目列表。如上所述,电视装置200所具有的节目列表是将与存储装置200a中所记录着的节目相关的信息进行列表化而成的节目列表。
显示控制部506控制向信息终端100的显示部104的图像输出。例如,显示控制部506在存在来自用户的节目列表显示的指示时,使列表管理部505所管理的已拿出内容的节目列表或与电视装置200的节目列表统合后的最新的节目列表等显示在显示部104。
在存储部507中将拿出到信息终端100的已拿出内容与已拿出内容的节目列表一起存储。
此外,程序500作为可安装的形式或可执行的形式的计算机程序产品而被提供。即,程序500以包含在CD-ROM、软盘(FD)、CD-R、DVD等 非临时性的、具有计算机可读取的非易失性存储介质的计算机程序产品中的状态进行提供。
另外,程序500也可以在被存储在连接于互联网等网络计算机中的状态下,经由网络来提供或分发。程序500也可以在预先装入到ROM等中的状态下被提供。
通过将这样的程序500安装到信息终端100,从而信息终端100的CPU107从存储器108的ROM读取程序500,并在存储器108的RAM上展开上述的各模块。
但是,程序500也可以作为存储在云服务器等中的网络应用而被提供,在此情况下,程序500不必安装在信息终端100中就被执行。或者,也可以将程序500安装在电视装置200中,并使电视装置200执行程序500。信息终端100经由网络接收电视装置200中的程序500的处理结果。
(节目列表的显示例)
如上所述,例如若接收了来自用户的节目列表显示的指示,则显示控制部506使显示部104显示从列表管理部505获取到的节目列表。
图5是示出实施方式1的信息终端100中的节目列表的显示例的示意图。但是,图5终究只是一个例子,节目列表的显示例不限于图5的例子。
如图5所示,例如在显示部104的中央等容易观看的位置显示节目列表。在节目列表中例如包含各节目的标题、电视台(频道)、广播日期时间、播放时间等与各节目相关的信息,各节目例如以日期的顺序显示。也可以在节目列表内显示表示节目内容的缩略图。

另外,能够对拿出用内容和发布用内容这些各内容进行区别的显示不限于文字信息,也可以对于至少一方的内容赋予某些记号、图案。另外,也可以使各个内容的节目信息以不同的颜色显示,或者也可以使节目信息的背景以不同的颜色显示。另外,也可以将任意一方的内容的显示框放大、或者使节目信息以粗体字、斜体显示等以进行强调,从而将两者以能够区别的方式显示。也可以构成为用户能够选择这一个或多个显示形态。

另外,除了显示“室内”或“室外”之外,也可以显示更详细的网络连接状况。在图5的例子中,在显示部104的左上显示了连接状况的详细信息。但是,连接状况的详细信息的显示位置不限于此。作为网络连接状况的详细信息,例如也可以包含线路的种类、IP地址、通信速度等。
此外,区别各内容的显示、“室内”或“室外”的显示、网络的连接状况的详细等节目列表中所附带的信息既可以始终被显示,例如也可以在存在用户的指示时等那样的规定时刻进行显示。
此外,在信息终端100中,基于程序500的功能,根据网络的连接状况而显示内容会变化。
图5的(a)是判定为信息终端100向网络的连接状况为室内时的节目列表的显示例。如图5的(a)所示,在节目列表中包含被赋予了“拿出”显示的拿出用内容、以及发布用内容这两者。这样,程序500在网络的连接状况为室内的情况下,从电视装置200的节目列表中获取拿出用内容及发布用内 容这两者的信息,例如按日期的顺序使两者混合存在并显示在信息终端100上。
图5的(b)是判定为信息终端100向网络的连接状况为室外时的节目列表的显示例。如图5的(b)所示,在节目列表中仅包含被赋予了“拿出”显示的拿出用内容。此处,也可以包含已拿出内容。这样,程序500在网络的连接状况为室外的情况下,从电视装置200的节目列表中仅获取拿出用内容的信息,例如按日期的顺序使其与已拿出内容混合存在并显示在信息终端100上。
(信息终端中的显示处理例)
接下来,使用图6说明实施方式1的信息终端100中的显示处理的例子。图6是表示实施方式1的信息终端100中的节目列表的显示处理的顺序的一个例子的流程图。
如图6所示,在程序500启动的状态下,若用户操作信息终端100来指示显示节目列表,则输入控制部501接收用户所做出的节目列表的显示的指示(步骤S101)。
列表管理部505例如从存储部507读取与已拿出内容相关的节目列表(步骤S102)。
在此,判断信息终端100是否与网络连接(步骤S103)。也可以参照通信控制部502等,例如由判定部504进行该判定。如果信息终端100没有与网络连接(步骤S103:否),则转移到步骤110的处理。所谓信息终端100没有与网络连接的状态,例如是作为信息终端100的智能手机等处于电波不会到达的区域的情况、关闭了智能手机等的来信模式的情况、以有线方式进行网络连接的笔记本PC上未连接有线线路的情况等。
如果信息终端100与网络连接(步骤S103:是),则地址获取部503从通信控制部502获取IP地址(步骤S104)。判定部504判定地址获取部503所获取的IP地址是否是以“10.0.”“172.16.”“192.168.”中的任 意一个开始的私有IP地址(步骤S105)。
在IP地址为私有IP地址的情况下(步骤S105:是),判定部504判定为网络的连接状况为从室内进行(步骤S106)。列表管理部505从电视装置200的节目列表中获取拿出用内容及发布用内容的所有内容的信息,并将其与已拿出内容所涉及的自身的节目列表进行统合(步骤S107)。
在IP地址不是私有IP地址的情况下(步骤S105:否),判定部504判定为网络的连接状况是从室外进行(步骤S108)。列表管理部505从电视装置200的节目列表仅获取拿出用内容的信息,并将其与已拿出内容所涉及的自身的节目列表进行统合(步骤S109)。
显示控制部506从列表管理部505获取与网络的连接状况相应的节目列表,并使其显示在信息终端100的显示部104(步骤S110)。即,在信息终端100未连接于网络的情况下,显示控制部506显示仅包含已拿出内容的节目列表。在判定为信息终端100从室外连接的情况下,显示控制部506显示包含已拿出内容及拿出用内容的节目列表。在判定为信息终端100从室内连接着的情况下,显示控制部506显示包含全部内容的节目列表。
以上,实施方式1的信息终端100中的显示处理结束。
已知通过智能手机等信息终端来收看由电视装置等录像装置录像到的节目的技术。但是,例如在录像到的节目中包含发布用内容等容量较大的内容的情况下,即使用户想要得到被录像到的节目的最新信息,有的情况下节目列表的获取也会需要时间。在从获取到的节目列表中选择发布用内容并收看的情况下,有的情况下播放处理会进一步需要时间。
根据实施方式1的信息终端100,显示控制部506根据网络的连接状况来变更节目列表的显示内容。即,如果是通信速度较慢的来自室外的连接,则显示控制部506使显示部104显示不包含容量较大的发布用内容的节目列表。由此,即使在网络的连接状况较差而通信速度较慢的情况下,也能够缩短获取节目列表所需要的时间。另外,即使在通信速度较慢的情况下,也能够优 先地显示播放处理不需要长时间就能够收看的内容的节目列表。用户例如能够在启动程序500之后更迅速地简单地收看规定的节目。
根据实施方式1的信息终端100,显示控制部506将节目列表内的拿出用内容和发布用内容能够区别地显示在显示部104。由此,用户能够容易地知道节目列表中显示的节目是拿出用内容还是发布用内容。
(变形例1)
接下来,使用图7及图8说明在实施方式1的变形例1的信息终端及信息终端中执行的程序。实施方式1的变形例1的构成与上述的实施方式1的不同点在于能够设定收看模式。

显示控制部使来自列表管理部的节目列表显示在显示部(步骤S120)。即,在被判定为来自室内的连接的情况、以及来自室外的连接且收看模式为关的情况下,显示控制部显示包含全部内容的节目列表。在来自室外的连接且收看模式为开的情况下,显示控制部显示包含拿出用内容及已拿出内容的节目列表。
根据变形例1的信息终端,接收来自用户的收看模式的设定。而且,在收看模式为关时,无论网络的连接状况如何,显示控制部均使包含全部内容的节目列表显示。由此,在用户不想对节目列表的显示内容设置限制的情况、即使是室外也使用了通信速度足够快的线路的情况等下,能够获取全部内容的节目列表。

接下来,说明在实施方式1的变形例3的信息终端及信息终端中执行的程序。实施方式1的变形例3的构成与上述的实施方式1的不同点在于,对各内容的显示带有优先顺序。
如上所述,录像到的节目中例如存在拿出用内容和发布用内容,对于同一个节目,可能有拿出用内容和发布用内容这两者都存在的情况。
在变形例3的信息终端中,例如在来自室内的网络连接时使全部内容显示时,在对于同一个节目存在两内容的情况下,使拿出用内容比发布用内容更优先地显示。为了优先显示拿出用内容,例如存在将拿出用内容配置在节目列表中的更靠上位、并将发布用内容显示在更靠下位的方法等。也可以使已拿出内容比拿出用内容更优先地显示。

显示控制部516使来自列表管理部515的节目列表显示在信息终端的显示部(步骤S213)。即,在信息终端未连接于网络的情况下,显示控制部516使仅包含已拿出内容的节目列表显示。在信息终端从室外进行了网络连接的情况下,显示控制部516使不包含发布用内容的节目列表显示。在信息终端从室内进行了网络连接的情况下,显示控制部516使包含全部内容的节目列表显示。
根据实施方式2的信息终端100,例如如果是经由已登录的公共无线LAN 进行的连接,则判定部514判定为来自室内的连接。由此,即使是来自公共无线LAN的连接,例如在该公共无线LAN的通信速度等足够快的情况下等,用户也能够与室内同样地获取节目列表从而收看期望的节目。
根据实施方式2的信息终端100,判定部514基于公共线路模式来判定网络的连接状况是室内室外的哪一个。由此,用户能够根据当时的连接环境等接收更细微的服务的提供,针对用户的服务形态的选择项也增加。
虽然说明了本发明的实施方式,但是,本实施方式是作为例子而提供,并不意图限定发明的范围。实施方式能够以除此以外的各种形态来实施,在不脱离发明的主旨的范围内,能够进行各种省略、替换、变更。这些实施方式、其变形被包含在发明的范围、主旨内,并且被包含在权利要求书所记载的技术方案及其等同的范围内。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种信息终端,所述信息终端能够经由网络接收并播放被录像装置记录到的节目,所述记录到的节目包括拿出用内容及与所述拿出用内容相比容量大的发布用内容,其中,
    所述信息终端具备显示控制部,该显示控制部在所述网络的连接状况为来自室外的连接的情况下,使包含所述拿出用内容且不包含所述发布用内容的节目列表显示在显示部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的信息终端,其中,
    所述信息终端具备判定部,该判定部判定所述网络的连接状况是来自室内的连接还是来自室外的连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的信息终端,其中,
    所述信息终端具备地址获取部,该地址获取部获取与所述网络连接时的IP地址,
    在所述IP地址是私有IP地址的情况下,则所述判定部判定为来自室内的连接,
    在所述IP地址不是私有IP地址的情况下,则所述判定部判定为来自室外的连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的信息终端,其中,
    所述显示控制部使所述节目列表按日期的顺序显示在所述显示部。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的信息终端,其中,
    所述信息终端具备收看模式设定部,该收看模式设定部接收用户进行的收看模式的设定,
    在设定为第1收看模式且所述网络的连接状况为来自室内的连接的情况下,所述显示控制部使包含所述拿出用内容和所述发布用内容在内的节目列表显示在所述显示部,
    在设定为所述第1收看模式且所述网络的连接状况为来自室外的连接的 情况下,所述显示控制部使包含所述拿出用内容且不包含所述发布用内容的节目列表显示在所述显示部,
    在设定为第2收看模式的情况下,即使所述网络的连接状况为来自室外的连接,所述显示控制部也使包含所述拿出用内容和所述发布用内容在内的节目列表显示在所述显示部。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的信息终端,其中,
    所述信息终端具备:
    登录部,其接收由用户进行的包含规定的网络的SSID在内的信息的登录;以及
    连接目的地网络获取部,其获取与所述网络连接时的连接目的地网络的SSID,
    在所述连接目的地网络是已登录的网络的SSID的情况下,所述判定部判定为来自室内的连接,
    在所述连接目的地网络是未登录的网络的SSID的情况下,所述判定部判定为来自室外的连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的信息终端,其中,
    所述信息终端包括公共线路模式设定部,该公共线路模式设定部接收来自用户对公共线路模式的设定,
    在设定为第1公共线路模式的情况下,所述判定部判定为所述网络的连接状况是来自室内的连接,
    在设定为第2公共线路模式的情况下,所述判定部判定为所述网络的连接状况是来自室外的连接,
    在设定为第3公共线路模式的情况下,所述判定部基于所述连接目的地网络的SSID来判定所述网络的连接状况是来自室内的连接还是来自室外的连接。
  8. 根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的信息终端,其中,
    所述显示控制部以能够区别所述拿出用内容和所述发布用内容的方式使所述节目列表显示。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的信息终端,其中,
    所述显示控制部在规定的条件下使包含所述发布用内容在内的节目列表显示在所述显示部,
    所述显示控制部对于所述节目列表内的表示所述拿出用内容的信息及表示所述发布用内容的信息中的至少任意一者,附加能够将所述拿出用内容和所述发布用内容区别的显示。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的信息终端,其中,
    所述显示是文字信息、记号及强调所述信息的显示中的至少任意一者。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的信息终端,其中,
    强调所述信息的显示是所述信息的颜色变更、所述信息的显示区域的颜色变更、及所述信息的显示区域的放大中的至少任意一者。
  12. 根据权利要求1至11中任一项所述的信息终端,其中,
    所述录像装置能够根据所述发布用内容生成所述拿出用内容,
    所述显示控制部在所述显示部上显示接收所述拿出用内容的生成预约的显示。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的信息终端,其中,
    所述显示控制部在所述发布用内容的播放中在所述显示部上显示所述显示。
  14. 根据权利要求1至13中任一项所述的信息终端,其中,
    所述录像装置能够根据所述发布用内容生成所述拿出用内容,
    所述显示控制部在规定的条件下使包含所述拿出用内容和所述发布用内容在内的节目列表显示在所述显示部,在针对相同的节目存在所述发布用内容和所述拿出用内容的情况下,所述显示控制部将使所述相同的节目所涉及的所述拿出用内容优先的节目列表显示在所述显示部。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的信息终端,其中,
    在针对所述相同的节目存在所述发布用内容和所述拿出用内容的情况下,所述显示控制部将所述相同的节目所涉及的所述拿出用内容配置在所述节目列表的上位而显示在所述显示部。
  16. 一种***,包括:
    录像装置,其记录节目;以及
    信息终端,其能够经由网络来接收所述节目,
    所述录像装置能够将所述节目作为拿出用内容及与所述拿出用内容相比容量大的发布用内容中的任一个来记录,
    所述信息终端具有:
    通信控制部,其能够经由网络来接收所述拿出用内容及所述发布用内容;以及
    显示控制部,其在所述网络的连接状况是来自室外的连接的情况下,使包含所述拿出用内容且不包含所述发布用内容的节目列表显示在显示部。
  17. 一种应用于信息终端的方法,所述信息终端能够经由网络接收并播放被录像装置记录到的节目,所述记录到的节目包括拿出用内容及与所述拿出用内容相比容量大的发布用内容,其中,
    在所述网络的连接状况是来自室外的连接的情况下,在显示部显示包含所述拿出用内容且不包含所述发布用内容的节目列表。
  18. 一种计算机可读的非易失性存储介质,所述存储介质存储有计算机程序,所述计算机对信息终端进行控制,所述信息终端能够经由网络接收并播放录像装置记录到的节目,所述记录到的节目包括拿出用内容及与所述拿出用内容相比容量大的发布用内容,
    所述计算机程序被处理器执行时使得计算机执行:
    在所述网络的连接状况是来自室外的连接的情况下,在显示部显示包含所述拿出用内容且不包含所述发布用内容的节目列表。
