容器本体 11优选深度较浅, 例如深度小于 5厘米。 从而当进行微波加热 时, 能够更有效地对内部的食物进行加热。
如图 1所示, 容器盖 13包括位于其内表面的液囊 131。 图 2示出了容器 盖 13的仰视图。 如图 2所示, 容器盖 13的本体 133的内表面 (即容器盖放 到容器本体上时朝向容器内部的表面) 上连接设置有一个或多个液囊 131。 图 1 和图 2 中示出了四个液囊 131, 但本领域技术人员能够理解, 可以根据 食物的类型、 具体的需要以及成本来设置不同数目的液囊 131, 例如一个、 两个、 三个、 五个设置更多个液囊, 这些都在本发明的保护范围内。 液囊 131 内部含有液体, 例如水, 或者含水 /不含水的调料、 香料、 油料, 当受热时, 液囊 131会爆裂, 从而将其中含有的液体释放出来。 例如当液囊 131 受热时, 其中全部或者部分的水或液体汽化, 使得液囊 131 内部压力增大, 当达到液 囊 131 的材料的破裂极限时, 液囊 131 爆开, 释放其中的水汽以及可能的尚 未汽化的水以及调料、 香料、 油料 (通常为 “调味料”) 等。 当然, 液囊 131 中可以都含有水, 也可以部分液囊含有水, 部分液囊含有调味料 (含水的或 不含水的)
液囊 131例如由聚乙烯 PE制成, 并通过热熔、 粘结剂 (优选食品级粘结 剂), 附接在容器盖本体 133的内表面上。 根据本发明的一个优选实施例, 容 器盖 1 3包括多个均勾分布在盖体 1 33的内表面上的液囊 131, 例如四个, 液 囊上具有一脆弱部, 所述脆弱部的壁厚或强度低于液囊其他部分。 脆弱部可 以通过多种方式实现, 例如脆弱部材料的壁厚小于脆弱部周围的壁厚, 这样 在受热时, 脆弱部会首先爆裂。 脆弱部也可以通过其他方式实现。 例如液囊 上具有开口, 通过可食用的材质 (例如奶酪) 来封口。 可食用材质在受热后 融化, 液囊内部液体自行流出。
通过设置脆弱部, 可以控制液囊 1 31 的爆裂时机, 例如通过微波加热大 约 40秒时, 液囊 1 31爆裂。 另外优选的, 多个液囊中可以根据需要提供不同 的液体和 /或固体, 例如其中某些液囊中仅包括水, 某些液囊中包括其他类型 的调料或香料或油料。 这样的话, 含水的液囊在爆裂后, 其中的水蒸汽或者 水分可以对容器中的食物进行增湿加热;含调料或香料或油料的液囊爆裂后, 其中的调料或香料或油料可以对容器中的食物进行调味, 以实最新鲜的食物 口感。 进一步优选的, 多个液囊 1 31 可以设置成具有不同强度的脆弱部, 从 而在不同的时机爆裂。 例如含水液囊可具有较低的破裂强度, 当微波加热一 分钟时爆裂; 而含有调料或香料或油料的液囊具有较高的破裂强度, 例如当 微波加热一分钟时爆裂。 反之也可以。 这些都在本发明的保护范围内。
图 2 中示出了容器盖 1 3具有圆形的形状。 本发明不限于此。 容器盖 1 3 以及容器本体可以为圆形, 矩形, 椭圆, 二者适配即可。
图 3示出了利用本发明的容器进行食物加热的烹饪方法 3。
如图 3所示, 在步骤 S301, 提供如上所述的容器 1, 容器中盛放有带加 热的食物, 例如包子、 馒头、 後子、 粉皮、 米饭中的一种或多种, 或者其他 食物。
容器 1 的容器盖的内部上具有一个或多个液囊,其中含有水和 /或其他类 型的食品调料、 香料、 油料或其混合物。
在步骤 S302, 对所述容器进行微波加热, 加热过程中使得容器的容器盖 上的液囊爆裂, 产生水蒸气。
液囊爆裂后, 液囊中产生的水蒸气逸散到容器中, 能够有效地对容器中 的食物表面进行增湿加热。同时液囊中可能未汽化的水分会流到食物表面上, 此时优选可以继续对容器进行微波加热,使得流到食物表面的水分继续汽化, 对食物进行增湿加热。 同时, 水蒸气还能够在一定程度上吸收微波, 避免微 波对食物过度加热而造成食物口感不佳的状况发生。 在液囊中含有调料、 香 料的情况下, 液囊破裂后, 液囊中的调料、 香料也会随水蒸气逸散到食物上, 或者流到食物表面, 在食物加热的同时, 对食物进行调味, 并且由于调料是 在加热时才提供的, 因此食物味道新鲜, 能够避免二次加热时食物味道不够 新鲜的问题。
微波加热的时间可以根据待加热食物的种类、 数量、 用户偏好以及其他 因素来决定, 例如控制在一分钟、 两分钟以内。
根据一个优选实施例, 烹饪方法 3还包括: 在微波加热之后, 对容器进 行泄压, 排出水蒸气。 这样处理的优点在于能够防止容器中的水蒸气冷凝后 滴落到食物表面, 影响食物口感。
通过本发明的实施例, 液囊与食物分离, 可以保证各自单独受微波加热。 食物被单独加热一定时间, 时间长短受到液囊脆弱部强度的控制, 液囊受热 后爆裂, 未汽化的水流到食物表面, 受微波加热继续汽化, 水蒸气充满容器 的腔体, 除了能够对食物表面增湿加热, 还能够阻隔食物被过度加热。 同时, 由于微波加热能够使得食物从内到外被加热, 而水蒸气能够使得食物从外到 内被加热, 因此整体上能够显著提升食物加热后的口感和品质。
申请人通过实验发现, 经过烹饪方法 3处理过的食物, 例如包子、 馒头、 粉皮、 米饭等汽蒸凉食, 能够恢复新出锅时的口感。
图 4示出了根据本发明一个实施例的一种食物贩卖机 4。
如图 4所示, 食物贩卖机 4包括仓储装置 41、 微波加热装置 42和传送 装置 44。 仓储装置 41 中存放有本发明的容器 1, 里面有待加热的食物。 根据 一个优选实施例, 仓储装置 41例如可以是冷库或冰箱, 其中可分割成多个不 同的区域, 分别用于存储不同类型的食物, 例如图 4 中仓储装置 41 包括的 4*4 的格子区域所示, 其中一个可用于存放包子、 其中一个可用于存放馒头 等等, 或者用于存放不同品牌、 不同生产商供应的食物。
容易理解, 微波加热装置 42具有加热腔和微波单元, 从而对其中的食物 进行微波加热处理。 传送装置 44配置成可将容器 1 从所述仓储装置 41 移入 所述微波加热装置 41, 并在加热后将所述容器 1移出所述微波加热装置 41 , 例如投递到食物贩卖机 4的食物出口 43, 由用户取走, 或者由商家提供给用 户。 本领域技术人员可以理解, 传送装置 44可以为各种类型的传送机构, 例 如机械臂、 传送轨道、 通道、 螺旋传送装置 (如现有的食品饮料售卖机中使 用的螺旋传送装置)、 或其组合。 本发明不限于传送装置 44的具体类型, 本 领域技术人员可以根据需要来使用现有的传送装置, 或者设计出新的机电结 构来实现。
容器 1 的容器盖上附接有液囊。 容器 1被传送到微波加热装置 42后, 受 到微波加热, 液囊在被加热到一定程度后, 内部产生的蒸汽压力增大, 使得 液囊爆裂。 在所述液囊爆裂后, 所述微波加热装置可继续对所述容器进行微 波加热, 水囊中未完全气化的水流到食物表面继续气化, 利用水蒸气继续对 所述食物表面进行增湿加热, 水蒸气吸收微波, 阻断对食物的过度加热。 或 者如果部分液囊中含有其他调料、 香料、 油料的话, 液囊爆裂后, 液囊中的 调料、 香料也会随水蒸气逸散到食物上, 或者流到食物表面, 在食物加热的 同时, 对食物进行调味。
根据一个优选的实施例, 食物贩卖机 4还包括泄压机构 (未示出), 泄压 机构配置成在所述容器被加热完毕后, 使所述容器内部泄压。 泄压机构例如 可以为泄压针, 附接在微波加热装置 42的顶壁上, 并且可以上下移动。 当微 波加热完成后, 泄压针下降, 扎破容器 1 的容器盖, 使得容器 1 内部的水蒸 气能够及时排出, 避免水蒸气遇冷凝结滴落到食物表面, 否则不利于食物的 口感。 泄压机构可以是其他类型的能够使得容器内部泄压的机构, 例如可以 是脱盖机构, 在微波加热完成之后, 泄压机构将容器盖从容器本体上脱离, 以充分地排出容器中的水蒸气。 本领域技术人员可以构思出将泄压机构设置 在其他位置上, 例如设置在食物出口 43中, 在食物即将提供给消费者之前, 对容器进行泄压。 这些都在本发明的保护范围内。
根据本发明的一个优选的实现方式,食物贩卖机 4还包括控制装置 45和 用户接口 46。 所述用户接口例如包括触摸屏、 计算机、 按钮等, 可接收用户 的输入。 例如用户可以通过用户接口 46选择需要购买的食物种类和数量, 例 如包子、 馒头、 饺子、 粉皮、 米饭等。 控制装置 45与用户接口 46耦合, 接 收用户输入, 并根据所述用户输入, 控制所述传送装置, 将与所述用户输入 相对应的食物容器从所述仓储装置 41 移入所述微波加热装置 42, 并在加热 后将所述容器移出所述微波加热装置 42。 控制装置 45可以通过软件、 硬件、 或软硬件组合的方式实现, 例如可以是单片机、 微处理器、 微控制器、 数字 信号处理器、 专用集成电路 (AS I C) , 现场可编程门阵列 (FPGA) 等或其他集 成格式来实现, 这些都在本发明的范围内。
根据本发明的一个优选实施例, 如图 4所示, 所述控制装置 45与所述仓 储装置耦合, 并配置成采集所述仓储装置 41 中的容器数量, 并当容器数量低 于阈值时 (例如低于 30%) 发出提示信息, 中控计算机通过预先设定通讯途 径将库存信息通知管理人员。 管理人员收到余量报警信息, 及时补充对应食 品, 保证正常销售过程不受影响。 例如固体凉蒸食物密封于本发明的容器中, 根据品牌、 品种不同放进仓储装置 41 的对应接收位置, 数量及品种信息被自 动传送到控制装置 45。 当向食物贩卖机中增加食物容器时, 控制装置 45 中 的记录被更新, 增加相应的数量; 当用户买走食物时, 控制装置 45中的记录 被更新, 减少相应的数量。 当食物的数量较低到阈值以下时, 控制装置 45发 出提示信息, 例如通过蜂鸣、 图形显示的方式, 既可以在用户接口 46上进行 提示告警, 也可以与后台的服务器 47进行通讯, 在服务器上进行提示告警, 提醒食物贩卖机的管理员尽快补货。 另外, 对于各种类型的食物, 可以根据 消费信息来设置不同的阈值。 例如通过对于包子等消费频次很高的食物, 阈 值设定的相对较高; 而对于米饭等消费频次交底的食物, 阈值设置的相对较 低, 避免食物在售卖机中保存过长时间。 控制装置 45与后台服务器 47之间 可以通过有线网络进行连接, 也可以通过无线网络进行连接, 包括但不限于 W I F I、 3G、 4G、 5G、 EDGE、 蓝牙等无线连接方式, 这些都在本发明的范围内。
另外根据本发明的一个优选实施例, 食物贩卖机 4还可包括保温箱 48。, 所述保温箱位于所述微波加热装置的下游, 配置成可存放已经加热、 或未被 取走的容器。 当广播***通知客人取餐开始计时, 超过 45秒食物无人领取, 中控计算机向订餐通道发送领餐编码, 传送通道同时将食物返回保温箱备卖 储存。
根据一个优选实施例, 本发明的食物贩卖机的工作过程如下:
第一步: 固体凉蒸食物密封于本发明的容器中, 根据品牌、 品种不同放 进仓储装置中的对应接收位置, 数量及品种信息被自动传送到中控计算机入 库;
第二步: 顾客借助付款外设或用户接口选择品种点餐, 通过微信或支付 宝结账给中转账户下单。
第三步: 将点餐信息被传送到控制装置, 控制装置下达指令启动对应机 构执行生产程序。 具体步骤如下:
分配传送装置驱动对应输送电机, 推动固体凉蒸食物容器前进, 掉入输 送通道;
输送通道将食物传送到微波加热装置加热,食物在微波炉内被微波加热, 同时经过一定时间, 容器的液囊爆裂, 其中的水分能够有助于对食物进行增 湿加热, 其中的调料、 香料、 油料等有助于对食物进行调味, 微波加热装置 顶端弹出泄气针扎破保鲜盒盖中心圆孔泄压, 加热程序完成;
送装置将加热好的食物推向下一步输送通道, 输送通道将食物输送到固 食出口。
第四步: 顾客从对应出口取走食物, 出口食物搁置盘弹起断开限位开关 通知中控电脑, 五秒钟如果限位开关持续断开, 中控电脑认可销售完成, 贩 卖机对应库存减去售出份额, 同时通知中转账户将对应款项转入收入账户。 通过本发明的实施例, 液囊与食物分离, 可以保证各自单独受微波加热。 食物被单独加热一定时间, 时间长短受到液囊脆弱部强度的控制, 液囊受热 后爆裂, 未汽化的水流到食物表面, 受微波加热继续汽化, 水蒸气充满容器 的腔体, 除了能够对食物表面增湿加热, 还能够阻隔食物被过度加热。 同时, 由于微波加热能够使得食物从内到外被加热, 而水蒸气能够使得食物从外到 内被加热, 因此整体上能够显著提升食物加热后的口感和品质。 以上是以加热熟食为例对本发明进行了详细描述。 本领域技术人员能够 理解, 本发明的应用范围或保护范围并不限于此。 例如, 本发明的方法、 装 置及设备可用于加热半成品, 或者可用于烹 t壬那些未经加工的食物, 例如生 米、 未经蒸煮的包子、 面条等食物, 这些都在本发明的保护范围内。 以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已, 并不用以限制本发明, 凡在本 发明的精神和原则之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在 本发明的保护范围之内。 最后应说明的是: 以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施 例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的 说明, 对于本领域的技术人员来说, 其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技 术方案进行修改, 或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换。 凡在本发明的精 神和原则之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的 保护范围之内。

9. 如权利要求 8所述的食物贩卖机, 其中, 所述容器的容器盖的液囊在 被所述微波加热装置加热时爆裂, 在所述液囊爆裂后, 所述微波加热装置继 续对所述容器进行微波加热, 液囊中未完全气化的水流到食物表面继续气化, 利用水蒸气继续对所述食物表面进行增湿加热, 水蒸气吸收微波, 阻断对食 物的过度加热。
1 0. 如权利要求 8或 9所述的食物贩卖机, 还包括泄压机构, 所述泄压 机构配置成在所述容器被加热完毕后, 使所述容器内部泄压, 所述泄压机构 优选为泄压针。
1 1 . 如权利要求 8或 9所述的食物贩卖机,还包括控制装置和用户接口, 所述用户接口可接收用户输入, 所述控制装置与所述用户接口耦合并接收所 述用户输入, 并根据所述用户输入, 控制所述传送装置, 将与所述用户输入 相对应的容器从所述仓储装置移入所述微波加热装置, 并在加热后将所述容 器移出所述微波加热装置。
1 2. 如权利要求 1 1所述的食物贩卖机,其中所述控制装置配置成采集所 述仓储装置中的所述容器数量,并当所述容器数量低于阈值时发出提示信息。
1 3. 如权利要求 8或 9所述的食物贩卖机, 还包括保温箱, 所述保温箱 位于所述微波加热装置的下游, 配置成可存放已经加热、 或未被取走的容器。
