- 화장품을 수용하는 용기몸체;상기 용기몸체의 입구부에 결합되어 상기 화장품을 외부로 배출시키는 배출수단;일단부가 상기 배출수단에 연통되게 결합되고 타단부가 상기 용기몸체의 바닥면으로 연장되는 흡입관;상기 배출수단에서 상기 화장품이 배출되는 일측에 구비되며 복수 개의 토출구를 구비하는 토출판;상기 배출수단과 상기 토출판 사이에 마련되며, 상기 배출수단에서 배출된 상기 화장품을 확산시키는 가이드부; 및상기 토출판의 상면에 구비된 함침부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 배출수단은,상기 용기몸체의 입구부에 삽입되는 펌프본체;일단부가 상기 가이드부에 연통되게 결합되고 타단부가 상기 펌프본체에 결합되는 승강부; 및상기 승강부에 외삽되어 상기 승강부를 탄력지지하는 탄성부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 가이드부는,상기 배출수단의 출구와 대응되는 위치에 구비되는 배출구;상기 배출수단의 출구를 기준으로 방사상으로 마련되는 제1 유로; 및상기 제1 유로에 연통되며 상기 화장품을 상기 토출구로 전달하는 제2 유로를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 가이드부는,상기 토출판 및 상기 함침부재를 커버하도록 가장자리가 상부로 돌출된 측면부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 가이드부의 둘레에 링 형태로 결합되어 상기 가이드부, 상기 토출판 및 상기 함침부재를 함께 고정시키는 가이드링을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 가이드링은 상단부가 내측으로 절곡된 단턱과, 내주면으로부터 돌출된 돌기를 포함하며,상기 가이드부는 상기 단턱 및 돌기에 의해 상기 가이드링과 탈착 가능하도록 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 화장품 배출시, 외부의 공기가 상기 가이드링 외측으로 유입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 용기몸체는내용기;상기 내용기를 감싸는 형태의 외용기; 및상기 외용기의 상부면을 덮으면서 상기 내용기의 입구부 및 상기 외용기의 상부와 탈착 가능하게 결합되는 숄더외캡을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 숄더외캡은 상기 내용기 및 상기 외용기와 나사산 결합 또는 억지끼움 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 함침부재는 다공성 스펀지인 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 함침부재는 금속 재질로 대체되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 용기몸체의 상부를 개폐 가능하게 결합되는 뚜껑부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,상기 뚜껑부의 내부 공간에 수납되며, 상기 화장품을 도포하기 위한 도포부재를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 뚜껑부는상기 용기몸체에 결합되는 하캡과,상기 하캡의 상부면을 덮으면서 상기 하캡에 힌지 결합되는 상캡을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
- 제 14 항에 있어서,상기 하캡은 상기 상캡에 내삽되는 연질의 캡핑부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 화장품은 저점도 화장 용액인 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
