일반적으로 탈모의 완화 또는 양모를 위하여 손가락 끝이나 빗 등을 이용하여 두피를 마사지하여, 두피에 혈액과 영양의 공급이 원활하게 되도록 하는 방법이 사용되고 있다. 이러한 마사지 이외에도 최근에는 탈모 완화와 양모를 위한 다양한 기능성 약액이 개발되어 시장에 공급되고 있으며, 염색을 위한 많은 용액들이 판매되고 있다.

실용신안등록출원 제20-2001-0014055호는 소정의 약액을 두피 및 모발에 고르게 바르기 위한 약액도포용 헤어 브러시에 관한 것으로, 브러시 몸체에 형성된 빗살에 약액 유입관을 형성하고, 약액 유입관의 단부에 약액이 묻어 나와 두피에 약액을 도포하는 약액 도포용 볼을 설치하여, 사용자 혼자서 소정의 약액을 두피 및 모발에 용이하게 도포할 수 있고, 약액으로 인해 옷 또는 피부가 손상되는 것을 방지할 수 있는 약액도포용 헤어 브러시에 관한 기술을 제시하고 있다.
그러나 이와 같은 구성에서 액체 수납부에 액체 용기를 결합한 상태에서 실제 두피나 모발에 액체를 도포하기 전에도 방향에 따라 액체가 누설될 수 있으며, 또한 내부에 작은 볼을 사용하기 때문에 제조가 어렵고 제조비용이 비싸지는 문제점이 있었다.
상기와 같은 문제점을 감안한 본 발명이 해결하고자 하는 과제는, 사용을 하지 않을 때에는 액체의 유출이 방지되며, 브러시에 탄성을 부가하여 두피 마사지를 할 수 있는 액체의 도포가 가능한 두피 케어용기용 마개를 제공함에 있다.
또한 간단한 구조를 사용하여 고장의 발생 확률을 줄이고, 제조비용을 줄일 수 있는 액체의 도포가 가능한 두피 케어용기용 마개를 제공함에 있다.
본 발명은 상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위해, 두피 케어용기에 결합되어 액체의 도포가 가능한 두피 케어용기용 마개에 있어서, 상기 마개는, 전방으로 돌출된 다수의 브러시가 마련되는 탄성재질로 형성된 상부마개와, 상기 상부 마개와 결합되고, 상기 케어용기에 체결되는 하부 마개로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 두피 케어용기용 마개를 제공한다.
본 발명의 상부마개는, 하부가 개방된 원통형상 또는 다각형 통형상의 상부마개 몸체와, 상기 상부마개 몸체의 상부에서 전방으로 돌출형성되고 내측에는 관통홀이 형성된 브러시로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명의 하부마개는, 하부가 개방된 원통형상 또는 다각형 통형상의 상부마개 조인트부와, 상기 상부마개 조인트부의 상부에 형성되는 다수의 액체 투입홀과, 상기 액체 투입홀의 하부에 형성되는 용기 조인트부로 구성되고, 상기 상부마개 조인트부의 외주면이 상기 상부마개 몸체의 내주면에 밀착되어 고정되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명에서 상부 마개와 하부 마개 사이에는 소정공간이 형성되고, 상기 공간에는 스펀지가 장착되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 스펀지가 설치되기 때문에 액체가 갑자기 분출되는 것을 방지할 수 있고, 일정한 양만을 투여할 수 있는 효과를 가진다. 상기 공간은 스펀지와 같거나 보다 더 크게 형성될 수 있다. 또한, 상기 공간이 스펀지보다 작게 형성될 수도 있는데, 스펀지보다 작게 하는 경우에도 스펀지가 압축되는 효과를 가져, 스펀지에 스며든 액체가 갑자기 브러시의 관통홀을 통해 외부로 유출되는 것을 방지할 수도 있다.
본 발명의 하부마개는, 상부가 개방된 원통형상 또는 다각형 통형상의 상부마개 조인트부와, 상기 상부마개 조인트부의 하부에 형성되는 다수의 액체 투입홀과, 상기 액체 투입홀의 하부에 돌출 형성되는 용기 조인트부로 구성되고, 상기 상부마개 조인트부의 외주면이 상기 상부마개 몸체의 내주면에 밀착되어 고정되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 본 발명의 하부마개는, 하부가 개방된 원통형상 또는 다각형 통형상의 용기 조인트부와, 상기 용기 조인트부의 상부에 형성되는 다수의 액체 투입홀로 구성되고, 상기 용기 조인트부의 외주면 일부가 상기 상부마개 몸체의 내주면에 밀착되어 고정되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 본 발명의 하부마개는, 하부가 개방된 원통형상 또는 다각형 통형상의 용기 조인트부와, 상기 용기 조인트부의 상부에 형성되는 다수의 액체 투입홀로 구성되고, 상기 용기 조인트부의 외주면이 상기 상부마개 몸체의 내주면에 밀착되어 고정되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 본 발명의 하부마개는, 하부가 개방된 원통형상 또는 다각형 통형상의 용기 조인트부와, 상기 용기 조인트부의 상부에 형성되는 액체 투입홀과, 상기 액체 투입홀에 삽입되어 브러시의 압력과 탄성부재의 탄성력에 의해 상하로 움직이면서 액체의 투입을 개방 또는 차단하는 액체 투입 조절부재로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 상기 액체 투입 조절부재는, 상기 액체 투입홀을 따라 상하로 이동하는 이동축과, 상기 이동축의 상단에 형성되는 상부 스톱퍼와, 용기조인트부의 상부면과 상기 상부 스톱퍼 사이에 삽입되어 상기 이동축의 탄성복원력을 부여하는 탄성부재와, 상기 용기조인트부의 하부로 끼워져 패킹 역할을 수행하는 하부 스톱퍼로 이루어진다.
또한, 본 발명의 상부마개는, 하부가 개방된 원통형상 또는 다각형 통형상의 상부마개 몸체와, 상기 상부마개 몸체의 상부에 다수로 형성된 관통홀로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명에서, 상부마개의 외측에는 상기 상부마개를 커버하기 위한 커버가 더 구비될 수 있다. 커버는 플라스틱 등 경질의 폴리머를 이용할 수 있으며, 이 경우 브러시가 연질이기 때문에 커버만으로 패킹역할을 수행할 수 있다. 또한, 커버는, 하부가 개방된 원통형상 또는 다각형 통형상의 커버 몸체와, 상기 브러시의 각 관통홀을 막기 위한 관통홀 패킹 마개로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명에서, 상부마개의 브러시 상단에는 액체의 투입을 용이하게 하기 위한 홈이 형성되어, 상기 홈으로 통해 액체가 투입되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명 액체의 도포가 가능한 두피 케어용기용 마개는, 마개에 탄성을 가지는 브러시를 형성하고, 마개의 내부에는 스펀지를 투입하여 브러시가 두피에 접촉하면서 압력을 가하는 경우에만 액체를 공급하도록 하여, 사용을 하지 않을 때 액체가 누설되는 것을 방지할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
또한, 본 발명은 브러시를 두피에 두드려야만 액체가 공급되기 때문에 두피에 약한 자극을 주어 두피의 건강을 도모할 수 있는 효과를 가진다.
또한, 본 발명은 구조가 간단하기 때무에 고장의 가능성이 없고, 제조비용 및 제조시간이 적게 들어간다는 장점을 가진다.

본 발명을 실시하기 위한 최선의 형태는 두피 케어용기(20)에 결합되어 액체의 도포가 가능한 두피 케어용기용 마개(10)에 있어서, 상기 마개(10)는, 전방으로 돌출된 다수의 브러시(102)가 마련되는 상부마개(100)와, 상기 상부 마개(100)와 결합되고, 상기 케어용기(20)에 체결되는 하부 마개(110)로 구성된다.
이하 상기 목적이 구체적으로 실현될 수 있는 본 발명의 실시예들을 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 상세하게 설명한다. 본 실시예들을 설명함에 있어서 동일 구성에 대해서는 동일 명칭 및 부호가 사용되며, 이에 따른 부가적인 설명은 생략하기로 한다.

도 1은 본 발명에 따른 마개가 구비된 두피케어 용기(1)에 대한 사시도이다. 도면에 도시된 바와 같이, 두피케어 용기(1)는 마개(10)와 용기(20)로 구성된다.
도 2는 본 발명에 따른 마개(10)의 제1실시예의 단면도이고 도3은 제1실시예의 하부마개(110)의 사시도이다. 도면에 도시된 바와 같이, 마개(10)는 상부마개(100)와 하부마개(110)로 이루어진다. 상부마개(100)는 하부가 개방된 원통형상 또는 다각형 통형상의 상부마개 몸체(101)와, 상기 상부마개 몸체(101)의 전방으로 돌출형성된 브러시(102)와, 브러시(102)의 내측으로 상기 상부마개 몸체(101)와 연통되는 관통홀(103)로 구성된다. 브러시(102)가 구성된 상부마개 몸체(101)의 상부는 도면과 같이 평면으로 형성되거나 볼록하게 형성될 수 있다. 하부마개(110)는, 하부가 개방된 원통형상 또는 다각형 통형상(미도시)의 상부마개 조인트부(114)와, 상기 조인트부(114)의 내측에 하부가 개방된 형태로 형성되는 용기 조인트부(111)로 구성되고, 상기 용기 조인트부(111)의 상부에는 용기(20)에 있는 액체가 유입되도록 액체 투입홀(113)이 마련된다. 용기 조인트부(111)의 내측으로는 나사산(112)이 형성되고, 상기 나사산(112)을 통해 용기(20)가 결합된다. 용기 조인트부(111)는 나사산 이외의 다양한 결합방식으로 용기와 결합할 수 있다. 예를 들어 후크방식을 이용하거나, 용기의 주둥이부(22)에 다수의 링을 형성하고, 마개(10)를 압입하는 방식을 이용할 수도 있으며, 이러한 설계변경은 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에게 자명한 사항에 불과하다.
또한, 상부마개(100)와 하부마개(110) 사이에는 공간이 형성되고, 상기 공간(130)에는 스펀지(120)가 삽입된다. 따라서, 상기 액체 투입홀(113)로 투입되는 액체는 상기 스펀지(120)로 스며들게 되고, 상기 스펀지(120)에 스며든 액체는 용기(20)을 두피에 두드릴 때 그 압력으로 브러시(102)의 관통홀(103)로 유출되면서 두피에 투여될 수 있게 된다. 상기 공간(120)은 스펀지의 크기와 동일하게 하거나 스펀지의 크기보다 더 큰 부피를 가지도록 구성할 수도 있다. 스펀지(120)보다 공간(130)이 더 큰 경우에는 상기 공간에 액체가 일시 저장될 수 있기 때문에, 브러시(102)를 두피에 두드리면서 압력을 가하는 경우 공기의 압력에 의해 더 쉽고 강하게 관통홀(103)을 통해서 액체가 두피로 투여될 수 있다.
상기 상부마개(100)는 일반적으로 탄성이 있는 재질로 구성되는 것이 바람직하다. 따라서 고무나 실리콘 또는 탄성이 있는 연질 폴리머 등을 이용할 수 있다. 상부마개(100)가 고무나 실리콘 등으로 구성되기 때문에 별도의 패킹이 필요없을 수 있으며, 필요에 따라서는 액체가 방출되는 것을 방지하기 위해 상부마개(100)와 하부마개(110)의 결합부위에는 패킹(도면 미도시)이 더 부가될 수 있다.
스펀지(120)는 액체를 머금기는 하지만 쉽게 관통되지 않는 것을 사용함이 바람직하다. 따라서 스펀지(120)는 고밀도 스펀지를 사용할 수 있다. 또한, 스펀지(120)를 상부마개(100)와 하부마개(110)를 밀착함으로써 고밀도로 만든 후에 사용할 수도 있다. 일반적으로는 시중에서 사용되는 화장품의 분첩소재를 이루는 스펀지를 사용할 수 있다. 또한 스펀지(120)를 상부가 개방된 형태의 원통형으로 변형하고 스펀지(120)를 상부마개(100)와 하부마개(110)로 압축되도록 하여 사용할 수도 있다.
하부마개(110)는 화장품이나 용기 등에 일반적으로 사용되는 경질의 플라스틱이나 금속재를 사용할 수 있다.
도 4 및 도 5는 본 발명에 따른 마개(10)의 제2실시예에 대한 도면이다. 도면에 도시된 바와 같이, 상부마개(100)는 제1실시예와 마찬가지로, 하부가 개방된 원통형 또는 다각형 통형상(미도시)의 상부마개 몸체(101)와, 상기 상부마개 몸체(101)의 전방으로 돌출형성된 브러시(102)와, 브러시(102)의 내측으로 상기 상부마개 몸체(101)와 연통되는 관통홀(103)로 구성된다. 상부마개 몸체(101)의 브러시가 형성되는 상부는 평면 또는 볼록하게 형성할 수 있다. 하부마개(110')는, 제1실시예와 달리 상부가 개방된 원통형상 또는 다각형 통형상(미도시)의 상부마개 조인트부(114')와, 상기 조인트부(114')의 내측에 하부가 개방된 형태로 형성되는 용기 조인트부(111')로 구성되고, 상기 용기 조인트부(111')의 상부에는 용기(20)에 있는 액체가 유입되도록 액체 투입홀(113')이 마련된다. 용기 조인트부(111')의 내측으로는 나사산(112')이 형성되고, 상기 나사산(112')을 통해 용기(20)가 결합된다. 제1실시예에서 설명한 바와 같이, 용기 조인트부(111')는 나사산 이외의 다양한 결합방식으로 용기와 결합할 수 있다. 예를 들어 후크방식을 이용하거나, 용기의 주둥이부(22)에 다수의 링을 형성하고, 마개(10)를 압입하는 방식을 이용할 수도 있으며, 이러한 설계변경은 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에게 자명한 사항에 불과하다.

따라서, 상기 액체 투입홀(113")을 통해 투입되는 액체는 상기 스펀지(120)로 스며들게 되고, 상기 스펀지(120)에 스며든 액체는 용기(20)을 두피에 두드릴 때 그 압력으로 브러시(102)의 관통홀(103)로 유출되면서 두피에 투여될 수 있게 된다.
상기 상부마개(100)는 일반적으로 탄성이 있는 재질로 구성되는 것이 바람직하다. 따라서 고무나 실리콘 또는 탄성이 있는 연질 폴리머 등을 이용할 수 있다. 상부마개(100)가 고무나 실리콘 등으로 구성되기 때문에 별도의 패킹이 필요없을 수 있으며, 필요에 따라서는 액체가 방출되는 것을 방지하기 위해 상부마개(100)와 하부마개(110")가 결합되는 부분에는 패킹(도면 미도시)이 더 부가될 수 있다.
스펀지(120)는 액체를 머금기는 하지만 쉽게 관통되지 않는 것을 사용함이 바람직하다. 따라서 스펀지(120)는 고밀도 스펀지를 사용할 수 있다. 또한, 스펀지(120)를 상부마개(100)와 하부마개(110")를 밀착함으로써 고밀도로 만든 후에 사용할 수도 있다. 일반적으로는 시중에서 사용되는 화장품의 분첩소재를 이루는 스펀지를 사용할 수 있다. 또한 스펀지(120)를 상부가 개방된 형태의 원통형으로 변형하여 스펀지(120)를 상부마개(100)와 하부마개(110")로 압축되도록 하여 사용할 수도 있다.
하부마개(110")는 화장품이나 용기 등에 일반적으로 사용되는 경질의 플라스틱이나 금속재를 사용할 수 있다.
도 9는 본 발명에 따른 상부마개(100')의 다른 실시예를 도시한 도면이다. 도면에 도시된 바와 같이, 상부마개(100')는 몸체(101') 상부에 브러시를 형성하지 않고 관통홀(102')만을 형성하고 있다. 피부나 면적이 넓은 대면적에 액체를 투여할 필요가 있는 경우에 적용할 수 있다. 나머지 하부마개(110) 및 스펀지(120)의 구성은 다른 실시예를 그대로 적용할 수 있으므로 구체적인 설명은 생략하기로 한다.
도 10 내지 도 15는 본 발명에 따른 마개의 제5실시예에 대한 도면이다. 도 10에 도시된 바와 같이, 상부마개(100)는 다수의 브러시(102)와 하부마개(110"') 및 스펀지(120)가 삽입되는 공간을 형성하기 위한 몸체(101)로 구성된다. 상부마개(100)는 기설명된 구성과 동일하므로 구체적인 설명은 생략한다. 스펀지(120)의 구성도 기설명된 것과 동일하며, 다만 스펀지(120)에는 액체 투입 조절부재(140)가 스펀지(120) 사이로 삽입된다. 도 10에 도시된 바와 같이 하부마개(110"')는, 용기 조인트부(111"')의 상부 중앙에 액체 투입홀(113"')이 마련되고, 상기 액체 ㅌ투입1Q13"')을 통해 액체 투입 조절부재(140)가 삽입된다. 조인트부(111"')의 내주면에는 나사산(112"')이 형성되어 화장품 용기(20)와 결합된다. 액체 투입 조절부재(140)는, 액체 투입홀(113"')을 따라 상하로 이동하는 이동축(141)과, 이동축(141)의 상단에 형성되는 상부 스톱퍼(142)와, 상부 스톱퍼(142)와 하부 마개의 용기 조인트부(111"')의 상부면 사이에 위치하는 탄성부재(143)와, 용기 조인트부(111"')의 하부면에서 이동축(141)의 이동을 제한하고, 상기 액체 투입홀(113"')을 통해 투입되는 액체의 투입을 개방 또는 폐쇄하는 하부 스톱퍼(144)로 구성된다. 따라서, 하부 스톱퍼(144)는 패킹의 역할을 수행할 수 있도록 연질의 합성수지나 고무 등의 재질을 이용하여 만들어질 수 있다. 브러시(102)를 두피에 두드리면, 브러시(102)는 후방에 위치한 액체 투입 부재(140)의 이동축(141)을 밀게 되고, 브러시(102)가 원상태로 복귀하면, 이동축(141)은 탄성부재(143)에 의해 원상태로 복귀된다. 이동축(141)이 브러시(102)에 의해 밀리게 되면 하부 스톱퍼(144)가 개방되고, 그에 따라 액체 투입홀(113"')을 통해 액체가 스펀지(120)로 유입되며, 스펀지(120)를 거쳐 브러시(102)의 관통홀(103)을 통해 두피로 액체가 투여된다. 도 13은 액체 투입 조절부재(140)의 분해사시도를 나타내고 있다. 일반적으로 상부 스톱퍼(142)는 이동축(141)과 일체로 만들고, 하부 스톱퍼(142)는 이동축(141)을 액체 투입홀(113"')에 삽입한 후 고정하여야 하기 때문에 별도로 만들어진다. 다만, 상부 스톱퍼(142)도 별도의 부품으로 만들어질 수 있다.
도 14와 도 15는 제5실시예에 고정링(150)을 더 부가한 것을 도시하고 있다. 고정링(150)은 상부마개(100)가 하부마개(110"')에 밀착되도록 하기 위한 구성이다. 도면에 도시된 바와 같이, 상부마개(100)에 하부마개(110"')가 끼워진 후 상부마개(100)의 외주면으로 고정링(150)이 억지끼움 결합된다. 그에 따라 상부마개(100)의 움직임이 고정될 수 있다. 본 고정링(150)은 본 실시예 뿐만 아니라, 다른 실시예에서도 적용될 수 있다.
도 16은 마개(10)에 커버(30)를 형성한 도면을 도시하고 있다. 도 16에 도시된 바와 같이, 커버(30)는 다양한 형태로 형성될 수 있다. 도면에서는 커버몸체(31)와, 커버몸체(31)의 저면에 형성되는 패킹 마개(31)로 구성된 것을 도시하고 있다. 패킹 마개(31)에는 상부마개의 브러시(102)가 삽입되며, 패킹 마개(31)에 의해 브러시(102)의 관통홀(103)을 통해서 액체가 외부로 방출되는 것을 완전히 차단할 수 있다. 또한 커버(30)만으로 형성하는 경우라도, 브러시의 단부가 이루는 표면과 커버의 표면이 서로 동일한 경우에는 커버 자체만으로도 패킹역할을 수행할 수 있다. 또한, 커버 내측에 연질의 패킹재(미도시)를 삽입함으로써 동일한 효과를 달성할 수 있다.
도 17은 브러시(102)에 홈(104)을 형성한 것을 도시하고 있다. 도면에 도시된 바와 같이 브러시(102)의 상단에 홈(104)을 형성하고 있는데, 상기 홈(104)은 브러시(102)의 상단에 두피나 피부 등과 접촉하는 경우, 두피나 피부가 패킹 역할을 하여 액체가 방출되는 것을 어렵게 만들 수 있다. 따라서, 이러한 경우를 대비하여 브러시(102)의 상단에 홈(104)을 형성함으로써, 액체가 쉽게 관통홀(103)을 통해 두피 등에 투여될 수 있도록 한다. 상기 홈(104)은 일자형 또는 십자형으로 형성될 수 있다.
도 18은 용기(20)에 대한 도면이다. 도면에 도시된 바와 같이, 용기(20)는 다양한 형태로 형성될 수 있으며, (a)와 같이 마개와 결합되는 주둥이부(22)가 몸체(21)의 직경에 비해 아주 가늘게 형성될 수 있고, (b)와 같이 주둥이부(22')가 크게 형성될 수 있으며, 필요에 따라서는 주둥이부(22')가 몸체(21')의 직경과 같은 사이즈로 형성될 수도 있다. 도 12(a)의 경우는 마개(10)가 용기(20)의 직경과 동일하거나 비슷하게 형성될 수 있다.
이와 같이 본 발명은 다양하게 변형실시가 가능한 것으로, 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예를 들어 설명하였으나, 본 발명은 이러한 실시예에 한정된 것은 아니고, 본 발명의 청구 범위와 상세한 설명에서 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야의 통상의 기술자가 변형하여 사용할 수 있는 기술은 본 발명의 기술범위에 당연히 포함된다고 보아야 할 것이다.
본 발명은 액체의 도포가 가능한 두피 케어용기용 마개에 관한 것으로, 평상시에는 두피 케어용 액체가 누설되지 않고, 마개의 브러시를 적당한 압력으로 두피에 두드리면서 마사지할 때에만 두피측으로 액체가 도포될 수 있도록 하는 두피 케어용기용 마개로서 산업상 이용가능성이 높은 발명이다.

Claims (14)

  1. 두피 케어용기(20)에 결합되어 액체의 도포가 가능한 두피 케어용기용 마개(10)에 있어서,
    상기 마개(10)는,
    전방으로 돌출된 다수의 브러시(102)가 마련되는 탄성재질로 형성된 상부마개(100)와,
    상기 상부 마개(100)와 결합되고, 상기 케어용기(20)에 체결되는 하부 마개(110)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 두피 케어용기용 마개.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 상부마개(100)는,
    하부가 개방된 원통형상 또는 다각형 통형상의 상부마개 몸체(101)와, 상기 상부마개 몸체(101)의 상부에서 전방으로 돌출형성되고 내측에는 관통홀(103)이 형성된 브러시(102)로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 두피 케어용기용 마개.
  3. 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 하부마개(110)는,
    하부가 개방된 원통형 또는 다각형 통형상의 상부마개 조인트부(114)와, 상기 상부마개 조인트부(114)의 상부에 형성되는 다수의 액체 투입홀(113)과, 상기 액체 투입홀(113)의 하부에 형성되는 용기 조인트부(111)로 구성되고,
    상기 상부마개 조인트부(114)의 외주면이 상기 상부마개 몸체(101)의 내주면에 밀착되어 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 두피 케어용기용 마개.
  4. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 상부 마개(100)와 상기 하부 마개(110) 사이에는 소정공간(130)이 형성되고, 상기 공간에는 스펀지(120)가 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 두피 케어용기용 마개.
  5. 제4항에 있어서,
    상기 공간(130)은 상기 스펀지(120)보다 더 크게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 두피 케어용 마개.
  6. 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 하부마개(110')는,
    상부가 개방된 원통형상 또는 다각형 통형상의 상부마개 조인트부(114')와, 상기 상부마개 조인트부(114')의 하부에 형성되는 다수의 액체 투입홀(113')과, 상기 액체 투입홀(113')의 하부에 돌출 형성되는 용기 조인트부(111')로 구성되고,
    상기 상부마개 조인트부(114')의 외주면이 상기 상부마개 몸체(101)의 내주면에 밀착되어 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 두피 케어용기용 마개.
  7. 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 하부마개(110")는,
    하부가 개방된 원통형상 또는 다각형 통형상의 용기 조인트부(111")와, 상기 용기 조인트부(111")의 상부에 형성되는 다수의 액체 투입홀(113")로 구성되고,
    상기 용기 조인트부(111")의 외주면 일부가 상기 상부마개 몸체(101)의 내주면에 밀착되어 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 두피 케어용기용 마개.
  8. 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 하부마개(110")는,
    하부가 개방된 원통형상 또는 다각형 통형상의 용기 조인트부(111")와, 상기 용기 조인트부(111")의 상부에 형성되는 다수의 액체 투입홀(113")로 구성되고,
    상기 용기 조인트부(111")의 외주면이 상기 상부마개 몸체(101)의 내주면에 밀착되어 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 두피 케어용기용 마개.
  9. 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 하부마개(110"')는,
    하부가 개방된 원통형상 또는 다각형 통형상의 용기 조인트부(111"')와, 상기 용기 조인트부(111"')의 상부에 형성되는 액체 투입홀(113"')과, 상기 액체 투입홀(113"')에 삽입되어 브러시의 압력과 탄성부재의 탄성력에 의해 상하로 움직이면서 액체의 투입을 개방 또는 차단하는 액체 투입 조절부재(140)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 두피 케어용기용 마개.
  10. 제9항에 있어서,
    상기 액체 투입 조절부재(140)는, 상기 액체 투입홀(113"')을 따라 상하로 이동하는 이동축(141)과, 상기 이동축(141)의 상단에 형성되는 상부 스톱퍼(142)와, 상기 용기조인트부(111"')의 상부면과 상기 상부 스톱퍼(142) 사이에 삽입되어 상기 이동축(141)의 탄성복원력을 부여하는 탄성부재(143)와, 상기 용기조인트부(111"')의 하부로 끼워져 패킹 역할을 수행하는 하부 스톱퍼(144)로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 두피 케어용기용 마개.
  11. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 상부마개(100')는,
    하부가 개방된 원통형상 또는 다각형 통형상의 상부마개 몸체(101')와, 상기 상부마개 몸체(101')의 상부에 다수로 형성된 관통홀(102')로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 두피 케어용기용 마개.
  12. 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 상부마개(100)의 외측에는 상기 상부마개(100)를 커버하기 위한 커버(30)가 더 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 두피 케어용기용 마개.
  13. 제12항에 있어서,
    상기 커버(30)는, 하부가 개방된 원통형상 또는 다각형 통형상의 커버 몸체(31)와, 상기 브러시(102)의 각 관통홀(103)을 막기 위한 관통홀 패킹 마개(32)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 두피 케어용기용 마개.
  14. 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 상부마개(100)의 브러시(102) 상단에는 액체의 투입을 용이하게 하기 위한 홈(104)이 형성되어, 상기 홈(104)을 통해 액체가 투입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 두피 케어용기용 마개.
