Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Betreiben eines Ladestationssystems, mit welchem ein Batteriespeicher eines Kraftfahrzeugs aufgeladen wird, wobei das Ladestationssystem mindestens zwei Ladestationen, ein Backend und eine Kommunikationsvorrichtung umfasst, welche durch einen Benutzer zum Aufladen des Energiespeichers bedient wird.
Description
Verfahren zum Betreiben eines Ladestationssystems
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Betreiben eines Ladestationssystems, mit welchem ein Energiespeicher eines Kraftfahrzeugs aufgeladen wird, wobei das Ladestationssystem mindestens zwei Ladestationen, ein Backend und eine Kommunikationsvorrichtung umfasst, welche durch einen Benutzer zum Aufladen des Energiespeichers bedient wird. Dabei startet der Benutzer eine
Applikation der Kommunikationsvorrichtung, welche dem Benutzer die Ladestationen anzeigt, wobei der Benutzer mit der Kommunikationsvorrichtung eine Ladestation auswählt, an welcher der Benutzer plant den Energiespeicher des Kraftfahrzeugs mit Hilfe einer ausgewählten Ladestation aufzuladen. Die Kommunikationsvorrichtung sendet benutzerspezifische Daten und/oder ladestationsspezifische Daten an das Backend, welche das Backend empfängt, wobei das Backend die von dem Benutzer an das Backend gesendeten benutzerspezifischen und/oder
ladestationsspezifische Daten überprüft. Das Backend sendet Tarifdaten an die
Kommunikationsvorrichtung und/oder an die vom Benutzer ausgewählte Ladestation, welche die Kommunikationsvorrichtung und/oder die Ladestation empfängt.
Aus dem Stand der Technik ist ein Ladesystem bekannt, welches zum Aufladen eines
Energiespeichers eines Kraftfahrzeugs ausgebildet ist. Das Ladestationssystem weist mehrere Ladestationen, ein Backend und eine Kommunikationsvorrichtung auf, die zum Aufladen des Energiespeichers von einen Benutzer bedient werden kann.
Derzeit gibt es viele Ladestationsbetreiber, welche ein Ladestationssystem, insbesondere
Ladestationen, von einem Hersteller beziehen. Daraus ergibt sich, dass ein Benutzer nicht sofort erkennen kann, welche Ladestation von welchem Ladestationsbetreiber stammt. Die
Ladestationsbetreiber können unterschiedliche Strompreise zum Aufladen des Energiespeichers des Kraftfahrzeugs anbieten. Diese Strompreise können auch während eines Tages schwanken. Folglich ist es für einen Benutzer sehr schwierig zu ermitteln, wie hoch die Kosten für einen Ladevorgang sind.
Es ist daher die Aufgabe der Erfindung, einen Benutzer, welcher den Energiespeicher des
Kraftfahrzeugs aufladen möchte, zuverlässig über die bei einem Ladevorgang des Energiespeichers entstehenden Kosten zu informieren.
Die Aufgabe wird gelöst durch den Patentanspruch 1, insbesondere durch den kennzeichnenden Teil des Patentanspruchs 1. Die Aufgabe wird folglich durch ein Verfahren zum Betreiben eines
Ladestationssystems gelöst, mit welchem ein Energiespeicher eines Kraftfahrzeugs aufgeladen wird, wobei das Ladestationssystem mindestens zwei Ladestationen, ein Backend und eine
Kommunikationsvorrichtung umfasst, welche durch einen Benutzer zum Aufladen des
Energiespeichers bedient wird, umfassend die nachfolgenden Schritten:
a) der Benutzer startet eine Applikation der Kommunikationsvorrichtung, welche dem Benutzer die Ladestationen anzeigt,
b) der Benutzer wählt mit der Kommunikationsvorrichtung eine Ladestation aus, an welcher der Benutzer plant den Energiespeicher des Kraftfahrzeugs aufzuladen,
c) die Kommunikationsvorrichtung sendet benutzerspezifische Daten und/oder
ladestationsspezifische Daten an das Backend, welche das Backend empfängt, d) das Backend überprüft von der Kommunikationsvorrichtung an das Backend gesendeten benutzerspezifischen und/oder ladestationsspezifischen Daten,
e) das Backend sendet Tarifdaten an die Kommunikationsvorrichtung und/oder an die vom Benutzer ausgewählte Ladestation, welche die Kommunikationsvorrichtung und/oder die Ladestation empfängt, wobei mit oder nach dem Versenden der Tarifdaten das Backend einen Timer startet, welcher eine vorbestimmte Laufzeit aufweist, wobei nach dem Ablauf der vorbestimmten Laufzeit die Tarifdaten ihre Gültigkeit verlieren und die ausgewählte Ladestation zum Aufladen des Energiespeichers des Kraftfahrzeugs für den Benutzer gesperrt wird. Die Verfahrensschritte, insbesondere die
Verfahrensschritte a bis e können in beliebiger Reihenfolge durchgeführt werden.
Im Rahmen der Erfindung kann das Backend ein Computerserver sein, auf welchem diverse Daten gespeichert sind. Der Timer kann beispielsweise im Backend integriert sein. Der Timer ist als eine Art Zähler ausgebildet, welcher zu einem Zeitpunkt beginnt und zu einem anderen Zeitpunkt aufhört Daten zu erzeugen. Diese Daten können als zeitbasierte Daten ausgebildet sein.
Mittels der Tarifdaten kann der Benutzer zuverlässig über die Kosten eines Ladevorgangs zum Aufladen des Energiespeichers des Kraftfahrzeugs informiert werden. Durch den Timer kann sich der Benutzer darauf verlassen, dass in einem vorbestimmten Zeitfenster die Tarifdaten unverändert bleiben und eine Erhöhung der Kosten zum Aufladen des Energiespeichers des Kraftfahrzeugs ausgeschlossen ist. Es kann sich daher anbieten, dass die vorbestimmte Laufzeit des Timers mindestens 15 Minuten und höchstens 30 Minuten beträgt. Somit hat der Benutzer genügend Zeit den Energiespeicher des Kraftfahrzeugs mit der ausgewählten Ladestation zu verbinden bzw. zu koppeln. In Summe wird durch das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren der Komfort für den Benutzer beim Aufladen des Energiespeichers des Kraftfahrzeugs verbessert. Durch das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren kann durch das Versenden der Tarifdaten Transparenz hinsichtlich der Kosten für einen Ladevorgang mittels der ausgewählten Ladestation erzeugt werden.
Nach einer bevorzugten Ausführung des Verfahrens kann vorgesehen sein, dass das Backend zumindest die von dem Benutzer an das Backend gesendeten benutzerspezifischen Daten hinsichtlich einer Freigabe der ausgewählten Ladestation überprüft und bei einer positiven Überprüfung Freigabedaten zur Benutzung der ausgewählten Ladestation erzeugt werden, wobei das Backend die Freigabedaten zur Benutzung der Ladestation an die Kommunikationsvorrichtung und/oder an die vom Benutzer ausgewählte Ladestation sendet, welche von der Kommunikationsvorrichtung und/oder der ausgewählten Ladestation empfangen werden. Durch die Überprüfung der
Freigabedaten kann sichergestellt werden, dass auch nur der Benutzer die ausgewählte Ladestation benutzen darf, der seine Anmeldedaten in Backend hinterlegt hat. Die Anmeldedaten können zumindest teilweise oder vollständig die benutzerspezifischen Daten sein. Die Sicherheit des Ladestationssystems kann erheblich verbessert werden, wenn das Backend die benutzerspezifischen Daten mit bereits abgespeicherten Daten abgleicht und bei einer Übereinstimmung der benutzerspezifischen Daten mit den abgespeicherten Daten die Freigabedaten erzeugt, welche vorzugsweise direkt nach dem Abgleich der benutzerspezifischen Daten mit den abgespeicherten Daten an die Kommunikationsvorrichtung und/oder die ausgewählte Ladestation versendet werden. Ein Abgleich der benutzerspezifischen Daten mit bereits abgespeicherten Daten kann vorzugsweise durch Rechenoperationen durchgeführt werden.
Die Rechenoperationen können im Backend schnell und zuverlässig durchgeführt werden, wenn die benutzerspezifischen Daten, welche die Kommunikationsvorrichtung an das Backend sendet und von dem Backend empfangen werden, einen Zeitstempel und/oder eine Contract-ID des Benutzers und/oder umfassen. Die Contract-ID kann beispielsweise Personendaten, insbesondere den Namen und Vornamen des Benutzers, Geburtsdaten, Adressdaten und dergleichen umfassen. Die ladestationsspezifischen Daten können beispielsweise die Ortsdaten der ausgewählten Ladestation, an welcher der Benutzer den Energiespeicher des Kraftfahrzeugs laden möchte, und/oder eine Ladestationskennung, welche die Ladestation eindeutig kennzeichnet, umfassen. Die Ortsdaten umfassen die Koordinaten von der ausgewählten Ladestation. Mittels der Ladestationskennung kann das Backend eindeutig die Ladestation identifizieren. Des Weiteren kann vorgesehen sein, dass der Zeitstempel Informationen umfasst, zu welchem Zeitpunkt der Benutzer die benutzerspezifischen Daten an das Backend versendet hat.
Nach einer bevorzugten Ausführung des Verfahrens kann vorgesehen sein, dass die Tarifdaten zumindest aus den benutzerspezifischen Daten erzeugt werden, wobei die Tarifdaten ein
Preisangebot zum Aufladen des Energiespeichers des Kraftfahrzeugs an der ausgewählten
Ladestation, insbesondere für einen Ladevorgang des Energiespeichers des Kraftfahrzeugs an der ausgewählten Ladestation umfasst. Die Tarifdaten können auch ein unverbindliches Preisangebot unter Angabe des Zeitfensters umfassen. Denkbar ist es auch, dass vor dem Ladevorgang des
Energiespeichers des Kraftfahrzeugs es zusätzlich möglich ist, eine weitere Preisabfrage beim Backend durchzuführen, um zu kontrollieren ob sich die Tarifdaten möglicherweise in dem vorbestimmten Zeitfenster verändert haben. Falls der Preis für das Aufladen des Energiespeichers des Kraftfahrzeugs sich für den Benutzer positiv verändert hat, kann das Backend die veränderten Tarifdaten an die Kommunikationsvorrichtung senden, welche die Kommunikationsvorrichtung empfängt. Des Weiteren kann das Backend die Tarifdaten, insbesondere einen Tarifdatensatz des Backends erweitern. Dies kann beispielsweise der Fall sein, wenn durch Roaming oder weitere Systemdienstleister zusätzliche Kosten entstehen. Diese zusätzlichen Kosten können pauschal oder abhängig von der Höhe der zu ladenden Energiemenge sein. Hierbei können auch noch zeitabhängige Kostenelemente vorgesehen sein.
Der Komfort kann für den Benutzer weiter verbessert werden, wenn nachdem der Benutzer die Applikation gestartet hat, eine Anzeigevorrichtung der Kommunikationsvorrichtung dem Benutzer die zur Freigabe benutzbaren Ladestationen, vorzugsweise in einem vorbestimmten Umgebungsfeld, in welchem sich das Kraftfahrzeug befindet, anzeigt. In diesem Fall könnte man dann darauf verzichten, die benutzerspezifischen Daten im Backend zu überprüfen. Es können die benutzbaren Ladestationen in einer Cloud oder auf einem Speicher der Kommunikationsvorrichtung abgespeichert sein. Denkbar ist es natürlich auch, dass das Backend oder ein anderer Server Ortsdaten der zu benutzbaren Ladestationen an die Kommunikationsvorrichtung sendet, welche die
Kommunikationsvorrichtung empfängt. Vorzugsweise werden die Ortsdaten derjenigen
Ladestationen angezeigt, die sich vorzugsweise in einem Umkreis von maximal 0-50 km befinden. Mithilfe der Applikation kann der Benutzer den Umkreis manuell auch einstellen und beschränken. Die Kommunikationsvorrichtung kann beispielsweise als mobile Einrichtung, insbesondere als Smartphone, ausgebildet sein. Ebenfalls ist es möglich, dass die Kommunikationsvorrichtung als ein Infotainmentsystem ausgebildet ist, welches in einem Kraftfahrzeug angeordnet ist. Es kann vorgesehen sein, dass die Kommunikationsvorrichtung als Smartphone mit einem Speicher ausgebildet ist, wobei die Applikation auf dem Speicher gespeichert wird.
Nach einer weiteren bevorzugten Ausführung des Verfahrens kann vorgesehen sein, dass der Benutzer mittels der Applikation Bestätigungsdaten, welche die Annahme des Preisangebots aus den Tarifdaten umfasst, von der Kommunikationsvorrichtung an das Backend sendet, welche das Backend empfängt, wobei das Backend nach dem Empfangen der Bestätigungsdaten die oder weitere Freigabedaten an die Kommunikationsvorrichtung und/oder die ausgewählte Ladestation sendet, welche von der Kommunikationsvorrichtung und/oder der ausgewählten Ladestation empfangen werden. Die Bestätigungsdaten können vorzugsweise die Willenserklärung umfassen, dass der Benutzer die Tarifdaten umfassend das Preisangebot, welches von dem Backend an die
Kommunikationsvorrichtung gesendet worden sind, akzeptiert.
Die Erfindung sowie das technische Umfeld werden nachfolgend näher erläutert. Es ist darauf hinzuweisen, dass die Beschreibung eine besonders bevorzugte Ausfü h ru ngsva ria nte der Erfindung umfasst, die Erfindung jedoch nicht darauf beschränkt ist.
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Betreiben eines Ladestationssystems. Das
Ladestationssystem, mit welchem ein Energiespeicher eines Kraftfahrzeugs aufgeladen werden kann, umfasst mindestens zwei, vorzugsweise eine Vielzahl von Ladestationen, mindestens ein Backend und mindestens eine Kommunikationsvorrichtung. Um den Energiespeicher des Kraftfahrzeugs aufzuladen, kann der Benutzer die Kommunikationsvorrichtung bedienen.
Wenn der Benutzer beispielsweise mit seinem Fahrzeug unterwegs ist und der Energiespeicher des Kraftfahrzeugs aufgeladen werden soll, so kann der Benutzer eine Applikation der
Kommunikationsvorrichtung starten, welche die ihm in der Umgebung angeordneten Ladestationen anzeigt. Vorzugsweise werden die Ladestationen angezeigt, welche sich in einem vorbestimmten Umgebungsfeld, vorzugsweise in einem Umkreis von beispielsweise 0-10 km befinden. Nachdem der Benutzer die Applikation gestartet hat, kann eine beispielsweise als Display ausgebildete
Anzeigevorrichtung der Kommunikationsvorrichtung dem Benutzer die zur Freigabe benutzbaren Ladestationen, vorzugsweise in einem vorbestimmten Umgebungsfeld, in welchem sich das Kraftfahrzeug befindet, anzeigen.
Die Kommunikationsvorrichtung kann vorzugsweise als Smartphone mit einem Speicher ausgebildet sein, wobei die Applikation auf dem Speicher gespeichert wird. Der Benutzer wählt mit der Kommunikationsvorrichtung eine Ladestation aus, an welcher der Benutzer plant den
Energiespeicher des Kraftfahrzeugs aufzuladen. Die Kommunikationsvorrichtung sendet die benutzerspezifischen Daten und/oder ladestationsspezifische Daten an das Backend, welche das Backend empfängt. Die benutzerspezifischen Daten, welche die Kommunikationsvorrichtung an das Backend sendet und von dem Backend empfangen werden, umfassen einen Zeitstempel und/oder eine Contract-ID des Benutzers. Der Zeitstempel umfasst Informationen, zu welchem Zeitpunkt der Benutzer die benutzerspezifischen Daten an das Backend versendet hat.
Die ladestationsspezifischen Daten können vorzugsweise in einer Ausführungsform der Erfindung die Ortsdaten der ausgewählten Ladestation, an welcher der Benutzer den Energiespeicher des Kraftfahrzeugs laden möchte, und/oder eine Ladestationskennung, welche die Ladestation eindeutig kennzeichnet, umfassen.
Das Backend überprüft die von dem Benutzer an das Backend gesendeten benutzerspezifischen und/oder ladestationsspezifischen Daten. Danach kann es sich anbieten, dass das Backend Tarifdaten an die Kommunikationsvorrichtung und/oder an die vom Benutzer ausgewählte Ladestation sendet, welche die Kommunikationsvorrichtung und/oder die Ladestation empfängt. Die Tarifdaten können zumindest aus den benutzerspezifischen Daten erzeugt werden, wobei die Tarifdaten ein
Preisangebot zum Aufladen des Energiespeichers des Kraftfahrzeugs an der ausgewählten
Ladestation, insbesondere für einen Ladevorgang des Energiespeichers des Kraftfahrzeugs an der ausgewählten Ladestation umfasst. Die Tarifdaten können den aktuellen Strompreis umfassen, durch welchen das Preisangebot zum Aufladen des Energiespeichers des Kraftfahrzeugs berechnet wird. Das Preisangebot kann auch als unverbindliches Preisangebot für den Benutzer bereitgestellt werden, welches der Benutzer innerhalb der vorbestimmten Laufzeit annehmen kann.
Zusätzlich und/oder auch später können Freigabedaten von dem Backend an die
Kommunikationsvorrichtung gesendet werden, welche die Kommunikationsvorrichtung empfängt. Das Backend kann zumindest die von dem Benutzer an das Backend gesendeten
benutzerspezifischen Daten hinsichtlich einer Freigabe der ausgewählten Ladestation überprüfen und bei einer positiven Überprüfung die Freigabedaten zur Benutzung der ausgewählten Ladestation erzeugen, wobei das Backend die Freigabedaten zur Benutzung der Ladestation an die
Kommunikationsvorrichtung und/oder an die vom Benutzer ausgewählte Ladestation sendet, welche von der Kommunikationsvorrichtung und/oder der ausgewählten Ladestation empfangen werden. Ferner kann das Backend die benutzerspezifischen Daten mit bereits abgespeicherten Daten abgleichen und bei einer Übereinstimmung der benutzerspezifischen Daten mit den abgespeicherten Daten die Freigabedaten erzeugen, welche vorzugsweise direkt nach dem Abgleich der benutzerspezifischen Daten mit den abgespeicherten Daten an die Kommunikationsvorrichtung und/oder die ausgewählte Ladestation versendet werden.
Mit oder nach dem Versenden der Tarifdaten startet das Backend einen Timer, welcher eine vorbestimmte Laufzeit aufweist, vorzugsweise eine Laufzeit von mindestens 15 Minuten und höchstens 30 Minuten aufweist, wobei nach dem Ablauf der vorbestimmten Laufzeit die Tarifdaten ihre Gültigkeit verlieren und die ausgewählte Ladestation zum Aufladen des Energiespeichers des Kraftfahrzeugs für den Benutzer gesperrt wird.
Ferner kann der Benutzer mittels der Applikation Bestätigungsdaten, welche die Annahme des Preisangebots aus den Tarifdaten umfasst, von der Kommunikationsvorrichtung an das Backend senden, welche das Backend empfängt. Das Backend sendet nach dem Empfangen der
Bestätigungsdaten die oder weitere Freigabedaten an die Kommunikationsvorrichtung und/oder die ausgewählte Ladestation, welche von der Kommunikationsvorrichtung und/oder der ausgewählten Ladestation empfangen werden können.
Wenn der Benutzer mit dem Kraftfahrzeug an die ausgewählte Ladestation fährt, kann er beispielsweise mit einem Ladekabel den Energiespeicher des Kraftfahrzeugs mit der ausgewählten Ladestation elektrisch verbinden, um den Energiespeicher mit Strom zu betanken.
Wenn der Benutzer nicht innerhalb der vorbestimmten Laufzeit, den Energiespeicher des
Kraftfahrzeugs mit der Ladestation beispielsweise mittels des Ladekabels verbindet, so wird die
ausgewählte Ladestation für den Benutzer wieder gesperrt. Dies bedeutet, dass ein Stromfluss zwischen der Ladestation und dem Energiespeicher ausgeschlossen ist.
Alternativ ist es möglich, dass bereits eine Vielzahl von Ladestationen in der Nähe der
Kommunikationsvorrichtung automatisch seitens des Backends berücksichtigt werden. Dies kann der Fall sein, wenn dem Backend beispielsweise bekannt ist, wo sich die Kommunikationsvorrichtung befindet. In diesem Fall könnte man darauf verzichten, die Ortsdaten der Ladestation an das Backend zu senden, welche das Backend empfängt.
Ebenfalls ist es denkbar, vor dem Ladevorgang eine zusätzliche Preisabfrage beim Backend durchzuführen, um zu kontrollieren, ob sich die Tarifdaten zwischenzeitlich verändert haben.
Claims
1. Verfahren zum Betreiben eines Ladestationssystems, mit welchem ein Energiespeicher eines Kraftfahrzeugs aufgeladen wird, wobei das Ladestationssystem mindestens zwei
Ladestationen, ein Backend und eine Kommunikationsvorrichtung umfasst, welche durch einen Benutzer zum Aufladen des Energiespeichers bedient wird, umfassend die nachfolgenden Schritten:
a) der Benutzer startet eine Applikation der Kommunikationsvorrichtung, welche dem Benutzer die Ladestationen anzeigt,
b) der Benutzer wählt mit der Kommunikationsvorrichtung eine Ladestation aus, an welcher der Benutzer plant den Energiespeicher des Kraftfahrzeugs aufzuladen,
c) die Kommunikationsvorrichtung sendet benutzerspezifische Daten und/oder
ladestationsspezifische Daten an das Backend, welche das Backend empfängt, d) das Backend überprüft die von der Kommunikationsvorrichtung an das Backend
gesendeten benutzerspezifischen und/oder ladestationsspezifischen Daten, e) das Backend sendet Tarifdaten an die Kommunikationsvorrichtung und/oder an die vom Benutzer ausgewählte Ladestation, welche die Kommunikationsvorrichtung und/oder die Ladestation empfängt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mit oder nach dem Versenden der Tarifdaten das Backend einen Timer startet, welcher eine vorbestimmte Laufzeit aufweist, wobei nach dem Ablauf der vorbestimmten Laufzeit die Tarifdaten ihre Gültigkeit verlieren und die ausgewählte Ladestation zum Aufladen des Energiespeichers des Kraftfahrzeugs für den Benutzer gesperrt wird.

Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Backend zumindest die von dem Benutzer an das Backend gesendeten benutzerspezifischen Daten hinsichtlich einer Freigabe der ausgewählten Ladestation überprüft und bei einer positiven Überprüfung Freigabedaten zur Benutzung der ausgewählten Ladestation erzeugt werden, wobei das Backend die Freigabedaten zur Benutzung der Ladestation an die
Kommunikationsvorrichtung und/oder an die vom Benutzer ausgewählte Ladestation sendet, welche von der Kommunikationsvorrichtung und/oder der ausgewählten Ladestation empfangen werden.
3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Backend die
benutzerspezifischen Daten mit bereits abgespeicherten Daten abgleicht und bei einer
Übereinstimmung der benutzerspezifischen Daten mit den abgespeicherten Daten die Freigabedaten erzeugt, welche vorzugsweise direkt nach dem Abgleich der
benutzerspezifischen Daten mit den abgespeicherten Daten an die
Kommunikationsvorrichtung und/oder die ausgewählte Ladestation versendet werden.
4. Verfahren nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die benutzerspezifischen Daten, welche die Kommunikationsvorrichtung an das Backend sendet und von dem Backend empfangen werden, einen Zeitstempel und/oder eine Contract-ID des Benutzers umfassen.
5. Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zeitstempel Informationen umfasst, zu welchem Zeitpunkt der Benutzer die benutzerspezifischen Daten an das Backend versendet hat.

Verfahren nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Tarifdaten zumindest aus den benutzerspezifischen Daten erzeugt werden, wobei die Tarifdaten ein Preisangebot zum Aufladen des Energiespeichers des Kraftfahrzeugs an der ausgewählten Ladestation, insbesondere für einen Ladevorgang des Energiespeichers des Kraftfahrzeugs an der ausgewählten Ladestation umfasst.

Verfahren nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dass nachdem der Benutzer die Applikation gestartet hat, ein Anzeigevorrichtung der Kommunikationsvorrichtung dem Benutzer die zur Freigabe benutzbaren Ladestationen, vorzugsweise in einem vorbestimmten Umgebungsfeld, in welchem sich das Kraftfahrzeug befindet, anzeigt.
8. Verfahren nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dass die vorbestimmte Laufzeit des Timers mindestens 15 Minuten und höchstens 30 Minuten beträgt.

Verfahren nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 8, dass der Benutzer mittels der Applikation Bestätigungsdaten, welche die Annahme des Preisangebots aus den Tarifdaten umfasst, von der Kommunikationsvorrichtung an das Backend sendet, welche das Backend empfängt, wobei das Backend nach dem Empfangen der Bestätigungsdaten die oder weitere Freigabedaten an die Kommunikationsvorrichtung und/oder die ausgewählte Ladestation sendet, welche von der Kommunikationsvorrichtung und/oder der ausgewählten Ladestation empfangen werden.
10. Verfahren nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kommunikationsvorrichtung als Smartphone mit einem Speicher ausgebildet ist, wobei die Applikation auf dem Speicher gespeichert wird.
