本申请基于申请号为201811474312.0、申请日为2018年12月04日的中国专利申请提出,并要求该中国专利申请的优先权,该中国专利申请的全部内容在此引入本申请作为参考。
技术领域
本申请涉及空调设备技术领域,例如涉及一种风道自清洁装置及空调器。
背景技术
目前市面上流行圆柱形空调采用纵向长出风口的设计,因此内部风道对应比较复杂,面积较大。长期使用后,风道内会沾染很多灰尘、细菌。而由于风道位于空调内部,在风扇和蒸发器中间位置,无法直接清洗。当清洗时,要拆机,操作复杂,用户难以操作。
相关技术中,一种风道清洁***,通过获取检测装置检测到的附着在风道内油污的严重程度,启动超声波清洁装置对风道内的油污进行震动清洁。但超声波作为一种高频声波,在清洗过程中会对风道造成破坏,形成划痕甚至裂纹。
发明内容
本公开实施例提供了一种风道自清洁装置及空调器,可实现对空调器风道全面、彻底的自动清洁。为了对披露的实施例的一些方面有一个基本的理解,下面给出了简单的概括。该概括部分不是泛泛评述,也不是要确定关键/重要组成元素或描绘这些实施例的保护范围。其唯一目的是用简单的形式呈现一些概念,以此作为后面的详细说明的序言。
根据本公开实施例的第一方面,提供了一种风道自清洁装置。
在一些可选实施例中,该风道自清洁装置包括导向装置,设置于空调器的风扇叶片的旋转轴线上;和清洁装置,可转动的设置于该导向装置上,该清洁装置转动后展开,伸出该风扇叶片,对风道区域进行清洁。
在一些可选实施例中,该导向装置包括:设置于该风扇叶片旋转轴线上的第一导向轴,和平行于该第一导向轴设置的第二导向轴;该清洁装置的端部通过第一固定单元设置在该第一导向轴上;该清洁装置的中部通过第二固定单元设置在该第二导向轴上;该清洁装置以该第二固定单元为中心,在该第二导向轴上转动。
在一些可选实施例中,还包括控制装置,被设置为控制该导向装置移动,使清洁装置对风道区域进行清洁。
根据本公开实施例的第二方面,提供了一种空调器。
在一些可选实施例中,该空调器包括上述的风道自清洁装置。
采用上述可选实施例,通过控制导向装置的移动,使得清洁装置可以转动展开后伸出风扇叶片,对风道区域进行清洁;清洁结束后,清洁装置在导向装置的带动下转动收回,不会对风道结构造成损坏,实现空调器风道全面、彻底的自动清洁。

采用图1所示的可选实施例,通过驱动装置驱动导向装置上下移动,使得清洁装置2能够展开或收起;使得清洁装置2在收起状态时,不影响风扇叶片正常工作,在展开状态时,通过上下摆动对风道区域进行清洁,并且不对风道结构造成损坏;清洁结束后,清洁装置2在导向装置的带动下转动收回,从而实现了空调器风道全面、彻底的自动清洁。
在另一个可选实施例中,该导向装置上安装有多个清洁装置2,多个清洁装置2之间间隔距离相等。该导向装置上安装的清洁装置2越多,该驱动装置带动导向装置上下移动的距离越短,所需清洁时间越短。导向装置的上下移动距离缩短,对风道的清洁更加快速、全面。
在另一个可选实施例中,该风道自清洁装置还包括设置在风扇叶片底部的抽屉式推拉装置。可选的,该抽屉式推拉装置为垃圾盒,毛刷在清洁过程中,将对应区域风道上的灰尘扫落至垃圾盒中,用户定期清理垃圾盒即可。可选的,该抽屉式推拉装置为接水盘,毛刷在清洁过程中,将对应区域风道上的灰尘扫落至接水盘中,清洁结束后,自动接入冷凝水管道对接水盘进行清洗,无需人工清理。
在另一个可选实施例中,该风道自清洁装置还包括喷淋装置6,包括供水盒、喷淋水管,该喷淋水管接至风道顶部,自清洗过程中沿风道表面进行喷淋,配合清洁装置2对风道进行清洗。可选的,供水盒中为清洁溶剂。对于厨房用空调器等风道内易沾有油污及沾染灰尘,喷淋装置6配合清洁装置2进行清洗,能更好的去除油污。
图2示出风道自清洁装置的另一个可选实施例。
该可选实施例中,该风道自清洁装置,包括:
导向装置,设置于空调器的风扇叶片的旋转轴线上;和清洁装置2,可转动的设置于该导向装置上,该清洁装置2转动后展开,伸出该风扇叶片,对风道区域进行清洁。
可选的,该导向装置包括:设置于该风扇叶片旋转轴线上的第一导向轴11,和平行 于该第一导向轴11设置的第二导向轴12;该清洁装置2的端部通过第一固定单元13设置在该第一导向轴11上;该清洁装置2的中部通过第二固定单元14设置在该第二导向轴12上;该清洁装置2以该第二固定单元14为中心,在该第二导向轴12上转动。

可选的,该第二驱动机构包括安装在导向装置顶部的第二驱动电机34,平行于第二导向杆设置的第二丝杆35,和套设在该第二丝杆35上,并与该第二丝杆35啮合设置的第二丝母36;该第二驱动电机34驱使第二丝杆35旋转,该第二丝母36固定在第二导向 轴12上。
当该第二驱动机构单独作用时,非风道自清洁模式,该第二驱动电机34转动驱使第二丝杆35定向旋转,带动第二丝母36沿上下方向定向移动,使得第二导向轴12沿上下方向定向移动,使得清洁装置2转动后向上或向下收起。
风道自清洁模式下,该第二驱动电机34正反交替转动,驱使第二丝杆35正反向交替旋转,带动第二丝母36沿上下方向移动,使得第二导向轴12沿上下方向上下移动,带动清洁装置2转动展开后上下摆动,对风道进行清洁。
当第一驱动机构和第二驱动机构协同作用时,非风道自清洁模式下,该第一驱动电机31与第二驱动电机34反向转动,第一丝杆32与第二丝杆35反向旋转,带动第一丝母33与第二丝母36沿上下方向,向相反的方向移动,使得第一导向轴11、第二导向轴12沿上下方向,分别向相反的方向移动,以使清洁装置2转动后向上或向下收起。
风道自清洁模式下,该第一驱动电机31与第二驱动电机34分别作频率相同的正反向交替转动,且第一驱动电机31与第二驱动电机34的转动方向始终相反,则第一丝杆32与第二丝杆35在电机驱使下,分别向正反向交替旋转,且方向始终相反,带动第一丝母33、第二丝母36分别沿上下方向移动,使得第一导向轴11、第二导向轴12分别沿上下方向上下移动,且方向始终相反,带动清洁装置2转动展开后快速的上下摆动,对风道进行清洁。当第一驱动机构与第二驱动机构协同作用时,所需清洁时间更短,清洁效率更高。
采用图2所示的可选实施例,通过驱动装置驱动导向装置上下移动,使得清洁装置2能够展开或收起,其中,第一驱动机构与第二驱动机构可单独作用于第一导向轴11和第二导向轴12上,也可协同作用,同时驱动第一导向轴11、第二导向轴12移动;使得清洁装置2在收起状态时,不影响风扇叶片正常工作,在展开状态时,通过上下摆动对风道区域进行清洁,并且不对风道结构造成损坏;清洁结束后,清洁装置2在导向装置的带动下转动收回,从而实现了空调器风道全面、彻底的自动清洁。
在另一个可选实施例中,该第一驱动机构包括安装在该导向装置顶部的第一升降气缸,该第一升降气缸通过第一连接支架连接该第一导向轴11;该第一升降气缸的往复收缩带动该第一连接支架上下移动。
在另一个可选实施例中,该第二驱动机构包括安装在该导向装置顶部的第二升降气缸,该第二升降气缸通过第二连接支架连接该第二导向轴12;该第二升降气缸的往复收缩带动该第二连接支架上下移动。使用气缸作为驱动机构的动力来源,结构简单轻便,安装维护简单。
在另一个可选实施例中,该导向装置上安装有多个清洁装置2,多个清洁装置2之间间隔距离相等。该导向装置上安装的清洁装置2越多,该驱动装置带动导向装置上下移动的距离越短,所需清洁时间越短。导向装置的上下移动距离缩短,对风道的清洁更加快速、全面。
在另一个可选实施例中,该清洁装置2还包括设置在风扇叶片底部的抽屉式推拉装置。可选的,该抽屉式推拉装置为垃圾盒,毛刷在清洁过程中,将对应区域风道上的灰尘扫落至垃圾盒中,用户定期清理垃圾盒即可。可选的,该抽屉式推拉装置为接水盘,毛刷在清洁过程中,将对应区域风道上的灰尘扫落至接水盘中,清洁结束后,自动接入冷凝水管道对接水盘进行清洗,无需人工清理。
在另一个可选实施例中,该空调器的风道自清洁装置还包括喷淋装置6,包括供水盒、若干个喷淋水管,该喷淋水管接至风道顶部,自清洗过程中沿风道表面按区域进行喷淋,配合该区域内的清洁装置2对风道进行清洗。可选的,供水盒中为清洁溶剂。对于厨房用空调器等风道内易沾有油污及沾染灰尘,喷淋装置6配合清洁装置2进行清洗,能更好的去除油污。
图3示出风道自清洁装置的另一个可选实施例。
该可选实施例中,该装置包括:

可选的,当第一驱动机构单独作用于第一导向轴时,该第一单元41在执行自清洁指令时,控制该第一驱动电机31正向转动,驱使第一丝杆32正向旋转,带动第一丝母33向上移动,使得第一导向轴11向上移动,带动清洁装置2转动展开,开始对风道进行清洁;清洁过程中,该第一单元41控制第一驱动电机31正反交替转动,驱使第一丝杆32正反向交替旋转,带动第一丝母33沿上下方向移动,使得第一导向轴11沿上下方向上下移动,带动清洁装置2上下摆动清洁所在区域风道。自清洁指令执行完毕,该第一单元41控制该第一驱动电机31反向转动,驱使第一丝杆32反向旋转,带动第一丝母33向下移动,使得第一导向轴11向下移动,带动清洁装置2转动收起复位。
可选的,当第二驱动机构单独作用于第二导向轴时,该第二单元42在执行自清洁指令时,控制该第二驱动电机34正向转动,驱使第二丝杆35正向旋转,带动第二丝母36向上移动,使得第二导向轴12向上移动,带动清洁装置2转动展开,开始对风道进行清洁;清洁过程中,该第二单元42控制第二驱动电机34正反交替转动,驱使第二丝杆35正反向交替旋转,带动第二丝母36沿上下方向移动,使得第二导向轴12沿上下方向上下移动,带动清洁装置2上下摆动清洁所在区域风道。自清洁指令执行完毕,该第二单元42控制该第二驱动电机34反向转动,驱使第二丝杆35反向旋转,带动第二丝母36向下移动,使得第二导向轴12向下移动,使得清洁装置2转动收起复位。
可选的,当第一驱动机构和第二驱动机构协同作用时,该第一单元41、第二单元42执行自清洁指令时,分别控制该第一驱动电机31与第二驱动电机34向相反的方向转动,使得清洁装置2转动展开,开始对风道进行清洁;清洁过程中,该第一单元41、第二单元42分别控制该第一驱动电机31与第二驱动电机34分别作频率相同,方向相反的正反向交替转动,使得第一驱动电机31与第二驱动电机34的转动方向始终相反,带动清洁装置2转动展开后快速的上下摆动,对风道进行清洁。当第一驱动机构与第二驱动机构协同作用时,所需清洁时间更短,清洁效率更高。
可选的,还包括第三单元43,被设置为控制风机5定向旋转,每次旋转后风机5停止运转,控制装置4控制该驱动装置作用于该导向装置上,使清洁装置对风道区域进行清洁。
可选的,当旋转后清洁装置2需清洁的风道区域为初始风道区域时,自清洁模式结束。返回至初始位置,即该清洁装置2已完成对风道各区域的清洁。
可选的,该第三单元43控制风机5每次转动第一预设角度,该第一预设角度与风道区域的数量有关,风道均分为N个区域,N≥2,N为正整数。将风道进行区域划分,每次清洁装置2转动展开后,上下摆动对一个区域进行从上到下的清洁,该区域清洁完成后,清洁装置2转动收起复位,在风机5旋转第一预设角度后,清洁装置2再次转动展开,对该风道区域进行清洁。可选的,第一预设角度α至少为180°。
当多个清洁装置2均匀分布在风扇叶片旋转轴线的不同方向时,该第一旋转角度的取值与清洁装置2分布方向的数量有关。分布的方向越多,该旋转角度的取值越大,一定时间内可清洁的区域越多。
可选的,该第三单元43控制风机5转动第一预设次数后,自清洁模式结束。设定旋转的第一预设次数,对风道各区域进行更全面、彻底的清洁。该第一预设次数与风道区域的数量有关,风道均分为N个区域,N≥2,N为正整数。将风道进行区域划分,每次清洁装置2转动展开后,上下摆动对一个区域进行从上到下的清洁,该区域清洁完成后,清洁装置2转动收起复位,在风机5旋转第一预设角度后,清洁装置2再次转动展开,对该风道区域进行清洁,至风机5旋转第一预设次后,结束清洁。设定第一旋转次数,可以对风道区域进行反复清洁,更加全面、彻底。
可选的,还包括第四单元44,被设置为在清洁装置2转动展开对风道区域进行清洁的同时,控制喷淋装置6进行喷淋风道。自清洁模式结束后,通过冷凝水管道冲洗接水盘。
可选的,第一预设时间结束后,喷淋装置6停止运行。可选的,清洁装置2旋转至初始位置时,喷淋装置6停止运行。可选的,喷淋装置6对风道内表面整体进行喷淋;也可以对风道内按区域进行分别喷淋。
可选的,接水盘为设置在风扇叶片底部的抽屉式推拉装置。自清洁过程中,清洁装置2将对应区域风道上的灰尘扫落至接水盘中,喷淋装置6的喷淋水也落入接水盘中;清洁结束后,自动接入冷凝水管道对接水盘进行清洗,无需人工清理。通过喷淋装置6进行喷淋,能有效去除风道上附着的污渍,对风道的该区域进行清洁,从而实现风道全面、彻底的自动清洁。
采用图3示出的风道自清洁装置,通过控制驱动装置驱使导向装置上下移动,使得清洁装置2转动展开,对风道区域进行清洁。并根据预设角度多次旋转,从而实现对风道全面、彻底的自动清洁。
图4示出的一种空调器的一个可选实施例。
该可选实施例中,该空调器安装有上述的风道自清洁装置,能够实现空调器风道的全面、彻底的自动清洁。
本公开并不局限于上面已经描述并在附图中示出的结构,并且可以在不脱离其范围进行各种修改和改变。本公开的范围仅由所附的权利要求来限制。

Claims (10)

  1. 风道自清洁装置,其特征在于,包括:
    导向装置,设置于空调器的风扇叶片的旋转轴线上;和
    清洁装置,可转动的设置于所述导向装置上,所述清洁装置转动后展开,伸出所述风扇叶片,对风道区域进行清洁。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述风道自清洁装置,其特征在于,所述导向装置包括:设置于所述风扇叶片旋转轴线上的第一导向轴,和平行于所述第一导向轴设置的第二导向轴;所述清洁装置的端部通过第一固定单元设置在所述第一导向轴上;所述清洁装置的中部通过第二固定单元设置在所述第二导向轴上;所述清洁装置以所述第二固定单元为中心,在所述第二导向轴上转动。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的风道自清洁装置,其特征在于,还包括被设置为驱动所述导向装置上下移动的驱动装置;
    所述驱动装置包括被设置为驱动所述第一导向轴上下移动的第一驱动机构。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的风道自清洁装置,其特征在于,所述第一驱动机构包括安装在所述导向装置顶部的第一驱动电机,平行于所述第一导向杆设置的第一丝杆,和套设在所述第一丝杆上,并与所述第一丝杆啮合设置的第一丝母;所述第一驱动电机驱使所述第一丝杆旋转,所述第一丝母固定在所述第一导向轴上。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的风道自清洁装置,其特征在于,所述第一驱动机构包括安装在所述导向装置顶部的第一升降气缸,所述第一升降气缸通过第一连接支架连接所述第一导向轴;所述第一升降气缸的往复收缩带动所述第一连接支架上下移动。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的风道自清洁装置,其特征在于,所述驱动装置还包括被设置为驱动所述第二导向轴上下移动的第二驱动机构。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的风道自清洁装置,其特征在于,还包括控制装置,被设置为控制所述驱动装置作用于所述导向装置上,使清洁装置对风道区域进行清洁。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的风道自清洁装置,其特征在于,当自清洁指令执行 时,所述控制装置控制所述驱动装置使所述导向装置移动,以使所述清洁装置转动展开,伸出风扇叶片开始对风道区域进行清洁。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的风道自清洁装置,其特征在于,当自清洁指令执行完毕,所述控制装置控制所述驱动装置使所述导向装置反向移动,以使所述清洁装置转动收起复位。
  10. 一种空调器,其特征在于,包括权利要求1至9任一项所述的风道自清洁装置。
